Loved what Kim did with my nails, thin gel and took her time making sure I was happy with how she was doing my nails. Pedicure was so relaxing, I almost fell asleep twice with another female tech. Best experience. Glad I found my permanent place for my nails.

This is my second time coming here. First time I walked in and asked for white tips. They got me started super quick and was so friendly. This time I made an appointment for a gel mani. When I walked in this morning they were already busy. They let me know that they were running behind, which is no big deal for me. They got me started within 5 mins of my appointment. Rose was so amazing! She was gentle and took her time making sure it was perfect and asking me along the way if it was what I was wanting. I cannot get over how amazing my nails look and feel. I will be back and be requesting Rose from here on out.

Just called to get prices for a manicure and was yelled at over the phone. Surprised since they have good reviews.

Kim is amazing and the only person I will let do my nails after I tried a few other places with disastrous results. I am a handywoman and my nails never break and look beautiful.

So let me start by saying that the customer service was kind, considerate, and listened to what we wanted. HOWEVER, the prices were brutally higher than expected. ALSO, my friend and I were not happy with the pedicure experience or how our nails looked because they were all uneven, both in length and texture of our fingernails.

I have been ALL over the city of Phoenix to nail salons. This is the best there is and Ive been coming here for 2 years. They go above and beyond and do the BEST job each and every time. I always always get compliments after I get work done here. The staff is wonderful, they always understand what I need and their prices are amazing!! I made the mistake of going somewhere closer to where I live now and I wont be doing it again. Ill travel over an hour to come back here.Id absolutely be back if I need my nails done any time Im in town. Great service, great staff.

The male guy who works there did my pedicure and manicure last week. My 6 year old daughter can do a better job on manicure. He did an awful job, the nail polish didnt completely cover the nails and in some parts there were bumps because of the thick nail polish that was applied several times... I will NEVER go back there again!

Awesome Experience!Walked right in and was in a chair immediately. Very clean and the staff is personable. I liked how they use plastic protective covers in the pedicure bowl and change it out after each customer. They bring you nail swatches to pick your color, so you get to relax right away. The massage chair was amazing!The entire experience was perfect and I will definitely return.

Id never had my nails done, so I was understandably really nervous. Id heard horror stories about bleeding cuticles and all that jazz.I spent a fair amount of time on google looking at salons, and eventually after reading all the reviews for Paradise Nails Spa 1, I decided to go for it.I arrived as a walk-in and the place was clean, bright, and I was greeted by a friendly woman from the nearest nail station. I waited maybe 20 minutes, and was called back by manicurist. She gave me a gel manicure with French tips, and beautiful little flowers on my ring fingers. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place.The manicure process was fun and relaxing and the end result was perfect.I highly recommend Paradise Nails Spa 1 to everyone.

So I definitely loved this nail salon. I was definitely lucky to be seated so fast because 10 minutes later there was a wait.The inside is beautiful and they do the most basic awesome things like offer you a drink. If you visit their Instagram or even Google pictures you can see how good their art is. Of course you need to find the person who actually did for a replica but its great that they have artist there.

I had a great experience at Paradise Nails Spa 1. My friend and I went together and were able to get pedicures at the same time. I was able to request an appointment and then confim via text. The ladies did a great job and really dug in if you know what I mean, which is hard to find. Both of us came out looking and feeling great! They offer both regular and gel pedicures.Everyone was friendly, parking was easy, will definitely come back!

Like many others I found this place on google!They were fast and efficient! I was in and out in about 20 minutes!I was surprised with the wax dip! Ive never experienced that before! It was fun! I didnt get polish with my manicure but she buffed the nails so they are shiny.Super good experience! Ill be back!

I went here with a friend about a month ago because it was close to my new house. We had such a great experience. We were greeted right away and offered drinks. The people doing my fingers and toes did a great job and they were very friendly. The prices were also very reasonable. I will definitely be back here.

I get my eyebrows done here and I love them! Everyone compliments on how natural they look. I had a problem when my fill-in was shedding quicker than usual however the problem was fixed with no worry and at no charge to me. I am definitely making this my go-to place. Love it here! I would advise booking during the week since the weekends can get hectic.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! My absolute favorite place to go to get my nails done. I dont mind going out of my way to come here because the quality is outstanding. I always get an acrylic fill in with gel polish. I am a hairstylist so my hands are constantly in water and getting beat up. No matter what, my manicure always lasts. I have never once had a chip or nail come off. The staff always do high quality work, giving me the exact shape and length I want and are extremely accommodating and friendly. There are also a ton of options to choose from giving me something unique. I always leave extremely happy. I refuse to go anywhere else.

Im new to the area and have been going to a different nail shop closer to where I live. I havent been 100 percent happy with where Ive been going. My Nails Salon had really good reviews so I decided to drive a bit farther and try them out. Im 100 percent satisfied with the services. I got exactly what I wanted. They took their time and did an awesome job. I will definitely use them from now on. They also have a rewards program which is awesome!

I gave this place a try because its 15 mins closer to my new home than my other holy grail location. I walked in and there were quite a few people considering it was 10am on a weekday. Regardless I was served quickly and they were interested in what I wanted to get done. My nail tech was a man who did a fantastic job. I didnt have to explain to her my shape and she didnt hurt my fingers. Shes awesome! Will be back soon!

