I had a wonderful first experience at Sugar Spa. Front staff at settings like these can often be intimidating, however the ladies at Sugar Spa were very polite and welcoming. I scheduled the 2 hour massage with Amber (HIGHLY recommend!) and it was the best massage I have ever received. Unlike previous massages, I was able to fully relax during this service and felt like I was receiving the most care I ever have! I left feeling 10x better than I did entering and already booked my next appointment with Amber. Thanks again to the staff at Sugar Spa, you earned a return client! :)

I had one of the best massages of my life from Steven! Came in with muscle soreness all over, and left feeling so much better. He really took the time to focus on all the problem areas I mentioned.

Lovely spa and great atmosphere. The swings outside were so relaxing. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the Buddha statue in the massage room. I prefer to keep religion and religious preferences out of a professional massage.

What a treat! This place is super clean, inviting, and the staff is amazing. Started with a signature facial. All organic products which I love. They give you a towel wrap and a headband. The table itself has a plexiglass barrier above your face and the esthetician had on gloves/mask+faceshield as well. Very Covid friendly! Then I had a swedish massage (with CBD lotion) that was super calming. Both girls were super knowledgeable asking questions and giving me great tips. Both rooms were dark & cozy with nice zen music and a white noise machine. I was nervous that it would be loud with Studio Raw above but you couldnt even tell! Very calming, I will definitely be going back when I need a nice relaxing day.

The best manicures Ive ever had have been at Sugar Spa. And the facials are fantastic: so so relaxing and my skin glows afterwards.

I love coming here and interacting with all of the wonderful employees. Overtime, Kristen (and others) have become my friends and I love seeing them for a day of R&R!

I have visited Sugar Spa multiple times for multiple treatments. Every time I am there I am welcomed by their friendly staff, offered water/tea/coffee, and everything is professionally done. I have had my eyelashes done, hair colored and cut, gel pedicure and waxing. Highly recommend!

This place is perfection! Went here for a massage and facial with my mom, and it was the ultimate day of relaxation. Everyone we interacted with was so kind and accommodating. The spa itself is beautiful, clean, and feels luxurious without being pretentious. I would highly recommend! Also, my massage with Steven was amazing!

Pink killed it for my wedding makeup! They squeezed all my bridesmaid and myself in after having our appointments cancelled a month prior to my wedding day. They listened to each of us with what we wanted and didnt want. On top of great services, the spa itself is beautifully done! It is a perfect space for getting makeup for your wedding or any event with a group. I highly recommend this team!

I love coming to Sugar Spa. I come mostly for gel manicures with Pink but got my first facial in years with Sarah on Saturday and it was amazing! Their spa menu is extensive and everyone is so knowledgeable and kind. Not a bad thing to say about Sugar, there is something here for everyone!

I got an hour long aromatherapy massage by Amber and it was wonderful! Highly recommend, especially if youre looking for a local place!

I want to start by saying the spa is beautiful and some of the staff are very friendly. However... I had the worst dip manicure of my life and cannot even begin to understand how they allowed me to walk out the door with the job they had done. The manicure took over two hours and I had to immediately drive to a different salon and have them redo it. When I told the woman I could not walk out of the salon with my nails like this, she tried to blame the poor service on me and said I should have told her sooner to fix it. I think what else is disturbing is two staff members commented on my manicure and said it looked great, when it was clearly horrendous (pictures speak for themselves). Also, they do not use any drills to smooth the dip manicure down, only filing boards, which I have not seen from any other salon where I have gotten a dip manicure. I think this place is a scam and I highly recommend you find another salon.

Let me start by saying, I have been to this spa many times for pedicures and wax every time the service and staff are great. This time I was the lucky winner of their new facial called a Microcurrent Facial. I have never had one before. Amber explained that it was not like a regular facial and this one uses low voltage electrical currents on your skin. Sounds scary I know, but it was amazing.After it was over, my face felt more firm, massaged, less inflamed and it had a glow. Definitely a difference. The products used were all natural. I would highly recommend this facial for anyone who is looking for a lift/tighten without surgery. Last, I was worried about post facial breakouts and have had nothing. I will definitely be getting another one!

I went for a long overdue massage. Stephen was so nice and helped me relax. The room had soft lighting and music, a warm table and the chance for aromatherapy. The only downside I find is that since it is located under another business, you can hear footsteps above even with the sound machine on. I do look forward to heading back for another session soon!

Went for a facial and mani/pedi. Great atmosphere, and everyone was very pleasant. My facial, was absolutely amazing and I loved that the products were natural. However, my pedicure was much less desirable. My feet felt the same as they did going in and when I left. Which was a damper, being a mom of 2, because I was so looking forward to pedicure. Unfortunately we did not get to use their services. I verified with website there were dozens of open time slots for a pedicure but when we arrived they said they were completely booked and had no one all day. Even checking right before we went. Lesson learned, dont trust their website ever. Not an organize business.

