So I wanted to get a gel manicure and the lady was so rude not good customer service she even cut my hand with the drill because she was pressing hard she overall terrible service and it was a mess there were rats

By far the worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. I took my daughter today to get her nails painted and get one of my nails fixed. the man asked me what I was coming in for so I told him. me and my daughter sat down and 20 minutes later the lady came up to me and asked to see my nail. I showed her, she then stated I should go back to where I got my nails done originally in a very rude tone. I told her I got my nails done in Vegas for my birthday so that is impossible. she then stated that she did not have the color of my nails FYI my nails are white with sparkles. what nail salon doesnt have white with sparkles? I told her to give me whatever she had that was closest to my color. She then said she doesnt have time for me, she is too busy. I would have to wait at least an hour till she can get to me. She was very rude. I dont understand because the reason she came to me was because she was done with her last customer. I asked her what about my daughter she repeated herself and said come back another time Im too busy for you. So I replied to her, tell you what Me and my daughter will leave and we will never come back to this place again this is ridiculous. She then said yeah okay bye bye have a good day. like she didnt even care about my business. I will never return to that place again and I dont recommend anybody waste their time going in there not to mention the place was dirty, crowded and by far the nastiest nail salon I had ever walked into

Really nice nail tech. She even shared knowledge about how my nails can look more feminine. Which was really cool. Never got that from any other tech over all the years Ive been getting my nails done

The person doing my nails cut me and my nails are crooked and dirty looking. The nails werent filed completely.

This place does not even rate one star but I had to give something in order to comment. HORRIBLE place!!!! Horrible customer service. It is a man and his wife older couple. The wife is in charge and very snappy and OCD about how she thinks you should do your nails or where you should put your hand while she is working on the other hand. No patience for kids. I never take mine but there was other people with kids and she was rude and would yell at the kids to sit on the chairs and not move. There was five customers and the wife and husband would take time on each person back and forth instead of taking care of one person and then working on the next person. Money hungry much? My nails actually turned out nice considering but I will NEVER go back there again just because of the horrible service.

This place is very close to my house so I would always go there to get a pedicure. My mom too used to go but she had her own issues with the service and attitude of the lady. My major problem and reason to stop going was that I noticed that they reuse a lot of their equipment (brushes, nail files etc.) yes i thought it was a bit gross but never thought much of it until a friend of mine told me how bad that could be for you. Unfortunately by the time I realized and stopped going my toe nail had already developed a bit of fungus. As someone who had never had fungus problems before I thought it was a bruise or over filing in my nail until my sister pointed it out 😭😭. Not sanitary enough and also not gentle enough as they made me bleed a few times too and their pedicures are overall painful. Save your money and DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

I showed them a picture of how I want my nails done, and they came out the complete opposite! They dont know what they are doing and just want the money! Im very mad and I just want their work off my hands!!!!! 😡😡😡

2nd time coming in I though maybe I’ll give them a 2nd chance but the job done was horrible..I was the only customer today and the lady was rushing into things leaving nail polish on some of my fingers and In the side of the nails.. when I told her to take her time she had no customers she got upset all I said was I wanted a good job.. that made her more upset and continue tushing into things leaving my nails horrible and she wanted me to pay her before finishing my gel manicure

Worst place ever!! Made my finger bleed, I went for fill I had square shaped the lady without asking shaped them as coffin😤 left them uneven and bumpy. I told her that they look uneven and got upset saying that she’s been doing nails for long time and she knows what shes doing... I would not recommend this place at all

I was searching for a place to get my feet done.. I see this place and Man I should have kept going.. I go in and the service takes so long I fell asleep, then They don/t want me touching the controller for the massage chair, then on top of that, I felt like I wasnt wanted in there. They overcharged me and for 2 nail polish colors they wanted an extra 5 dollars. they did a horrible job on my feet. tons of dead skin they breezed by, and not to mention the bad attitudes. I usually tip, and tip good. instead I walked out of there not tipping at all and never will go back. I will stick to places that have high volume traffic and great attitudes and i get what i pay for.

I got my manicure and pedicure here and the guy cut my nail and made it bleed and he just left it like that my nail polish didnt last not even a week. Horrible dont waste your money

2nd time coming here... they are nice if you get to know them my nails looked good they just dont last long its been 6 days and one fell off 🧐 wished they lastd longer i paid 35 plus 5 tip for full set regular color no gel...

They have bad attitudes and they are hella rough and they don’t clean the messed up nail polish on ur nails

I swear these people are not qualified to do nails. The old rude lady cut me a few times and did a horrible job, my nails came out looking sloppy. Definitely not a place Id recommend. Bad Customer Service, dont waste your money...

This is was the far worst place I ever took my girl to do her nails, too expensive, $50 fullset not $25, the nails looked as if I did them, the colors looked faded, sloppy, what horrible job, please dont come here! They dont even deserve half a star! I was better off buying fake nails and glueing them on for her.

Super excited to go get my nails for prom done, and it ended being a nightmare. Her attitude was very brutal and mean. She didnt do anything with patience and I was the only one in the shop. And the nails ended so uneven and badly shape. I do not recommend. No customer service or quality.

I go here every 2 weeks for about a year now ...never had a problem..the lady & man that work there are cool..you just have to talk to em ...i think it is priced good compared to a lot of other places ive gone...

I went in 2 days ago to get my toes done and i was there for an hour and a half waiting the lady in there was rushing on my feet slamming my feet around and I specifically asked for white acrylic on my toes and she decided to put clear nails and paint them white I still tipped her even though I was very upset with her.. I went home to find that my nails had bumps and also uneven so I went back to get my finger nails done and asked her if she could fix my toes and she told me no so I offered to pay her to fix my toes and she said NO I NO FIX she refused idk why she decided to not fix them even when i polity asked her to and I offered to pay I also recorded how she treated me.. I will be contacting the BBB so her shop can be closed down.... She also told me to back to where I came from.. Im not sure what that was supposes to mean Me being African American... Ide advise ANY & EVERYONE not to EVER go to this shop!!! I also submitted A photo so everyone can see the horrible work she done!!!!

Not recommended. Worst salon I have ever seen and I dont have high expectations. Very rude lady which made me rude. Three of my toes have cuts because of her and the nerve of her wanting to continue when asked to just dry my feet to leave. She should know after she cut me she would need to discontinue service as it is prone to infection. ONLY HAS A STAR TO BE ABLE TO RATE THE PLACE!

My mom and I came here last Friday because our usual nail place was over flown and we didnt have much time to wait. This place was so close to our house and has been here for years service was ok. Although 4 days later my 3 of my nails came off the lady didnt put enough powder and the nails were to fragile. This has never happens to me be for with any other person Ive done my nails with extreamly disappimted.

This place is trash, i only came here because my bestfriend she had been there before and they did a good job but in my opinion they are rude, negative vibe, and do a very lazy job. There was only 2 workers and they shoft between 4 girls what REAL nail tech. Does that?? The lady and man both cut and burned around my cutical area to where i was bleeding, my nails were suppose to be coffin shape and every single nail is a different shape, i still have acrylic under my nail because they didnt clean unset my nail, she cut my natural nail passed the bed which hurt really bad, and they also tried to put a color on my nail that i told them i didnt like and continued to put it on my nail because they thought it would look good. It is suppose to my choice of i say no then its no yoh dont just do what you want to your customers nails and thats exactly what they did.. the lady was very unwelcoming and rude.. and they over charged for bullshit lazy ugly nails that i now have to deal with.. i will never attend thiz salon again
