I was trying to find a window tinting place for my new car and no one had any open times that day. Thankfully this place told me that they do walk ins only. The wait for the tint job is totally worth it, this place does a great job and offers great prices too.

I don’t normally post reviews but the service that Joe and Andy left me wanting to. They did an awesome job on my new truck and in a timely fashion. They turned what is usually a boring wait in to entertainment with great conversation. It was if I had known them for years. They use quality products and the service to match.

Gave them a call. Asked if they were able to tint my vehicle. they said yes, to come in. Waited for them to attended me and after attended they told me they weren’t able to do my vehicle until tomorrow. They’re also doing Illegal front windshield tint.

Stellar tinted my brand new Dodger Charger with precision, recommended the best tint for my personal preferences. I could not be any happier with the job they did. Joe is so professional and has a great personality at the same time. He and his associate were so efficient with my time frame (which I know that wont be the case every time). But they went above and beyond and now I love my car even more.

Took my car get window tint put on they scratched interior moldings in my car and metal with heat gun outside trim would not recommend them poor quality. Not worth $200.00 paid.

The guy was very nice, but the work did seem a bit rushed, and there still seems to be a few small bubbles in the film. Update: The final outcome was decent, but i still notice some very small bubbles that havent gone away, still a decent job overall.

I needed to have my rear window tint removed and new tint applied. I went to them because they were close to my work, and I was just expecting to setup an appointment for a later date. As soon as I walked in, they greeted me and gave me the cost for the work immediately. They also said they can do the work right then on the spot. The work was complete within 2 hours, and looks great. Perfect fit, and no bubbles or ripples in the tint. Great work and immediate service = great experience overall. Only con I have is that I had to do a good amount of cleanup on the windows, the outside of the car, and pick up pieces of tint on my floor.

Such a nice place and they did a superb job on my fiances truck. Both gentlemen that were working today were cordial and, quite frankly, hilarious. Definitely will recommend to anyone who needs quality tinting at a great price.

I came to Stellar an hour before closing. I told them that, I was ineed of Tint because, I am leaving for Tennessee tonight, for vacay. Without hesitation they told me to bring my car around back! And now are working after hours! Now thats called customer service!! They are so friendly and understanding!This is my First experience with getting my Windows tinted. I was unsure of what, would be the best kind of Tint, or the percentage!? They were so nice and super helpful!! Rude people. I asked them to do a tint job on my lights and windows. They were pretty irritable about my request and only wanted to do the windows. I wanted both done. They refused to do it, which is perfectly fine but one of the gentlemen made some idiotic comment about how hes good but not that good to do my lights. Very unprofessional. Ill take my business elsewhere.

I selected Stellar based off of previous reviews. Other tint shops on my side of town in Ocoee have pretty hit or miss reviews and I wasnt keen on wasting any of my money on bad service. I visited Stellar today to finally get my Kia Forte tinted. I originally made an appointment for Friday, and they were able to squeeze me in today within an hours notice (last minute schedule change)! The staff is SO professional and helpful. Im not knowledgeable with tint or how it works and the girl (cant remember her name!) was beyond patient with me and offered recommendations. She was more than thorough explaining pricing and my warranty that came with the tint I selected. The entire process took only about an hour collectively and my car looks amazing!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Just got the front windows of my GMC Jimmy tinted today at Stellar Window Tinting and I am impressed! The girl who handles the paperwork and the guys who install the tint at Stellar Window Tinting are very professional, fast and now my GMC Jimmy looks so much better inside and out! It pains me to have to write a bad review for Stellar Window Tinting since the tint job they did was very good.I took my car in to get tinted a month ago. They were very helpful with explaining the different types of tints. I decided on a tint and the cost was reasonable.Ended up waiting while they did the tinting, which only took about an hour or so. I paid up and I was on my way.After leaving and I was on the road, I noticed my brand new Kenwood stereo was acting up. The buttons werent working correctly. And the volume increased to the max in which I had to shut the system off.I parked my car and noticed that there was liquid on the screen and it had seeped down into the button control board of my stereo. Then the stereo started flickering and rebooting. I could tell from dried dripping marks on the visor strip that during the install of the windshield visor strip, Stellar didnt properly protect the dash of the car and liquid dripped down onto the stereo.I immediately went back to Stellar to show them what the issue was. The first person I showed the issue to said it couldnt have been them that caused any damage to the stereo. He went and got who I assumed was the owner and I proceeded to show him what was going on. He took a look and said that if I could prove to him that there was liquid damage, he would work with me. He said that it is a good chance it was just a coincidence and fluke and the problem would most likely go away.I left Stellar and immediately went to Best Buy to schedule an appointment. At this point, the stereo wouldnt boot fully. After scheduling an appointment with Best Buy, I went back out to my car. Turned my car on and the stereo started burning. An electronic burning smell filled the car. I turned the car off and pulled some panels off to find the fuse box and pulled the fuse to the stereo.Best Buy got me in to look at the stereo and to do some testing. They concluded that the stereo was fried and that I would need to send it in for repair. They installed my old stereo for me.The following Monday, I opened a ticket with Kenwood and shipped my stereo to them.That same day, I called Stellar to complain to them about the huge inconvenience and frustration they have caused me and the fact that they didnt want to take any responsibility for the damage they caused.Kenwood found that the PCB and display boards were fried and needed to be replaced. The cost of replacement was going to be $285. Luckily, the stereo was under warranty and Kenwood was good enough to send me a replacement at no cost. A month later, I received the refurbished stereo and had it installed by Best Buy.Stellar will play down any issues you bring to their attention and try to get rid of you. The person I spoke with at Stellar told me he had done a tint in a car and the cruise control had stopped working after doing the job. He told the person that it had to be some kind of fluke and the problem would go away.Please be aware that Stellar DOES NOT take any responsibility for any damage they cause internal or external to a car. This is in their agreement that the customer signs before they do any work. I wish I would have paid better attention because I would’ve went elsewhere. I had no idea what I was going to be put through.Stellar DOES NOT properly cover the car dash when doing tint installs.Stellar DOES NOT go through a basic inspection (doesnt test windows, blinkers, stereo, etc.) before a tint install, which is a standard for anyone who works on the interior of a car, for example, like installing a stereo.

