I NO LONGER RECOMMEND !i play with My colors at Home so i just need a full set. Ive been here many times before and ALWAYS GET GEL.I Even recommended to My sisters, My Friends excelente service. For this one times i JUST needed a set. The owner or the man in charge basically was telling me regular color is for children blah blah . Ando he has a HORRIBLE attitude he stepped out of líne that Even the employees there apologized for him. That makes me think,they Even know he steps out of times all the time it must be. This place might as well put up a sign that says gel color only. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !

I went here for just a basic pedicure and I dont blame the young lady for upselling. I blame myself because it worked. lol Anyway, she did an great job and she did it in a timely manner! The only thing I didnt enjoy was how loud the guys were talking amongst themselves. Literally no one wants to hear that while trying to enjoy a relaxing pedicure! They still get 5 stars because overall it was cool for what it was.

Employees are extremely rude. They try to tell you what you want instead of just doing what u ask. For example trying to force you to get Gel polish when you ask for regular polish. I stopped going when I seen they have no price sheet they apply by. You can get the exact same thing as someone else and be charged more based on your “appearance” I’ve seen that with my own 2 eyes. Needs new management and more professionalism. They need to take a customer service course as well ALL of the employees.

I was bitten by bed bugs while getting a pedicure here. Didnt notice until I sat in my car afterward red bumps was lined up my inner thigh and had no clue why until someone told me. Hours afterward my pedicure color slid off my toe. My set came out okay. But the bedbugs took it for me. Was also overcharged by 10 bucks .

So after one week my nails started to chip. Ive never had that before so I called the salon who stated I should come back in so they could repair it. The owner looked at it and basically said he would redo it all for me. He took the time to redo my cuticles and make sure that I liked the result. He really takes customer service seriously and I think Ill be coming back :)

I had my nails done previously from a man & he was awesome! So I came back for a fill and then I got JOY, she was the absolutely the worst! Her application was just off she rushed through it all and when we got to the color & a simple outline blue & white all the lines were uneven you can see patches throughout all my nails she is the reason I’m not going back. So if you go there DONT GET JOY.

Went here today for a gel mani and pedi I loved the work they did on my nails but this salon was by far the dirtiest nail shop Ive ever been to. There was nail polish caked and smeared everywhere the pedicure sinks look like they havent been cleaned in months and the floor was disgusting. While they do good work I wont go there again just because of the sanitation issues and the overall lack cleanliness of the place. The technician who did my nails was even complaining about how dirty it was in there.*update my nails have only been done 1 week and I only have 6 left on my fingers.

Most rude and unprofessional customer service. The guy who is the manager/owner of the location is so rude. I paid a lot of $$ for my ombre full set. The conduct I was shown when I came in to show my nails were popping off after less than a week of being done was unwarranted. He said and I quote. Why come back here, go to another place. I was a loyal customer up to this point. So guess what Tony. I will!!!

My mom had really long nail and she told them she wanted them painted they said ok then she sat down and told him she don’t want them cut!! He looked at her and said ok then cut her long beautiful nails and now she has no nail after she told him NO!!. Don’t come here!!!

Loved the full set I got today, great service and I also highly recommend their deluxe pedicure! They actually rub and massage your feet and legs! #Heaven

Ive come to this nail salon twice and it is now my go-to salon!! The ladies who work here take the time to treat your nails the way they should be treated and both times I have been here, my nails have come out beautifully! They truly are amazing. Also, it is not pricey at all, which is always a plus.

Very friendly staff but my nail tec failed to tell me he couldnt draw my design on my nails which were palm trees. Instead of telling someone that he couldnt he attempted to do it anyway. I paid got to my car and looked at my nails 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️. Went back in and showed the guy I payed that I spent money here and Im not happy with my design. He told me to come back in an hour and he can fix it. I showed up after an hour and it looked better than the one before but that still wasnt my 🌴I asked for🤷‍♀️ Thanks anyway.

Pedicure was rushed with no massage. Did not last the 27 minutes. Worst part was the manicure! Didnt soak my cuticles, just started filling and actually made my pinky bleed from the cuticle area because of the lack of proper manicure procedure. Never going back. Not relaxing. And they place as a whole didnt look to sanitary.

I really enjoy the company of the lady who did my nails she was so sweet. She didnt hurt my nail bed and was precise on details. she did an amazing job.im so happy I love my nails! 🥰

She ensures youre happy with your nails every step of the way! I got a gel manicure and three weeks later my nails dont have any scratches or chips, just natural nail growth. Definitely will keep coming back! She also has every single color that you could ever imagine! These are my nails after 3 weeks, still looking great!Ill definitely be going back on a regular basis.I will definitely keep coming back.

I am visiting my sister and niece and we decided to treat ourselves to Pedicures. Once again Google has not failed me. The customer service was AMAZING! Prices very reasonable. There are other packages as well. It was an extremely relaxing!!! We also had our eyebrows waxed. The girl who did them was very quick and they came out great. We all will definitely be coming back!!!

This place is not cheap but there are tons of chairs and booths. Everything is super clean. No fumes, they spent a good amount of money in air purifiers and it is worth it. I was from out of town and read reviews before I picked this spot. The massage chairs are high quality too. All in all, a great afternoon. Highly recommend.

