Best nail salon I have ever been too in my life, period! These guys have amazing prices and do an excellent job. The customer service here is absolutely outstanding.

Just a heads up to never get your eyebrows waxed here ever. I used to get mine done here and it was fine at first. But they had hired a younger girl, I am not sure if she still works here. But she was a rude and horrible wax technician. I remember when she was doing my eyebrows and after waxing, she was snipping some hair off so it would purposely get stuck around my face. I didnt notice it until I got home. Who lets their clients leave like that? If I could put 0 stars on this place, believe me I would.

This was my first time visiting this nail salon and I was pleasantly surprised! Tony did my gel pedicure and he did an amazing job. Getting gel pedicures can be tricky but he did really well and I will definitely be back! Not only that the price was very reasonable for the area. Great job!

I come here every two weeks for my pedicure and manicure! They always do a great job and take care of me! V and Stacy always have my nails on point and are so much fun to chat with while they do my nails! Great value and great final product. I will not go anywhere else to get my nails! I highly recommend this establishment :)

This place is obviously not about their clientele. I went in at 5 and they closed at 6. All I wanted was a full set and pedicure and keep in mind I said that when I first walked in. They had me wash my hand and sit down in the chair. And then the man asks me what I wanted and I told him. And he say “oh well we close at 6” so implying that they couldn’t do it. Which was fine but it was very rude and kind of unprofessional. If you stop doing nails at a certain time you should say that before welcoming your customer in. Oh and by the way this place is not at all welcoming and staff was pretty rude.

Well the first time here I was impressed. Came a few more times and the lady said my nails were lifting. She thought maybe I was allergic to the Metal. Well it was a major fungus. Which she should have known what it was. I told her to do what she though was best. She smoothed my nails although the fungus under them was a inch thick. The she was going to use the Gel polish. I stopped that. Went to the doctor they had to scrape all that off. Im taking antibioticis and etc. Not sure if I got it here. But she should have known. Never again. And personally I didnt feel they are friendly to blacks. Here it is almost 3months later and Im still on medication for the fungus

The staff was amazing. They took two pedis and one full set mani last minute. They did an awesome job. Will be back.

The technicians were very good and did nice work as but the salon was very dirty. I know I am a clean freak, but I will not return. In light of the current pandemic situation, it needs to be spotless!

I had their exfoliating pedicure done this evening and it came out amazing! The experience is wonderful; nice people, clean environment, cool variety of music, nice massage chairs. They are very thorough in their cleaning, and trimming, underneath and around your nails. They include a massage with lotion on your feet and calves (their Classic Pedicure and up) and if you get the Exfoliating Pedicure there is massage with a scrub.All in all, a very amazing experience, will be coming back!P. S. My toenails are tiny--like really tiny, and they werent in the best of shape--but the people at Splendid Nails made them look amazing with some tlc :)

I have been going to Splendid Nail Spa for 20 years on and off due to moving away and back several times. But I have consistently received the same high quality, attention to detail work with the fair price they have always offered. So, Im back again. No spa can beat this place for awesome nails!

I came in last minute and the nice young gentlemen got me in quickly. My nails came out so fabulous and the shape was perfect! I was trying to find new salons since I moved out here and I think I found the one I love. They are so welcoming and make the visit like home.❤️

I was looking for a new nail salon. So this was My first time visiting here and the service was absolutely amazing Stacey did my nails and he did an amazing job! The place is clean and the atmosphere is tranquil. I definitely will be going back I recommend this place to any and everyone looking for a amazing place to go to. Also the prices are reasonable and they have an amazing color selection!!! Definitely go and try them out its worth the drive from where ever you live in Phoenix or if your just visiting

Cant believe there is not more reviews on this place! Was absolutely AMAZING! they did a great job on acrylics and the pedicure was unbelievable! They took great care and patients in every part of it and the massage chair was spectacular...best Ive ever sat in! I was slightly afraid of prices but they were very reasonable especially for the work done! Very relaxing and spectacular! Heavenly!! Highly recommend!

