The older gentleman who did my nails was amazing he was so kind and funny made sure to constantly checking i like them. He hand drew it all and was such a joy he sat at number 1 and I would come back for him again.

Sometimes the wait is long for walk in service but my nails always look great when I leave my nails & toes look great

I got a gel fill and a pedicure the pedicure was fine...but my nails started to break 3 days after i gor them done...and then yesterday half of them came off and its only been 2 weeks. Never has that happened to me going other places before

Went to this salon for the first time 2/1/21. Just let me say I will be going back. The gentleman that did my nails, did a FANTASTIC job. (I wish I grabbed his name) He was gentle and quick.

I really loved this place because of how close it was and they do great work. They’re really busy and that’s fine. But what’s the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait 30-40 minutes.Until that’s fixed, they won’t get my business anymore.

Their lack of customer service and communication. My sons decided to treat me to a spa and I selected Red Nail Spa because I ve used them before and their location is convenient. Wrong decision. Today, they ran out of hot water and the technicians were very unprofessional in their explanation and how they handled the situation (they spoke to one another, as oppose to speaking directly to me). When I tried to explained that I would like to make a later appointment when hot water would, may, be available. The technician just walked away. NO apology offered. Just unprofessional!

I walked in, mind you on very busy day, ok I’m a patient person. 30 mins of waiting in a pedi chair with no water in the foot spa... I saw no autoclave on site, no fresh packaging on cutting/digging tools, just a few sprays of alcohol. Clean tools for each customer should be a standard If you care for the health and safety of your customers! Alcohol spray does not cut it for me. Won’t be trying again. Not even if I bring my own pedicure tool kit.

The deluxe pedicure could use a bit more sprucing up, maybe even longer emphasized massages? I felt like I received a basic pedicure with just 1 more squirt of blue jelly ...

Overall I think this a lovely place with wonderful technicians. They have taken great COVID precautions and care about safety of everyone and seemed very clean. However, did not have a good customer service experience with one lady. Very dismissive and rude and had an attitude for no reason. I did not appreciate her demeanor, lack of pleasant service and her dismissive attitude. I would not go to her.

Don’t ever get your eyebrows done here, and never get Tammy to do them for you ! I came in with fully grown eyebrows that only needed a quick clean up and you took off almost all my eyebrows, I naturally have a lot of hair and always have a good shape and she completely ruined it and will take so many months for me to grow them in, and she got so offended with me when I told her they were to thin, she tried to tell me they were already thin and don’t have thick eyebrows. Here’s two a pic of my eyebrows on the right done nicely somewhere else and then the left of them done here at this very unprofessional salon with horrible customer service. This my first time writing a review ever because it was that much of a bad experience EDIT: the app won’t let me upload the pic of my natural eyebrows but at least it uploaded the poor and horrible job Tammy did .

Why would you charge me for gel, when I brought my own polish?

Best nail salon I’ve found in south Phoenix, I’ve been there a few times (different person each time I go) and today was my first experience where I wasn’t 100% satisfied my my manicure. I had Lily, she did a great job on my pedicure but manicure was a bit sloppy.

Cathy was my nail technician. She did everything you expect for the amount you pay. Deep cuticle trim, square shaped the toe nails, thoroughly cleaned the bottom of the nails, dead skin removal. I’ve been to plenty of nail shops and it’s rare when they actually perform the services you pay for. I will absolutely go back and reserve my girl Cathy. Also my color was gel 499DND

I really didnt like it here. I felt pressured on what they wanted for me then what I wanted. I waited a long time when there was people available. And the lady that gave me the manicure was ruff and bossy because I couldnt have my hand like she wanted it. Sorry but not coming back here.

I went to get a manicure done around like 5:21pm on 1/17/21 the lady that was doing my nails seem like she was rushing me out the chair. I asked for a shiny coat which is $30 & it was so poor 3 of the nails barely have shiny coat on it & the rest of the nails look like she didn’t even touch them. I usually always go to get my manicure & have never had this problem before until today. I’m highly disappointed to be spending $30 to get poor quality.

I start going to this salon in June of 2018 and have never looked back.Shaun is the BEST nail tech. He takes care of my nails & does clean work. There are times I have to wait to be helped but trust me it is worth the wait.Prices are fair.You get what you pay for.

