Very nice man. He did a fairly nice job on my gel manicure. A few of my nails were crooked but I filed them when I got home. Wasnt I shocked when he told me that the cost was $65.00. Like WHAT? NEVER ever have I paid that much! Thanks but no thanks!

I adore this place they are better than the best me and my fiance have made this our go too nail salon he has very bad varicose veins and they didnt treat him badly or talk bad in Chinese or Korean when he went in for a pedicure. You are treated like family and they remember your name. They dont huff when I decide on the classic square cut short with rounded corners. Amazing, friendly outstanding customer service.

Finally a place who is detail oriented, has great customer service, and actually cares about what you want! I was asked about every 10 minutes during the process of getting my gel acrylic set if they were what I wanted and if it looked okay. Thank you!!!! I will be returning again and again. They are gorgeous! Exact shape I wanted, not overly thick but not too thin, PERFECTION!

My husband and I went in and had a pedicure. We have not had a pedicure in a long time. Usually places are very quick and dont pay attention to what you would like them to focus on but not at Tommys. They listened to our concerns and worked to make our foot issues better. Conversation was great and we will definitely be going back.

I really like to go here. Ly does my nails really good and the guy that was really good Nails as well. If you are wanting to go there I suggest you make an appointment because they get very full and sometimes walk-ins cant get their nails done.

I went in because I had Gelish polish on and my normal nail tech (works at a different salon) had canceled 2x and wasnt responding to text. Well, one of my nails lifted and was hurting. The tech here took her time to file my nails off and found that my real nail had cracked! She was so worried about how thin my nails were from being having to be filed to get the Gelish off, she suggested doing a dip. I went with her suggestion and got glitter all over because of the color I chose but she was so polite about it. This is the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. I will definitely be going back ❤

This place is just the best. I wont get my nails done anywhere else now, their work is perfect. The experience is friendly, professional and consistent amongst the employees. Other places have tried to make me feel like I shouldnt do colors on my nails because its not the norm for a guy and this place was the opposite - very welcoming and catered to exactly what I want. I need to bring my girlfriend with sometime! 😁 I love the look and feel of my nails and getting compliments on them (especially from ladies) and its thanks to Tommy Nails. I highly recommend!

Decided to come back after many years at another Salon. The employees were very nice and the job they did is good but I was swindled on the price. I was charged $60 and tipped $12. They charged $15 for a regular manicure which is normal but $45 for a gel pedicure. Apparently 25 for the pedicure, 15 for the gel, and 5 for the removal of the previous gel?? I realized once I left I have never paid more than $35 for a gel pedicure because everywhere else does the removal for free. I feel ripped off because it is not like the pedicure was special. At other place hot rocks and sugar scrubs are included for that $35, unlike here. Literally save yourself ten dollars and go somewhere with better perks.

I absolutely love this place! I moved here from San Jose, CA last July of 2018 and it’s important that I have a nail place I can stick to. It’s great for consistency because it’s a family owned shop and the wife & husband are the only two who take appointments. Sometimes their daughter helps out, but you can guarantee that if you come back you won’t have a random doing your nails or whatever you get done. It’s only them two. & call in to make an appointment before you go because sometimes they’re all booked up! I’ll miss them when I move back next month!

I was a walk-in on Saturday With my husband and 2 daughters and we were impressed. The pedicures my husband and I got were the best. I had my nails done and they were done exactly how I asked for them. To top it off my daughter has special needs and had her nails done. I was impressed at how she was treated that is majorly important to me. They are very friendly, professional, clean and did a perfect job on all our nails. We will be back.

I started going to Tommy Nails in 2012, moved away in 2013 and came back 2018. They have the same GREAT, quality service. I’m never rushed so they can do the next person’s nail. Time and care are taken with every visit. They make an effort to get to know your likes and dislikes in order to provide you with EXCELLENT service. I prefer a more “natural” look and I never leave disappointed. Definitely an AMAZING place to go to pamper yourself!

I am so shocked this place has a 4.8. They don’t cover their foot baths with plastic covers so you’re bathing in the same bath as the customers before you. The manicure and pedicure was decent but I felt very dirty after I left. The lotion they use smells expired and unappealing.

I started coming here 2 months ago. The first day I walked through the door I knew I found my salon. Other customers walked in and they knew them by their first name. That meant a lot to me it shows that they really care. They made me feel comfortable. I was able to ask questions and they answer them with no problem. I love Tommy Nails. I have been going there since I first moved to Phoenix. That was 13 years ago. The staff is always courteous. They are fun to hang with. They have many repeaters who have been going as long as I have. The work is always professional & as I said, its a great place to get your nails done.

Lai is a gem. Shes so friendly and personable. She always does an amazing job on my nails. Its never over crowded because with just the two of them I usually make appt. Even the gentleman that works there does a great job on my nails. They are both great because I get detailed on how I like my nails and they deliver every time. They dont make you feel rushed to get out of there and on to the next client either. They are fast and efficient but they focus on you and genuinely want you to have a pleasant experience.

Not going to lie, they did a great job on my nails. My nails were medium in length, coffin style, with nail art. I havent been there in a few years. So when I was preparing to pay, I was shocked when the gentleman charged me $70.00 for my nails. I only had a design on 5 of my nails, the others were solid in color. I cant begin to rationalize $70.00 worth of service. I paid the bill but I will NEVER return, highway robbery.

Tommy Nails has a couple of the most awesome nail techs and then some that ever were. They are quick and listen to what it is you want not what they think you should have. Lai is my savour and has taken exceptional care of me for 15 yrs. I would never go anywhere else.

Just the way I love them. The couple that works there are so sweet. They speak perfect english and so very knowledgable. I am hard of hearing and could hear everything they said. I had a terrible nail job from another salon. She undid what they had done. Then went on to make my nails look amazing. The price was BETTER than reasonable. And it was so fast. Being that there is only the two of them, it’s best to make an appointment, especially if you have a big job like I did. However, I did see them have a walk-in while I was there. I also noticed that they knew their clients by name and were so welcoming. A true treasure if you love your nails. I know I will not be going anywhere else. THANK YOU TOMMY’S NAILS!!!
