I went to get a fill and the man does not listen to anything you have to say my nails are so messed up I will not be giving them my business any longer.. The wife is sweet as pie but the husband ummmm. Now. Have to go elsewhere and get my nails fixed…wow 🤬😡😡😡If you are a person that is very particular with her hands I do not recommend this place.Sorry you will not be happy with the results

The older man who did my full set filed way too much on one side and have my nails slanted and uneven. He tried to argue with me when i asked him to fix them because I dont like them.. I Will NOT spend my money here again. Usually when i get my nails done i get my service done THEN i pay, he got hostile and treated me as if i wasnt going to pay. He was so rude !!

The lady here was nice but the older gentleman was a bit rude. When telling him how I wanted my nails done he rudely stopped me and told me he wasnt finished. Im assuming that I was bothering him seeing as the phone call he was on was more important. Even so I tried to remain polite. I asked what my total was. Needless to say I wont be back. They are WAY WAY WAY over priced. Especially if they arent going to treat their customers with respect.

I drive 45 minutes just to come to this place. Good service. The good thing about this place is they do not keep on insisting about tips like other nail salons. The work that they do for my mother and I is awesome. Not to mention the eyebrow waxing- just great.

They didnt do what I ask, they didnt like my color choice or length. So did it his way. Pricey. Nails and pedicure $80. Will definitely not be going back there again..

I really love this place. Really affordable. The manager I always see and have do my nails. He always does a little extra for me on the style and color I choose. He remembers me after the 2nd time I came in. Always asks how Im doing. Every other nail salon Ive gone to they always talk in their language and ignore their customers. This salon may talk amongst themselves but they always include me on other conversations. The best atmosphere, friendly, and clean.

First of all I witnessed as the employee dragged a mom to the bathroom because her 5 yearOld daughter didn’t flush it. Then toilet is then clogged and they are yelling amongst each other “employees” to see what’s going on. The mom and child are left confused as to whats going on. Seriously the most unpleasant seen as a customer and to top it off my nails were horrible. My cuticles were cut and after I said not to cut my nails she snaps them off. I was so frustrated! It’s like they purposely wanted NOT to waist their cheap gel. I DO NOT recommend this place it’s awful, cheap, and they treat their customers like trash and are soDisrespectful!!

It was my first time this nail salon yesterday and I am so glad I stopped here. They were welcoming and helpful. The prices are ridiculously great and the service exceeded any expectation I had walking in. The customer service is great and I will be coming back.

HORRIBLE experience!!! Please do yourself a favor & take a few minutes to read this review. I would not give it a quart of a star nor definitely half a star. I only rate it a 1 star just so that I was able to leave a review. Today (5/1/19) was my first time visiting JB Nails & Spa & right away spotted 2 red flags. First, the place was empty & second, it was hot in there as there was no AC on & only but a cheap old fan which didnt cool the place at all. The price for pedicure is reasonable ($20 for basic) but not worth the time there & can find other places with same price & hot stones included. I asked the man if hot stones were included & he said that they dont do tha & that people (mani/pedi technicians) are crazy for doing that. I told him that is the way to keep the clients happy, to have them come back & to keep the business going. Then he said that hot stones do not go on toes & said once again that people are crazy for doing that. I told him that they dont put the hot stones on the toes but work the calves & the bottom of the feet which is a perfect combination for a pedicure. He said, I know, I know, I know all that, (pretty much shutting me up) I know how that works but they are crazy for doing that. I didnt want to entertain a nonsense argument with a stubborn person so I told him that I was there for a basic pedicure. He rudely told me to go chose my color. When I walked to the chair ready with the polish, I noticed that he filled up the foot spa/tub with water & did not include a plastic bag. I asked him if he was not going to put a bag in there & his response was, We dont do that, people are crazy for doing that & if you dont like it you can go somewhere else. I said, Excuse me? What did you just say? He then repeated the same thing expect for the part of not liking it & go somewhere else. I said ok then just walked out. Now I understand why the place within walking distance was full & there was a wait for 45 mins to an hour just for a pedicure & JB Nails was completely empty & has low & bad reviews. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you save your time by not going to this place & experiencing a bad service by a stubborn, rude & negative person. You can definitely get a much better & relaxing experience for the same price at another location!

I dont see how this place even has over a 3 star rating. I came in asking for yellow ombre nails and right off the bat the nail tech was making excuses about the color and that if I wanted an ombre it would be $50 as if he was trying to change my design choice, so to avoid the problems I just asked for some yellow coffin nails, he did them alot shorter than I had originally asked for and also made the nails pretty thick. But once I was getting my pedicure done he asked me to pay and charged me $70 for a one color set of nails and a regular pedi! Any other place you go to charges no more than $35 for a one color set and had originally asked for $50 of they were ombre but they werent so why was I still charged $50?! Not to mention the color on my toes wasnt even properly applied. You can still see my toenails through the polish because not enough coats were applied. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE.

DO NOT COME HERE! WORST place I have ever been to and manager refused to even answer. I am sick after getting my nails done and they were done so badly I was picking off pieces they went even smooth l, straight, or rounded. Half of my expensive clothes are ruined from being snagged so easily. I cannot believe how much this all caused me I am devistated they dont even care about their customers health. Run girls. Run far away from here.

Jbs is affordable - fast service once youre in the chair and Im happy to wait for the owner (a comical man who always has a story) or his wife or daughter with a nice pallete of colors and the most reasonable prices I definitely revisit this place!

I had to wait a long time but the job they did was nice . Only 2 people there when I went so it was slow but they talked to customers in a polite way even when they ate being rude
