Just moved in and my experience has been great so far. Carly and Jackie were extremely helpful during the moving in process. The gorgeous property is in walking distance to a ton of restaurants and a CVS and is located right next to interstates 40 and 440. The other neighbors have also been extremely friendly. So happy I chose to make Hanover my new home.

This is such a stunning community! Akayla was really sweet and answered all our our questions. She is new but she knew her stuff and made us feel so welcomed!

I’m loving this place. Sometimes modern developments can feel like there’s a bit of a pressure to walk on eggshells, and things feel a little bit unnatural. I found that this place doesn’t do much of that. Whether it’s because of the perfect layout, the user friendly technology, or the cool staff; whatever, its all awesome. Not joking at all, the entire staff here is solid, understanding, and do a fantastic job at being everywhere making sure everyone is comfortable. Specifically Brandt H., he placed me in a unit that was tucked in, easy to access, and the main door is always steps away. And we both agreed could not be better located. At the end of the day, this is a pretty dope place that I highly recommend checking out if your wallet lets you

Carly has been super helpful and wonderful. It’s a very nice looking complex even though it’s still being constructed. She was able to address all my questions and genuinely seemed like she cared about helping instead of just “stepping through the motions”. My fiancé and I are very excited to be renting from her property.

Were so excited to move into a new apartment Heaven has shown us.The amenities are amazing the movie theater the dog wash station, the gym, the business center/conference room and the other amenities that have yet to experience. Heaven, the representative was thorough and so gracious and well verse answering all my questions. I even had an option to pick out my floor/ cabinets colors. 😁

I have clients relocating to the area and of course they are looking to build. Which can take anywhere from 6-8 months or more. We decided to check out local rental options and Neda, hope I spelled her name right! Was such a delight. She was patient and listened to our needs. This place is beautiful!

After doing a lot of apartment searching, this seems to be one of the best possible apartments in the area. After booking a tour, Niada helped us finish our application process and we were approved in less than a day. Phenomenal customer service, a beautiful complex, and no real complaints other than the price being a bit higher than some other areas. Seems to be worth it though. If you are looking at high end apartments in Raleigh and can afford it, this should definitely be a complex you consider.

Hanover Lake Boone is a phenomenal apartment complex. My experience has been nothing short of amazing. Many times people are weary of moving into apartment complexes because they don’t know if the staff and leasing office is just putting on a show to get the contract signed. I can tell you with 100% certainty, this is not the case at Hanover Lake Boone. The management here goes above and beyond to make the community great. They take the living experience very seriously and it shows. The apartments and amenities are top notch and it’s in a great area of Raleigh. I would highly reccomend this community to anyone looking for a high class apartment complex.

I toured Hanover Lake Boone and Amber was my tour guide, and leasing agent. She was excellent and very detailed in the guides. She answered all of my questions, and I can tell that she really cared about the property. If you go to tour Hanover Lake Boone, make sure to request Amber, she made the whole experience much better than I thought possible.

Not only does the property have great amenities with fantastic views, but Carly M. and the staff do a great job of being attentive and making your apartment feel like home. Its a great area to stay in, and I highly recommend anyone to lease an apartment here.

My boyfriend and I just recently signed our lease here with the help of Brandt Henderson and it could have not been any easier! Neither one of us has lived in an apartment and are use to dealing landlords so honestly we were expecting the process to take a lot longer but it literally took less then 2 days! Brandt was able to answer all our questions and in a very timely manner. Being from Raleigh we know the surrounding areas pretty well and no other apartments beat the Hanover. We can’t wait to move in!

Becoming a resident of the Hanover Community was on my list since construction started. Brandt and Grant did an amazing job with assisting us and remained patient the whole way thru. We’re in love with our space. Jonathan did a great job with us as well. The staff here has been beyond great and made our move in a good one. I honestly can’t wait for things to get better here so that we can enjoy the many amenities. If you want to be a part of an organized community this is the place.

My experience with viewing this community was such a positive one. Grant Leonard was super welcoming, and made my tour a very positive one...their floor plans were great, especially the primary bathroom having a walk-in shower & tub...and some of the apartments come with a built-in desk. The community was clean & neat. Although it was under construction, it didn’t interfere with my tour. He wasn’t aggressive, and listened to the needs I needed for a home for my son & I. I ended up choosing a place close to my job & son’s school but it was definitely my other choice!

I am a current resident here, and this is by far the best apartment ive lived in. Carly and the others in the office are so helpful, maintenance is very on top of everything, and the place is just beautiful and well kept. I could not ask to live in a better apartment complex.

Impressive. The buildings are beautiful. Great variety of amenities and color schemes. Walk in closets are very large and roomy bedrooms each hold king-sized beds! Kitchens include pantry and beautiful sized appliances and full-sized washer and dryer in each apartment.Hannover Lake Boone Apartment Homes are brand new. There is still time to be the first resident in the apartment you choose. Ask for Grant Leonard for a tour. Very professional, informative and personable!

So far I’ve had a wonderful experience at Hanover Lake Boone. I’ve been searching for new place once my lease ends in February and it’s my first choice. The amenities are so nice, new and very clean. The gym is well organized and there is a movie theater that you can reserve. They are very safe when it comes to Covid policies in the common areas which is a priority for me. The staff is very professional and responsive which is not common these days. I worked personally with Brandt and he was welcoming and knowledgeable, he answered all of my questions with enthusiasm. Honestly I can’t wait to move there.

Beautiful brand new apartment community! It is located in a very convenient area right off of Lake Boone Trail. All of the apartments have high end finishes and appliances. The on site staff is very welcoming and helpful! I would recommend the community to anyone looking for a new place to call home!

I live here and the service has been excellent. Staff has been helpful with everything from assisting in disposal of large move- in/ furniture boxes to jumping my car. The complex is very new and there is still construction taking place, which has advantages and disadvantages, but is all public areas are kept spotless despite.

Although I didnt lease an apartment at Hanover Lake Boone, my experience was easily 5 star. Jessica took me through the 2 bedroom apartment via facetime. High end appliances. The apartment had a ton of high end fixtures with a good amount of light coming through. I liked the location with many restaurants, a pharmacy, and easy access to 40. From what I saw, this would be a great place to live.

Moved in about a month ago and have really been enjoying everything here! It’s still pretty new but every experience I’ve had with the leasing staff has been incredibly positive. I had a lot of big packages that were delivered while I was in the process of moving in, and Grant and Brandt were really helpful in getting everything directly to my apartment so I didn’t have to lug heavy boxes up the elevator.The amenities (that are open) are also pretty awesome. Amber and Jonathan helped get me set up with a reservation and Roku access to the movie theater, which is definitely an amazing perk living here.Things with the community are still getting settled (I.e. things are still getting constructed), but I’ve really enjoyed living at Hanover so far!
