If there were 0 star, I would give 0. This place is a terrible place, please dont go rent there, if you do, you will regret it. Bugs and pests of all kinds ( even slugs were crawling in my apartment, and the leasing office said thats normal). No maintenance, or if I placed a work order, they took forever before coming. The staff is quite rude. They are quite unprofessional. Their customer service is worst than the customer service in underdeveloped countries. When I moved out, they retained my security deposit and they never gave me any account regarding what they did with it. After more than 1 year after i moved out, they sent my account into collection in spite of the fact they never contacted me about any balance and on top of stealing my security deposit. Thankfully i know the law, no way could they scam me. I wonder how people manage to live there. There are places that are cheaper, and that are way better that this bug infested place. If you dont have time to waste, and if you dont want to deal with dishonest and shady business people and scammers, dont move to the Parke at Trinity, you will regret it. I know they will respond to my review with some type of disingenuous apology, I need no apology, I only need my security deposit back.
This place is not bad at all. As one of my first apartments it certainly did the trick, but unfortunately where my apartment was the windows let in very little light. They were very helpful to my situation when I needed to move out abruptly last year. Maintenance team was eager to get things done. The complex can seem a little sketch, and theres multiple cars that have clearly not moved in years and have yet to be towed, but overall a great stay. Would recommend.
A lot of bugs, mainly cockroaches. Also very thin walls, so be prepared to hear your neighbors really well.
My air conditioner wasnt cooling, and it got up to 87° in my apartment. I put in a maintenance request online in the early hours of the morning. David came out pretty early the same day, got it working within 10 minutes, and even stuck around for a few minutes to make sure the room temperature actually started lowering. It feels so much better in here now! This place has the best maintenance service out of anywhere Ive lived. They always respond in a timely manner and are so friendly yet professional.
It’s pricer than some of the other options around the area and maintenance can only do so much for these old apartments. The air units are old and never replaced. The door frames and floors and falling apart and they can only patch them for you. If you’re lucky you can move into an apartment with a new balcony. The amenities are minimal and they’re mandatory. You’re forced to take their expensive deal with Spectrum and unless you’re willing to pay them for Spectrum and set up an entirely separate account with Spectrum you aren’t allowed to have your own router and so the only ethernet port you’ll have will be in the living room. That’s the worst of it though. It’s an alright place to live overall
Maintenance technician was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Completed the repair quickly. Thank you!
This is literally the worst place I have ever lived. When I moved in their was dead bugs everywhere and a shampoo bottle clogging my toiletThe AC stopped working for awhile and it was getting up to 80+ in the apartmentThe roach problem here is unreal. I kill a few basically every day.Now I have water leaking under my carpet. It ruined a lot stuff in my closet.I’ve also had many packages stolenAnd DO NOT LIVE ON THE FIRST FLOOR. You will hear ever footstep of the person above youThe sad thing is…. I’ve only been here for a couple of months. I’m sure more a lot more will happen before I move out.
I wouldn’t rent here. I’ve visited this complex quite a few times- I’m not (and would never be) a resident.I hate parking there because I hear about cars getting broken into and stolen so frequently! I’ve also been shocked by how poorly management seems to treat their residents. They seem to be writing nice replies on here but that doesn’t seem to translate to any action...As a community member, it would be nice to hear that the complex is actually doing something to curb crime (particularly auto theft) in their own complex. There seems like a few common sense solutions (like signs or cameras) but nothing seems to change.Again, I’m not a resident, just want to warn any prospective residents about what they might be getting into here based on my experience as a visitor!
I have lived here a year and I am please with the apartment and office staff. If you communicate with them they are willing to help. The neighborhood is quite and even though it seems like everyone has a dog (i very seldom hear barking or see droppings.)Everyone has been very pleasant and efficient. Anytime there is anything needing to be repaired from spraying for ants or fixing a light bulb they are on top of it. Two pools, fitness center and basketball court are cleaned regularly I love that cable and internet is available & included. I do feel that it should be optional for some. I referred two co workers here and they have moved in and are happy as well. I am not renewing my lease due to work moves.
Corrine did an excellent job, above and beyond expectations.
Moving from West Virginia has been my dream since I was young. Without the super responsive workers at The Parke at Trinity, I may have not been able to accomplish that as well as Id hoped. They worked with me and helped me understand everything every step of the way and found me my favorite apartment thus far. If youre looking for pet friendly, super responsive, and affordable living-look no further. Get in touch with them ASAP. I am forever grateful.
A lot of aesthetic updates could be made but it’s a very friendly community with a lot of things to do in the area. Overall, I’m pretty pleased with my experience.
Overall, I would have to give 2 and a half stars. The staff, in the little amount I have communicated with them have always been timely and very respectful. I have no complaints there.Maintenance is my biggest issue. Not the Maintenance team, but the maintenance of the actual complexes. My first day in my apartment, and many times since, the hot water came out a solid black color, I thought the apartment was possessed by a demon or something; could still be, because the second toilet will flush itself whenever it wants to. During the summer I received the highest electric bill ever, in at $219.00 due to the building being to old to how in cold air so my options were an 80+ degree apartment or pay to keep my air conditioner running to maintain at least 73 degrees. This issue really ticked me off, because the apartment complex offered no resolution to an issue that I can do nothing about besides allow my apartment to be a swamp. It appears I am out of characters Thank you
So far so good. The maintenance is swift and fixed things the next day. The neighbors are nice. Very Dog Friendly! Im happy now that I know how to make rent payments online. The move in was also an ideal price.
