Had a very pleasant experience at Crowns Now Greer today. I was very anxious about the appointment and my procedure, but the doctor was very patient with me and spent a lot of time trying to calm me down. The staff is very helpful and kind and always available to help. Everybody at Crowns now is very professional and takes their time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice. Its not easy to finding a good dentist but I think I have found the best. Thanks to the wonderful doctors and staff of Crowns Now Greer for excellent care.

The best dentist office I have ever been to. They take the time to explain everything. The office itself is very nice and friendly. The staff is top notch and the hygienist are great with kids and very thorough. All around Professionals! I would recommend to anyone looking for a dental home.

The office and especially the doctors take pride in their patients but not so much their employees. If becoming a new employee here, make sure you magically know what youre doing. They offer little to no training at first. And other sides of stories will always be heard before yours. Just be prepared to be in the wrong often. They all have their on cliques and instead of being professional and sitting down and talking to you about it they run and tattle to get brownie points. Its worse than high school! Take it with a grain of salt and move on. Find somewhere else to work if you want a career instead of a drama filled, bashing people, and constant complaining about their jobs.

Highly recommend! Affordable and Dr. Bott is very understandable and listen to what you have to say. He doesnt rush and takes his time. He explains things very well for you to understand. Have a phobia with dentists? He will make you as much as comfortable as possible.

Crowns Now is a 10 in my book and my wifes. The people there are all excellent in what they do. Dr. Dickson is as fine a dentist as I have ever had and Im now 69 years old. We highly recommend them.

My dental health had really suffered from several years of neglect due to high prices. The work performed to date: 2 extractions, 1 bridge, 7 crowns. The price paid saved me several hundred dollars. Now to the facility: latest equipment available, comfortable environment, very clean. Dr. Bott is gentle In disposition as well as his work. Never hesitate to use this business. I am getting 8 more crowns soon.

Do NOT go to this place!! Dr. Dickson gave me a root canal on my front tooth.The pain medication ran out halfway thru the root canal!! He said it was myfault because my metabolism used the medication up to quickly.His assistant finally said. She needs more numbing medicationCan you imagine halfway thru a root canal feeling the pain?Now an oral surgeon just informed me that the tooth is lost and will have to have a bridge. Not only did the cheap crown he used did not seal. Two dentists have x rays showing the crown was not attached properly.Also turning them into BBB. I am. Beyond upsetDo not go th Crowns Now.!!!!!!-

I had an eerily similar experience with Dr. Dickson! Front tooth with multiple dentists saying it was done improperly. The tooth started turning black the day after the procedure. This same tooth became abscessed after the procedure which landed me in the hospital.I also had a back crown put on by them at around the same time, it too was left with no spacer, which cracked and had to be repaired multiple times. I made several attempts to come to a resolution with Crowns Now regarding these issues to no avail.

I drive an hour and forty-five minutes each way to see these folks because of the outstanding experience and care they provide. Seeing a Dentist has never been so easy. They explain the plan to you, give you options and then provide the best expereince you can have in a dental chair. My other dental experiences created anxiety and apprehension.... at Crowns Now, I fall asleep in the chair knowing I am getting the ulimate care!
