Tina was wonderful. She did a great job on my pedicure. I got the Happy Feet package. The hot stone massage was amazing.

I was honestly so disappointed in this spa. I went in today for a pedicure and an acrylic set. I got there and there was no one at the desk to greet me, the employee was getting her toes done. So they had me pick a seat. So first off they charged and extra $15 DOLLARS FOR GEL POLISH, $15 FREAKING DOLLARS... They started my pedicure and the water was cold, I told her and she didnt adjust it at all. The lady was hurting my toe nails with her nippers. And she hardly put any nail polish on my big toes so its see through. And she put so much oil on my feet they felt gross for like an hour! They started my acrylic set while I was getting my toes done so I wasnt able to relax at all. She did a nice job so thats why Im giving this review 2 stars.... No one talked to me almost the entire time they just kept talking to each other. So its time for me to check out, she asked me how I was paying cash or card, I said card and she told me its not working and asked me if I had cash. I didnt so I had to leave to go to an ATM and then come back to pay. Needless to say I will not be going back nor will I ever recommend them. So unprofessional.

Subpar work at best. Low quality work. Would give negative stars if I could.When I walked in I asked for a price list and was handed a brochure of services and prices. I selected a basic manicure and pedicure. When I went to leave they charged me a higher rate than was listed in the brochure. I pointed out the brochure they had given me upon arrival and the manger told me those prices were wrong and I needed to pay the higher price. I refused - that is false advertisement and extremely unethical. She was extremely rude and dismissive. Will never visit this salon again.

Omg! First off, EVERYONE here does an awesome job.... From nails to feet (the only services Ive got), they listen to what you request. This time I got xxl nails and Vivian did such an AMAZING job. I am overly satisfied with my nails and I will definitely be back!

Asked for French tips and got instead. 1 coat of white nail polish for tips with smudges and 1 clear coat and charge was $20 they didnt put any primer or base coat or a top coat. If I wanted my nails done in poor quality I wouldve just did this at home instead. Not worth the money spent and a waste of money at this place. The $20 that was charged I couldve gotten my nails done on both my hands and feet at the usual place I go to for $20. If they cant get this small request done correctly then why should I risk getting a higher dollar item done here.

I spend over 100 dollars here for a nail nail technician and a horrible everything else. I asked for a French manicure and she didn’t buff my nails out completely so you could see scratches under the clear coat. Not to mention they had to repaint my nails 3 times because of the clear coat being old they were using. I got their CBD manicure and they didn’t remove all the paraffin wax off my feet or give me disposable shoes so my Nike soft soled flip flops got covered in wax off the bottom of my feet and stained after the forever it took to remove. That was basically a 180 dollars wasted including my shoes.

I used to come here all the time, but I moved out of state. I am visiting town again and decided to get a full set of acrylics with gel polish yesterday, but it didnt turn out how I hoped. The gel polish seems to be the biggest issue. Sloppy painting, air bubbles, and its already peeling up on several nails. Its been less than 24 hours. This place has really gone downhill. For $50 + $10 tip. I expected better.Update to the response I got back from the company:It doesnt matter if you are busy. People pay for your services. If you cant properly provide that service, then you shouldnt be offering it.Also it is too late for me to get it fixed. I live in another state and was just visiting. Im already home now.

Been going here for 4 years since I moved to the area. Love the service and love the great job they always do.

My daughter scheduled an appt to get her nails done. They even sent her a reminder for her scheduled appt. We get there on time and they tell her the girl is not working. WTH I understand things happen but dam give us a call or message to reschedule or something.

Hannah did a good job on my nails. I would have given four stars. If they would follow CDC PROTOCOLS. She wore her mask. But, it was not covering her nose and she wore no gloves and they dont have shields up between the nail tech and customer. She also didnt sanitize her hands between customers. I will not be going back.

I absolutely love this place. They are kind, friendly and professional. They engage in conversations with the customers. Pedicure is served with wine. The service is awesome

Took my sisters and niece to get pedicures and one sister didnt get one just sat there with her feet in water that ended up cold as the lady that should have went to her took another customer on that came in after us.. the rest of our group was done before I could even get a towel for my sister so she could get up and leave.

They always take care of me when I go there... never disappointed.

I got a infection on my cuticle from this place. I will never go back. I dont think they clean there stuff properly bwfore they use it on other people. Its sad because they really do a good job in the nails and feet. Its just not very clean.

Love getting my nails done here! They keep the place very clean so I don’t worry about cleanliness & they give great customer support. I normally use My for my pedicure. She takes her time and gives me a wonderful Relaxing pedicure every time. For my acrylic nails I normally use Hanna or Vivian and both are fantastic. My nails don’t lift or break and the quality if fantastic. I’ve been to many salons in the Phoenix area and this is by far my favorite place to go.

Vanessa took care of me today beautiful set nude color. I set an appointment and she was ready for me. I used my lunch hour to get my nails done and I was taken care of within the time. Definitely recommend they always take care of their customers and never rush to get to the next one just to make money. They take care of you and make the design you want and they do it right. Never rushing you and making you nails look horrible at all. Pretty good for an hour I think.

