Dealing with the loss of a loved one is never easy! After the sudden loss of my sister, we called cremation by Grandview. (They had helped us back in 2014 when we lost my brother to lung cancer.) From the very beginning to the very end the staff was compassionate and extremely considerate of our feelings. Becky emailed us all the paperwork needed along with step-by-step instructions which allowed us to take care of everything from our hotel! A process that is so difficult to deal with emotionally was made so simple. Becky we cant thank you and the entire staff at Grandview enough for taking such exceptional care of us throughout the entire process!

My Father did not have written plans upon his death, which means we had to plan everything out ourselves. This Organization helped guide us on our way and their representative, Becky was very respectful of our needs and wishes.

I honestly didnt expect the process of everything related to my husbands services to be as easy as Cremation by Grandview made it. It sounds odd to say the word easy when referring to your loved one, however Ms. Becky was wonderful; she was extremely professional, understanding, courteous, sympathetic and above all else, she listened. I had no idea at the beginning of it all what to expect; I never had to worry about it before. I was guided through the process by a professional, and she made sure I was informed each step of the way. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.
