NEVER GOING BACK!Dear dr nails. Im so sorry that today I chose to get my nails done and you happen to be my tech Im not sure if you were having a bad day or if you just didnt like me the coldness if your attitude said I have gone to L&T nails several times and I have proof! they have always done a great job but today I cant believe how cold he was towards me the. After choosing my color he put the polish in such a light coat and the color doesnt even look the same I was so uncomfortable already and Im not one for confrontation I just wanted to leave and go cry as I did running to my car trying to my husband on my phone about how bad my nails look they are done thin sharpest edges ever then he question me like I have never been to that salon before. how can you treat people this way and still have if I was him I would of be embarrassed to let me leave the salon like this and have your name on this Work. we know they wont care and wont fix it and then will just talk bad about you so you cant understand what they say Im heartbroken I wanted a pick me up and look pretty now I have mess on my hands

The man who did my mani was very nice and professional. However the lady who greets you and asks what services youd like was so rude. Based off the interaction I had with her I will not be returning. I will not spend my money where Im treated poorly. Her and the other ladies were talking smack in their language, I do not understand why they are so negative. Geeze Louise lol.P.S. I noticed the owner only replies to positive feedback. Sounds about right based off my experience.

My first time at the salon and it was a terrible experience from the moment I walked through the door. The place was not even busy . When I was asked what I was there for, the employee was literally yelling at me and made me feel so uncomfortable that I just left. All I wanted was my gel polish touched up on just my hands.

This nail place is great, first time here and L & T Nails was awesome! Will definitely recommend and come back.

Really good service the only thing is that their prices are not updates and they don’t tell you how much each service is until it’s time to pay. Sometimes they make you wait for a while while their on their phones or talking to each other.

My girlfriend and I got our eyebrows waxed and both of ours came out crooked and uneven. I dont feel comfortable going back tbh

My nails look so good! I purchased a full set with a pedicure (both gel polish) and paid $80 before the tip. A little pricey but definitely not unreasonable. All of the staff were extremely helpful as well. Think I just found my new favorite nail salon.

My first time at L & T Nails was when my nail tip (nails previously done elsewhere) broke off a week after I had them done. It was a Sunday afternoon and my usual shop was closed. I panicked and checked Google for the nearest open shop. I was excited to see a new shop located down the street from me, and even more excited that it was open. I called 30 minutes before she closed and asked if she could repair my one nail. She couldve said no, but she told me to come on down. 30 minutes later, my nail was not only repaired- it was sculpted and 300x better looking than the other nine nails! That was a little over a week ago. I came back today for a full set. She removed my old tips, sculpted a whole new set, created beautiful art - all in less time and for less money than the other shop! Even without the jaw-dropping price difference, Id still come to L & T Nails to get my nails done. The quality alone is enough to win my loyalty, but shes also fun to talk to and put up with the fact that my hands never relax.

I waited to do a review pending how long my gel manicure lasted. First Ill start by saying this was my first time having a salon gel manicure so I was excited and apprehensive. As my friend and I walked in we were immediately greeted. After picking out our colors we were set up to get started, no wait time. Immediately the staff engaged in conversation and joined in our laughter. It was an amazing experience the entire time. Now for the results of the gel manicure- it has been 18 days and there has not been one chip or crack. It looks as flawless as the day I got it, despite my own nail growth. I would also like to mention that I work in the Veterinary field and am constantly washing my hands and working with alcohol, which always makes any nail polish last only two days. I was so pleased with this experience!I recommend this location if you are ever needing to look for a trustful and 10 star results.

The atmosphere is clean and they are super nice. L & T Nails was awesome. I really in love with my nails. Im the type I feel like they deserve a good rating Ill write cause they are awesome. This is first time I did gel nail color with short nails and they made it look beautiful to my standards.Id absolutely be back if I need my nails done any time Im in town. UPDATE: From two stars to five!!! Decided to give this place another shot as my normal place is closed on Sundays the lady who did my feet did amazing again I requested that the lady who did my nails last time not do them may I say Nina did an amazing job I will be back to see her she did better then my original place did last time!!!!The lady in the first table by the cashier as very unprofessional the moment I set down as I was trying to explain something she was telling I’m wrong then was arguing with me grabbing stuff as if she was going to throw it at me for asking her to file down my nails because they was way to thick for my hands I left very unhappy with my nails my French tips are uneven and the nails are uneven this is my first time in Arizona leaving the nail salon unhappy with terrible customer service I want be back!!!!!! Two stars only because the lady who did my feet was so sweet and amazing!!

Went in to get a pedi without any ingrown nail problems, which they cut deep into my toe and bled😢. My toe did get infected and had to go to the ER . They refused to help and the owner was so sketchy and deny ever seeing me. Took 3 months for my toe to heal and unfortunately my toe is deformed 😣😔

Everyone was so kind! I asked for a pretty complicated design and they were able to make it happen! And the prices cannot be beat. We are traveling, and back home I wouldve easily been charged double what I was here. Amazing!

Cindy my nail tech was THE WORSE! She did my toes and didn’t clean them almost in a rush. Then she did my nails and never had such bad experience. Not to mention the way my nails look is bad! Looks like my daughter tried to do them. If you go do not get her and if you do you’ll see.

