I never write reviews but I feel compelled to share my experience now that I am thankfully healed up….The lady doing my pedicure was so rough and cut me so bad with the callus remover that I got an infection within 24 hours and had to take a 7 day course of antibiotics. I could not walk on my foot for 3 weeks. When it all happened, they were completely apathetic, didn’t care that I was bleeding everywhere, and I said to the lady “I’m bleeding badly and you hurt me” and she tried to just continue on with the service! So she finished what she could by cleaning me up, putting a band aid on me and as I got up to hobble out of there, they had me pay full price for the pedicure! I was flabbergasted but in so much pain I didn’t have it in me to argue. When I got to my car I and actually looked at the cut I almost passed out it was so bad! Terrible terrible experience. Completely unprofessional nail spa and I will never go back.

Staff is super friendly. I was just there Saturday, today is Sunday and the polish peeling at the fingertips. Not good. What will they look like in a week? Hopefully they have some suggestions.

I WENT TO GET MY NAILS REFILLED. I ASKED FOR A REFILL, I ASKED THEM TO MAKE THEM WHITE, INSTEAD, THEY REPAINTED THEM THE SAME COLOR AND THEN PUT WHITE OVER THEM. THEY LEFT THE SAME COLOR UNDER MY NAILS. THE COLOR WAS STARTING TO CHIP OFF AND SO I WENT AGAIN AND THEY ASKED ME WHY IT WAS PINK UNDER MY NAILS (BECAUSE THATS HOW I HAD THEM BEFORE) AND SO I TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED AND I ASKED THEM IF THEY CAN MAKE THEM ALL WHITE AND REMOVE THE PINK. THEY DID THE SAME THING THEY JUST REPAINTED THEM WHITE AND LEFT THE PINK UNDER MY NAILS. I THEN WENT BACK AND TOLD THEM I WASNT COMFORTABLE WITH THESE NAILS AND THEY SAID ITS NOT THEIR PROBLEM. THEY ALSO SAID IF I WANTED THE PINK REMOVED, THEYD CHARGE ME $55. WHAT A RIPOFF!! I PAYED $40 FOR THAT REFILL. I LITERALLY THREW AWAY MY MONEY. AND THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME A REFUND. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED! VERY BAD SERVICE.

The wait time wasn’t too bad. However when we were sat down. We waited another 15 mins just sitting in plain water. I requested a first class pedicure which costed $55 each person. I spent more time waiting for someone to do a pedicure for me than the time spent in the actual pedicure. I did not feel pampered. It was an express pedicure for a hefty price. And another thing. The customer next to us who happened to be white got more attentiveness than we did. Furthermore, it was just not a welcoming environment. There were a lot staring in my direction and talking and more staring. Fair to say. I will not be coming back.

Their prices are too HIGH. I was charged $40 for a just a basic gel manicure (no designs or anything fancy). On average most salons charge $25 - $30 from my past experiences. I will not return since I was “price gouged”.

Love this place!!! Been going here for over 5 years and pretty much always receive excellent service. I’ve tried a couple other nail salons around town but this one takes the cake. Highly recommended! 👍🏼

Love this place! The staff is super nice and friendly. So far I’ve had my nails done by three different tech’s and have loved the service each time. I’ve tried other nail salons around the are and honestly this is by far THE PLACE TO GO for great service, quality and prices.

They took forever for a basic mani/pedi and the lady told me 6 times when I repeatedly ask how much for a kid manicure she said $20 all 6 times. Then when it was time to pay she raised the price. We both said no you said 20 dollars then said we wasnt welcomed back. Never again and I wouldnt recommend no one to visit here if you value your time and customer service!

Guy who STARTED my nails was rude, he didn’t ask me what color I wanted he just attempted to do his own thing and when I corrected him, he passed me off to another tech. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Horrible job, and the attitude towards me was worst I came to this location with my niece she highly recommended the place but after she saw how they treated me she was sorry. Very thin nails, Lady burn me while working on the edges, got them done Friday 4 days ago and my nails are breaking already plus she was charging me $5 for coffin shape 😒 as you can se on pics nails are square 😡 hate people that take their bad moments on clients.

I was looking to get in somewhere quickly so I called right at opening and they told me they had an availability in a half hour. I didnt have to wait when I came, my nail tech named 2 sat me down immediately. He was very personable, and most importantly he was gentle! My nails are cute and the price is good. I would recommend check this this place out. Bonus they were playing Lionel Richie rapping in the background which was unique. Haha

Got in for a 6:15 pedicure sat me down and rushed with my pedicure because the wanted to close, paid 35 + 15 for gel =50.00 ran the stones on my leg twice and that was it .. used a nail filer that was as thin as paper .. don’t mind paying for a service but mind not getting what I paid for .. worse pedi ever

SO EXTREMELY RUDE THAT I HAD TO WALK OUT.

