This nail shops location is kind of hidden so its a hit or miss. It is at a convenient location for people living in Wilkinsburg though, especially by a corner store and Caribbean restaurant. They get the most customers on the weekend like any other nail salon. It is black-owned, which caught my eye the first time I went. The place is small, and had sisters doing nails. They were friendly and welcoming when I came in. When I went to get a full set I noticed they were limited in colors and different designs. Once the nail tech glued my nail on, she tried trimming them down and it popped off! Good nail glue will bond the false nail to my nail bed, not come off. And the polish looked dull upon the first and second coat. They didnt have many vibrant colors, and I got lime green thinking it would be bright and vibrant. Once she was done and my nails dried, I pulled out my debit card to pay. They wait to tell me The card machine is broke we can only take cash. Well there was no sign out saying We Take Cash Only so the nail tech who did my nails had to my banks ATM so I could with draw the money out. It was ghetto and a bit lacking in professionalism when I went, so I hope this place improves as a business.