1. Mainly because of COVID they do virtual tour of the apartment, which they show it with a high standard, but its big trap, Save your money dont come to this apartment & you almost have to face problems daily2. These are Very VERY VERY old apartments, the quality of the electrical appliances such as heater, the heater is 90s heater it wont get heated up during winter, maintenance is totally not professional they said then can get it fixed only after the temperature is more 70 F, LOL to fix the heater they have taken almost like 2 months & yet its not fixed .3. Dish washer wont work properly, it wont clean vessels even if you place the best washing pods4. Door are very old it will make wired sound.5. maintenance is extremely poor, they will take weeks to fix a small problem
*Edit: I immediately reached out to the Parke at Trinity after they replied to this posting. They did not respond. I also reached out to them before filing any police reports and since, to which they have responded that they are not responsible for the crimescommitted on their property, despite *any* action, including, but not limited to, simply ensuring the light on our building shining into the parking lot works (which it has not since before my vehicle was stolen). We are moving, and suggest prospective future tenants consider the lack of care and responsibility the landlords at this apartment complex hold for their tenants. For the sake of our current neighbors at this complex, we hope things improve.Between Saturday, January 30th and Sunday, January 31st, 2021 my 2016 Toyota Corolla was stolen from my apartment complex parking lot in front of building 1801. It was locked and there were no keys, or expensive items inside. It was found wrecked in Durham. The damage was worth more than the car, so it was a loss. I did not have theft coverage included in my insurance, so this was a total of over $7,400 in hard costs for me.Within a week of my car being stolen, an apartment in our building (two stories below ours) was broken into. We only know about this incident because an officer knocked on our door to ask if we had seen or heard anything.Between Wednesday, March 4th and Thursday, March 5th, my partner (who lives with me), noticed that the catalytic converter from underneath his 2007 Prius was stolen. He also did not have theft coverage, so the cost to replace this required part on his car was over $1,200.This past Saturday, March 6th, we noticed seven police SUVs and a tow truck blocking the parking lot in front of our building at 11:30 PM. A cop who was kind enough to talk to me shared that a stolen vehicle had been recovered in front of our apartment building.Between the end of December 2020 and March 2021 we have noticed a plethora of large pharmaceutical bottles (not prescriptions) of mostly narcotics in our recycling. We have taken pictures of at least 10 entire recycling trash bins filled to the brim. These are not the only incidents of criminal activity/reasons we feel unsafe. Just last December 3rd, 2020, there was a stabbing at our apartment complex, covered by WRAL.For all incidents, the police were informed (for our auto theft, we opened police reports). Also, for each incident our apartment complex was notified. The apartment complex has been dismissive of our reports, saying all of this is out of [their control] and that they are unable to guarantee safety. They refuse to let us out of the last four months of our lease, despite all of this. We have faced a large financial burden as a result of this activity and feel unsafe in our home, where we have lived since 2015.
I love the community. its so pretty and peaceful. the staff that Ive met is super helpful and friendly. they respond to maintenance issues timely. the amenities are great.
I called in originally when I smelled smoke and ozone (electrical burning ) and.circuit breaker chattering the tech just checked to see if I had 110V with his meter at the receptacle. He said since I had 110V available so nothing he could do.Iput in a trouble call on line because Ive got 40+ years of electronic repair experience and I knew that this was a fire waiting to start. Thank God that the women in charge understood and put in a new receptacle. Thank you for the fast reply
Prompt address to all of my service needsThanks so very much: as a single mom that has a very busy schedule, this is golden 🤩
Our home constantly smells like cat pee and mildew. It took 6 different work orders for them to fix our AC completely and we had to go without AC for a week. The dog park is practically unusable. When we moved in we were told they were replacing the tubs/showers and mirrors in our bathrooms, that never happened. There are constant bugs in our apartment no matter how much we clean. Overall I’m sure there are better places to live in Raleigh. Update: we now have a bug problem and don’t think it’s because we don’t keep things tidy. We keep a very clean house.
Maintenance personnel were courteous and professional
So far really loving it here, haven’t lived here long but I’m extremely excited. It’s an older complex but very clean and quiet. Lovely architecture
Everyone was very attentive and friendly, very service oriented and there to solve the problem by any means necessary!!! Problem was resolved in a very timely manner and I appreciate the care and professionalism of my maintenance service.Thank you
I’m so thankful for this opportunity to live here. I love the staff they helped me from another state making it a very smooth process.
I’ve enjoyed living here so far. I’ve been here since March. There have been very minor issues like getting the washing machine fixed or getting the dishwasher fixed. What i will say is at move in the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly from the last tenants and It was very gross. Also, we do get bugs on our balcony at night so we don’t utilize It as much at night.Maintenance has been very responsive.I like living here and We May renew our lease.
