Ive only lived here a few weeks but so far its been great! A nice, quiet building that is well maintained. All of my questions and concerns have been promptly addressed. The apartment was clean when I moved in and in excellent condition as well.

My wife and I moved from a home in New York this year. We moved due to the Corona Virus and to be closer to our family. After comparing 10 different apartment complexes we felt Westgrove had the best to offer.Since we moved in, we have not been disappointed in our decision. We love the location, and love living here, the staff and maintenance are great. The space is exactly what we were looking for, we highly recommend this community.

The property is nice with older trees and the office staff is always very friendly. Its also a great family-friendly atmosphere. Very quiet and peaceful complex.The maintenance team is great, the new guy Dwight makes sure the grounds are clean every morning.The dog park is always clean and nice.Great place to live.

We have experienced a real sense of community here. The neighbors are exceedingly friendly, the staff is always accommodating. But what I really love is how close it is to NCSU, specifically my classes at the vet med school.

I have lived here for almost 3 years, very friendly and helpful staff!!! Jen, the property manager is amazing! Shes been friendly and very quick to get me answers. The maintenance team is phenomenal. Always friendly and personable. Any issue I had, maintenance were fixing right away. Thank you guys!

Our application process was so smooth! Jessica and Jania were very kind and understanding and followed up with us so well. They made our house-hunting experience so much better. And that kitchen!!!!

The kitchen is nice and has updated features. Neighborhood is quiet, and close to both cary and Raleigh. My only problem was with management. My sister was visiting and parked in a visitor’s spot, and then the tow company towed her car. I told management, and at first they were responsive and said they would work it out with the towing company. After that, I never heard back from them. When I reached out to them later on, they pushed it off to the side and seemed to not care and didn’t believe me when I told them it happened- even when I sent them all the receipts. At times my roommates and I had to put in work orders and they would say “completed” when nobody came to fix them. So many times I’ve had to directly call or make several work orders for one thing. The parking spaces are super small, so if you have a larger car it will be harder for you to park- I was always worried that someone was going to hit mine.

I have lived here for the last 9 years and I just renewed my lease. It is close to everything I need and my neighbors are great. Love it here!!

I have enjoyed my experience so far. We have had some parking issues but I think the new manager is fixing that up. So far very pleased.

Love how close this is to my work and everyday shopping needs. I also like my apartment and the private view.

I lived at apartments at Westgrove for 2 years and our experience was great. Normally, I dont give 5 stars to anything and I was ready to do the same now. My rating would normally be a 4 only because I think they could have just few more resident parking spots. No biggie. However, due to Patrice the property manager and her great service it brought it to a 5.Patrice is truly caring and connects with her residents. Her professionalism is truly commendable. In addition, the property is well kept, the community is nice and having the state fairgrounds and a theater across the street is also an added plus.

Bad management

I lived here for 3 years and loved it. The staff were so kind and helpful. The amount of space for the price is amazing. All in all a great place to live.

I have lived with my boyfriend here for over 10 months now and although it is a relatively safe place to live at, it is a really old and outdated apartment complex, they don’t keep up with maintenance and cleanliness of the apartments (especially when you first move in) one of the biggest concerns is the fact that they don’t keep up with pest control especially in the summer months we have had to deal with a lot of bugs in our apartment (spiders centipedes etc)
