This is honestly the best acrylics I’ve ever had. I had a full set done at another salon that I was very unhappy with and Tom did a fabulous job fixing them as he did my fill. Definitely the only place I’ll be coming back to.

Love that their dip manicures actually include cuticle care and forearm/hand massages because my hands and cuticles are horrible!The pedicure was soooooooo good! I was in Scottsdale last month for a family vacation and a few of us went here to have or nails done on the morning of Monday March 15, 2021. I have never been able to keep nails on for more than 10 days - they always lift and then I pick at them. The Tech that did my nails (powder dips) did such an excellent job that they weren’t thick, they were perfectly shaped and as of today (April 19, 2021) my nails are very grown out but have never lifted and are all still intact!! I wish I could go back and have them done again!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I have been here a couple of times now and I always leave satisfied!!! The past two times Jackie has done my nails and I love the attention to detail and the time she takes to make sure I am happy with my nails. I liked tiger... salon is nice... my fill done on Friday...had to be redone on Tuesday due to major lifting. When he did my fill.... he didnt cut the old lifted areas off... he just said the acryllic would hold it down... so my 40.00 fill had to be redone 4 days later

Came to this place bc it was convenient to my next appointment in the area, my first issue... barely any type of conversation, 2... she left my nails bumpy and 3.. I got them done on 5/20 and within a week they are cracking, lifting, or have already completely peeled off. Not a place I would recommend.

Me and my daughter have been going to Phoenix for a year now. but still make this place our favorite “go to” nail salon. It’s worth the drive. We get the best service and everyone treats us great! I wish them nothing but success and look forward to our next visit.

My husband & I went here yesterday. The lady that did my nails did not pay attention to what I asked, she gave me coffin style when I specifically asked for straight. After the service they severely overcharged me for the service. Secondly, when my husband and I were getting pedicures the lady who was doing my husbands pedicure was EXREMELY rude to him, making fun of his feet and basically yelling at him to keep his feet up. When you are supposed to go to a salon it is supposed to be relaxing right? Thanks for making my second experience absolutely terrible. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

Tech did not ask me the length I wanted my toe nails or let me know they didn’t have the bigger nails to do my toes then after a few minutes they had the nails to put on my big toes... love the color but I’m going to stick to my usual nail salon. (This was my last resort) came for the 4.7 star rating but I’m very disappointed...

The men there were awesome! We had all men and they were all great. They talked to us a lot, they were funny and very sweet. Will definitely go back again! Also our pedis looked beautiful and felt amazing!

This is my favorite nail salon in Phoenix! Ive been in for a few gel manicures and a couple of gel pedicures, and I dont want to go anywhere else. Everyone is so friendly and they all do great work. Well worth a visit if you are looking for a great salon!

We had such a great experience here last night. They were very accommodating to our party of four, and they did a wonderful job on our pedicures and manicures. It is new, clean, and has a great selection of polishes. Definitely my new favorite nail place in this area.

I’ve been coming here for about a year and a half consistently. I’ve always had timely and quality service. Tiger is always so friendly, making it a joy to come in.Tonight, Ruby did my gel pedicure. Despite store closing being at 7p, they were gracious enough to book my appointment at 6:15, the earliest I could make it due to work. I was very appreciative and hopeful to be done within the 45mins before they closed. My legs were a bit sore from working out and I was massaging them while waiting for Ruby, she noticed and asked what was wrong. I told her they were just sore. At the point where they typically put the oil and hot towel on your legs, she spent extra time massaging deeply into my calves, shins and my feet. Despite the fact that it was so close to closing time, she not only did an excellent job on normal service but went above and beyond to really massage my sore legs and feet. Ruby, thank you!Truly my favorite salon because they take care of you and provide quality, 10/10.

Jackie is the tech you need to make an appointment with. This is the 2nd time Ive walked out with her work. She inspects while she shapes, she is willing to provide color recommendations, shes pleasant and wants you to be satisfied before you leave. I took the following pics while still at the salon. Full disclosure: I dont care for long nails, fancy design or color nor follow the newest nail art trends, so I wouldnt be able to tell you the full breadth of her skill with that. However, you will see the quality and eveness in architecture of the nails. This is SNS by the way... Application of combined nail color and resin that adheres to natural nail by dipping into powder (I asked for matte gel on top). Its basically magic. Not as easy as it seems, since flicking the excess off is part of the technique. Literally... *Normal tip, I wasnt coerced into writing a review, I just appreciate great work and helping if I can.* Hope this was useful.

My pedicure and manicure were as good as anywhere else plus it included a salt scrub. I appreciated added bonuses. The stamp card for each visit ending up in a later discount is nice. If you have a stamp card and take a friend who doesnt have one you both get discount too. Yay!

The first time I went, I couldn’t stop raving about them! Sadly, the second time was a complete disappointment. I had one of the ladies on Saturday and my dip nails look awful. One has already chipped and they texture is completely uneven. There’s some clear bumps and dips on the texture of the nail dip. Some of the edges on the sides of the nails are completely uneven and make the nail seem unfinished. I debated writing a review since they were so awesome the first time, but she also filed down my cuticle so much on my thumbs, that the surrounding skin is still sore, and one of them continues to bleed if I accidentally bump it.Forgot to add that they also were not enforcing how people were wearing their masks during the time I was there. A lady next to me had her mask down to bottom lip, while getting her manicure and was never told to fix her mask. Worrisome when she was about a foot away from her manicurist.

We tried to be walk ins to another salon down the steet for last minute pedicures (we are visiting the area from out of town) and we were told they couldnt fit us in. A quick search led me to this place and, after a short wait, Kelly and Jenny did amazing luxury spa pedicures on me and my husband. We will definitely be coming back here when we are in Phoenix again. Highly recommend the place, the people, and the experience!

