I have experience going here since they 1st opened. Now today its so ghetto. Henry&Julie are very sweet kind. Toni&Julie think they ate amongst are community they gossip about the clients that come. I experienced a rude experience with Nancy in front of customers. Toni is mean looksean doesnt talk at all the entire time ur there, getting service. Hes not gentle with a womens hands. However.2021 the most dishonest uncaring people plc of business. Get them upset youll see Nancy is not all that she seems. Toni&Nacy are made for each other. Its all about the money people.

This place looks nice but they rushed my nails. The lady left my nails to do someones feet which I didnt really care about. But she never came back the guy came over and had to fix my one nail. Because my coffin nails on my right hand were all round. For my polish she could have went over my nails at least one more time. But she didnt nor did he, he put clear polish on my nails after fixing them. Which made everything worse. My nails now have bubbles on them which I HATE and when the lady polished them she didnt clean them up. When he applied the clear polish he missed the corner of ALL MY NAILS. So now my nails are bubbly and half covered. My grandma wasted her money on our nails her nails were also done poorly by another lady. $100 down the drain do not go here. Also forgot to add she didnt cut my real nails so now 2 weeks letter from when I originally did my renew my nails are longer than should be. Another thing I forgot to add was the side of the nails isnt polished as you can see in the updated photos.

The nail techs are so nice and very talented. Super clean place and great services.

This is the dirtiest nail shop ive ever been to. They are rude here and it also smells bad. The service is bad. Everything is just bad. I would never recommended Nails USA to anyone in a lifetime.

I’ve been going here for a few years and never disappointed. Always greeted and treated with such kindness. Julie does my nails to perfection and always interested in my well being. I would go to any of them if Julie wasn’t available. Highly recommend

Still sitting here 30 minutes after my appointment. No one said hello when my daughter and I walked in. I like when the techs are friendly, it helps me feel good about spending my money.Update: changed my 2 star to one. My gel nail peeled 2 days later. I spent 145$ for my daughter and I to get full sets and pedicures. Not worth it at all

Julie always has my chair waiting when I make an appointment. She does a beautiful job on my American manicure, making them look completely natural and shaped exactly the way I like them! Nancy is a sweetheart as well, both are very conversational and friendly.

Terrible job. A two year old could have done a better job. Also, not the cleanest place.

I was looking to get a manicure and gel nails for the Holidays. My first time to walk in here without a reservation. They asked me what I need and start preparing me right away.All the personal were very friendly. The person attended me, suggest to try dipping nails instead gel and I have it a try. I love them!Totally recommend this place. I had a great experiencie.

I got gel polish on December 22 and 2 days later my thumb already chipped off. They used a cheap brand. They weren’t friendly at all. The one guy keep coughing the whole time without covering his mouth. They did take me right away. Now I know why they weren’t busy. Don’t go here

Great pedi...could not do ombre nails

I always go here and I recently went after taking a 4 month break from nails and I still love them. Henry is really good, pays attention to detail, and even when you ask him to fix something he’s very polite about it. When looking on the southside I recommend them.

I have been going here every few weeks for the past 2 years, and Ive never had a bad experience. My acrylics last a long time, are flat and well-executed, and dont break the bank. The service is amazing if you act like a real human being and speak respectfully (imagine that!). I have watched plenty of people be incredibly rude and entitled to Nancy and Tony, and it just doesnt need to happen. They take appointments and walk-ins, but I would say that walking in is better (just call in and ask how many people are waiting first).

I came into the salon around 4:30pm. I told one of the nail techs that I wanted Nancy to do my nails. There was another woman waiting before me, so she was serviced first. Nancy finished the woman’s nails around 5:55pm. When it was finally my turn, Nancy said that she doesn’t do long nails and that she couldn’t remove my rhinestones (though I have been there before and gotten my nails done long). I waited over an hour for no reason. It was probably one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had. If my nails weren’t able to be filled there, they should’ve told me that when I first walked in and not over an HOUR after I arrived.

Love getting natural la here it’s always unique if you ask.

I have been a very happy customer for many years. Staff is very professional and extremely friendly.

I would NOT recommend this place. While the workers are nice and great to talk to, they used the same tools on me as every other person without cleaning them. I personally saw them use the hard foot sponge to scrub feet on 3 people in a row. The place is visibly dirty. My nails are extremely uneven not a single one is fully painted. Please find somewhere else to go!