My family has been consistently going here for a couple months now. I always get a gel manicure and the deluxe pedicure with the same ladies. Technician does an AMAZING job of my French pedi every time. My nails are always exactly like I want them, I never get cut, and they last forever. We are very picky and they always are great about working with us to get the shape and color we like.

First time as a walk-in and I loved it. They ended up busier than expected with not enough employees but the salon still managed to greet n attend everyone who walked in. Kudos to the lil old lady who gave me the Tropical pedicure [HIGHLY RECOMMEND] she also gave my toddler a foot massage. Cant wait to go back to try their eyelash extensions! Overall I love the quality n prices.

Excellent gel pedicure. Accurate polishing, unlike the last few places I went that left polish on skin, or left bare edges of nails. Fair price I think for Phoenix, too. And my feet are baby soft! Im only sad it took me so long to find a place that takes care with their services!

My friend recommended this place so I tried it once and I have been coming back. This place is clean and fabulously decorated. They have chandeliers, a bar, that makes the vibe special. All the ladies from the front counter to the nail artist appears to enjoy their job and they are good at it too. I like the convenience of setting an appointment online and they honor your appointment. If they say 90 minutes you will get your 90 minutes regardless if it is a slow day or a busy day. I only get the happy hour mani and pedi so I cant comment on the other services. If you get gift cards and your email is already on their system they will keep track of your purchases. is great :)girls****

Very good nail salon! My friend and I were wanting pedicures on a Friday night, but couldnt find any place open past 7. A little after 7, I called this location and they offered to stay open late for us! The ladies were so great and took their time with us. They did such a good job and we had some fun conversations. Will absolutely be returning for pedicures in the future!

Very happy with my full set I had done here. The girl I worked with was thorough and more than willing to listen to what I wanted throughout the process. Almost everywhere else Ive been they dont listen when I ask to keep my nails short and she did a fabulous job.I will definitely be coming back.

I dont get my nails often but when I do its always a coffin of medium length and usually just one solid color of a shade of nude. Light pink if Im feeling adventurous. Ive gone to different salons in Phoenix, just a few. Its the same thing each time. Theyre overbooked and rushing because someone walks in or their next appointment showed up. This wasnt the case in my experience. With that being said, a girl still likes to get her nails done even if that means having to try new places to find one good nail technician.

I have never had any issues here! This location does a great job and are very professional. I would highly recommend getting your nails done here!

I love love love LOVE this salon. The prices are unbeatable especially for the service you get.The atmosphere is relaxing and fun at the same time. My manicurist does a great job with my nails. I use to go to different more expensive salons but now I just have everything done at Angels. The pedicures are A-MAZ-ING! I usually get the express pedi which gets me out quickly when I dont have a lot of time but I also highly recommend the special pedicures if you can spend more time. My feet have never felt better! Im kinda picky when it comes to my nails so I was surprised how much one salon could exceed my expectations! I will not go anywhere else. It is a true hidden gem!I would definitely recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back!

Great quality, cleanliness and friendly. Over the years I have been to other salons, my search is over now that I found this one. I have dry nails that tend to split and flake and they do a fantastic job keeping them healthy.

I almost never get a full mani-pedi( I ruin them in minutes). I wish I was able to remember the womans name who took care of me, because this regular manicure is now five days old without a chip in sight. The place was calm, relaxing and the deluxe pedi and very appropriately priced. I will definitely be returning.I would highly recommend this place if you havent tried them yet.

I went to get a mani/pedi here. And paid $50 for the worst mani/pedi in recent memory. My toenails werent even cut straight, Im talking Dow Jones crashing. For the first time ever, the toenail polish didnt even last a week before it was peeling off. I expect my manicure to not last, so that issue is never a complaint. But, both looked like something I did myself or somebodys preteen. Nail polish on the tips, side and back of the nail bed. I dont recommend this salon.

Ive had a few nail technicians that were amazing but there are also 2 that I do not allow to work on me. I had the dip color done last week and one hand was still gritty while the other was smooth (nail texture).

Great experience! I went with two friends and got a mani and pedi. Friendly staff and offered a bottle of water. I got a regular mani pedi with a buff of my nails which Ive never done before and I love it!! They look very natural and clean. I needed to give my nails a break from color this time around.

So I am editing this review because I posted a bad review 2 weeks ago but now my opinion about this place has changed.They are not good with designs, the design I asked for came out horrible, the lines were crooked so I had to go back and they end up doing a different design which I did not wanted but it looked better than what they originally did. The reason I change from 1 start to 3 is because even thou I was not happy with the design after 2 weeks my nail polish is still on, I paid for regular nail polish for my manicure and it looked like gel!!. When I have done it somewhere else it usually comes off within 3 days tops but now it has been 2 weeks and only now is coming off!!! that is great!!

Have been in several times and good service. Went in with family member and it was the worst experience ever. Older woman who works there had my sister as a client. Kept pushing different pedicures after she told her exactly what she wanted. Woman began pedicure, but loosely ran the pumice stone on her feet and did about a 1 min leg/foot massage, if that. It was obvious that she was rushing her and even got upset by my sisters nail color choice and would only do a color similar. Who is the client here? She was rude, pushy and will never go back.

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. AWFUL customer service. My French gel manicure turned yellow (only had it for 4 days) and the manager came up with every excuse in the book and then refused to re do it. Spent more time arguing than fixing my nails. Finally settled for filing them down to paint more white on top. Never going back and I suggest you do the same.
