My husband and I got the deluxe pedicures here. It was amazing to say the least. The ladies who worked with us were very welcoming and were very talented. The salon itself is very welcoming and does not smell of chemicals. They have a wide selection of colors in regular polish, gel, and acrylic. We will definitely be coming back.

The nail techs here are always so welcoming and kind! I typically get gel nails and My nails look great for weeks afterwards. I often get compliments on how nice they look.

I cam in to get a pedicure and a full set. I was rushed through my appointment and I was cut in four different places causing me to need a Band-Aid on my big toe. When I called the place and asked for some type of refund, they said they could give me 10% off. He did not handle it professionally. And you should not be working at a salon today if you’re going to be cutting people you should be getting more practice.

I made an appointment with a nail tech for 1:00 i arrived 10 minutes early and told the person who greeted me who i was and who i had the appointment with. He sat me down i waited over 35 minutes to only ne asked who was i there for. They told me to follow them to a person i figured was the person i had the appointment with who was in the middle of doing someone elses nails and just left me standing there. I asked the person who took me there was that my tech she shrugged her shoulders and walked off. Needless to say i was over it and i left

I started coming here last year to get my eyebrows waxed. I moved two hours away and still come here to get my wax! I love this place and I’ve always experienced good customer service.

The salon is bright and clean. The staff are friendly and the service is great. Every time I visit, I am always happy with my nails. The salon does get busy and I would recommend calling ahead to make an appointment.

Pedicure was great but I got dip on my nails and it usually lasts 3 weeks but this time my nails chipped within one week and I had to take them completely off within 10 days because they looked terrible.

Ive done mani and pedi here both times with Andy and I was happy. I love that I can just come without appointment and they will take me.The pedicure was really good, they will fix your feet and make them soft, will massage you too. I will be back.

I got Dip Nails last night and they look terrible. Im so upset. Tried this place for the 1st time. Tech really didnt want to do my nails. I read his face when the older guy asked him to. Im calling today to see what they can do about it. Theres no way I can go 2 weeks looking like this😔

I went Sunday for a pedicure to this place for the First time and I have to say it was the best pedicure Ive had. I didnt feel like she just rushed to get it over with and on to the next like some places. All my toenails were incredibly even and shaped perfectly.. She really did a beautiful job. And the place was very clean and nicely kept. I would definitely return to this place!

Was very disappointed with my visit today. I have been here before and ive never been treated so poorly. The woman doing my nails (maybe named maya) not sure as she never introduced herself...instantly got an attitude when I said I just wanted a basic marble manicure without tips. I told her several times I didnt want any additions to my nails and after that it give me your hand and slamming down the hand dryers everytime it was time to dry. I heard her say to another tech that she would be charging me more and she did: 80 dollars for a basic manicure and 55 dollars for my pedicure. On my receipt it shows she just rang up whatever she wanted not what I got. If youre going to be rude make sure your clientele doesnt understand VIETNAMESE FLUENTLY. because i do and I will never be back. I intend to tell everyone I know about this visit as well.

I just left the salon! I was taken in immediately on a walk in! I have wanted to go here for years as I do a lot of shopping at this plaza . I was greeted politely and everything was to my expectations. I did the La Bella mani/pedi service which included a scrub, a little calf and hand massage. The chair worked (many places do not) and Jimmy did a great job! He was very sweet! I will be back for more services as they provide many things such as microblading and laser hair removal.

My manicure was quick, which I appreciated as I was short on time. But I thought she could have been a little more attentive. My nails are already chipped and peeling and it is less than a week with a gel manicure. There are so many other nail salons in the area, I will definitely try some where else next time.

They do really good work here, I always like my nails when I go to La Belle (as do others I know who frequent this salon). Its also very pretty and clean. The staff is polite; no more, no less. But be aware if you try them, they charge more than many other nail salons.

I was in a hurry to get a polish change on my hands and toes I walked into La Belle Nail Spa and was greeted with professionalism and quick service Amy welcomed me and quickly yet efficiently serviced me. My nails and toes looked great and I also got a quick eyebrow wax. I had never been to this nail spa before but I will definitely be returning!

I got my nails done for prom on a Friday and the following Thursday my nails started to break off. I called the owner and told him and he assured me that he would fix them free of charge. When I arrived I was told since most of them had came off that I would have to pay. I then asked if they could take them off and he said it will cost $10.00.They’re are nice but I feel as if I could be compensated in some type of way.

I got a beautiful dipped manicure with ombré on one nail, she painted a beautiful palm tree on one nail on each hand and it looked great.the gentleman that did my manicure was personable and gentle.they did an excellent job.