Went there with my mom and sister as a surprise for our mom whos getting married in the winter. We wanted something relaxing. This place was fresh, clean, super relaxing and the staff were attentive and very sweet. I felt as though each of us were paired with the perfect person. We each had the farmhouse pedi, which was to die for. My feet are still smooth. While I was getting it, my fingers needed to be soaked in acetone to remove previous dip powder. They are usually individually wrapped. Being that my whole hand was in acetone, This was so very harsh and frankly at $20 to remove it, super expensive. My hands sat in the acetone for the duration of the pedi, probably 20 min. My hands are are still so dried up and rough like sandpaper. I loved my person, she was fun to chat with, but seemed new at the dip, as no electric drill was used to smooth and buff the nails. I have a huge ridge in my pointer and there are spots that are dull on 3 nails. I feel as though this was a great experience and I would definitely go back, but not for dip. Total was $70 for removal and dip and my hands are dry and cracked. Cuticles are dry as well. Great staff super friendly, need some work on dip. Our mom was so happy and had a great experience and time there. That was all we wanted was for her day to be the best. Thank you for doing that for her.

I bought my boyfriend and myself our first couple’s massage as a 4th anniversary gift. We didn’t know what to expect, but were greeted with kindness and professionalism as soon as we walked in. We were made really comfortable without feeling rushed. The cozy and peaceful environment alone was worth the money, and the massage was out of this world. Our massage therapists were lovely and accommodating to our needs.

From the atmosphere to the friendly smiles, to the welcoming faces, entering this spa is incredible! The massage may very well have been the best massage I have ever had! Every attention to detail and the areas that needed the most attention were addressed, and I left feeling fabulous! You should definitely check this place out for all of your spa needs!

After a 60 minute massage, I have to say that Regina might be the best massage therapist in the North Hills area. She uses an eclectic mix of techniques that shes acquired over the course of her career, and it results in a very personalized, caring experience. Though you should communicate with your therapist for the best experience possible, I found myself not needing to say much as she somehow seemed to empathically zero in on exactly those areas that were troubling me. I dont think I could have expected a better experience, and I now feel like I want to lie under the sun in some field of grass for the rest of the day, soaking in the relaxed state as much as possible.The spa itself is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated as well. I loved the floating fire display hanging on the wall in the extremely comfortable and intimate waiting area. The hosts who check people in, follow up with them, and answer questions were very customer service-oriented, extraordinarily friendly, and just attentive people (in a good way). Im pretty sensitive to loud noises, and I didnt feel like it was a noisy or distracting environment, which is surprising considering how they were able to tend to and entertain so many other clients. Its exactly the kind of atmosphere you want when youre treating yourself.Im very impressed with this place, and its nice that its conveniently located in the North Hills area. I wish it could remain a secret, but it deserves to be visited and experienced.

Intuitive and targeted massage!I was given a 60 minute massage gift and what great treatment I received! I get massages regularly and am sometimes skeptical about the therapist that work on me. Steven won me over with his thoughtful questions about my body but, more importantly, his intuitive and intelligent sense of where my body needed attention. He used the reflexology points in my feet to see that my upper back region needed a lot of work. He applied strong, slow and targeted pressure on the knots and tight spots throughout my lumbar and neck areas. Its great to find a masseuse that knows and understand the anatomy and what the client needs. I would book Steven again anytime.

I just visited Sugar Spa for the first time and had a massage with Steven and facial with Natalie. The staff is extremely warm and welcoming for the moment you walk through the door. Natalie was thorough and knowledgeable about how to care for my picky skin. Steven was able to help sort out some back problems I was experiencing and ease a lot of tension I was holding in my back. My experience at Sugar Spa was fantastic and I walked out feeling amazing.

We had been to Sugar Spa and Beauty Bar for a manicure a few months ago and were very disappointed by the negative attitude of the older lady who worked with us. So we hesitated to return but we are very happy we did because we met Sarah Chappel who was wonderful! She gave a beautiful manicure, offered great suggestions and was very pleasant.

I thoroughly enjoyed the spa facial. It was very relaxing and the facial includes a neck and shoulders massage. I would definitely recommend it!

And this was my first facial - which she catered to MY skin - she was sure to tell me every product she was using, how it worked, and how it benefited me specifically. I had my makeup done for my wedding by Amber. She did an amazing job. Did everything I asked for. She was super sweet and help me make sure I was relaxed.

Walked into the spa with a horrible back spasm.. I was literally in tears. They gave me an immediate appointment and Regina was so thorough. She did an extensive amount of stretching and muscle work to ease my pain and help correct the issue. Even though I was in a large amount of pain, I ended up having an incredible massage. Definitely planning on coming back regularly!!