The maintenance team he so far has been great . Polite, professional, personable and quick . Thank you both guys that have helped me so far . I’m thankful for you .
Have anxiety coming here EVERY NIGHT! I stay on the first floor, so I know bugs come in sometimes, but EVERY NIGHT?! I put in constant work orders for them to treat and every time it got worse. I finally went to the lease office and they gave me traps, THAT NEVER WORK. Next day I threaten to not pay rent( cause I pay ON TIME every month) and phone calls started to happen. I was then told that Terminx place a chemical that could be “dilluted”. I called them recently and continuously to get out my lease or have corporate call and was told I would get a response Last Thursday, it is now two weeks and no call. They literally do not care and I just want out.
Quick and efficient!
Just moved here about 3 weeks ago and I am enjoying it here!
Maybe after contacting the office 4 times and my issue still not being resolved in a timely manner, can someone explain to me why it’s taken two weeks for someone to come out and fix my leaking ceiling? the NEW customer service representative in the office “Eric” is no help, after requesting to speak to the service manager eric informed me that he would be my mediator after SPECIFICALLY asking to speak with the service manager, this place is a joke the only person worth speaking to is Tracy, too bad Tyrus no longer works for the company.
This is a decent place to live in if the staff were responsive. Every time i put in a maintenance request, it was a night mare. I had to get my doors fixed, air conditioning repaired and during my last few weeks the water heater broke while i was out of town and no one even gave me a heads up that they were entering my apartment. I walked in 2 weeks later into my apartment with drying equipment all over my house and when i contacted the management, all they had to say was we apologize, we should have informed you. The staff were never responsive, despite emails and calls that they do-not return, this place has made moving out a night mare. I would not recommend this place.
Since I moved in one hour ago, I cant respond to my experience yet.
I usually dont write reviews, but this will be an exception. I paid my $50.00 dollar application fee since I loved the apartment I was planning to move into. The lack of communication and customer service made me think twice; on top of that THEY FORCE YOU TO HAVE THEIR CABLE SERVICES; I DONT EVEN OWN A TV. APPARENTLY ITS MANDATORY.
I really love being apart of this community. So quiet, so etiquette and so lovely to walk around!!!!
Lived here for a few years. I personally do not like this place due to new management and housing related issues. Management change ever couple of months with new guidelines and more fees. They now charge to renew your lease which I find ludacris. They up fees every year that you live here and increase utilities expenses. I have seen plenty of roaches in my apartment. Not only that my apartment flooded three times while living here with sewage coming inside the apartment and not much was ever done. The management charged my account for the carpet that they messed up and this community is not dog friendly. I do not have pets but if you have a pet over they will be charge a $100 a day if any pets EVER enter your apartment home even if it’s emotional support or service dog. I do not agree with this. I could show pictures of all my accusations. The walls are paper thin you will hear your neighbor. I personally would look around for the price that you pay here. It’s not much different from any other apartment and you will hopefully get better management to help accommodate your needs.
DON’T MOVE HERE! The staff and tenant care is the absolute worse. THEY HAVE CHANGED MANAGEMENT THREE TIMES IN A YEAR. THEY SIT IN THE OFFICE AND LET THE PHONE RING AND CLAIM THEY’RE BUSY. Majority of the issues are from Previous Management which has left a bad rapport. I moved in June of last year and I’ve regretted my entire stay. The first issues we had 3 days after moving in was the carpet stains and the cabinets falling off the wall...I have reported the issue numerous times due to the constant change in management and NOTHING has been done. The breezeways need to be pressure washed they have spiders, cob webs and wasp nest everywhere. The stairs are extremely wobbly when people go down you can hear the stairs knock against the building. They want you to bring the nasty valet trash can inside your home or you’ll be charged $50 but allowed a couch to stay in the breezeway for over 3-4 months...and when I told them about it they said they weren’t aware but maintenance and the manager has been in and out of this building and YOU CAN’T MISS A WHOLE COUCH. I advise them that the AC isn’t working properly the temp currently shows 77 and we have it set on 70(which effects MY light bill) I reported it 4 different times and their excuse was because it’s an old unit which is not my problem I don’t pay rent to be uncomfortable. August can’t get here quick enough. DO NOT MOVE HERE! OH! & I almost forgot we had mold in the ventilation system and they tried so hard to convince me it was just dust I may be young but I can tell the difference between BLACK MOLD and dust...told them I would test it out myself and get a lawyer and they had someone come out to confirm the mold and clean the system. I SWEAR I HATE THIS PLACE.
Would not recommend to ANYONE. Bumped into someone who was just moving in and all i could say was good luck. I have talked to staff members numerous times and even they dont like it and say it sucks there. The management will screw you every chance they get and them replying to these saying sorry and will take into consideration or whatever is BS. 2.8 average star rating is better then what they deserve. DO NOT MOVE HERE. If you do god help you.