Only wishing I could leave less than one star. First and very last time I was there. Had 4 of my nails break off just during light daily activities nothing stressing them. My thumb nail split off backwards tearing backwords. Was so excruciating. Had to go to medexpress to address to find assistance with healing process. Honestly not worth the prices. My set was initially 75 but the owner or manager couldnt even ring up the manicure correctly or on his own and charged 65 for set that broke off and tore my thumb nail less than a whole week later. Still in recovery. Sharing my experience so some one could avoid the same pain.

Nice. But got gel french and my thumb is chipping and Im out of town. So I cant get them to fix it. They are pricey and I think that gel should not chip like that. So, what did they use? Less quality powder to help pay off the renovations. This is the second time somethings gone wrong after a visit. Three strikes?

Ive gone to this place various times and my nails have always ended up nicely. This time, however, another lady did my nails. The end result was very unsatisfying. I asked for matte and she made them gel. The manicure wasnt as well done as before. Its been a couple of days and it looks like the last time I got my manicure was three weeks ago. Its not worth paying that money (plus tip) for such a disappointing end result.

Not one for reviews but I read the reviews of others & unfortunately still gave this place a try. It’s long so if you don’t feel like reading, pros/cons are below.Pros:- easy to walk in- nice polish selection- kind employeesCONS:- extra charge for shaping (coffin)- over priced & seem to price at whim- terrible quality/technique for acrylicsOk So I called over after la nails couldn’t take a walk in. they answered quickly & said they could take me. It was about 10 am on a Friday. I think they open @ 9:30.Very clean, many stations for nails & feet. Decent polish selection. Had a few clients already in, but there was no wait, even with me walking in.My tips for acrylic were glued on a little further down on the nail than I was used to but I figured it was no big deal. She did a coffin shape (extra $5) & i picked 2 gel polish. Got done, looked ok. The shaping could’ve been better but i wasn’t bothered. I had a date that evening so i was just happy they could fit me in. She finished up with cuticle oil & a quick hand massage, which was a nice touch.NOW..Back to the tips being glued down further than normal .. well i thought it wasn’t a big deal but I WAS WRONG & NOW I KNOW WHAT OTHERS MEANT..Flash forward to Sunday night and my nails just felt.. ‘loose’ like they would pop off at any minute. Sure enough Sunday night BOTH my index fingers cracked & broke right at the place she glued the tip. I should go back & complain but not worth it, especially after others said they were charged to fix their broken nails.Normally my nails last 2 weeks AT LEAST, I’ve had some last 4 weeks. I’m not very rough on my nails & am very used to having tips/longer nails.Also, they are more expensive than other shops on McKnight, especially considering the quality. As I went to pay she originally said $59, saw I had cash for a tip in my hand & said $50. It was very noticeable that she saw the tip & changed prices, didn’t seem like a simple mistake. Now $45 is normal for these kind of shopping center nail salons, as I do 2 colors & gel polish but $59 lol girl BYE!I won’t be back as the quality just isn’t up to par. Perhaps if you just do manicures on your real nails they are good but who knows.Update: it’s thursday, almost a week later & my middle finger has cracked in the same place as the other 2 & I’m sure it will break soon.

Im surprised by the 1-3 star ratings for La Belle on Mcknight Road. My mom and I both have been here for manicures and pedicures at least a dozen times, and every time has been a good experience. This nail salon is very clean, has good ventilation, friendly employees, and fair prices (comparable to other nail salons in the North Hills). They use a new plastic basin liner (for hygiene purposes) for each pedicure service and have their sterilizing equipment throughout the salon (to sanitize clippers, etc.). They have a pretty decent list of add-on services, too. This is my favorite place to come get a pedicure- and theres enough seating to go with a few friends if you wanted. One thing Im picky about is that my gel polish needs to come as close to my skin as possible so my manicures last longer! Anytime a manicurist at La Belle has left a little edge of nail unpolished, I simply point it out and kindly ask them to put on a little more polish to cover it, and they do. Ive never left this place unhappy with a mani or pedi!

Went in for the first time yesterday and the lady that did my nails was very rude!!! While my nails were drying she got rude with another customer and walked away rolling her eyes sorry that is so unprofessional, a lady sitting next to me also seen the situation to, I will never go back!!

Offensive. I went in today to have my eyebrows waxed the guy opened the door for me which was nice. The lady who did my eyebrows took me back to the room. She asked me who did my eyelashes and I said my friend whos an esthitician, she giggled under her breath which I could obviously hear. I said why do you like them she continued to laugh I said or not. She said they are too much, actually my eyelashes are just right for me and its not her place to speak about eyelashes especially when youre working on a client in a place of business. Its rude that youre trying to do work on people but have to insult them or say something and laugh thats not going to have your clientele come back. very rude
