I had such a great experience here. Karen gave me a spa pedicure that was relaxing and she made easy conversation. My nails look beautiful and she did a great job waxing my challenging brows as well. Would highly recommend for her work and the cozy feel of the salon.

I work in a labor job and my feet can be tough, but I guess that’s why it’s called Tough as Nails because Karen did an amazing job!! I found them through Groupon and it was a deal I couldn’t pass up. I will definitely be returning for future mani/pedis and recommending to friends!

This place is terrible! Do not waste your time because they will surely waste yours. I tried to call for an appt and there was no answer and the VM was full. I texted the number and it took them 4 days to get back to me. I had a confirmed appt for a Saturday at noon. I show up 5 minutes early and there was no one there. The salon had beer bottles and cigarettes everywhere and looked like a frat party had been going on earlier. I called the number and a phone rang in the next room with no one around. I waited 20 minutes and left. Texted the number again and over a week with no response back. Don’t waste your time or money, clearly this person does not know how to run a business.

Late post...absolutely love this place. Found her thru a Groupon purchase. Was here a little over a month ago. Cozy location and the atmosphere was amazing. Pedi was relaxing, professional done and quick. Wished she did Dip so I can get my nails done there as well.

She does excellent work, my nails still look good a week later. All at a good price!

Poor customer service. I called to make an appointment and the man that answered told me to call back in a half hour, which i found odd for a business. But i called back and when no one answered, i left a message including my name and number, requesting an appointment. A week has passed and still no call back. Ill take my money to someone that wants it.

Went here with my little sister and had a great time! Karen was so attentive to detail and made sure we got great colors. Great conversation. We really enjoyed the manipedis! So glad Groupon sent us here. It was a real treat 😃

Well I had thought I developed a friendly relationship with her. Dont wanna say her name so lets call her K. Even my daughter goes there faithfully to get her eyebrows and nails done. Yes I called her twice left a detailed message both times and havent received anything back. She cut my hair so good the last time that I didnt want to go to anyone else but its looking like I might be going to Super Cuts. 🥺Im sorry about your mother. Next time I will not be so quick to judge about a phone call. You do awesome work!! And at the same time I laugh almost the whole time. Yes so sorry!