As a resident, I was always very pleased with the apartments at Parke at Trinity. I found the staff to be professional and responsive to emails and service requests. Any time I had an issue, it was promptly attended to. I thought I got a great value for the apartment I rented, and the location was very convenient to both Raleigh and surrounding areas. The building I was in was very quiet - I never noticed any issues with neighbors being noisy or disruptive. I would recommend living here without hesitation.
Roaches, mold, thievery
The apartments are good, the amenities are kept clean. Overall a good complex. My review would be higher except for the issues transitioning to New management has been strenuous.Having a water bill post separately, not tell anyone, then leaving a notice saying we would be evicted if the outstanding balance would be paid is one thing that comes to mind. Also they took out the option to pay a custom amount for rent so roommates could pay their share. Its either you pay the whole thing or you are sol. Ive never seen something like that before at any apartment complex. I called in and inquired and Charlie (who has been a great help to me) was able to explain that it was because some people were paying late. But that doesnt make any sense from an owner perspective. If you require being paid the full amount, then the tenants that do pay on time would be gated by others and you would just be slowing your cash flow.Honestly those all seem like reactionary short sighted solutions which is representative for how the new management has decided to run things in the past few months. I am expecting things to smooth over soon but its not in great shape at the moment.
I have lived at The Parke at Trinity for 20 months and am very happy here! The current staff is very welcoming and work hard for their residents. They plan events for residents, and they join us in the fun. This morning the crew is out cleaning snow off the walkways!Thank you to the staff at The Parke at Trinity!
Ive been a tenant at the Parke at Trinity for a year now and have just recently renewed my lease! Since I had first moved in, I havent had any complaints to be made. I havent had any troubles with making payments, the recreational amenities are kept up on, and my neighbors thus far have been pleasant. When I make trips to the office building, Im kindly greeted by the employees on duty. Whenever Ive had an issue within my apartment, my requests (via email) are addressed in a timely fashion and the maintenance crew have always been professional in tending to any issues. Ive personally appreciated how the staff also make an appoint to inform the tenants on upcoming events, new hires, etc. Just the other day, they had notified tenants well in advance that the staff would be going door-to-door only to ensure that the keys they have on hand still work for each apt. When the time came, the gentleman knocked on our door and forewarned us that he was only testing the key and leaving. Within minutes he did just as he said without stepping inside. Never has there been unannounced or prolonged visits, nor have I felt the staff to be invasive or intruding. Their customer service is always consistent. Its evident that the assistant manager, Alicia Shepherd, leads by example. Shes always super friendly and comes across as truly altruistic. One day, I had my 5 year-old sister with me and so I took her down to the inside pool to show her a good time. Once we had finished we began walking back and Alicia had kindly offered us a ride back to our building on one of their golf carts. Its those acts of kindnesses that I feel set this complex apart from all others.
We have been living here over a year, and had renewed our lease. The staff are amazing. Alicia Shepherd, the assistant manager, has always gone out of her way to be helpful and kind, and quick to respond. She seems to really care about the residents, and every time I see her she is talking to them like were family. Maintenance has always been on top of any concerns weve had, and have always taken care of things in a very timely fashion. It has been a pleasure living here, lots of activities are always organized, and lovely neighbors. I appreciate the professionalism of everyone who makes living here so enjoyable, and how they keep everything running so smoothly. Thank you!!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would ! First of the walls are paper thin, I could hear my neighbors whole conversation, I even felt as if they coughed I would get sick because the walls are so thin! They say they are pet friendly and they absolutely are NOT, even having service or emotional support animals they aren’t willing to help you out. New management is rude and not accommodating at all!! Glad my friend decided to move out of this roach infested place !
I cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about Kim, Lindsey, the two leasing gentlemen, and the rest of the Milestone Management team. Long story short, back in July I walked into leasing office very upset stemming from some ongoing issues regarding the now previous management. Little did I know, I would be walking into the office with a completely new team on THEIR VERY FIRST DAY! Even though they had a zillion things going on, Kim (who oversees the property now), took the time to meet with me, listened and sympathized, and was even able to rectify everything. What a breath of fresh air! If you are thinking about moving here - DO IT. I truly loved living here because its an awesome property, with great amenities, in the perfect location. Now that Kim, Lindsey, and the rest of this rock-star team are here, I can assure you are in good hands.
I have been a resident for two years. Positives: management has made good changes in the community, theyve improved since they first took over the complex, and are working hard to provide opportunities and extra events for residents. They have improved tremendously with their communication via email. The staff has always been polite when I have a problem, and I have been pleased with the location and how quiet it is. Unfortunately, I do have some criticisms.1. Valet trash. If were going to pay for it, please make sure the trash service is doing their job. My building got a warning about kids leaving trash around the building. I am confident that 30% of that trash left around the building was a result of the way the trash service handles the bags. Ive come home when theyre loading the bags onto the truck and lets just say they could be more careful. Several times open trash bags have been left in the middle of the parking lot, their contents partially sprayed across the pavement.2. Three times my rent check was lost and I got charged a late fee even though my roommate and I delivered our checks in the same envelope and hers somehow was not lost.3. LuxerOne is a great step toward retrieving packages after hours. Be aware that if someone sends you a surprise package, your email notification may go to junk mail, your package will be sent back, and you will be charged for the days you did not pick it up. I realize this is a very specific scenario, but still frustrating.4. The leasing office got us to sign our lease early (April, 2017) by promising to paint a wall in our apartment. Flyers were sent to everyone. It is now approaching the end of our lease (June, 2018) and no wall has been painted despite us approaching the office a couple times about it. The flyers worked and its not like its a huge deal, but it is bad customer service.5. If you want something fixed it may be the next day or your request may never be responded to.Again, good place to live. Its just the random little things that need to be improved upon.