My first visit in one word... AMAZING . Tech knew what he was doing and nails came out better than anything I had ever experienced. I was in and out within 1.5 hours BUT MY SECOND VISIT----->>> HORRIBLE original tech was not there. The tech that was assigned to me TOOK FOREVER (we were in the salon over 3 hours) and did a poor job from removing gel polish to filing down and painting. Went to pay and their math just didnt add up. I received more expensive services during my 1st visit than I had my second. Yet this bill was higher. When they went to justify the numbers still didnt make sense. Either they had undercharged me the first visit or I was being charged for something that was not brought to my attention at hand, YUP that was the case. I broke 2 natural nails and was charged double for those repairs but not told at time of service. Out of frustration of not wanting to make anymore of a scene or catch a case, I paid what was claimed to be owed and left. This experience was a epic fail.

I scheduled a appointment at 4pm and got there at 3:45pm ... waited until like 5pm to get my toes done.When I sat down the water was BURNING HOT, my feet turned red. Than the lady doing my toes kept messing up and doing bad job.. like on gel and it’s extra gel polish on my toes.It took her like 1hr to do a basic pedicure, the lady went and did someone else nails when she was suppose to do mine. I waited 30mins .. than I left; they are so unprofessional and OVER BOOK their APPOINTMENTS.Don’t recommend.

When I was there the tech free blood and never apologized. She cut into the cuticle.

They have been rude to a few people I recommended.

First time going here was reccomend by my two friends. Tu did my nails and he did an outstanding job. I showed him a picture and he looked once and completely nailed it. Amazing place. I am now a forever costumer. Never been somewhere so amazing with such talent.

Poor quality service!! Feel like they are doing us a favor. Their customer service is not genuine & are very fake/ superficial in their greetings. Tu may be a good nail tech but has an attitude problem. Their pedicure & manicure tools are very UNHYGIENIC . They have very dirty manicure desks. My gel nail polish chipped in 2days!!OVERALL- UNPROFESSIONAL & UNHYGIENIC

I got my nails done by Two and absolutely love them. The shape and length were perfect on the first time around and when I went back for a fill they look just as new. I would also recommend Peter for pedicure. I wouldn’t go anywhere else after meeting these 2.

Absolutely horrible service! Worst experience ever! The lady that started my nails told me I couldn’t have my nails short then said she would do my full set and have someone do my pedicure at the same time so as the gentleman started my pedicure she left NOT finishing my nails at all which now I had to wait for my pedicure to be done first for someone to finish my full set. I will never come back or recommend this place. Save your money and go somewhere with better service.

Well maintained, fast service and not pushy or rude. I got a full set of coffin nails and the gentleman helped me find the right colors, the finish was amazing, Straight lines, not thick and ugly, and he was very nice. Price was reasonable as well!

I came in at 607pm for a color change on my fingernails an. As of 720p no one has acknowledged that Im here or waiting for service. I left.

I have been looking and looking for a salon to get my nails right. Its like looking for a boyfriend ...you have to go through a few to find the right one. This is the place. Ding did my nails and fixed the mess that 2 other salons had me walking around with. I was asking to get my nails completely replaced...he couldve charged me more...but he said I didnt need it and worked wonders on my nails....Ill be back...!!!

Got in for a pedicure with minimal wait. The massage chair was wonderful. The tech was sweet and did a great job. The price was average rate.

Walked in at 5 wanting to get a fill and fixed nail, they told me they didn’t have enough time when they close at 7 pmThey put my nail on crooked.The wax lady was not there when I went.

I came here for the first time because it was close and had decent reviews. My pedicure was fine, but my nails looked about a week grown out. He didnt get anywhere close to my cuticle. I had to get a fill less than a week later but I chose a different location.

I have been going to this salon for 9 years. The owner Sonny is fantastic! Tu does my nails and he is the SNS King. I highly recommend this place as their service is phenomenal. It is relaxing and a cool environment while getti g their top notch service. They care about how they do your nails and are all around good people. Love yall!

I have been attending this Nail Salon for over 10 years now never had any problems with any services that was render to me. I have known the owner for a long time.Nice staff people caring place is always clean thats why I continue to have services done.