This was my third trip here. The first two were lovely, which is why I came back for a third pedicure. Unfortunately this time around, the gentleman doing my pedicure had callous remover all over his glove when he grabbed my feet to get a better angle for scraping, and although my callouses are gone and my feet are softer than they’ve ever been, I have chemical burns on the top of both feet and on the foes on my right foot. And it HURTS. How can you have no clue what you’re doing and end up doing this to someone’s feet???Never again.

I love this place I never know what I’m gonna get so I just let tammie decide and when Shes done I’m satisfied.

Took too long. Didnt clean my cuticles. Gave my 7 year old gel polish without asking me first. Spoke a language that clients are unfamiliar with. Which is rude and unprofessional. Last resort type of salon. Service average. Customer service very poor.

In the process the lady that did my nails cut me up 4 times with the drill and peeled my prior set off so hard that my thumb bled due to the middle part of my real nail was pulled off with the acrylic nail.

Went to get my nails redone this past weekend and I got a pedi and a mani. I was in aww that I was charged to remove the nail polish from my hands and my feet and the person that did my nails wasnt very nice and she seemed a bit unprofessional the way she removed my nails to place new ones I dont think that I will be coming back since I dont believe they have any experience in doing this because 1 she used a fake nail to remove my fake nails and almost hurt my real nail doing it and two they clipped my toenail to the point where I got home and my nail fell off. And the extra fee that they charge me would have been worth it if my nails didnt look clumpy and uneven. Very disappointed if I could give zero Stars I would. AND for paying 70+dls I didnt get my cuticles moisturized or hands massaged and no relaxation at all after getting nail dust all over my face, what a rip off!

One of the employees was sneezing a lot and though they had all these signs about being so careful and most ways they were whether thats why I have covid now I dont know

Although it was busy, they took their time and did a great job! They have 4 different pedicure packages and the massage chairs are awesome. They do hide alot of the norm colors and put primarily gel options where you can pick colors, which gel costs extra, but I enjoyed the atmosphere and didnt feel rushed!

Came here on a whim because I wanted a mani before I went on vacation. They had me pick out a color and set me fairly quick. The gentleman who helped me out was friendly and nice. He did a good job, but kept pushing for me to get “sparkles” on the tips. I let in and was left disappointed by this add on. It was light glitter top coat just on the tips, not blended with my color at all. It looked tacky. The gel was good, a little on my fingers but good.

Easy to find and parking is pretty good aswell. Nail tech Kim is the best for pedicures she is very nice and pays attention to details. Love this place

I walked in this past Saturday after having to walk out of a near by Salon that did a horrible job on my nails (Legacy nails) . Red nails not only fixed my nails but gave such great & quality service. They are amazing and so nice. Thank you guys! I will be Returning!

Been a customer for 5 years and I hope to never go back.Shaun was my all time tech. I would always schedule appointments and he wouldnt take me in at the time I was scheduled but I still managed to wait for him as he is the only good one there but today Ive had it I dont appreciate the fact that I came In two hours before closing and he asked me to come back another day and that all the techs were busy.I didnt have an appointment I told him anyone could take me and still pretty much kicked me out.Completely disappointed!

Very busy but yet friendly environment. I was with a friend while she was getting service. Observing patrons coming and going and it appeared that their work was on point and the customers were pleased. Conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants as well. Do it all in one trip.

I went here for the first time a week ago with my friend. I went to get a pedicure and eyebrow wax and the ladies were amazing!!!! They were accommodating, friendly, professional and took their time with their jobs. I got a regular polish on my toes and it has not chipped at all (mind you Im active). Great shop! I will be back soon for my marble nails 💅🏾😉

I loved Shawns work hes so bomb first time coming and will definitely come again hes got a regular from now on. I went for a holographic rose gold design and it was perfect. Super recommended.

Don’t get waxed here my face broke out so bad the lady touched all over while she waxed my face with no gloves on and on top of that she spaced them out too far part and thinned them out I’m giving three stars because their nail quality is nice and last a while but they don’t have they’re prices posted it’s like they just make them up and EVERYTHING is an up charge I’ve never written a bad review but this place could be so better

I had been coming to this nail salon for years but the past few times have been horrible. There are always bubbles in my nails and when you ask them to fix them they get mad.It has been quantity over quality rushing to get to the next customer. The wait is horrible even with an appointment you have to wait 15+ minutes. When they finally get to you and start your nails they constantly stop to work on another customer then come back to finish what they started. I use to love getting my eyebrows waxed here because Tammy would do an amazing job but even that has gotten bad and rushed. I asked her to fix them because they were to thick and uneven and she said they were perfect and if she did what I asked it would mess them up and it would be my fault. Over all service has been horrible and its due to their high demand. I wish it was the way it was before when they valued their work and happy customers. They are lucky they got the 1 star (wish I could give them 0) because I will never go back for nails or waxing again and do not recommend any of my friends family or strangers to go there.

