Amy has done my pedicures twice now and does a fantastic job! The best pedicures I’ve ever had! Really takes her time and is amazing! I’ve had a few other people do my pedicures too and they all have been wonderful! I have only lived in Robinson6 months but will continue to go here!

Andy is 100% my new go to!! I walked in with a gel manicure, and I left with a new found love for dip powder. I had never tried it before since I only recently started doing my nails, but I will never ever EVER go back to gel!!

The place I usually go to was booked so I tried Luxor nails for the first time and they did a really good job and didnt rush through like most places do. I will definitely go back!

Ive beyond thrilled with every appointment Ive had at Luxor Nail Spa, since starting with them over one year ago.My best friend and I treat ourselves to manis every 2 weeks, and pedis every 4 to 6 weeks. The shop is meticulously clean and sanitary. The staff are all friendly and equally as talented. And, the prices are exceptionally reasonable for the high quality of services they provide.Specifically, my bestie and I have our manis and pedis done only by Emma. She is the best of the best technicians, in my opinion, compared to any other salon or tech Ive used (which are many.)I believe, however that all the staff who work there are as equally as talented as Emma. I base this on the fact that all the customers Ive encountered rave about their nail techs, the services provided to them, and from my personal observations of their manis/pedis.Hands down, you will be elated with your visit to Luxor, regardless of who does your teatment(s) or what youre having done.

I have not had any spa services in 40 years. John was absolutely delightful andelightful and made me feel so beautiful. The nails are perfect and the sugar scrub on the feet- divine.Spotlessly clean.. I will absolutely be back.

I had a wonderful time at Luxor, I got the Luxor pedicure and am SO happy I did. It was my 1st pedicure and Amy was FANTASTIC! Ill DEFINITELY be back!

Super friendly staff! They make you feel comfortable and they are excellent at what they do!!! I have taken my girls and nieces (which are all 12yo n younger) quite a few times and they were all so patient and kind. This is my nail place for good!! Not to mention that thier prices are reasonable.

John was great. He took the time needed to my feet soft and looking great for a special event. I would go back again.

Booked 3:30 appointment for 2 mani. Received confirmation email and text. Got to salon 3:25 told to pick polish out. 3:55 says okay only do one now. Have another appointment in 5 minutes. Soak my daughters hands after 15 minutes no one comes back. We tell them we had confirmation appointments for 3:30 they say sorry to busy. We left. I’d call and book not use online seems like they have no clue when you book online.

I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. I’ve had 2 horrible experiences there now. I returned to the nail salon today for a repair on nails that were just done last week. I was not even acknowledged for 15 minutes. Instead of offering to repair the nail (one nail) they told me to wait an hour. The nail salon was not busy at this time. Horrible qualify and very unprofessional.

This is one of the WORST nail places in the area! Rushed my nails! I had naturally long nails going in and they were cut down to the cuticle! The dip is way too thick! When I sent my review of bad service from the survey sent through text, the automated service sent a text and told to me to call about my bad experience. I was met with a “I hope your day gets better”. NEVER GO HERE! Unless you want dome nails with poor customer service!

My daughter and I had pedicures done by Andy and Brian from the time we walked in until the time we walked out they both did an amazing job the best we ever had their personalities were awesome the hospitality was beyond awesome I’m sorry I’m going on and on but very pleased with the service we had we will definitely be back

I went in and my nail technician was on her phone the whole time while doing my nails. My friend wanted a simple design in which the other tech could not do. she also cut my cuticle twice making it bleed. over priced for poor quality and poor quality customer service. never go there, very unprofessional.

They did a good job with my husband and myself. They weren’t too busy even though it was a Saturday.The drop in stars is for cleanliness. You could tell the nail file was used before. They used my foot bath water to clean the tools.If you don’t care about sanitation, they are very skilled and good at what they do. Unless the cleanliness increased I probably won’t be back

Emma does a great job and is friendly. This was my second visit. I love my dip nails and gel toenails; they last quite a while with a shiny finish. I am very pleased. They are also diligent about cleaning everything between clients.

This was the most expensive, yet the worst manicure I have ever gotten. My nails were unevenly filed, he cut my finger with the cuticle clipper, and my cuticles are still rough and dry and look worse than when I came in. This is my first time writing a review but I was just so disappointed. Not worth the expensive prices they charge.

The young man doing my pedicure is being extremely careful and definitely a perfectionist. It’s going to cost about $15 more than I usually spend but I needed it in a hurry and I’m extremely pleased.THEY ARE ALWAYS WONDERFUL

I love this nail spa and more specifically Emma who I’ve followed for years. She’s amazing and the Spa is beautiful, clean, and you feel pampered.

I gave 2 stars bc the hospitality isn’t great. They’re quick, which is a huge plus, but I get the feeling of being a burden. Been here multiple times and each time is not worth it. But a good place to get your nails done if you’re in a rush and need something quick. Like I said, they are fast but that doesn’t always equal great quality.

I see a good many negative reviews on here, but I have been here many times and never walked away feeling disappointed. The service is good, they’re fast and do a pretty good job. I have been to my fair share of horrendous nail salons and this surely isn’t one.

Best place to get a pedicure! Every time I’ve gone in the staff has taken their time even if there are people waiting. If you’re planning on going on the weekend it’s best to set an appointment.

Had a good experience ! Took me right away and finished in a timely manner. She asked if I wanted a manicure and it didn’t really feel like I got one but I still do love my nails. I’ve heard bad reviews about this place so not sure if I want to go back now :(

2 stars because the staff is so nice. However its over priced, and out of 3 girls none of our nails lasted more than a week. We all even got dip.....