Run away!!! I would give negative stars if I could. Omg it is actually hilarious at how bad this place and experience was. My daughters toes werent even cut or trimmed, the cactus look like blobs, they upcharge for everything and anything. They couldnt even do straight lines on my friends nails. My manicure was started with cold water, then tech walked away for 20 mins. My group was done with their nails and since nothing was done with my manicure, I told them to cancel it. They wanted to charge $15 for dipping in cold water! I busted up and let them know I would not pay that. They then decided to argue with me in front of all customers about the service they think they did on my nails. Overpriced services. Five dollar charge for anything... Color changing nail-$5. You want design-$5-15. You want gel- $15 on top of pedicure charge. Good luck with that. I will stick to my usual place that doesnt play with prices and can actually do designs.I will never go back or waste my money or time in a place like this. No manager can fix this place. Just read their reviews with the fake follow up reply.

I went to get a pedicure and fill done my toes got done first along with my daughters and my friends by time.my nails got done my friends and daughters toes were dry I went to put my shoes on and my ties were still wet. I informed them and they wanted me to wait even longer when Ive already been there 3 hours I told them I would fix myself and they wouldnt do anything else it took 15 min just to try and take 5 dollars off after everything I got them to take off the amount it is to paint nails and not one apology

I love this salon and would highly recommend it. The ladies here are always so nice and helpful and best nail services in town. Its all about quality if you are looking for cheap nails this is not the place for you. I highly recommend Lyn, Kaylee, or Wendy.Updating review since the above girls left the salon has gone down hill quickly. Also the new owner does not care about the customer experience or quality of the work the techs do. The old owners still cared about this salon but sold it to a family member who has no clue how to run a quality business. The last tech who did my nails made them all uneven, way to thick, and not even the right color. I provided a picture definitely did not get what I asked for. I used to love going here but its went down hill when all the amazing techs left.

Friendly people, great service. I have been there 3 times had no issues and loved the way my full sets and toes came out and had planned to continue to go back, until it came time to take off my last recent full set. My one nail had fallen off to find I had FUNGUS on my nail. I went to the nail shop so that they could take off the rest of my nails and 3 more of my nails had fungus! Oh and not to mention they didn’t properly take my nails off with foil they just ripped them off and then charge you 10 dollars for something I could have done at home. They didn’t even apologize and I feel they didn’t even care I have fungus on my nails. I’m 25 now and have been getting my nails done since I was 12 and have NEVER had fungus before. Not sure why I’ve gotten it now!

I absolutely positively LOVE 💗 Vivian!!! I get multiple compliments a day about my nails. I like them long and I don’t have issues with breakage and lifting. After 3 weeks they were still shiny and fresh looking. Plus she is a respecter of time and has me in and out!! I for sure recommend her services to EVERYONE!! Thanks Vivian for being so awesome!!!Side note: the Salon is very clean and large and a full array of spa services to make you feel totally pampered. Prices are super reasonable and the staff has been very friendly with me.

I went in for a lip wax, manicure and pedicure and I loved every bit of it! Very friendly service Hannah did my manicure and I love it I am very picky with my nails and usually get them (from other places) lumpy and really thick and end up disappointed but not today she was amazing my nails are smooth and thin and I couldn’t be happier with them!! To clarify, I do not have a negative experience at Azula Nails, my girl was at Azula Nails to have her nails done. Witch she very much enjoyed the over all experience, as to where all that I did was sit in the excellent massage chair and wait.

I made an appointment and told them I could come at anytime so they told me four. I waited for 20 min and they sent me to a completely different place. Very unprofessional, especially when I said to make the time whenever worked best for them. HORRIBLE PLACE VERY RUDE

Van is the absolutely best with long nails. I won’t go to anyone else. The other lady’s are very sweet and so nice. There’s even a talented guy who does hair. They are always so clean and always listen to what you want. Iv been going here for 4 years now.

I go in for a appointment that i had made jto days in advance and when i go in i was told the person doing my nails wasn’t even present when i had asked for him. then to be told he’s across the street at another salon which i go to and ask for my appointment there and no one ever put down an appointment for me ever.. it’s really irritating when i have things to do and i had booked an appointment and now i have to wait for 30 damm minutes. horrible service.

Used this place three times and each time, left disappointed, tried the other place down the road for less money and was satisfied so i wont be coming back here.

It took an hour and a half just to get a unfinished pedicure. My toes are not polished. I had to leave for an appointment. Sadly disappointed in them.

I love the atmosphere its a clean shop well organized prices are reasonable BUT for the second time Ive been there i was not happy!!! Ive been getting my nails done for the past 17 years so i know about quality very well. The owner did my nails the 1st time and they were pretty good but i had to tell her that the shape was off on one...now as a professional i shouldnt have to tell you anything but i let it slide. The 2nd time i came the nail tech cut me twice on the same finger with the tool that smooths the nails after the acrylic is applied and again on another finger. But again i let that slide. Then i noticed there was polish where it shouldnt be but she didnt. I wasnt gonna say anything but at this point im bothered. She puts the final coat on(the clear polish) on and still theres polish where it shouldnt be. So me being the respectable citizen that i am i chose to pay,leave and NEVER return.So 4 stars is way too nice for this company!!! I almost forgot to mention-i work hard labor non-stop and my nails have never broke or chipped. I decide to come here and not even a week later the polish is already chipped. If you have a place that you normally go to DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

They did just an ok job on my full set of nails. But the technician did stay well after business hours to complete my pedicure. I give them that.