If I could give a 0 star I would. Ive been renting apartments for my entire life and throughout the east coast. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had.First off, they try to nic and dime you any chance they get. In between the constant (over 5 times) harassment of my service dog and trying to force me to pay there pet fees etc after providing proper documentation 3 times and putting up for an entire year of high energy cost because they refused to fix there ac units (275 dollars a month for 2 people who are never home), they finally fixed the issue. The nightmare doesnt end there. My lease is up May 5th. Due to the pandemic I can no longer afford this 2 bedroom apartment so I chose to move to some where more affordable. Now they are forcing us to stay an additional 2 month (month to month cost) because we didnt warn them 2 months in advance that we were leaving. The pandemic truly hit us just one month ago!!!! We were not planning to leave, they didnt care not one bit. Ill be giving these complaints to the local news station.
The apartment is nice and the people before me messed a couple of things up but they came the same day to check on it. I also felt comfortable and the maintenance woman started conversation with me and I enjoyed it.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The apartments and old and need a lot of repairs. The neighborhood was purchased by a different company so maybe they will make improvements but that’s going to take some time. The front office loses documents so just make sure you send everything through email so you have a record.Maintenance requests do not get solved. For instance before moving in my ice machine was broken, the shelf was coming out of the wall and the closet door was off track. Maintenance came more than once but lo and behold nothing functions. Now that we have had multiple heavy rains i have had 2 leaks in my apt. The office has done nothing. I’ve been told I had to wait for someone to come out and look at the damage to see how to fix it but that was over a week ago.And it’s raining again....harder and my floor is soaked.I moved here because the rent was a great price, there is two pools and it’s close to 40 and I commute. But it’s not worth the headache. My lease can not be up fast enough.DO NOT MOVE TO THIS NEIGHBORHOOD.Edit 8/29 /19After many phone calls and having to leave work early one day in the beginning of this month I have moved to a new apartment in this neighborhood. I still would not recommend it at this moment. Maybe check back until they’ve had time to catch up and fix up the place and exterminate properly. The new place is nicer and I am happy here. Also once Lindsey (assistant manager) and Tyrus (leasing agent) really learned about the issues they helped to make the transition. My lease is up in April or May 2020 so fingers crossed it’s smooth sailing from here.
I went to speak to the lady at the office and she was so rude to me I didnt even get her name. After doing some research I see they were bought by a company that is not even valid in the Social security system. There is absolutely no one in charge that you can speak with. I would recommend avoiding this complex at all cost
Submitted my ticket in the AM and problem was fixed by lunch!
I love this place I love the basketball court
I have been very pleased with these apartments under the new ownership. The updated units are great, the 2 pools are wonderful, and the new maintenance manager is the best! Problems are now fixed within 24 hours, and anything broken is fully replaced. The gym has been completely remodeled with all new equipment, and the neighbours are friendly. Great place for people with children - they will have no problem finding friends here.
The location is right off the highway so if you frequent downtown Raleigh and Durham, its a good spot to be in and you can feasibly walk to the PNC Arena and the Fairgrounds. There are two pools and a decent gym. The apartments are basic and the staff is fine. I moved there when i needed something cheap. They made me pay more money for cable that I didnt want and then threw out the cable box that I didnt ask for and then the cable company came after me for the box after I moved. My car was broken into/thieved from twice and there are a number of inconsiderate parkers. The postal person gives zero effs about your mail and just shoves things into the small mail box. Looks like the newest management company is trying to make the place look more luxury. I experienced the new management company for a couple of months so maybe things are starting to shape up OR maybe they are trying to put lipstick on a pig and make you pay for it.TLDR, its fine.
There have been thefts including a motorcycle from a neighbor since I have been here. The leasing staff prior to the management/owner change were very nice and helpful. However, like other said, my sliding door has been broken since move in at the latch so maintenance has only bent it further so it doesnt meet and is drafty so all the AC or heat goes right out the door. Recently, the metal late broken in half completely and they just nailed it back with it sticking out! Now it closes worse than before. There have been other things I have called to have fixed that they either dont fix and say they did or fix something I didnt even want instead. Also, neighbors leave trash out in the breezeways and drag it, ripped open, all down the stairs. Little nasty bits have been there for weeks despite continued complaints and they insisting it will be pressure washed. Some of us have dogs and I have to drag her past everything so she doesnt eat something harmful. Im not sure if this will improve with the new management or not but I wouldnt recommend for the price of these apartments as it stands now. People are also really bag about picking up after their dogs here, especially in the dog park, even though bags are provided by the community.