I came here about 4 times within the past year. Its a nice salon but overall, a weird atmosphere. Today I came in around 10:15, no appointment. I asked for Anthony and they said hes only available for appointments only. No biggie. Then the two ladies proceeded to tell me that they can only do my pedicure and not my manicure because they had a appointments coming in. As I was getting my pedicure done, one of them received a walk in, took her right away. Im still sitting her right now letting my toes dry and I still have yet to see either one of their appointments walk in. Yet my nails still need done. If they didnt want to service me I would have left! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! THEYRE RUDE AND LAZY!

Paid $75 for a gel manicure and my two small children to get their nails painted. My gel started chipping off not even 4 days later and a week and a half later they are almost all peeled off. Complete waste of money

Just started going there very very nice spotless beautiful place very elegant and good work. Nails are just beautiful thanks to Vivienne. Going back to get my nails done and its close to home.

I had a HORRIBLE experience at this nail salon. The technician was rude and spiteful. I had long, beautiful, natural nails. I simply wanted a manicure before my vacation. She tried to talk me into shellac two times. I declined. I was scolded twice for splashing water out of the pedicure tub. (The water was too hot and I was moving my feet around to mix the hot and cold). After declining the callous remover when I found out it was an extra ten dollars, I think the technician was on a vengeful mission. During the manicure she asked me if I wanted to keep my nails long. I said yes I like them long and I just wanted them clipped A LITTLE BIT. Within two seconds she took her clippers and cut every one of my nails below my finger tips!!!! I was in complete shock! I could not believe what happened to me. I couldnt even bring myself to say anything because I was horrified and wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. I even wrote the owner a letter and didnt even receive any type of apology or compensation. It was the biggest waste of 50 bucks I have ever spent. I will NEVER go back and I will NEVER recommend this evil nail salon to anyone.

Steven did my nails and they are absolutely perfect. He is friendly and knowledgable and made it a relaxing experience.

I have been going there off and on for 5 years. They have recently changed owners. The place is a mess. I went in to get my usual acrylic overlay on my nails. Its sloppy and already lifting and this is day 2. I pointed out to Vicky that my nails had blue sparkles in them from her pink powder she said no that was already in my nail got another lady to come over and started speaking whatever language that they speak. Danny would never have let that happen. Please ladies take your business else where or at least do not go to vicky

I was over charged for a service I never received. The young girl Ashley said that if the credit doesnt appear on my statement to notify them. Well, I was over charged $55.00 and it is impossible to speak to a manager, the manager never returns her phone calls. I would recommend that no go to this salon. I work with the public daily and I will be sure to spread the word. In order to have a successful business, you need to have customer service and assist the customers concerns and questions. Poor !!!!

I usually dont write reviews but I had to share because this was truly a horrible experience. This was the worst nail place I have ever been to. The staff were very unfriendly and did not provide a lotion massage rather lotion was provided in a wet towel. When I asked for a regular lotion massage, the staff screamed at me and compensated by briskly massaging my leg for 5 seconds, leaving lotion residue all over my legs. Throughout the appointment the staff members were rude, condescending, and unfriendly. You could not pay me to go there again. It was a terrible experience and a rip-off for your money.

This place is absolutely horrible, The people dont know what they are doing. They try and get money out of you. They told a customer that they couldnt do something that they wanted. Please I cant even explain how horrible it was I wish I could give them zero stars. The customer service is horrible who tells someone they cant get what they want and then put something totally different on the customers name

The staff was nice but the lady who did my nails was really rude although her work was kind of nice but at one point she starting yelling at me for no reason I really like the nails but I don’t like her attitude

I am from out of town and had some extra time in my business trip so I decided to stop here for a mani/pedi. The pedicure went OK but the tech moved extremely fast - less than 20 minutes for a full pedi (minus the massage). We moved over to do the mani and it was the most rushed and painful manicure I’ve ever had. I asked the tech to fix my nails several times and when I finally said I was unhappy with the service the tech yelled for me to sit back down and so she could remove the gel polish. She removed the gel polish so quickly and violently that she made me bleed in several places. Avoid this place!!! There are plenty of other nail salons in this area that will take their time and appreciate their customers. This place is AWFUL!! My nails look worse after her removing the gel polish than they did before I sat down. Horrible customer service!

I went there hoping to get a full set manicure. I did, but they were changing around. Ok, whatever. I pay before my nails are even painted. No biggie. Three days later, two of my nails fall off.

Great service. Try the dip powder polish, it makes your nails grow and harden!

They scam people with conflicting pricing! Zero customer service. Very rude manager. Services are sub par.

Ive been going to this nail spa for about 5 months now. Its clean and the staff is friendly enough. Its not a spa experience but its what I would expect from a place that requires no appointment and charges less than $50 for a pedicure.

I came in with my other and they took one off f us and after starting told my mother to wait an extra 40 minutes... then they did a mediocre job and charged full price.

They were very kind. We got water, there were snacks and candy, and the service was on time.

They did horrible applications and denied us the discount 4 times before giving us it my nails chipped the day after with gel on because they got it all over the nails do NOT recommend!

I have been a customer...back when Danny owned it....Miss them......I can only wear acrylic....yes ...its not healthy....but I have a physical job...So gel...and the new SNS...55.00..doesnt work for me ...it chips....So ...here I am looking for a new salon...They wont get the powder that I need....They only care about the money....You are just a $$ to them....Very upset!!!!