I just wanted to get my nails removed, and they didn’t want to take me because I didn’t get my nails done with them....

Best spot in Phoenix for acrylic nails! They are amazing and very accommodating to all needs. Definitely a gem of Phoenix. My stiletto/talon style acrylics last forever. I rarely have any breaks and can even skip a fill every now and then by painting over the grown out bit. The acrylic is so well done you can barely tell! Plus if I ever come in with a manicure I found on Pinterest, the owner is super cool about replicating it. I truly love this salon.

Found this place on a Sunday morning after my regular place cancelled on me last minute. Awesome place, amazing service, very clean. cuticle cutting was on point & shaping & polish was perfect too. Happy I found this place. Oh, and legit cheaper than many places around here, and much better quality. I will only be coming here from now on :)

First time trying this salon! Technician did such a great job with my gel manicure. Me and my friend had to wait for a bit so I recommend setting an appointment. She made sure I was out at the time I needed to leave . The place is clean and they have A LOT of color to choose from! Ive never been to a salon with so many choices!

I just moved into the area and have been looking for a great nail spa and I think this might be it! I previously yelped and ended at across the street after looking at their reviews, the two times I have been there I was dissatisfied with their work and their customer service. I needed a place that was open so This was one of the VERY few, I called and was well on my way. I was greeted warmly by the woman up front who acknowledged the fact that I had called, its those little things make you feel nice ! Im currently sitting on these comfortable massage chairs while she does my pedicure, and let me tell you, she is amazing! She was delicate yet efficient on the cuticle removal, she was gentle on the foot massage, my French tip pedi was done just perfectly, and she even kept conversation which was great! she presented the prices to me beforehand and was not pushy when I decided to go for the basic which was very pleasant!💖

Service was fine. Make sure to tell them you dont want gel before u start! I showed him a picture of matte nails and he still did gel and wanted to charge extra to make em matte. He was really quick and make a few minor mistakes. The main lady did my sister nails and she did perfect.

The best manicure in Phoenix without a doubt. I used to live close, which is how I discovered them. I recently moved and I stil go back to L & T Nails even if its a 25 minute subway ride from my new place. They are the best. The gel manicure is intact even after 3 weeks. The owner is very kind, and manages her salon very well.

I really loved how efficient they were and my nails and feet came out so beautiful and I am definitely coming back even if it took awhile cause of this virus they have a regular customer now.

I went for an acrylic fill and my feet just a change of color.I was told the fill is $20.00 + $2.00 to cut down!So I paid $22.00 for a fill! I don’t live on this side of town and really only only expected my fill to be $18.00 or something.Also I asked for a simple design, the male sale he cannot do it and he asked another tech.She cane and I showed her picture and she said cannot do it!If I’m ever back on this side of town, I will not come back here.Also, I had acrylic all around my skin and under nails!I will not be back!!!

Always excellent service! Always busy; obviously means they are doing something right. Pedicures are relaxing and love the new decor. Recommend coming at open on Saturday morning this time of year, a little less busy.💛

Awesome nail salon. My appt was at 09:30, I got there a few minutes early and she took me right away. The salon is very clean and she had sterile tools that I watched her take out of the pack. The leg massage was an actual massage, plus she used hot rocks as well. She was very professional, nice and efficient and my toes look great. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

So I showed up Easter Sunday and they were packed and had never been here before. Got a pedicure upon walking in with maybe like a 5 minute wait. Great girl did my toes and was super gentle and friendly. However they were short a tech so I waited maybe like 20-30 minutes for nails. BUT Amy can rock and roll on a full set let me tell you! Got the exactly shape I wanted and the exact color. I love my nails so much! Ill be back maybe with an appointment this time. Everyone was super friendly here though. They try really hard to take care of everyone that comes in.

****This salon is near our house and I love coming here when I can! The atmosphere is chic and they even have a bar service now, which is the best part for me! I made an appointment to get my nails done for my wedding last weekend and they paired me with talented anh. I showed her a photo of what I wanted (baby boomer nails) and she gave me exactly that, plus a small string of diamonds on my ring fingers. I was so impressed with how she took her time and really made my nails look stunning for my big day. After she finished my finger nails, I relaxed in a foot bath and was given a splendid pedicure! I was so tired that day from running wedding errands that I almost feel asleep multiple times while she worked on me. Afterward, she took photos of her finished project and I was amazed at how flawless they were! Big shout out to anh at L & T Nails for taking great care of me! Youll just have to be my go-to gal from now on!***

New to the area and trying to find a permanent salon. Walked in only one person was in the waiting area, put my mother and I names on the list 2 more people walked in after us and were seated. 30 min into us waiting we were handed a book with colors and waited another 10 min and walked out I would not recommend this place at all.

