Loved the gel manicure I received. It came out just like I showed the tech in the picture online. I think her name is Jennifer and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. Heres a piece of info I didnt know-- you can get as many fills as needed without worrying about the base of your nail bubbling. I was told in Asian salons that I would have to get a new set after one fill almost each time. Glad to know I can save money getting fills in the future. Thanks for the advice, Jennifer!

Sundrops is seriously the best! I’ve been to a lot of nail salons in and around Phoenix - For Nails Only, 7 Day Nail Spa, Uni Nails, and more - and Sundrops is by far the best. In the past, my gel manicures have started peeling/chipping by week one and it’s a struggle to keep them on til week two. I’ve had my nails on for two and a half weeks with no peeling or chipping whatsoever. Everyone here is so friendly and it’s such a cute little store, too. I’m going back in a few days to get my nails done again! I’m only sad I’m moving out of state soon and didn’t discover this place far sooner!Edit: book with Veronica. I had my nails done by another technician today and they are filled with bubbles & the polish is thinner in some areas than others so the color is not uniform.

Right away my big toe polish messed up. When removing my cuticles one of my toes was bleeding. Then when I get home my heels were still like sandpaper. I had paid way too much for my feet to not feel fabulous, my legs were soft. I went to a shop on 51 Ave & Cactus that was half the cost & my feet was as soft as a babys bottom. Im going back for them to fix it & make it right but if not I wont be back.

The cutest nail salon I have been to ever. Got a gel mani from Michelle;who was terrific. Love the little boutique they have set up-so many great gifts for us ladies.

Why would you say you dont like getting new customers?🤔 I was a new customer! I didnt like that comment.. Its not appropriate to tell any customer that. I felt offended, honestly. Its not professional as a nail technician to not wear gloves! Thats unsanitary! Get it together. I am not going to call out the person name but Im pretty sure you know who I am. I was the only black person in there today. I didnt see no other ones. Nice customer service btw no smiles? 🙄 Nobody was smiling! Im not sure if I want to come back! Maybe I need to think about that :)

I called and left a message and received no call back. I figured they were busy so no big deal. I took a chance and caught a $50 Uber from Tempe because I work late and they advertised later hours. When I got there they wouldnt open the door for me. Maybe because Im a person of color. It was well within their business hours and I seen only 2 people in the salon of course they just happened to be the workers. I will take my $200 elsewhere, anywhere that will accept my melanin skin and treat me like a person.

First visit to Sundrops and it was amazing! Super clean - their sanitization, mask and social distancing policies are amazing! I felt very safe getting a pedicure during this unprecedented time. The entire staff was friendly and making an appointment was super easy! This will definitely become my go-to nail spot!

I have been going here for my gel nails for a year now. They have a great staff, but Michelle is the BEST! I appreciate her attention to detail, and importantly, they look great for several weeks!! Ive gone to other places and they were chipping right away, not when Michelle does them! Shes is also just a really nice person and I always have a relaxing experience coming here for my self-care time!

This salon is beautiful! Booking online is easy, the staff is friendly and helpful, and there is no strong chemical odor! Its located in a small shopping center in a nice part of town, so it didnt get crowded, even on a Sunday! Loved that the benches had cushions and pillows. Everything is clean and bright, and they even have a little boutique at the front.

Walked in here on a Friday evening after a bad experience at the wax place next door. They completely turned my night around! Amy did a wonderful job on my nails and was super sweet. The place is nicely decorated, very chic & clean. I usually get the gel polish & they didn’t try to upsell me on anything which I really appreciate. The staff & customers were really friendly & they did a great job! Will definitely be coming back!

Sundrops Nail Spa was very nice. I went with my husband and we had a pedicure we needed one really bad to get ready for summer. The decor was great they had all kinds of different goodies to pamper yourself with they even had things to hang on the wall and soaps along with oils too. They served lemonade, water and iced tea while you were getting your pedicure done. I really enjoyed myself there and so did my husband and we will go back again

One of the best nail salons!! Michelle is soo kind and amazing. Plus this nail salon has such cute decor and such a friendly atmosphere. I recommend getting one of their shellac manicures :)

This is the best nail salon in Phoenix. I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with all the nail tech gals at Sundrops. They take pride in their work and it shows in how my nails look and in how long they last. The place is clean and upbeat. There is always an awesome chick flick playing and great tunes on the speaker system.Dont hesitate to give it a try!!

