My family and I just moved to Hudson at 5401 at the end of June, and we are loving it! We wake up every morning and have to remind ourselves that were home and not in a hotel. The luxury finishes make the apartment absolutely gorgeous from the wood-like flooring to the waterfall countertops. The neighbors also seem super friendly as I find myself talking to someone at the pool or clubhouse every time I leave my apartment. We also have two dogs who get to meet new pup friends every day in this pet friendly community.I am not leaving this 5-star review because of the things mentioned above. The biggest reason Hudson at 5401 deserves 5 stars is because of the staff. The management team here at 5401 have been SUPER responsive. They have guided my husband and I through every step of the move-in process. Ive worked with Eric the most, and hes been such a HUGE help as moving is extremely stressful and hes made this the smoothest move thus far. Even when responding to maintenance, this apartment community is a step above the rest not only responding promptly but also employing some of the kindest and efficient maintenance staff Ive ever seen. Paulo, especially has been so incredibly helpful and a pleasure to meet.Were only at the beginning of our lease, but I am beyond satisfied thus far and look forward to living here for a while longer. :)

Hudson 5401 is the best apartment complex in Raleigh. The apartments are very modern with an open floor plan. Staff is amazing and very quick to respond. Eric the manager is great at his job, he is very accommodating and gets things done quickly and accurately . The maintenance crew here are also amazing they will make sure any and all issues are dealt with immediately. I would highly recommend this complex to anybody looking for luxury apartments and a community where you can truly feel like you are at home.

Hudson 5401 was my first apartment and my time there was everything I could have asked for! Eric was so helpful along the way with getting us everything we needed to enjoy our time here. Great apartment complex to live at in the Raleigh area great location. The staff are very professional and communicate effectively. The maintenance staff are quick and efficient which is great. The light over the stove went out and within a day it was fixed and the worker told me “I found this bulb it’s a little brighter then the one that was there before” that stuck with me because I believe in anything you do you should leave it better and that is everyone on the staffs mindset. I recommend choosing Hudson as your place to live!

I enjoyed my time at Hudson 5401.Eric was very understanding and easy to communicate with . I was in the process of purchasing a house before the end of my lease terms, however, the builder keep pushing back the closing date . Eric was very helpful and understanding of my situation. I am so thankful that the office staff didn’t give me a hard time after multiple notice to moved out. My kid loves the pool plus they keep it’s open late which accommodate people who work late hours such as myself. I would recommend this apartment complex. The location is convenient to several grocery stores and easy exit to 540 and 440 .

I moved to Hudson 5401 September 2020 and my stay here has been nothing short of amazing. From the location of the property, updated interior/appliances, and a SPACIOUS living area which is very important to me it! It has all came together to help me create a cozy home for my family and I. I would like to give a special thank you to Eric for always being there for anything I need and always being available to answer any of my questions regarding the property, upcoming events, and so much more. He has surely made my move here one of the best decisions I have made. I also love that maintenance gets on top of their work orders right away and are just nice people in general! Overall I would say this is the perfect place to move if youre looking for something quiet, clean and spacious, but not too far from city life. We lived at Hudson 5401 for about a year before having to move. We absolutely enjoyed living here. The location has beautiful trails and neighborhoods. There have been instances in the middle of the night when the police show up to break up crowds or assist with loud neighbors but apart from that, there hasn’t been a single issue. Eric, Paulo, and Ryan are absolutely amazing and made our experience really great. Highly recommend these apartments.

We recently moved in on June 2nd and so far we love it here! It’s beautiful, everyone is super friendly and the staff is amazing! We have 0 complaints! The only thing that is a little off is the construction but when the construction is done it’s going to be beautiful just like the rest of this neighborhood! Everything was built with construction so you can’t be mad for them just wanted to amp the place up! 🥰 1000/100 recommend this apartment complex! It was super easy and quick to get approved and moved in! Took us 1 day literally! Love love love it here!

I love the cleanliness and modern feel of the property. This is what originally captured my interest. Every since making the move, I have loved every moment of my living arrangement. Property management is on point! Extremely professional, creative, appreciative, and thoughtful as can be. They keep residents engaged and make the cost worth the living experience. Maintenance has been wonderful. Attentive and quick. I would recommend this property a hundred times if I could. Definitely worth it!