I love my nails Vivian did a GREAT job. I paid $55 which isn’t bad for this work. I consider it a tip for her due to her taking her time doing my nails. I will be returning to her soon. Thank you!

Update: 5/4/21 I came back after a year to get my nails done. Last Thursday to be exact. And 2 fell off over the weekend so I came back to get the two fixed. Vivian helped me but was on the phone the entire time. And kept messing up. I told her several times that I didn’t get the dipped ones they were acrylic. She still dipped them and said she does nails different from the other person. She only had to fix two and because she wasn’t the one who did them the first time probably didn’t care. And I felt neglected. When I told her look this doesn’t even look right she became upset and breathing and talking in a different language not sure what she said. I could feel like I was an inconvenience. But I told her it’s not my fault that they fell off after 2 days. And she wasn’t even paying attention to me. I didn’t want to continue to argue with her so I left. I don’t recommend going back if your nails fall off. I don’t think Vivian was having a good day. But I pray that she doesn’t do this to anyone else.

I’ve been going to Azul For over a year now. I drive about 20 minutes past many nail places to get there, because I love the quality of my nails and my pedicure’s . I like the staff and I love the color choices and the place is very clean. I can make an appointment online and I never have to wait that long. They also seem to have extended hours compared to other places so they are worth the drive.

Love going to Azul day spa!!!! They take care of you very well. As for, their designs and options are incredible. I leave relaxed and able to conquer another day (:

This is my second time here, and I love the customer service they give. They treat you with respect. I have brought my sisters and mother inlaw here too they like it as well. They have a good work ethic. They stick to their appointment scheduled.

I went to get my nails done the set was so bad that I contacted the owner Peter at the other location pro nails by Tina … the set was so bad that they needed to be removed Peter was so rough removing the set of acrylic nails that he literally split 3 of my nail beds that they were bleeding and he was not even concerned that he did that much damage to my nail beds I will never go to either of his shops and I will be filing a complaint with the state board of cosmetology as well as a law suit against them for the terrible and painful damage done to my natural nails bed

My toes came out nice but the lady was super distracted and cut my foot. My nails were ok I guess and they were super rude. While talking to my cousin the lady asked if I was talking about her and I replied with no, because I wasn’t and she rolled her eyes and said “mhm” all attitudey.

I got there and they told me I need a mask and that was okay. I just needed my eyebrows done and they did a great job for the price! Thanks I will be back again.

I like the fun atmosphere of this salon. the staff are very friendly and accommodating and this is the happiest ive ever been with a manicure. i was a little disappointed that the pedicure and gel manicure didnt last longer but with their reasonable pricing and fabulous service i dont mind needing to go back sooner than i anticipated -and i am going back!again, i could not be happier with the manicure i got there!😸😸😸

Rude nail tech! When I asked the price of different services she became irritated and impatient. I went with a friend, she is a regular and was treated kindly but they didnt seem to appreciate my business. Thank Goodness, there are more nail salons in the valley.

Got in for a last minute pedicure on Christmas eve no less. Peyton, the receptionist, was very nice and accommodating. She recommended the spa pedicure. Mae, the nail tech, was great. She took her time and made the experience very enjoyable. The atmosphere in the salon is clean and neat. Everything is organized and easily navigated. Great customer service and pricing. Ill be back!

For the second time I have literally been sitting in this chair for 30 minutes. Appointment was at 1. No water. No hello. Someone will be with you in a few minutes. I will NEVER come back. There are too many professional nail places here that want my business. 45 minutes. Still waiting!

If you are a new Client the Manager will treat you like gold. But if you are not.... The manager will treat you horrible and not want to help you. After going here for years, I guess its time to switch because I cant figure out why the manager changed from nice to 100 rude. I have recommended so many people to them. Now I have friends complaining about the samething. Very sad.

The pedicure was great and place is clean. Main problem was the hour it took to get to us after our appointment. Would have been five stars otherwise.

So disappointed. Got the name of this Salon from Phoenix New Times saying it was one of the best! Made reservations for 2 people 3 weeks in advance. Went in 10 minutes early and ended up sitting waiting for 40 minutes after my appointment. Was told on the phone they could do a specific design I was wanting to do but when I was there in person said they couldnt do it. My acrylics were thick and uneven. The gel color started to chip after 2 days! Asked for a gold color and got yellow and green glitter??? My friend asked for blue and pink and got purple and green??? Very disappointed and went back to my normal salon to have them fix my nails before the holidays.

Went in for a facial and pedicure. Excellent service for both. Very relaxing experience. Definitely will be back

I usually go there to get my haircut. Tish did my hair years ago but she dont work there anymore so I booked my appointment with Brian. Brians customer service was great. My hair look fantastic, he really know what hes doing when it comes to hair. Must try their hair services.