Sundrops Nail Spot is just awesome. Its extremely clean and serene. Interior design is a big part of the salon and the porcelain foot sinks and upholstered banquette is a delightful detail. All the services are reasonably priced and the express service and monthly specials are outstanding. The women who work theee are sweet and smart and very professional. And they have a great selection of products in the shop. I always find a nail polish or novelty item thats a keeper. This has been a favorite when I visit Phoenix. Just a gem!!

I love love love this place! I a nail tech and I will only go here for my pedicures. It’s no fun doing my own pedi’s . These ladies are friendly and do a fantastic job! Service w/ a smile. I have a background in dental, so proper sanitation is very important to me. This place is up to par with proper sanitation practices. I am very particular about what type of pedicure bath I place my feet into. They have pedicure sinks which are far more sanitary than the pedicure jet spa pools, which are full of bacteria and can never truly be sterilizer sanitized properly, even with a liner around the tub you’re still risking all kinds of fungus !

This is a real nail salon ! I was greeted by a super nice young lady, then offered a beverage. I was impressed with the reasonably priced services, and the delightful atmosphere from the chairs to the lighting, and a kitschy boutique. Amy, the Nail Designer, did a beautiful job on my nails. She made sure the shape was what I wanted before she moved on to the massage and the high buff shine. Dont walk, RUN to get your mani/pedi at Sundrops Nail Spot.

Sundrops Nail Salon is a wonderful place to get a manicure and pedicure. I love coming here with other nurses from work for a little relaxer. The only thing that could make it a little better would be a nice glass of wine and a cheese platter.

Had the most amazing pedicure here. Friendly and talented staff. I like the creative bar setup. I didnt give it five stars because I missed the massage chairs. Great place for a party or relaxing mani/pedi.

TERRIBLE experience. Arrived at 5:35 on a Sunday, needed just a quick fingernail polish, no manicure or pedicure. There were THREE techs doing absolutely nothing, one nice lady said absolutely and offered to even paint my toes even though I only needed my fingers done. Her boss yelled at her and told her no that there wasnt time even though there was plenty of time and two other women who had just started manicures. My toes were done at 5:50, but the hostess still refused to let the tech paint my fingernails. They also refused to paint my 5 year old daughters toes in that half hour (which would have taken all of two minutes). AND, they stayed open until 6:15 for another customer anyway. We stood waiting outside for my husband for 20 minutes while they were still open for another customer. We could have been in and out by 6:00 with both done and my daughters - I was so offended I will NOT be going back.

The ladies who work there are nice. But I went yesterday for a pedicure and gel manicure, it took 2 1/2 hours to finish. Two of gel nails chipped off within an hour. The had to switch lights because one was broken, and still it didnt work. It cost $85 for a mani/pedi that didnt even last a day. Terrible. I would never go back.

Great selection of colors and their salon is super modern and clean.

They do not seem sanitize the foot files. The girl who did my pedicure did not open up a clean pack with a foot file. The one she used looked unclean and used.

Very Disappointed! Not only did my shellac mani & Pedi take 4 hours to get done. The nail tech I had was rude and very inexperienced. The water for my Pedi was scolding HOT!!! The nail tech did NOT know how to paint a flower or design, she used stickers and put a top coat on top of it. The sticker didnt cover my whole nail and there were bubbles in my mani. The price is very expensive and not was worth a penny. Also just to make an appointment over the phone I was on hold for 15 minutes. Who has 4 hours to spend getting a Medi & Pedi and 15 minutes to get a freaking appointment. I will never be back EVER!!! Save yourself the trouble and dont come here because you think the store looks cute. Dont do it girls, DONT!!!!
