I was on my way to Jiffy Lube for an oil change when I got a flat. I called ahead and they said they could patch it. I drove a bit too long on it and destroyed my tire. They were able to quickly change tactics and replace the tire for me. I appreciate their flexibility and support before I leave for a road trip! Also, learned my lesson about driving on a flat! 😆

I just had my car serviced at Jiffy lube on Phoenix. I have to say i am so impressed! Liz helped me out and she was truly amazing. She made sure I understand everything and I never once felt like I was being tricked into buying something (which as a young woman in a car service shop, this is huge). They were very honest, professional, and extremely quick! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a car service! Ask for Liz!

From start to finish everyone was extremely courteous. I got in quickly. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation but after diagnostic it was determined I needed new brake pads, not surprising they were beginning to squeak. They were able to provide that service right then instead of needing to make an appointment and having to return. The place was very clean which if you are waiting on service for me is a big deal. They even vacuumed my car which I very much appreciated. I will definitely use again.

When I began hearing my brakes I stopped by to have them checked and get an oil change. I was not disappointed and received outstanding service. The speed and professionalism of the employees are unlike any other service center around. I do not plan on using another service center after my experience here.

I would like to give a big thanks to Mike Pastor for making sure my brakes was properly inspected. He went above and beyond to make sure I got back on the road safely had a hard time finding the drums I needed I found them and he was nice enough and cared enough to give me a ride to pick them up. You can not find service like this anymore i have used Jiffy Lube before and I must say it is the best automotive shop i have used and been to. Great friendly staff And they all make sure you understand everything. Highly recommend to use this automotive business. And once again thank you to the staff and team members and a big big thank you to Mike Pastor he did and amazing job and even took the time to bleed all 4 brakes the feel better than ever so thank you Mike.

I came in for an alignment for my car but they caught that my ball joints needed to be replaced instead. I had to come back another day to get the money to get it fixed. They were happy to give me a quote and set up an appointment for me two days later! It took less time and money to be fixed than expected. :) The place of business was very cleanly and the staff were very friendly! The one who worked on my car was Timothy and Jessica checked me out. I will definitely come back in the future!

Today I went in for an oil change and it wasn’t just an oil change! The team at the Fort Smith Jiffy Lube went above and beyond. Checking all my tire pressure, oils, windshield wipers and more! They were super nice and knew what they were doing. Jimmy, chance and the other guys all were super helpful, fast and made sure my car left in the best condition possible. Will be back.

Very quick and professional. I asked for the wrong oil type and they were very professional in their correction. They checked all fluids and went over everything with me even if everything was green. They also clean your windows and vacuum your floor mats as well! Would recommend for a service before a road trip!

So I stopped by earlier this week because it was convenient. The staff was nice and friendly. The reason for my 3 star review is for whoever was underneath the floor doing the work did not put the screws back onto the cover that goes underneath my truck that you have to take off to change the oil. Luckily I seen it before I lost it because it was just hanging there by one screw.

I came in for oil change and left with a new air filter, a clean filter box, free lights check, tire appraisal, and oil change(still only had to pay for the new air filter and oil change). It was all for a good price and they kept me in the loop on what was happening. I had time to spare and they were very professional throughout the whole process. I came in n a couple days ago for an oil change. Other places I have been at in the past made me feel pressured to get more expensive things but not here. They showed me all the options and prices and then quoted me prices for tires. It was a great price, called back later that day and got my appointment set up. Liz was great and extremely helpful. I will definitely be returning here for my oil changes and tires and break needs in the future.

Great experience here! They were extremely professional and punctual. They welcomed me in, offering coffee/water/WiFi, and ushered me from the car to the comfortable waiting room . They explained all findings in detail and suggested legitimate repair options that fit my budget! They worked with me on a great price and replaced my thermostat and coolant very quickly! I’ve had an oil replacement, windshield wipers, and a thermostat replaced here! They’ve been excellent.

This was the best oil change I have ever had in my 55 years of driving. Jimmy and his crew did a fabulous job. Not just a oil change, but checked everything from all my lights down to my brakes. Even checked my tire gauge compared to theirs for me. This was all done on a 3500 Silverado. We’re from Michigan,sure wish we lived around Fort Smith.

Good quick service. They let me wait in my vehicle which was nice. Brokedown the pricing and even helped read a check engine code for me. Will be back for sure.

Highlyyyyyy recommend coming here. I have had my oil changed more than twice at the Fort Smith Location in the last few months due to driving so much! The team got me in and out in a hurry and made sure to check not only my oil but told me my tire pressure and levels of fluids being good. Jimmy, chance and a few other members made sure when I left I had my sticker of when to come back and everything was fixed and ready to go for my hour work commute. I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. They were quick to come and ask what service I needed done with almost no wait time. The employees were super professional and very helpful.

TLDR: Very HONEST and PROFESSIONAL staff.My daughters car had a squeaking sound, so I figured it was the brake pads. Unfortunately, I was not able to take her car to get serviced, so my daughter had to bring it in. Years of reading stereotypes, about service departments taking advantage of females, made me nervous. This was her first time dealing with car maintenance, so she was nervous, too. They looked over the car, and said that she didnt need brake pads. it was just a dirty rotor that caused the sound. They cleaned the rotor, and went for a test drive. The squeaking stopped. They were very honest, and professional. I could not thank them enough for treating my daughter so kindly. Jiffy Lube has earned a repeat customer for life!

They make it easy to get an oil change. Kids can stay in the van and theyre always friendly.

I was pulling in to see if they helped with low tires because mine was nearly on the rim and with an hour drive back home i wanted to get some air in it. A gentleman (which i never got his name) came out to assist me. After assessing my tire (or thats how i would describe it in the nursing world) he seemed to think there wasn’t any nails or things like that but he could definitely put some air in it for me. He did advise me to keep an eye on it and if it started to get low again to take it in. When i tried paying for it they said not to worry about it, it was just a little air. I felt so blessed! It may have just been a little air, but to me it was an act of kindness. Nice to experience it! Thank you!

First things first. The service here is incredible. It felt like all the employees went through customer service boot camp. They even brought me a hot cup of coffee while I waited for my oil change. You don’t just get an oil change. They check everything. Breaks, top off fluid, battery, accurate tire diagnostics. It’s like a doctors check up for your car. They even clean your windows and you’re in and out (even if it’s busy in 10-15 minutes) Which I used to get my oil changed at Walmart and I waited over an hour and... I hate to say it, I wasn’t even sure if they changed the oil. Bottom line, this is top tier service it is pricey $50-100 but I do think it’s worth it if you’re in a hurry and want your car in good hands and to feel like a king when you get your oil changed.

I tend to chose this location compared to the other car service places near it because they are always fairly quick. As soon as I pull up there is someone acknowledging me, which doesnt happen at most other service shops. They did an oil change a TMS tire sensor check for me in about 20 mins! (I came in on a Sunday around 2pm) They were very informative and receptive to my endless questions!