I had a pedicure done.. the staff was friendly, the employee gave me a nice longer foot and calf massage than other places Ive been. She even me know the OPI polish was an additional . My pedicure looked pretty!Husband came with and had really cracked heels, theyre much better!💔

I used to like this place but not anymore they always asking for tips and if you don’t give them tip They gets offended so easily . They are Money hungry They obsession with money it’s weird . If you don’t give them tips you not allowed to be there One of the guy cussed me out because I refused to give tip I was tired of it . Good luck everyone lol 😂😂

TERRIBLE SERVICE... if you need something minimal or fast and are DESPERATE then yes, come here. They don’t treat you fairly and their prices are 10-20 dollars more than other nail salons. - a dissatisfied former customer.

I like how my nails came out but the nail tech was being too rough on my fingers. He was holding them very hard it wasn’t just uncomfortable but painful. And I did not like the way he was throwing my hands around.

I have never had a pedicure before and was sure to do my research before I finally settled on this salon. I could not be happier ! Despite being in a non-descript area, the facility has new and clean equipment, and the employees are very friendly too. While their selection of nail polish isnt huge, everything else about the experience was great. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing . What surprised me the most was how affordable it was! The other salons I looked up wanted to charge double for the same treatment. I will undoubtedly be coming back and recommending L & T Nails to friends as well!🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🍂🍂🌹

Went in today and Kevin did my manicure and pedicure. It came out good, he took his time and the price for a basic mani and pedi was great. I got my eyebrows done and she made it uneven but I didnt complain cuz she was really nice. Overall to get a four out of five

Worst experience waited for more than 1 hour, I was charged $5 for gel polish remover on 1 toe. They never mentioned that would be a extra charge. The tools used for my pedicure were not newly sanitized and or in sterile packaging as most places provide.

Great people there everything is clean and I got exactly what I wanted but I thought that when you get your nails done the cuticles are suppose to be taken off but other than that I love it thank you😊

I am by no means a nail expert or someone that gets their nail done that often...... until I discovered pedi lounge ! Ever since my first gel manicure w them, Ive been hooked. Ive probably frequented this place routinely every 4 wks, for the last 4-5 months? Each visit has been consistent, even with different nail techs. They work fast and make sure I am comfortable and listen to my requests. They fixed my chipped nail (within 3 days) w no questions asked. Now, thats customer service ! The thing I like is that they respond very quickly when I request to make appts online. Super convenient.

Had a pedicure for the 2nd time with the same employee, and OMGoodness! My toes feel great! Im on my feet for long hours and realize my feet need a little attention every 3-4 weeks. Im always afraid of getting my feet done, but Im glad I went. I know there is sometimes a language barrier, but if you take the time to communicate what you need, it is amazing and worthwhile experience. And the owner is a sweet lady! Shes is funny, but shes always busy! She never rests! Thank you!!!💖

Unlicensed technicians at workPedicure and manicure service.I waited about 20 mins at 12 on a Sunday. The kid I got for my pedicure had to be no older than 17. The older gentlemen kept checking his work and took over when they checked the polish. Just glad I got one of them for my manicure. Atmosphere appears clean but don’t seem to be using sanitized tools per each guest. Total time 2.5 hours.

Worst place !!! Came to get my nails done and two days later one broke off! I came in and I told the lady who did it . She said she didn’t do them and broke off bc I didn’t take care of them !! Lol

Literally was given attitude the entire time. The lady didn’t even bother shaping my nails just wanted to paint over them and charge me a lot. I don’t mind paying the money but it’s inconsistent and no effort was put in at all. Don’t come here they are beyond rude and scammers.

Once arriving they dont have colors for sns wanted to charge 60 dollars for settle decisions and I was extremely dissatisfied then they said just do acrylics um no thats the worst for your nail what a horrible recommendation for a client who knows about the effects of damage acrylics do!! Maybe some people do t know hpwever it was aparent that they are morw concerned with making money then keeping clients so we left and Ill never ever come back here....

I wish I could give them a 4.5, as my only complaints are they’re a bit rough lol. I came in at 930 on a Tuesday and left at 1130, which is reasonable. They really take their time and do a good job. 💗

Y’all don’t come to the nail salon on 75th ave and Virginia they have bed bugs, I tried telling them and they told me I was crazy and that it was a mosquito bite! And I also tried taking a picture of the bugs but the pictures didn’t do much justice because the bugs were in the crack of the chairs hiding!

Got a chin wax and the lady grabbed my neck together and shook it and was laughing. Very rude. Never going back

I recently got a gel chrome manicure from them and I loved it only thing it started peeling off after a couple days . I went back and let them know what happened and they gladly fixed it and didn’t give me any pushback . Will definitely be going back to them . Great customer service !!

I went in for a pedicure, the woman that did my feet was maybe in her 70s she took her time, very thorough, she did an awesome job, best pedi ever! This is my new spot!

If you go in on a weekend just like any other business they will be super busy. I always opt by going in on Mondays or Wednesday. I get the time I am paying for and my pedis and manis come out really cute!

First day a nail broke First time there to . I feel overcharged and she rushed my nails3/19/18 just got them done will I go back NO! Pictures show there work 55$ down the drain now I have to come outta pocket to fix there mistakes tomorrow look how thin they are u can see right through them

They are extremely rude 1st day I got my nails 2 of them broke. and they keep changing the price on you one week is $25 you come back in about 3 weeks and they move it up $10. theyre not consistent with their price.
