Annie is awesome. She can do any design I ask her to do, and Katie gives the best 15 min massage pedis with the cucumber lotion. A great way to spoil yourself!

Came here one Friday about 3:10pm, after leaving one place that treated me badly and other that had a very long wait. I called and asked how long wait for pedicure was, he said 15-20. I said ok I will be there in 5 min. I got there greeted nicely and was directed to choose my gel polish color and nail color for pedicure. He was finishing up on a girl with beautiful stiletto acrylic nails. I did end up waiting full 20 minutes. But he did good job with my manicure and special careful treatment and advice for my thumb nail thats getting ready to fall off, (closed car door on it 3 months ago). I got pedicure for $34, and worth it! She actually filed my toe nails evenly and filed my nail bed level, which other places skip. She used callous remover, and pumice filer to soften my feet. Massage with hot oil (which has like stimulating camphor in it, smells comforting) and lotion was very nice and smelled relaxing. Then I got a hot towel wrap on both feet! Never had that! It was nice touch to great feet treatment! She did good job cleaning up my toes and pretty polish job. I paid $59 for pedicure and gel manicure for hands. Regular pricing, I think but pedi was extra NICE and FELT like a treat! I cant wait to come back and treat my husband! On my way out, he even said thank you for waiting! Nice to hear when many places forget about customer experience. So Thank you!

Great service. I got both pedicure and fill. First time here and they did amazing on both hands and feet. I will definitely return, happy I found my new nail spot!

Love 💖this place the only thing is it can be very busy at times and your wait might be 20 mins or more. BUT they do a great job so its worth it.

I arrived 12:45 noon got pedies for my self and 5 yr old my pedí $24 + $15 gel child pedí $16 and just color on her hands $5 I also got a natural set same gel color for $43 not satisfied with nails n feel price high n left after 4 pm

My regular nail saloon closed and I was looking for new place to go. I found this one close to work and home. The prices are VERY reasonable and the staff is fun and interact with their clients. I love getting my pedicures here!! They really take care of their clients. I highly suggest trying this place! Kim is my fav.

This is the only place I go for a pedicure. Prices are reasonable - and clearly disclosed up front - and the quality is superior to any of the other shops I have visited. Always willing to go above and beyond, they provide a tremendous value and do a great job. Highly recommended.

I thought the nail salon was very spacious and clean, Phong did my nails and I loved them. Only down fall for not giving 5 stars is, I waited 2 hrs to get my nails done.. and then another 50mins for my nails. So overall, about 3hrs I sat in the salon...

This place is the best at pedicures. I waited to post this until I got the feeling that they were consistent and they are. They take the time and do excellent work. Ive been helped by 3 different people and each one has been fantastic. I would recommend this place to anymore. And prices are fantastic as well.

Ive been a returning customer to this salon for over 2 and a half years but after Saturdays experience I will NEVER EVER go back. Prior to Saturdays experience I never had any complaints but Saturday changed it all. Phong had always been my nail tech and had always did an amazing job but when the color I chose was a bad polish and he tried fixing it by just adding about 6 layers of the clear gel which made them look thick and just worse he told me in two weeks we would pick another color. There was no way I was going to walk out of there with my nails looking the way they did so I asked if we could just change the color. He got so upset he picked up the polish and threw it against the wall and started yelling. I was really shocked and one of the other nail techs had to calm him down. Thank goodness she took over and fixed them. His behavior was erratic and scary. I will NEVER go back there!!!

Had such a great pedicure today. I picked the #2, which was reasonably priced and included callous removal. Candy was gentle on the parts that were tender and tough where she needed to be. She was really detailed in shaping the cuticles, and then gave me beautiful painted toenails that look just like little sparkling gems. Ive been to a lot of nail salons, and this is one of the best. Its very nice and clean, with recent updates. Lots of colors and designs to choose from, so I just might return tomorrow for a manicure...if I lived in Phoenix I would be here regularly!

You guys need someone with a better attitude to pick up the phone. I was just trying to make an appointment and he was so rude!!! The nails might be good and they might have good prices but need better people to greet the costumers.

NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!! The man there was so rude, had no patience and didn’t get my nail shape right. He would flip my hand as if I was some sort of mannequin. When it came down to the nail filing he would go so fast and put so much force into my hands that it almost bled. I was trying to hold the pain but at some point it hurt so much that i complained. Even he noticed he was hurting my hands he wouldn’t stop nor ask if it was okay. The place looked good and clean tho.

Ive only liked 2 nail shops in AZ & this is one of them. This is my new favorite place, my first time experience here was great. Very nice people run the place, great prices of you ask me & great nails.

Walked in in DESPERATE need of a manicure!! Annie saw me right away and turned my horrible looking nails presentable again. Visiting from out of state but highly recommend her.

Pedi was really good a skinny girl did them but man did my nails very sloppy!!! I payed $91 not worth it for my acrylic nails smeared bling smeared like really the corners where not painted right he put the bling w a toothpick couldnt even pick it up made a mess I had the best pedi ever but bad acryclic nails Ive rather keep looking waiting time is at least two hours so take lunch yeah dont go there I do not recommend this place

I don’t recommend going here. The staff was very friendly, however my nails aren’t up to my standards. They messed up my thumb nail and had to redo it three times and didn’t offer a discount or anything. After redoing it three times there was a bubble left in my nail which popped and now just looks ridiculous. The design was messed up so they had to redo that nail. The only reason there is two stars is because the staff was all nice but I won’t be going back there ever.

Ive been coming here to get my nails done for about a year and I love it here. Its very clean here, good service, the staff is friendly and nice, and the prices are very reasonable. They are always busy and sometimes there is a wait but I dont mind that. The staff does such a great job. They are willing to fix if youre not happy with the color or result without any complaints.This particular time as Im sitting here a EXTREMELY rude customer is complaining because she asked for the wrong thing. She asked for gel nails and actually wanted acrylic dip powder. Even through a rude customer raising her voice and swearing the technician remained calm, explained the difference and offered to fix it to the customers standards. Instead the client complains that the the technician wasnt listening starts loudly swearing because she was given gel like she asked and not dip powder. I am so proud of the technician (and owner I believe) for remaining calm, this customer was so rude and condescending that I really wanted to say something about how she is actually wrong and swearing and yelling isnt necessary, but my mother raised me with better manners.Im so glad I found this place, I will continue to come here for my nail needs, and Ive reccomended this place to both my family and friends. Sometimes the wait is long but you can always make an appointment, come back later, or wait- even when I have to wait its worth it. I also like that they dont rush through when they are doing your nails if it is busy. Ive been to too many places that rush to get your nails done quicker to get to the next person and the work ends up being subpar. They take their time to ensure the results are perfect and that you as a customer are happy. Obviously they are doing things right if they are always busy.

Long wait times to get horrible attitudes and messy nail jobs that are over priced. Appointments are never on time.

As a guy it might sound funny to come to a nail place but when ever my toes gt an ingrown nail its painful i go here and get a pedicure and problem solved.

The woman was aggressively removing my acrylics and broke my real nail in half making my finger bleed a lot. After I told her I no longer wanted new acrylics, she still charged me $5 for the horrible nail removal!

I went in today to get a full set I called ahead to see how long the wait was she told me to come right I told her it would be 10-15 minutes she said okay when I arrived she told to pick a color then have a set so I did I ended up waiting 20 minutes when I was told to come in that the was no wait then the guy who was doing my nails was rude gave me dirty looks then a lady come up to him in the middle of doing my nails and tells him something wrong with her nail so he stops doing mine and starts working in her nail which I find very rude my nails are not the same size some are thicker then others and the color has air bubble once he finishes my nails he walked way didn’t tell me anything I will not be coming back I will be calling later to talk to the manger because they need to fix my nails

Been a few times- never too busy typically around a he from start to finish- usually have one or two nails typically a little uneven but other than that all is well

The worst job and customer service, they destroyed my nails by gluing glitter instead of gel, although they admitted their mistake still treated me with much disrespect and wanted me go somewhere else to get it remove because they couldn’t.
