I have had two issues now with my minivan and while the dealership was backed up, Broadway Tire & Auto was ready willing and able to help very quickly. They give you a pretty speedy quote and stick to it - sometimes adding in something else you need. I might have to make them my primary auto shop!

Horrible service. Went to get my vehicle inspected before a road trip and the next day it completely broke down not even 2 hours into a 12 hour drive! Got stuck in a different state because they didn’t check our vehicle correctly.

Got my car towed there after waiting 2 and half hours for their own personal tow service. Once in there, they said theyd call back in about 30 min with a diagnosis and price estimate... 2 more hours pass and they say its a $800 fix. Then they call back an hour or two later saying that they misdiagnosed the car and now its something that only costs $400 and I could pick up the car the next day. Which made me happy it was only half the price... BUT THEN!!! The next day they call and say the car is ready to be picked up. I go and pick it up and it still doesnt start. Not sure how they even got it out of the garage, but now theyre saying the car has to sit there over the weekend and theyll look at it monday and Im sure theyll want more money because they didnt fix the right thing the first time. Complete joke! Never going there again!

I called earlier this afternoon to ask about a tire on my mom’s car that I noticed leaking. They fit us in a couple of hours later and after I showed them the problem they worked on it right away. $20 later the bead is clean and there’s no leak to be seen! Super fast and helpful service.

These guys were in great-didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need and had free quotes on line- very cool to know what youll pay before you get there.

The crew at Broadway Tire & Auto really takes care of you. I was headed up to Door County all the way from Iowa City, Iowa. Stopped for something to eat in Sun Prairie and popped a hole in my tire. I was not familiar with the area but was lucky to find the shop through Google a few miles away. They had a used tire my size and put it on. I was back on the road in 20 minutes. They were kind, understanding and efficient. They made my situation so much less stressful and I would recommend them to both out of towners and locals. ❤️😊

I was from out of town Christmas 2019 I had a flat tire. Went to broadway for a $125 tire on my passenger front driver side. When I left Broadway I was out of $800 for four tires a hub bearing that was not needed, and bolts that was not needed due to mine being in trunk where spare tire was placed by them. I left with new problems that was caused by their actions. Lights for my ABS system were on once they worked on my car. They cut my ABS wheel sensor, they did not replace my hub bearing toner sensor. Not to mention they replaced all my tires and for certain my rear tires was just bought. Instead of putting air in them they just completely replaced them and didn’t give me the old ones so my thoughts is that they kept and resold them. They also failed to give me old hub to assure that was changed even though that as well was not needed. Had my car for almost 2 weeks for 1 flat tire. They completely ripped me off.

I purchased a new set of tires and had them mounted and balanced at Walmart. The balance was not right, but I figured that Broadway could re balance the wheels as they are closer to me. I had them balance the wheels twice, both times I would get bad wheel shake above 60 mph. They stated the balance was good and their machine said they were balanced. I purchased a new set of rims and had them mount and balance the same tires to the new rims - same wheel shake. They double checked the balance and confirmed they were balanced, and suggested my worn tie rod could be causing the issue. Fast forward to today and I took my car to Firestone on East Wash and after a simple balance, they confirmed all wheels were off balance and now my car drives great. No shakes at any speed. I would assume a tire shop would be able to balance a set of wheels, especially given three chances. Not taking any vehicles here after this.​

I had a tire replaced in Iowa and the tire balance machine didnt work. I went to Broadway Tire for a single tire balance. I was there less than 30 minutes and the tire was balanced and the pressure in all tires checked.Quick and courteous service.

First come, first serve, busy right away at 8am. I need the windshield washer pump replaced, the part is $34, but total job is $235?!? Give me a break. Guy at counter is gruff and indifferent. When I asked if two hours to change a wiper blade pump seemed like a lot, he openly admitted that he just goes by the computer even if job is much quicker. All the better, is about how he put it.I used a local coupon which stated 1/2 off First Hour of Labor, and in the fine print said Also use for 10% off any additional service. Brad would not honor the additional 10% off. Dont put the coupon out there if you wont honor or dont understand what also means. Doesnt feel too home-town friendly. Didnt earn any repeat business from me.

Fast and super helpful in a pinch! It’s first come first serve and They got me in right away, then they were done with my car in 20 Mins! And inexpensive for a whole new used tire.

Broadway tire and auto did a great job - brakes went out they got me in as soon as they could I was back on the road the next day! This is huge for me I am self employed and if my truck is in the shop I cannot make money or income - very personable and friendly

It was insane busy. I was told from the start I would be waiting at least 3 hours. It was my choice to wait. Broadway Tire was true to their word. Whats sad is watching the customers walk in one after another and be completely rude to the man checking people in. You need new tires and its somehow the tire guys fault that you waited until the big snow of the season to rush in on a Friday and expect it to be done in 5 minutes with no wait? He was being honest with you and just because you didnt get the answer that was convenient you treat the associate rudely. People, stop and think how you look. Learn to Be Nice and take some ownership of the situation you are in.

I really like theyre work, service & customer service, they do a good job explaining wht the problem is and they try to get you outta there in a timely fashion.

My ECU failed while I was hHaving a different repair done there. Dont kniw if it was related to the work being done or not, but they took care of it no charge.

Will not install customer supplied parts. You can decide for yourself what that likely means. Dont waste your time.

I took my 2003 Mini Cooper here when something bad happened and I survived the repair bill! I used to take my car to Meineke which did great work but their pricing is too high (too much overhead?).So, I was driving around knowing that my muffler was going to rust itself off my car in the next year when I heard a loud snap and my car had a nasty rumble after that. Apparently I had NOT ONE BUT TWO motor mounts that had failed (I’m guessing the loud snap was the 2nd motor mount going bye bye and pushing the crumbling exhaust back 3”). Yada yada yada.I had 2 motor mounts replaced and the exhaust from the Cat to the Muffler replaced for a total of $1,100 with labor!! Other places I talked to this was the quote for parts alone. Sure they’re aftermarket parts per my requestg, but my car is nearly 10 years old and has a few good years left in it and overpriced BMW parts weren’t necessary.Being happy with that repair experience, we brought my wife’s Jeep here for a blown water pump. It was fixed in less than 24 hours and for under $300 for parts & labor!!!Great service! More-than-fair pricing! Im a loyal customer.