Sean is the best. Always leaves my nails fresh out of IG nail thread. You can literally bring him any picture of what you want and that’s exactly what you’ll get.

So I got my nails done today and the woman who did my nails seemed irritated. She was hurting me the whole time even after I asked her to stop twice. Was very rude when telling her what I wanted done it just seemed like she was ready to go but I was an inconvenience. Then when it was time to pay, she was pressuring me to tip her even after I said I wasnt and tried to slap my hand when I was inserting my card. If you expect to have more customers, you need to Tell your technicians to learn customer service and not to be rude for people who are paying you to do a service.

This salon was so helpful for my wedding party! They extended their service to get all my bridesmaids what they wanted and exactly what I wanted for my wedding! The owner even took pictures for us so that we’re able to remember this day and the time we had here!

They used to be great and used to have great customer service. Their customer service isnt as great as it used to be anymore. Most of their techs rush their work because it became quantity over quality. Ive made appointments in the past few months and they still had me waiting 15+ minutes so I left. I make appointments when I dont have time to just sit around and wait and I still end up waiting. Ive been going elsewhere and keep wanting to give them a chance. Make sure youre not picky and good luck.

Went in for a full set coffin style ombré. 45$ for coffin and 5$ for the ombré where she literally just smudges color with her finger attempting to make it look like an ombré. Was charged 55$ and was told since I didnt like it, it would be an extra 15$ to re do it and no refunds. I wont be coming back here and dont recommend it.

I moved to this state earlier this week and was in need for a gel mani and pedi. I called prior but the phone went to voicemail service. I realized then per their hours posted online on Sundays, they weren’t open until 10 am, which I was about 10 minutes ahead of. Therefore I decide to just drive over since I would make it once they opened. I walked in and noticed over 20 customers being taken care of at 10:01. I was then asked what I needed and once I explained, I was told it would be a 30 minute wait at least. Stunned, I agreed and sat near the front door. Another patron came in after me and asked for 2 pedicures and the same employee who said it would be 30 mins told them to sit in chairs that were numbered. The patron looked at me and asked “wait, are you before us? Aren’t you waiting?” I states I was told to wait about 30 mins and out of nowhere the same female employee yelled, “I ALREADY TOLD YOU SIT IN SEAT 6! You didn’t listen to me. I already told you!” I replied stating I didn’t hear her say that and proceeded to sit in seat 6, knowing I’d have to wait 30 mins sitting. As I sat I thought to myself I should just see if there are places elsewhere that would work best and hopefully have nicer people. Quick google search brought me to another place that I called, made an appointment and was taken care of right as I walked in. Overall, unhappy with the way I was treated when I walked in.l, especially since I just moved here and this was literally the first experience I had with a nail salon in the state. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else but just a fair warning.

First and last visit. We had an appointment and werent helped for 15 minutes. I was okay waiting because I thought it would be worth the wait. I asked for gel nails, they put acrylic and then gel on top. I asked them not to and they told me this is how gel was done. $30. He had already started so I just let him finish the gel and its already chipping one week later...My friend also went with me. She asked for S&S dip. The lady put acrylic on her nails also, she asked her not to and the lady said to trust her and continued anyway. She argued with the lady and the lady refused to not put acrylic so she just let the nail technician do it. Neither of us were happy with service we received or the outrageous price we paid for something we didnt even want but they kept insisting we had to do.

My wife found this place several months back and absolutely loves their services. Tammi the owner does a wonderful job with her lashes and eyebrows. Now my daughter is a regular customer as well. This salon is highly recommended.

Beware these people are con artists! they tried to charge my 13 year old daughter $15 more than everyone else cause they thought she was there with no adult...I had gotten the exact same service 2 days before and it was $15 cheaper than what they tried to tell my daughter! Greedy con artists...should be ashamed taking advantage of kids!

Had I been able to give NO stars I would..Came here for a pedicure and did not take the cheap option however I ended up with an Express as the guy did not even run my leg but 3 minutes. I was done in 20 min for a 35$ pedicure. I will absolutley not return or reccomend this location.Save your money and go somewhere where they actually perform the service you pay for.By the way I am not one that leaves reviews however this experience was so bad that I felt I needed to save someone else from making the same mistake