Just wanted to thank Jenny for the relaxing manicure and pedicure she just gave me! This was my first experience here and will not be my last. I felt comfortable when I walked in. It is a pretty salon (not so sterile but also not overdone) and everyone I talked with was very friendly and professional. I went in with time to spare because you never know how long it might take, but Jenny got both a manicure and pedicure done in an hour. She did a fantastic job and was super sweet and nice to talk with! I would highly recommend this salon for great service at an affordable price!

Best salon Ive been too in a long time. The staff is friendly and dont pressure you to do other services. The environment is clean and doesnt smell like acrylic (they have the systems set up to collect the dust and smell). This salon is also decorated beautifully and is certainly relaxing. I will definitely be returning!!

Best nail salon Ive ever been to! Ive been going every 3 weeks since they opened 7 years ago. The staff is amazing, friendly, and accommodating! The salon itself was recently renovated and is very clean. They take a lot of pride in how hygienic their tools are which is a big deal for me.

I’ve been coming here for a while now and everyone I’ve seen has been amazing! Annie is who I saw today and she did such a fantastic job. She was such a perfectionist and took her time with the massage. Every time I come here I’m taken care of. I’ve also seen Jackie, Tina and Tiger. No matter who you see, you’re in great hands. I love their pedicures and they have a lot of dip color choices. ♥️

I hate writing negative reviews, but I was not impressed with this nail salon and their service. This was my first time in, and I won’t come back. I had a full set of dip acrylics. I chose white. The length of the nails is embarrassingly uneven. My right hand nails are much longer. It’s been less than a week, and the dip color is already wearing off. There are ugly grey patches on almost every nail. I’ve never had this problem in the past with white dip powder. aUnfortunately I won’t be coming back. I don’t recommend this place, the product is terrible.

I don’t even make appointments anymore, everyone does an amazing job! I usually get my nails done at weird times of the day and they always have someone available to help me. I am always comfortable, offered water, taken good care of! My nails always look great afterwards and they last! I hate the grown out look but mine can easily go 2-3 weeks :)

I am always seen in a decent amount of time if not right away. They make you feel right at home from the time you walk in to the time you leave!Prices are great too. I was paying about $20 more at my old nail shop.

This shop has a great atmosphere and the lady doing my nails does a great job. I have been here twice so far. The first was to correct a bad nail job from a different place. I am not sure what my ladies name is but she takes her time and really does a good job. I also like how clean it feels in the shoo. I will definitely keep going.

Anna was wonderful. I was in town for a conference and wondered if I would get good service since I would not be a regular. She did a great job and was so gentle.

I like to do my hands and feet once a quarter and these are the gals I trust to handle that. I know this is not really a man sport but it should be. Take away the pretty and insert healthy and thats where its at. My girl has been around the valley trying other salons and there biggest interest is up selling and getting you out the door as quickly as possible. I really feel the Kenzie gang wants the job done right firstly and sure everyone likes to make money so you do get upsell options. For the gals the pretty really shines through and us guys really get the healthy. Im pretty particular and this is the group I trust.

Was excited to try this salon. Made an appointment for gel manicure and pedicure. Worst pedicure! Someone should teach them how to massage feet. Sat with my feet in the barely warm water for more than 30 minutes. Never got the gel manicure which is what I really needed, they were too busy! So disappointed because this was so close to my house. I can’t rate this any higher than one star. Wouldn’t waste my time going there.

I will not come back here I spend 60.00 on my nails and literally 4 days later they were popping off. I have never had acrylics pop off like that. Terrible!! came in for a pedicure with my two sisters, everyone was scrambling around like they had no idea what was going on. finally got sat down, water was SCALDING hot! asked my technician to turn it down, but she made it hotter. finally started cutting down my toenails, ripped through my cuticles as she did it while my feet were dry, cut my nails lopsided (and when i asked politely for her to file them straight, was extremely rude about it), and used a USED FOIL to take my previous gel pedicure on. i finally became completely fed up, and asked her if she would just do a clear polish and a classic manicure instead of the hot stone treatment i’d requested. she looked at me, pulled out the gel light, and said “excuse me?”. i repeated myself, and she replied with “what? you don’t want to spend money?”, laughed, and began speaking to her other friends who glared at me through the duration of their conversation. if i could rate this place 0 stars, i would. completely unorganized establishment, incredibly rough and rude technicians, and an overall unwelcoming environment.

I made an appointment for 5 pm for a gel manicure, a gentleman put my fingers in foil to take off the gel I already had on and then left me there for 45 minutes, finally someone came over; I needed a couple nails fixed because they were breaking so they dipped them and sold me on dipping them all instead so I started the process of choosing a new colour, in this time someone new the third person came over and kept asking if I’d picked a colour, pressured I picked one. She started filing my nails down and dipping them (turns out the colour she used was definitely not the one I chose!) after another hour of the “dipping process” I don’t think 6 layers per nail was necessary and made them very thick!! She said she was going to give me my massage and I was done... No manicure? They didn’t push my cuticles back they were glued to the dipped surface, she made a sad attempt to cut a little at the sides when I pointed this out. Overall 2 hours of my life, wrong color and didn’t even get the manicure I came in for 😭 Not worth the $44 spent at all.

My number one recommendation is to make an appointment. I have been coming to this nail salon for the past 2 months. They were so friendly and sweet. They ask for exactly what I want and deliver. Good prices, good customer service,. . whats not to like. I dont go anywhere else for my manis/pedis.
