The person whom helped me Susan was great she explained everything she did and everything was correct. She had great customer service and was very quick with getting the job done..

The physical office experience has been good for past few years. I decided to try to use the online this year - Big mistake! Not only did it make me file late due to a SW bug, but the reps at the physical offices cant even pull up your info to fix your problems. I highly recommend using their office services. Yeah it costs a little more, but you wont run into the B.S. Problems and really poor customer support you that can expect to experience with the online tools.

I dont know anything about taxes and the guy that helped me was considerate, patient, and Was happy to answer my questions.. I was also a walk in and he took me no problem and made sure he finished my taxes even after he was technically off..

A little expensive for all the prep that I provide. Otherwise, peace of mind provision and computerized submission are excellent.

Ive been a long-time H&R Block customer. Every office Ive used has been helpful, friendly, and gotten me the maximum refund possible. Theyve provided professional advice and helped me consider things I would not have thought of on my own. I would highly recommend them, even if youve always done your own taxes (which I always did). I love the peace of mind that comes from knowing my taxes are prepared by professionals who know the tax laws far better than I do.

Brianna was absolutely amazing and I cant thank her enough for helping me out with my very complicated life circumstances. She was caring, patient, and very personable. I never felt silly for asking questions and she made me feel so comfortable while walking me through everything that I could do in the future to better myself and my situation and save me the most money. I was so happy when I left that I could have cried tears of joy. She will be my go-to tax preparer for as long as can be. She made a very big impact in my life and showed me a lot of compassion throughout the process which could have been utterly miserable with someone who was not as nice as her. I could go on, but you get the point.

Ive used H&R Block for a couple of years now, specifically Sandra Dietrich, and havent had any problems whatsoever. I used to have my taxes done by a CPA for years, but he up and died on me. The company that bought his business was a no go, then I tried a recommendation from my attorney, at the time, for someone in Shingle Springs. They were even worse. I thought H&R Block couldnt do any worse and they were close to my house. So, I went in and met Sandra and hit a home run with her. She knows whats going on, remembers me and my personal finances. So, I recommend giving them all a try. Give Sandra a try first, though... lol!

Due to having to have my tax return amended 4 days after getting my taxes done at the Folsom, CA location, I enjoyed the smart and kind woman Susan Maier at the Roseville, CA location who amended them for me today, and corrected a LOT of CARELESS mistakes that were made last week. I will see Susan @ Roseville from here on out because she knew what needed to be completed, and actually went through the forms, asked me questions, and took time to care for my return. She fixed a lot of mistakes that could have cost me in the future... I will never go back to the Folsom office!!

Bad customer service starting from the reception area.The tax preparer was offended for asking questions or correcting mistakes that would cost money on my part.Also There was amendment needed to my taxes, they would take messages but not return calls or follow up. Called HR block customer service, to assign different office location.