I can not say enough nice things about Trinity Park! The staff is so friendly and go out of their way to make their residents happy. If you need something repaired, the maintenance people come to fix it immediately. Great location, plenty of parking, great amenities, and great, clean apartments!
They had openings right away. The agents were very helpful from the first phone call. They even left a gift (candy) on my apartment door for my birthday. Really good pieces of candy. The amenities are great. The rooms are spacious. I really like how kid friendly they are. I would only suggest a upgrade to the playground. Really great place to live. Central location. And very quiet.
I agree. This place does suck. Every time you turn around there is a new fee for something. You get no where with management. Azalea from the office is of no help either. Very very sorry we ever moved our loved one there.
Roaches and Mold! Do not move here.
I enjoyed staying at the parke at trinity! Tyrus was very helpful during my move out process! The property was clean and the new management team was very helpful and urgent when handling my concerns.
I for one really enjoyed the tour of the establishment. Alexis was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with ease.
Any time an issue arises the office staff are prompt at responding.
There was days I was counting down until my lease was up with the previous management American Landmark, they were horrible however the new management are great and the two guys Tyrus and Myron go above and beyond. The property overall could use updates but the new management that actually cares about everything and not just taking your rent check makes up for it!
I wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Freddie from the maintenance crew. Recently, my issue with the hot water heater spanned over four days but he never gave up!! Every time I left a messsge, he promptly returned my calls and followed-up with a visit. They (he and his supervisor) were able to isolate the issue to a bad heat element!! Service was friendly and professional!!
THE WORST APARTMENT COMMUNITY I HAVE EVER LIVED IN!! I can not wait until my lease is up. Upstairs neighbors bang around all day, trash and dog feces everywhere, valet trash is hit or miss, and hallways need to be power washed so badly I feel like Im walking in a haunted house due to all the cob webs. Management doesnt care as long as they get rent. Oh!!! And to top it all off....my building is sinking. Cant wait to leave!! Avoid this place like its the plague!
They are scammers and maintenance doesn’t do their job. Management is never in the office and they will promise you things and still overcharge you. Don’t waste your time hear. Basketball rim has been out of order for an year so as the pool
The staff is amazing, maintenance is friendly and fast, and this place has been all around wonderful! If youre looking for a safe, clean and affordable community to live, this is the one! Im moving out-of-state soon and I am sad to leave this place.
I’ve lived at The Parke at Trinity for two years now. When I first movies in I loved it. All my neighbors where great, the employees at the office where always helpful, and the maintenance where always professional and timely. Now I can’t wait to move out. This complex has changed completely. The employees at the office are very unprofessional and downright mean. I’ve walked into the office last week, and the office was empty none of the employees where there, but the door was open and sign on the door stated that the office was open. I waited 20 minutes before one of the employees happened to walk in after taking a joy ride on the golf cart. When I told the employee that I’ve been waiting they seemed unfazed by this, and unapologetic. All they care about is money and getting the rent. The employees are rude, and very unhelpful, they talk to renters like we are trash and have to issues with arguing with a renter as appose to trying to understand the renters point of view. My neighbors are a nightmare. When I first moved in the majority of my neighbors where college students, they were nice, clean, and never loud or noisy. Now my new neighbors love to party and drink all night. They listen to loud music all night, I can literally feel the walls vibrating at 3 am. After a night of drinking they like to wander around the complex barefoot, drunk, and shouting at each other. I’ve brought this to the attention of the management more than once, but they have not done anything up to this point. One of my neighbors scratched my car, but did not even bother to leave a note. Maintains is pretty much not an option. They don’t repair things around the complex that are broken unless you hunt them down and keep reminding them. The outdoor light of our apartment has been burnt out for 2 months, I’ve let the office know about this a few time but gave up at this point. If you ask them to come repair something inside your apartment its even worst. They half ass the job, so it usually breaks within a week, not to mention satin the carpet and the walls with their dirty hands and shoes. People who live here are forced to pay a service fee for a company that comes to pick up the trash. We can’t opt out of this service, essentially it is forced upon us, but they don’t come most days. But we still have to pay for this service. Children that live in the complex play in the street unattended, they don’t move when they see a car coming, they stand in the middle of the street and stare at you. Dog owners constantly let their dogs wander around without a leash, and fail to pick up after them. In conclusion, you deserve to live somewhere where you will be treated like a human, I recommend you to look for somewhere else.
I lived in the apartment complex for two years until my lease ended on June. Overall, I was pleased with the location, polite staff, and the quietness of the area. I enjoyed the location of the pool and the gym. However, there were a few miscommunications and irregularities that need to be addressed with the management team at such time.System issues: I was doubled charged for trash for several months this year (Jan-April); if it wasnt because I went to the office to double check this, they wouldnt have realized the system issue and correct it it.Failure to follow up: As an incentive to renew our lease in April 2017, we were told we could have a wall painted of the color of our choice. A year went by and there was no sign of them actually painting the wall.Trained staff (or lack thereof): at least three times I was charged a late fee for rent because someone had lost my roommates checks (when we had delivered them in the same envelope).I was hoping for a smooth transition out of the apartment complex but I was penalized for something a staff member should have been responsible for (date stamping the key when I returned it). I had vacated and turn in the keys before my lease ended and did not receive my deposit in full, because apparently the keys were not returned until 5 days after my lease ended. Turns out I was out of town during that set time.