It’s been a pleasure living at Hudson 5401. I was one of the first residents to move here, my apartment was brand new never lived in when I became a tenant. I fell in love with with the beautiful walnut floors, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Although it’s an apartment it feels like your living in a luxury hotel. The amenities are amazing. I had to pleasure to rent out the clubhouse for my daughters baby shower and the guest raved of the beautiful decor that looks straight out of a magazine. The residential staff, Eric and Rebecca were always very professional and caring of their residents. When my pet was missing it was Eric who contacted me after hours to assist me with finding him. I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT HUDSON 5401!!!. The staff is very professional, and always happy to help. I signed my lease at the beginning of the pandemic last March, and am to this date so impressed with Eric and his swiftness to get me in my apartment in less than three days. I have never had such a smooth process. He was always on top of it with anything that I needed. Honestly, the entire staff was like that, they just had such servitude, it made my experience so much better. On top of that the apartments are so nice, everything is brand new from the amenities, appliances, flooring. Etc. Parking was never an issue. Everything is perfect. Truly a world class experience, and getting better as the days go by, this area is truly growing and is definitely a hidden gem in the heart of Raleigh, NC. There was so much privacy, and the community always nice and peaceful. Further, my neighbors were so kind. I was able to build some life long friendships here. DO NOT HESITATE to move in. I would have definitely resigned my lease without a shadow of doubt, but I wanted a change of scenery. However, if I had to rate my personal experience on a scale of 1-10 it was at least 10,000!!! Thank you guys for EVERYTHING!

I LOVE Hudson 5401. I have lived here for about 2 years now and it has truly been amazing. I was very skeptical and nervous about moving into an apartment complex that was so new, but the office staff is great at communicating and making sure all residents are pleased. Of course living here has been challenging at times, but the cons most certainly outweigh the pros. The area is beautiful, the staff is very effective in getting work done and communicating, and it is SAFE!

Moved in a few weeks ago and so far I enjoy living at Hudson 5401 Apts. Its quiet (occasional footsteps heard from the neighbor above). It is safe, clean and the accessibility to the highway was important to me. The staff is wonderful! Eric is extremely pleasant to work with.

I have lived here since August of 2020. Eric and Rebecca have been nothing but great. Anytime I need anything they are quick to respond and make it happen.They love animals which is a plus. My husband and I stop by the office sometimes with our dog and they treat him as if he’s their pet. I have a 7 year old who runs around our apartment and our downstairs neighbor never complains. I have apologized to him and he tells me kids will be kids and it’s okay.I love how we can walk our son to and from school. It’s convenient to everything. My oldest son loved it so much when he visited me that he now lives downstairs in the same building as me. Overall it’s a great place to live with awesome staff even down to the maintenance crew.

Hands-down one of the best apartments in Raleigh. Maintenance team is around and helpful with a happy to help attitude and the leasing staff and managers are genuine, well-mannered, and easy to get along. Overall, the residents and community are clean and respectful towards one another. Even in pandemic times the staff is creative in coming up with ways to unite the residents in a comfortable, happy way, and that truly shows how they actually care about taking care of their residents. The apartments are new and modestly designed. Overall, I truly am satisfied with the Hudson 5401 apartments and community and am grateful for another year here!

I haven’t been here for a full week yet, but Eric, in the front office, is great!!! He made me feel welcome before during and after the application process. The leaf blower who isn’t actually blowing leaves, mostly dirt I think, is polite. Unlike other leaf blowers, he stops blowing when you approach. It might seem minor but I really appreciate it. The apartment is lovely. The move in checklist could have just been signed and returned...no significant issues to note. There is more than enough cabinet space in the kitchen and both bathrooms. The kitchen island is big enough that you don’t need a table, just a few barstools, unless you have small children. The master bedroom setup is different but nice. The closet is not only walk-in but walk-through, with the bathroom on the other side. The tub in the master bathroom is huge. The guest bathroom has a walk-in/step-in shower, which I’m going to love. This apartment is truly an apartment home❤️❤️❤️

My experience living at Hudson 5401 Apartments has been wonderful! My 2 young boys and I have lived here for 9 months now. We frequently take our dog on walks around the pond, ride bikes on the property sidewalks, play ping pong, order food from the weekly food trucks parked outside, and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate from the clubhouse on cold days. But we do miss those hot days at the pool! The staff is very professional and friendly, addressing any needs quickly. This is a great place to call home!

I have been in the market for an apartment in north Raleigh and let me tell you. Hudson 5401 spared no expense when it comes to luxury. Why I choose Hudson over all of the other apartments first was because of Eric. I called to inquire about an apartment (after being dissatisfied with not being able to get a hold of a person at other apartments) Eric answered the phone promptly, was very happy to hear from me, accommodated my work scheduled for a viewing, and I applied, and was ready to move very quickly. His professionalism is superb. He represents Hudson to me and I immediately felt home and felt that Eric is reliable and should anything happen It would be taking care of promptly. Customer service is very important to me and Eric was phenomenal.Now, the environment that’s provided at this residence is amazing. It’s like a resort lifestyle, beautiful pool, huge gym with locker room, great parking, amazing outdoor space and club house. Truly feels like when I get off work my home is a vacation. I am thrilled to move here and just thankful for Eric being available, prompt, efficient, kind, welcoming, and having amazing customer service. He is why I made my choice to move to Hudson 5401. I’ve been living here since they were built. It’s been an amazing experience. I moved here for peace and it’s exactly what I got. Maintenance staff is efficient and friendly. I don’t really go to the office but Eric is whom I’ve had interaction with and he’s awesome, helpful and super friendly.