Amazing service, and its usually not super busy here so theres usually no wait at all.Edit: last time I went in the tech was very rude and he cut up my toes. Still in pain 2 days later.Edit: about 5 days later from my last visit i got an ingrown nail on my big toe. Definately not going back.

I came in and got my nails done, but they didn’t turn out well the person who was doing them was super sweet though. However I message them about it and they apologized then told me to come in the next day. To fix my nails without charge! I came in and a guy fix them, he was super nice and very professional! He made sure they turn out well! :)) I love this nail salon and I always come here! :))

This was one of my worst experiences in the history of getting my nails done. Definitely my first and last time visiting. As a new client, beware, they always send new clients to the least experienced nail tech that they have and think it’s ok. In addition they proceed to talk about you in front of your face in their language, as if everyone is naive. Which never makes anyone feel comfortable. After finishing my nails, I looked down and they were horrible. Lumpy, not shaped correctly and polished wasn’t even up to my cuticles. The nail tech was nice but talked too much and didn’t focus enough on what he was doing. Being a civil customer that I am, I still paid while I expressed to Tony, who says he is the manager, that I was not satisfied with my nails and he did nothing but told me to come back to him next time. Didn’t offer to fix or discount anything. They were Very unprofessional and showed me that my service does not matter. The environment is very small, uninviting, and not very sanitary considering the COVID-19 times. If you want something quick and don’t care about your nail service that’s the place to go!

My first time at Century Spa Nails and its definitely one of the best places in the city. Technician did my nails and she really took her time to make sure it turned out the way I wanted. The manager was very friendly and greeted me promptly and offered a beverage. I love the fact that they addressed me by name. Definitely check them out.

Best salon hands down. Went for a pedicure and a full set for my birthday. The staff is so friendly with a welcoming atmosphere. They actually massage your feet and not just give a couple of rubs. Their nail techs are so talented and are very efficient with time. I finally found the perfect salon. Will definitely be returning!

Stop at this nail salon because it had good ratings and my normal salon was booked for a few hours. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. Staff was friendly but quality in the work was horrible. Left the nail salon and the top coat litter literally fell off. Returned to get them fixed and even know they were better than the first set, still horrible. My sisters nails came out nice but if you want a for sure set I wouldn’t gamble the chance.

Best nail salon in the whole valley, a hidden gem! Very clean, and had lots of employees there so we didnt have to wait more than 5 minutes! Friendly, good customer service. They wear gloves and sanitize the pedicure bowls the massage chairs. My new go to! 💓

This is a good place! They do a good job! Non busy days are Monday & Tuesday. You will get great service & get what you want for nails, wax, ect...Been going to this place for 8 years. The tech all know their job and very detailed oriented. They thrive to do a good job.However, Ive experienced bad service before. They do get rude, sloppy, and irritated when the shop is busy. And it is not all their fault, because they get rude and unreasonable customers during their busy times. Which is why I stay far away from this place during their busy times.In the end, I give them a 4 star because 9 out of 10, my experience has been good. 👍💅❤

Found this place after receiving horrendous service from a nearby shop and Im glad I did. Clean and friendly atmosphere. They are definitely customer service oriented. I didnt feel uncomfortable like they were speaking negatively about their customers like I do with other shops. My pedicure didnt feel rushed and they obviously take pride in their work because the lady who was doing my nail design made a mistake and she started correcting it before I could even point it out! Ive already recommended this place to a few friends who are looking for a new nail shop.

Went in to have a broken nail repaired...No one even looked up much less greeted me. I told them what I needed and waited 35 minutes while two techs stood around. They also took 4 people that came in AFTER me. Apparently my one nail was not important enough to them because it wasnt making them as much money as a full set or fill... I go for more repairs than fills and I tip very well so being treated like this just pisses me off! Nice customer service 🙄

Nancy is my nail expert. She is awesome and takes good care of me every time Im there. She even let my husband used the massage chair. They have the stamp card and after 10 visits you get a discount. The salon is not top of the line, but the do keep things very clean. They cater to anyone and do much more than just nails.

Last week, I went there for a fullset, but just 1 day, 2 nails is broken,then I notice there was missing color at 2 sides,so disapoited.the one do my nails have dark skin and curly hair,her name is Linda,she cannot do the nails good,need to practics more.

They dont listen when you tell them not to do something. My mom specifically told them 3 times not to cut a certain part of her nail because it hurts and the woman just kept going and kept putting my mom in pain when asked not to specifically. They need to learn how to listen to their customers. Very angry! 😡😡😡 I will never come back to this place again!!!!!

Very poor service!!!! Waited for over one hour and they called 2 people ahead of me. They still had the nerve to tell me to wait a little longer!!! Why have a sign in sheet if your not going to follow it.. I’ve gone to much smaller nail salons with much better and faster service than this hole..

Second time here and the service was even worst than the first visit i walked out, there was a male that did my nails the first time and he did them noticeably uneven they werent all the same length and he took forever too focused on bad mouthing another client. The second time I wasnt acknowledged by any of the staff when i walked in they just stared at me talking in another language there were at least 3 workers that didnt appear to be busy just walking around as I waited for about 30 minutes thats when I got up and left