Management just changed and so did everything about the place. Maintenance splattered paint all over my sink and left their paint roller in in after painting a water stain. The leasing office will take about a week to get an application through, and good luck getting the office to answer the phone.-EDIT-Once management was made aware of my concerns, they were all resolved in a timely manner. Changed from 1 star to 4.
Very bad experience and moment they made us go thru since they informed us that we had the application approved and the same day of moving they placed inconveniences on the documentation that was once approved, not to mention that they delayed the days to show us the real apartment that we had set to move . they made us give the deposit without first seeing the promised apartment so that the moving day they found us an excuse to not move and disapprove the application. I really do not recommend them lack professional ethics. All backgrounds checks were good and we had not problems until we started asking to see the appt.
This place could be a good community if had a more professional and well prepare office management. Rude and non professional manager!! Tenants are not treat well and renovation people come into your house all the time without your permission. Non privacy at all!
I highly recommend this community to everyone! Its. Great place to live and the neighbors are great.
Currently in a 3 bdrm - very spacious with lots of storage space and Large bathrooms. 10 mins from the mall, shops, movies, etc. HORRIBLE traffic during the NC state fair, hockey games at the PNC Arena or NC State home football games. That’s the biggest downside. Also relatively pricey. Maintenance responds in a timely manor.
DONT LIVE HERE!!! New management took over a couple months ago, and if I could leave 0 stars, I would. Milestone Management and Lindsay ( the property manager here) do not give a hoot about you as a tenant. Mailboxes broke since June, which they did inherit, so I was patient, HOWEVER- 4 months after new boxes were put in, and I still do not have a key. The leasing office did finally start receiving our paper mail for us, but then they either steal it or lose it, and when you ask whats going on, all you get is a shrug.....They say the Post Office is supposed to rekey, but thats a lie. I know this b/c I spoke with Customer Service for USPS, and only if they were the ones that installed new boxes then they rekey. How do you tell if they installed or not? If there is an Eagle on the tag, then they belong to USPS. $480 of missing packages that state handed off directly at front office, a missing $1000 check, 2 emails to Milestone corporate office and 2 emails to leasing office and not 1 person felt the need to talk or get answers or anything!!!! They just want your $.Do not waste your money!!Adding to this review:Just now at 5 pm, a knock on the door. Im in the shower, and I hear banging. I get out of the shower to check whats going on, and the maintenance guy is trying to come in. There is no work order for him, so there was no need for him to even be here!!! Unbelievable!
Poor customer service, very rude staff. They just dont care about you or your problems or even the owner of the business. I wonder who is responsible for hiring such people. They keep arguing about unfair policies which they refused to inform you about. Beware!
I have lived in the neighborhood for the last 7yrs. Very safe neighborhood, kid friendly, all my neighbors are great and considerable. Management is great as well especially Tyrus & Mike; they have tried hard to bring up the property dispite of the mess the previous management left. I highly recommend this community to everyone! Its. Great place to live close to RTP, RDU airport,NC STATE, PNC arena, MALLS, shopping centers, all highways; interstate 40 and I-440. Not forgetting best prices.
I believe the trend here is obvious. New management has taken over and office staff are very unprofessional. I am fortunate enough to be on my way out but I would not recommend anyone to lease here. The new online payment portal is not suitable for rental payments. They really need to explore another avenue because telling tenants its their fault is completely unacceptable and not good enough. They even lied about others not having problems with it after I informed them about comments on the portal (which they deleted) and comments I heard other tenants make while in the office. Also, locked mailboxes serve no purpose when mailbox doors constantly fall off and are left opened. My complaint about such was completely disregarded. If you attempt to have a problem resolved, they will refuse to to give you the contact information for higher level management and instead only provide you with a phone number which only accepts voice messages. The only solution new management here seems to be able to come up with is to unnecessarily threaten tenants with an eviction.
This place sucks. They lure you in with a fair price to get you to set up an appointment. As soon as you show up, they tell you that the apartament discussed was rented out within the 2 days of talking about it. I understand that these things happen sometimes. Considering that they messaged me twice in 2 days without mentioning that the apartment was no longer available, makes me think that this is no accident. They then offer you an apartment at a much higher price (which is the same apartment). They should be working at a car dealership.
Since the new management took over couple months ago its 👎 . We experienced no lights in hallways, parking lots muddy, garbage stays for more than 2 days.... they never pick up their phone unless you call them several times.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would! Seriously, dont move here. Between the constant maitainence requests going weeks without being fixed (leaking sinks, broken showers, broken dryer, lights not working, etc) and their inability to bill correctly, its just not worth it. I am so glad we only signed a short term lease (which they snuck an extra two months on under our noses). I cannot wait to be rid of Parke at Trinity!