I literally love this place. Im one that never really stays consistent with where I go for my nails but this place will be my new go to place. Super tranquil layout and great friendly nail techs. I love my nails and the color. They treat their customers with respect and do more than just nails. Im excited to explore more than just nail services here.

Vy does a great job! She has done my nails and lashes and I love both. I won’t go anywhere else. My last nail place left the sns powder kind of thick and she really takes her time and makes them so even and beautifully shaped! Everyone in there is super friendly. Always look forward to going back!

I absolutely love this place! Everyone is so nice and welcoming best pedicures. I get my acrylic nails done by Stacy he always does an amazing job because he takes his time and hes very meticulous but Best of all my nails do not lift.

I went here for the first time a couple days ago. My nails looked HORRIBLE!!I called the next day and they offered to take my nails off and refund my $$, but not redo them. When I got there the older lady of course wanted to act like it was my fault! (Wont have her do them again)As she started, a man named Stacy came over, I showed him the pic of what I wanted, so he said, come on Ill do them for you!I am so glad he did!!!!! They turned out beautiful!!!!!!I am so happy things turned out the way they did, I needed a new place, and I will definitely go back, but only for Stacy😉The inside is also very nice, and the music, they are jammin there!Thank you Stacy for your amazing customer service and my amazing nails!!!

Stacey is so awesome with technique, attention to details. I will not.go anywhere else. I drive 40 mins to get to there. Pushes cuticles back well! Cleans and shapes. French manicure looks fabulous-2 layers so it looks natural.

Its been forever since Ive gotten my nails done, I came here because they are open till 7. LOVE how friendly everyone was. LOVE that I showed them a picture and the mail tech gave me her honest opinions on what would look better.

I went for a gel color change, it was very hot and it cost almost over $20 when it’s supposed to be at least 10. My nails are uneven and the polish was sloppily put on. Not happy at all.

Was very impressed, the prices are competitive and the man who did my nails paid great attention to detail.

My husband and I come here every 2 weeks for pedicures. Tony and Anh do a fantastic job on our feet. We love the foot massage that comes with the deluxe pedicure. I feel like I have new feet when leave this place. Vy does my nails and she is a miracle worker. Lets just say my nails would not grow until I met Vy.

I went in on my lunch hour. The place it self is very nice, but the lady that did my nails was very rude, pushy and did a poor job. She cont. to tell me that I need a gel mani. even though I did not want gel. When I told her I did not want gel she got upset and was very rough on my cuticles. She cut me 3 different times. It has been 6 days and my cuticles are still cut and trying to heal. I would not suggest this place to any one!

I have gone into this nail shop and my experience was not so great nor were my nails. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and chalked it up to one bad day. I sent my two teenage daughters and their friend twice and the staff both times were extremely rude yo them and did a horrible job on their nails. I went in to speak with the manager to find out she was one of the nail technicians that worked on my daughter. I will not spend another penny on awful service!

Very lovely place

I was very disappointed with this salon I got my nails done mothers day and that next Saturday one nail completely fell off. They arent close to me so it took a couple Days to get there which she fixed it but a few days after the another one fell off. And theres a difference if one broke but the whole thing came off, and it wasnt cheap I paid 60 dollars and the nail tech said it was because of my short nail neds.ive been getting my nails done for years and never had this happen.

They people at Splendid Nail Salon are always friendly and fast and my nails look fantastic.

Best Nail Salon I have ever been too! I got a shellac manicure on December 27th... It is now January 18th and not a single chip!!! They took their time and did a beautiful job on the shape and my cuticles! You will defiantly not regret coming here!!!

This salon is in the complex right next to my house. Ive been here twice for the mani-pedi. I get callous remover and sea salt and both times I was thoroughly impressed. Lucy is my girl! I get regular polish and it doesnt start chipping for about 2 weeks! Seems to get real busy around 1:30, try to make it before then! I will be back again and again!