Called to schedule 3 pedicures. The gentleman that answered said they only take walkins. I said that’s fine but there is 3 of us wanting to get pedi’s together at the same time. If you guys can’t we will have to find another place. The gentleman said “find another place then” and hung up. Totally rude and disrespectful but also explains why they had a : star rating to begin with!

Very corny nail salon lol they can’t do designs, or anything cute. Nothing modern, in style or trend. I’m realizing why you see only old ladies in here or people who like it simple. For many years i complied with going here cause i like my nails plain and simple. But the salons who can REALLY slay a nail design charge cheaper than this place. & this place has the nerve to mix their paints w la color polish from the family dollar next door. Me and several people witnessed. It’s like $40 for basic square nails

Terrible! The lady who did my pedicure did a nice job but polish chipped too soon, the man who did my gel manicure was horrible!!! He didnt even soak my hands or anything pertaining to a manicure he just polished my nails, and not to mention I wanted 2 designs on 2 Fingers and the lady had the nerve to say she dont have time come back another time she is with a another client!😒 Terrorism terrible terrible service NEVER WILL THEY GET MY MONEY AGAIN, I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

I been coming here for years and I usually go to tony .. I stopped coming because it’s always busy and they do RUSH jobs they just wanna get ur money .. SEVERALLLLLLLLLLLLL times I got my regular full set acyrlic (long) coffin shape it was UNEVEN 90% of the time and some nails weren’t fully painted like they missed the sides, they come easy and they don’t maintaince your real nail too well either and don’t put oil on ur cuticles when they’re finished. It ABSOLUTELY IS NOT WORTH PAYING $32 for a full set that’s uneven and half painted. I no longer use them for my nails. Also my friends been going there for years too and they also had uneven nails. I will never come back.

I was hesitant on getting my nails done here for the first experience was an awkward one. But, i figured since its been 10 years since that experience the service would have changed. Well, i was wrong. The guy with the long hair was on his phone the whole time, but when he was done he made me feel like i was taking time out of his day and he rushed through the whole process. Then when he was finished he walked away to make conversation with other customers, didnt bother to tell me the price or ask for the money, came back to tell me my nails were dry, and then i paid. I went to use my card and after i pulled cash out to give him a tip as the paying process wasnt done he walked away. I stood there confused and walked over to him to give him his tip and he snatched it of my hands and continued to share photos with the other customers. After that i walked away to leave but he stopped me to have me sign the receipt. If you want to feel good, comfortable, and nice nails dont go here.

Worst nail shop ever

They didnt push cuticle s back or put oil on my nails.I just got my nailz done week ago and my nailz is on top of my skin cuticles as if i bought my nailz from a dollar store aand gluex them on myself

HORRIBLE HIGHLY Unproffesional!! Made a same day appt (@11:50) for 3:30 spoke directly with tech (Nancy) who said she was available but she called me @ 2:34 to say she forgot she had 2 appts scheduled for 2:30 and asked could I come in @ 4(I knew it was a lie - what it probably REALLY was she had 2 people come in who either requested her or she decided to service - either way a lie is a lie) but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Got there a little before 4 signed in along with tech name -Nancy - read my book until 4:28 I occasionally glanced at her servicing the 2 ladies 5-6 employees on site entire time NOT ONE said anything to me until I got up to cross my name off the list and Tony lied and said she said shell be right with you I asked where is she he pointed to her station with her head bent servicing one of the ladies. I looked at him like the fool he thought I was crossed out my name and left

The security guy in the plaza is super rude and I will not be back to this salon. They do an okay job on my nails. Depends who you get.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! I just gotten my nails done and they already look like I need a fill in and its only BEEN 1 day! They rush and they charge 32$ for a full set and does not do a good job! I got a full set on my nails and my toes only painted and they charged me 47$!!! I didnt like the polish on my nails so I asked for it to be taken off and no money was givin back to me! If you want your moneys worth go somewhere else

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a nail salon. The chairs were all full when my friend and I got there, but at least 4 customers were finished within 10 minutes. All of the nail technicians who were helping them disappeared to the back room, and we proceeded to wait and wait and wait until someone finally helped us. With 15 minute breaks in between every step of the manicure, the lady doing my friends nails eventually started my gel manicure. After the first coat of base polish went on there was clearly something that went wrong and they needed to start over. So after an hour and 15 minutes of aggravation I finally threw in the towel, they removed the base coat, and I left. Talk about a WASTE of time. I have been there several times before and was never overly impressed with the quality or service, but this takes the cake.