Dont be fooled by the nice lobby and front staff. Dumpy place, maintenance has to do everything as cheaply and shoddily as possible so constantly refixing things, super cheap finishes/carpet that youre responsible for because they dont last as long as they should. Be wary when moving out because theyll milk money out of you. Dont trust that theyll do the right thing for their residents.
Thank God! Saved my sister from moving in
I moved out in December of 2018.This place is absolutely horrible. Their customer service sucks. The apartments are infested with roaches and they are unreliable. The maintenance was never on time and truly did not fix things until weeks later. I would never recommend living there. Management sucks.. dont do it to yourselves... turn around and go in the other directions!!!
I enjoyed living here, for a while. I even renewed my lease in May. Now theres new management, and in just one short month this place has gone from a comparatively inexpensive and decent place to the worst customer service I have encountered. Excuses, and poorly made ones, are the only thing you will get out of the staff.I received a notice shoved into the crack of my door warning me that I was days away from eviction due to unpaid balance that was due on July 5th. The issue being the office staff informed me when I paid my bill on July 3rd in the office and after inquiring with the office staff the exact balance that I owed, and paid in full, did not include the water bill because they had not switched the water system over yet and did not have the information to bill at that time and that this would be billed separately through the mail.Through the mail apparently means threatening you with a letter that you are days away from eviction. When confronted with the letter, and after confirming that not only did they have my mailing address (which they manage) but also my phone and email as well, they simply stated that this was how they communicated and was their policy, and they were very sorry for the miscommunication. Even though the paragraph about eviction had been purposefully highlighted in orange, and they were threatening me for not paying a bill on time when they did not have the bill in their system until, at the earliest because July 4th is a national holiday, the due date of the bill itself. I was also informed that around 300 other people were in the same boat.Does this sound like a competent and trustworthy organization?Do not live here. You will regret it.
Currently a resident at the apartments, my lease expires in a month and most likely not going to renew. I emailed the manger about the lease about three week ago and I have not gotten a respond yet. I went to the office on more then one occasion and the manger was not around so I was told to email her again, which I did, a week ago and did not get a respond. The staff is not very professional, they do not care if residents are unsatisfied. They have been adding very cheat upgrades in order to raise the rent, most of which broke within the week. Very unhappy, and definite do not recommend the complex to anyone.
New management is not professional, for some reason they can’t respond promptly, not talking in a fair way, not helpful staff; they don’t care! You need to wait for a more than expected time for maintenance issues to be addressed. Trashes are not taken on time you need to take them 2 or more times a weak.
I like Trinity Park Apartments. I have been here for about 6 months so far and have not had any problems. The office staff are all very friendly and eager to help when you walk in or call with something.
Advice to the new management team: if there is an important issue, SEND OUT AN EMAIL. You have our email addresses! The fact that vital information gets posted on some obscure social media page, which maybe 10% of tenants check, is ridiculous.
I have lived here for several years and under several managements. It has been all good, all this time until now, with the third management took over a few months ago. Worst customer service, very unprofessional staffs. Nothing gets fixed in time.Unfortunately, I just renew my lease not long ago. I regret I have to deal with this new management for another seven months. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - RENT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
Court yards noisey even at night, its never closed to people playing basketball, the lights go off at 10:44 pm. Doors and windows need replacing, broken and drafty. Not all appliances were new as promised. Staff is friendly and quick to respond to repairs. Love the food truck visits. Gym equipment were nice and new. Indoor pool is a plus and outdoor pool is filled with kids!
Wonderful staff!!!! Very clean and renovated apartments. Quiet location with great neighbors. Would rent here again!
Was taking a shower this morning and in the middle of the shower the water to my building was turned off. I went into the office to ask why there wasnt a notice about water being turned off. They had no excuses.
Pay way to much for the service provided. They dont fix stuff in a timely manner and are way to rude when you try to get a problem fixed. Valet trash service Sunday thru Thursday however they dont want you to put your trash outside until the guy shows up which is a hit or miss on the time. Way to mich headache at this place for what its worth. Would not recoment to anyone unless they have absolutely zero other options
The apartments are old and they are in the process of updating them. Mine is not updated. For the most part the buildings and units are serviced when an issue is reported. Little as far as routine maintenance. We had a note that the HVAC filters were to be replaced and ours wasnt. It is within walking distance to PNC Arena and quick drive to the office.
Very nice apartments near Western Blvd. Visited a friend & was very impressed!! Perhaps Ill rent a 1 bedroom too!!!
There has been a change in management since I started living here and my only complaints about this complex now are hold overs from decisions the last owners made. Spectrum High Speed is included in the rent, regardless of any other options you may want. This is anticonsumer, and it stinks even more because Google Fiber was installed literally next door. The current owners adopted this property with this internet service though, so I hope than when the contract with Spectrum ends they take a look at the options in the area and consider that their residents may prefer having the choice of ISP
I wouldn’t recommend this complex to my worst enemy. Leasing office couldn’t be less helpful or accommodating. Counting down the days until my lease is up.
So far, its been a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE living at The Parke at Trinity....