Two things you never want to hear during a pedicure:“Does that burn?”“Do you want me to put a band aid on that”He put cuticular remover in the middle of my big toe because “my skin was so light he couldn’t tell” and while looking over his shoulder he managed to scrape a chunk off the side of my ankle with the callous remover.Overall he didn’t pay attention much at all the whole time, and kept mumbling questions about my profession when I was clearly trying to relax and read a book.One big toe has bubbly messy polish and my foot is sore in two places. Not planning to return.

Got a basic pedicure. My tech was very good. One tech was on her hand - less phone the whole time while with a client...that was annoying. If you ask for a flower on your toe, they charge you $5...for each toe. Otherwise, it was good.

Love working for the business. Very warm & relaxing. Before I started working here Tracy and Sonny have made MW feel comfortble as clients and bonding so well, I decided to be employeed here. I have experience bad service at other salons, but this one I can say overall is my favorite ! Ever ! All people can be misunderstood until you get to know that person. Absolutely terrible. Came here for a fill for an SNS (dip) manicure. My nails are bubble, cloudy and already chipping after a few days (which SHOULDNT happen with SNS!). Nice people, but Ill never go back. Not worth the $30.

My nail guy was very rude I asked a simple question and he started yelling at me making the rest of my visit awkward. He didn’t even talk to me after that I sat in silence. I won’t be going back!!

Peter is great at pedicures but Sonny is disrespectful. I called and had to change my appointment and he told me Dont make appointments anymore. You had to change like 3 times. Only walk ins from now on for you You do not say that to a client. If a customer has something else planned and they need to change they are more then welcome. Saying that is unacceptable. His rude attitude will cost this buisness a lot of money and this is not the first time he has been this way. He has disrespected me and my mother before. You are wayyyyyyyy better off going to a shop that treats you with respect.

Came to this place for gel polish and color change on toes because it was close to my house...Big mistake! The lady who did my feet was super slow and didnt seem to really know what she was doing..my toes came out ok but the job she did I could have did at home...a male started on my hands and I told him no drill on my sore finger and he did it anyway..then he continued to be be increasingly rough while using the drill and nail file...I was burned and scratched more than once and he had the audacity to get mad when I flinched in pain!!! I told him he was too rough and he said can I finish now? He didnt care at all...I paid for my color change and left before he could do any more damage to my nails.*** Warning the pedicure tubs dont look very sanitary, this place doesnt use the disposal bags in between customer to line the tub, thats why I just got a polish change.

My First Time Going Here Was Today 5/27 & The Experience Was Wonderful Tracey Was So Very Nice And Offered Me A Water While Waiting And Her Husband Chu Was Also Very Polite And Talked With Me Like Hes Known Me Forever Made Me Feel Right At Home Now My Nails That Was The Icing On The Cake They Came Out Way Better Than I Expected They Were All Smooth And No Bubbles They Were Nice And Square And Sharp On The Corners I Loveee Them I Havent Had My Nails Done So Perfect In A Very Long Time Im Not Exaggerating There Was Absolutely No Stopping And Fixing And It Was Pretty Fast. Not impressed. All my nails ended up different lengths and shapes. I was treated as an inconvenience by my nail tech so I didnt bother complaining. I also didnt bother tipping.

This was my first time here. It was ok.

Worst manicure I’ve ever gotten! The staff is My manicurist didn’t even get all my polish off before putting the new polish on. Several of my nails were smudged and it looked like a 5 year painted them! I immediately went home and took it off. Don’t waste your time or money here!!

Walked in 20 minutes prior to posted closing time shown and was quickly advised they were closed. Poor customer service in my opinion.

As I was getting my nails done, the woman tech was using the nail dremel tool and she lost control of the tool and nearly cut off the tip of my pinky, not the nail but the finger itself. I will not be going back there if that is the way that they treat their clients. I told her I wasnt going to pay the full price because she hurt me to the point it bled, she then had the nerve to tell me that she wasnt able to do that because it happens.. I refused to leave a tip because of it. I am sorry I have had my nails done for along time and never had that happened. Never going back.

I came here to get a simple fill and color change to a gel French tip and I walked out with my nails looking worse than what they did when I first walked in. The nail tech did a bad job with the fill and he didnt even fully remove the color that was there before. He did a horrible job with the gel French tip that I asked for.. it looks like it was done by a 5 year old. Probably the worst nail job Ive ever had I wont be coming back.

The tech didnt ask me how I wanted my toes shaped and filed them down to the meat. My toes started to swell. The tech got upset when I asked for someone else. I always wondered why they were empty. After todays visit I know why.