I brought my car in three hours before I was going to pick it up they put it in the bay ready to do all I was getting was strip on my front window I come back three hours later it’s sitting outside not done they told me bigger jobs came in so they just didn’t do mine at all very poor customer service I would never recommend them to anybody.

We had our Crosstour tinted and the windshield with the clear blue tint. That stuff is amazing! It really cuts down the heat here in florida. They were very professional and all my questions were answered. The waiting area is nice. I recommended to my family and I will definitely come back again.

5 stars unless it falls off the glass!I have been in the hospitality business for about 3 decades.. They do have a nice waiting room which was very unexpected.. They do the work in a well lit air conditioned garage .. They offered me a water or gatorade which was also unexpected.. They use a precision cutting machine so all the film is made to fit your vehichle..I must say that having many cars tinted over the years this place is top notch! The sales pitch if you will is brief and informative (I know about most of the varieties of film) it was not high pressure .. no attitude.. Just fast friendly service! Well run operation.. You can even mix the type of film.. They placed ceramic on the front 2 windows and used the metallic film on the rest so it helped keep the cost down.. Thanks again I wouldnt hesitate recomending them to anyone!

.my wife and i stoped by today and looked at the window tainting. At stellar on 436 after reviewing there product and observation of there professional attitude we were sold not only on there product but there quality of work that had been done on other vehicles as well. The work that was done on one of there car front windshield of a honda looks like factory work .. in fact you cant find a line or even the smallest bump in the tent. So we are currently having our car done at this moment. Great work done here at stellar tint at apopka on 436. Thanks guys for a fast job well done .. Frank b.

Disappointed and deceived. They used an inferior tint film and applied it very poorly. I had to pay another tint shop $100 to remove their mistakes and $300 to do the job correctly.

Good service but still waiting on bubbles to disappear out of rear window.

I bought a brand new car from Mullinax and they took it to get tinted at Lumar here in Apopka. Months later the back window and side windows started to bubble. After a couple months trying to get Mullinax to fix it, they told me the place where it was done at (Lumar in Apopka) and they gave me the invoice number. I took it to Lumar and they wouldnt fix it even though I had the invoice number, they didnt even try to go look it up. Im sorry that you have a feud with Mullinax, but a company should stand behind their product an service. I wouldnt recommend this place because of that and because of the horrible job that was done to my car. If you just would have taken the time to look up the invoice and fixed the bad work you done, then this would possibly have been a better review.

Okay for starters I went up to Stellar tint shop to get a sun tint on the front windshield. I asked the person that did it can go a little lower because the little tint they did not enough and it not going to serve the purpose especially for my wife who also drives it and she is 411. They stated that the machine is all they can do. I like it but I hate that it not what I payed the 40 dollars for.

Great place for tint

Very fast and reliable service

They did a terrible job trimming the tint on the edges of every window, and also told me that taking off the sunpass sticker would not deactivate the sensor on it. They told me that the deactivation of the sticker by peeling it off the windshield was a wives tale. The window tinting job is already peeling off and it hasnt been a month yet. No wonder these guys skipped town.
