Cat is new to the South Bend office and has been AMAZING to work with - its like a breath of fresh air in there now! Give them another try - they have tons of choices in jobs!!

I filled out for a job online, they called me in for a drug screening & interview, i thought i was going to work immediately, but was told i was 5th place in line for a warehouse position & that really dont help when you looking to go to work right away, but the agency in elkhart, Bristol & Goshen, will put you too work right away, its just something about south bend indiana it seems hard to get a job with these agencies!!

The office has TONS of jobs and has a new manager. Give it another chance!!

Helpful staff and great paying jobs!

I called and was helped immediately with an account issue I was struggling with, the representative Charlotte only took less than an hour to help me resolve the issue, she was very kind and very patient.

Kayla is rude and shouldnt work with the general public, too much attitude. If part of your job is helping find people work then why would you tell your clients to not call and check in? This person is rude over the phone and in person. I will be reaching out to corporate.

I have never made a comment or review of anything before but I feel the need to share that I was extremely discourged by the rude agent answering the phones... I cant really give a true assessment of Elwood staffing as a whole but that phone call was enough for me to not want to pursue employment through this agency..

I love the people at this location and the one in Elkhart. They treat me like they really want to help me find a job more then any other temp agency. I havent found one as yet but hoping the one they called me for pans out. They called me,,,the other temp services dont call me, I have to call them.

Went in today and the ladies were super nice and made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. I would recommend Elwood to anyone.

Kayla, the agent who primarily answers the phone is unprofessional but rude more than anything. Krystal is very nice and accommodating however, I have had enough of the dissrespectful tone fron Kayla when I call. I never look forward to calling. I am a very hard working person applying for positions outside of elwood every day. I’m not sure if she thinks I’m a lazy person just using them to do my job searching for me? That is so far from the case but that’s what her tone feels like. Just rude and arrogant.After my last call, I have decided I will look elsewhere.

This place is a joke, and the staff is rude. I was looking for a full time job and started working with them but the company wasnt a good fit so i asked them to find me another job. It took them a week to find me a job and it was only a 2 day job (8hr shift) each day. They were not there for me. Concluding, they take too long to find you a job and dont care and even when you visit them in person they will say I will give you a phone call for a job fit for you and never do. Do not waste your time. Staff is disrespectful and dont care.

Service was Terrible. The person in South Bend branch refused to check me in .

Took my kids there, they got a job right away, staff seems pretty nice.

This place is already a joke. And I havent even talk to anyone really... went in and they told my boyfriend That he couldnt fill out a app because they were closing soon. They didnt close for anther 50mins. Like are you serious? Whats the point in having a closing time if no one is aloud to come in when they damn near dont close for anther hour! Hell no! Go find some where else! This place is already a joke 😂

Been working with them a long time now and always had this issue, the people there are terrible. They set u up with a job and if you work there for a while and feel like the job isnt the right job for you or if u want to search for better job they criticize you about your personal life and unfairly judge you. They dont want to help you grow at all, Ill never work for this comonay ever again.

Interview lady was rude. Husband has short term memory loss and she refused to repeat back what position he was interviewing for on phone and said if he couldn’t remember where he had obligated to he wouldn’t be a good fit for their company . It wasn’t completely because he couldn’t remember it was because he had 4 other job positions he had set up times to be interviewed and wasn’t sure exactly which one this was. Disrespectful rude didn’t care she’s the one who’s wrong for the job. Never that branch again.

Elwood staffing has the rudest most sarcastic receptionist job coordinators whatever title they want to throw on their selves they think they’re better than everybody else and their not

I was offered a job then denied for something that’s actually not supposed to be on my record!
