My husband had got a haircut from this place and he wanted a high and tight faded cut and after 2 days of growth it got really sick in one spot on one side and not faded and they would not fix it. They guarantee if youre not happy with your haircut after a week theyll fix it so he was on his 7th Day and they declined to fix his haircut never had a problem with sports clips until now and will probably never go back to sports clips at Chillicothe Ohio ever again and he had a coupon for $9.99 for the MVP and they wouldnt value it they wouldnt take it off they took $8 off instead of the 9.99, very unhappy coustomers at this time . Its worse on the other side cant take a picture of it right now because he is driving

Got my hair cut at Spirt Clips totally fantastic had My neck massage my shoulders massage with a massage machine had to facial hot towels. One with Mint which was so cool. My hair was massaged and vigorously washed. I totally feel like a new person I would recommend this place. Price is reasonable

No wait. Taylor was great. Friendly and didnt have to wait. I got the double mvp and walked out feeling much better. Little pricey for a haircut, but worth it. Highly recommend.

This place is the only place Ill go to get my hair cut. Theyre friendly and will carry a conversation with you. You can get everything from a simple haircut to the full service treatment, cut, wash, scalp massage etc... I whole heartedly reccomend this place.

Cut hair really well and use clean sharp razors. Just a little expensive.

They do- do a good job at cutting your hair. But when you go all in shave massage so on and so forth. They rush to get you out of there. Pay me some attention and make feel relaxed not just go through the motions.

Took my kids and husband here. I love that Sports Clips is so knowledgeable and talented when it comes to the hair and beard needs of my guys. The staff are always SO friendly. You can really tell that they love their job and have a passion for their career.

CHECKING IN ONLINE IS A JOKE! I’ve been there a couple times and the hairs cuts are hit and miss. I finally found some decent so I checked in online with the girl I thought had cut my hair the last three times. I get there over half an hour before My appointment which it said was 1:07 pm. The girl who I booked it with wasn’t the one I thought but no big deal, my fault. 1:07 rolls around and then someone else is called up with the girl my appointment was with... so I look and it says I still have to wait almost 40 minutes.....I checked in online and made sure I had plenty of time to get my haircut before I had to head to work... now with the new time I couldn’t get it done.....did everything I was supposed to and now I just wasted over half an hour of my time waiting. Not worth the hassle or the money

Sometimes I go in there and get great service and others I leave because I get tired of waiting. I was the second person in list and two girls finished haircuts and headed to the back after cleaning their areas leaving only one girl in the front cutting hair and I waited about 5 or so minutes without ever seeing them again so I left. This happens about 50 percent of the times I go in there. I think i am done with this place. Just too much lazy.

Communication with clients is non existent

I take my son in there because the girls are nice and friendly and he loves the mvp treatment. I also like the staff especially Nikki she works her *ss off. But everytime this summer it is so hot in there asked if the thermostat is working but didnt know this place needs some window tint to block some sun heating it up and the ac fixed, cause not only hot in there due to the sun but the staff also makes it a little hott under the collar! To the owner get these ladies some help with the ac.
