They did a Terrible job on my eyebrows I looked like I have never had eyebrows before. Just a horrible experience.

I came here initially based on the good reviews Ive seen and the fact that the lady who Ive spoken with over the phone said I can be seen quickly since the nail salon where I was previously has a long wait, in which I did not have time to wait too long because I had a maternity photo shoot scheduled at Ross Park Mall, plus its close to home. I got a French manicure and pedicure along with an eyebrow wax which turned out very beautiful! 💅🏾😍Both ladies were friendly and courteous. I will definitely return! 👌🏽😊

TERRIBLE experience. I went here to get my eyebrows waxed. The women were very rude, and the woman who waxed my eyebrows kept pulling and tugging on my face. She waxed my eyebrows in 2 minutes which is too fast to do a good job. Ive never had an experience like this with a nail salon. So disappointed and not worth the 12$.She was rude to other customers who were getting their nails done. This was before 11am as well, so they were not busy or overly crowded.DO NOT GO HERE.

They both are great been a costumer for more than 7 years and when I say I need my nails to last more than a months time they do . I get my hands wet consistently which causes major wear an tear on your nails . They are strong and durable ! My girl lulu bomb on the designs and Lynn on the brows, they’ll get you right ! I’m telling you book with them ! They are very friendly. Gives you family vibes when getting to know them .

Lyn and lou are both ratchet. Answer phone during sessions. Dont so as you want but as they want. When they answer their personal calls they get distracted that they miss nails and then start rushing. Nails look terrible and way ti big for fingers and not the length i want!!! Will never return or recommend to anyone not even my worse enemy

I had gel polish put on a full set of nails I had done somewhere else. I was satisfied with the service. I would go back. The salon is clean and organized.

They humbly acknowledged their mistake and made it right. Nobody is perfect. These people do care about the their craft take pride in the services they provide.

They are friendly, do a good job and seem to care about the customers and what they do. My nails dont hurt afterwards, like some shops that Ive been to. Reasonably priced. First visit they did ask for pre-payment, but didnt ask the second time.

This is a nail shop I havent been here in a long time and wont be returning very unprofessional.

I was there waiting for 15 minutes and a woman and her two daughters came in after I sat there for 15 minutes they did not have an appointment and she took them first and tried to make me wait she shows favoritism to certain people and raised her prices for no reason she wont do the design you want Lynn has changed completely

Paid for gel nails they are already chipping only been 3 days. She did them in a hurry & they wasnt even packed. My girlfriend also got her nails done without gel. And I was done before her. They dont take their time. Try Kami at Kennys downtown wood st. They are awesome.

Terrible- went and was asked for the money for my fill and gel upfront before they even touched my nails, I was ok with that as Im sure they may have had issues in the past so we proceed and I tell the tech what I want a fill with coffin shape- she tells me my nails are too short for coffins and that if she did them like that they wouldnt look good. I said Ive had them this shirt before and they looked fine but she said no they would be UGLY. EXCUSE ME? i didnt realize i paid for your opinion if I wanted it I would have asked. Since I didnt I asked for my money back and kindly left. Will never be back. Walked down the street and they gave me what I asked for and it cost LESS! my nails look good too. You lost business because youre tacky.

I had good service for a while. Then one day the lady was talking to me very rude trying to rush me out of the shop as I was still sitting to dry. I told her, her customer service was not great. She told me not to come back. I never expected that but, everything happens for a reason.

They have terrible customer service. I was just there to get a fill on Monday, I had 3 broken nails by Thursday. Came back to them Saturday to get them fixed . Was there at 9:20 didnt get in the chair until 11:00 . Then even when I got In The chair after waiting so long the first woman let me tell her what was wrong with my nails then went in the back and never came back out while the other lady Lynn did some elses nails that was there way after me . Lynn finally came over to look at my nails I told her how thin they were and she wanted me to pay her to refill my nails when I was just there on Monday and also wantedMe to pay for the broken nails . Just a ripoff and they both were just rude the whole time even when I was there the first time on Monday. Do not go there . There not worth your money