We have been at this apartment since March and couldn’t be any happier! I was always waiting for the catch because it all seemed too good to be true, but that’s just how it is! There are always great events going on (virtually, food trucks, and constant gifts) and the complex feels very safe and clean. Eric has always been so friendly and helpful to talk to. Many companies can build new apartments, but Eric and his colleagues are what make this place amazing. Highly recommend!!

Ive been living at Hudson 5401 Apartments for almost a year now, and I couldnt be happier! When I first signed a lease here, it was under different management. I was nervous when I first heard about the transition to Hudson, but honestly it was the best thing to happen. I LOVE the leasing office staff, especially the manager Eric. He is warm, charismatic, and extremely helpful. Hes helped make Hudson feel like home. The apartments are beautiful, maintenance is always available if ever needed, and any issues are immediately solved. I also love the way the staff makes it feel like a community- between bringing food trucks for us, and organizing fun activities brought to our door-they help make us residents feel connected even during a pandemic.

This apartment complex has been outstanding throughout our move in process. Sommer did a virtual tour for me while I was living overseas, got me an awesome promotion deal, and really accommodated me throughout several changes with an overseas military move (during COVID, yikes!). I have been so pleased with the level of customer service and attention to emails and requests. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality apartments and great staff!

Loved the tour that Rebecca gave us! The apartment was beautiful and the general layout of the floor plan was well thought out in our opinion. The resident clubhouse is also very spacious and “hip”, as well as all of the other amenities. The pool is not as big as others I’ve seen, but everything else in the community makes up for that. There are many seating options at the pool, so I feel that balances it out.One thing I particularly liked was the location of the property. It’s really close to a lot of relevant things/places that we frequently go to. Also, my favorite part of the apartment was how much light was let into the room! The windows are as described - large.We won’t be looking to move till next year but Hudson 5401 is definitely somewhere we are looking forward to touching base with again very soon.*Hudson 5401 is following social distancing requirements and is doing everything they can to encourage good health and safety practices among their staff and tenants.

Being new to North Carolina I chose Hudson 5401 Apartments due to its location and access to local throughways. The staff is professional and creative in engaging residents in fun activities (COVID 19) distances of course and surprises delivered to your door. Efficient in communicating general and unplanned correspondence to residents as well as resolving common nuisances that come along with apartment living. Pet are welcomed and the staff is incredible in providing great customer service. Apartment is beautiful and has a nice modern feel. Very nice amenities stunning pool with rock flooring/deck around pool area, huge gym (biggest gym I have seen at any apartment complex). Pet friendly! Eric in office management made my move absolutely seamless he is very professional and eager to help and answer any and all questions.

From move in questions to maintenance issues, Rebecca, Eric and the maintenance team have went above and beyond. We have lived at Bloomfield at 5401 for the past few months and have loved it! The amenities are very nice and maintained well, especially the gym! Catrina and her team have always been so helpful in the office and respond to any questions or concerns we have immediately. I finally found the opportunity to move there and I looked at two apartments with Rebecca a week ago. She was very informative and professional during the showings and as we corresponded throughout the week. I was ready to secure an apartment today but unfortunately Rebecca was off. Eric stepped up and could not have been more helpful and again professional. He spent as much time as I needed to explain everything so I would have no unanswered questions. Well, the staff at Bloomfield exceeded my expectations twice! They handled my Father with care, and then we had the opportunity to refer friends, who are newlyweds and new to the area. I can not praise these ladies enough on their professionalism, passion, and beauty from the inside out. They made the transition for everyone, seamless! Even the maintenance staff responds promptly, with SOLUTIONS. Although the community is still under construction, and surrounded by new construction, they still keep the grounds clean and well maintained. Apartments are nice and new. Eric has been super professional and helpful. Happy to live here!

Love living at this complex. Wonderful amenities and nice appliances, close to many restaurants and not too far from downtown Raleigh and downtown Durham. Berkley has been wonderful with all our questions.

Staff is amazing, love the apartment and amenities. Tressah is the best and is extremely helpful with everything. Happy with everything thus far.

Very noisy, ton of construction traffic every morning even sundays. Construction starts at 5 am sometimes does not end until 12 pm. Very thin walls dont help
