I now have my natural nails dipped. im so in love with the staff here. there are busy times but they are always fantastic and considerate..I started off with dipped acrylics until my own grew in. The pedicures are wonderful too. I never have qualms or complaints about price or wait ❤😍❤

I love going to this place. My mother and sisters have been using them for a while and referred me to them after moving to Arizona. Robyn does AMAZING work. She takes her time and really makes you feel like you matter. She has gentle hands and is awesome with free style designs. Even the other techs have a great level of professionalism.This is now my go to place and I will definitely be asking for Robyn again.

Amazing! I have had so many places cut me up and cause so much damage to my nails and cuticles. This place is gentle not in a huge rush and very friendly! My 14 year old joins me and even with crazy designs they try to accommodate even that! I will miss them so much when I leave tomorrow!

Great service! The girl that did my nails was absolutely amazing! Prices are standard, maybe a bit lower than other salons. But to be honest I would pay even more since they do such great job. I can do my nails once a month and look great. Other salons I always had to come back after 10-14 days. Highly recommend this salon!

Pretty sure I was overcharged. I should have double checked, so that part is on me. But to overcharge someone in the first place, thats on them. Wont be going back. I loathe people who rip off others.

Ive just moved to this neighborhood and have been here 3 times already. They have done a fantastic job all 3 times. This will now be my regular place to do nails!

Robyn and Holly are amazing people!! Robyn is my nail tech and she always does a fabulous job! They are very reasonable, kind, and do exceptional work! I always leave feeling amazing! I recommend them highly❤️❤️

As I heard this place does awesome manicure, I finally had a chance to see it for myself. They were right, this place does have professional technicians and they take their time to do it, not rushing like many other places. They do look into the trends and keep up with new styles, so if you are looking for a place to do something new, you should definitely try this place. The salon is very well organized, clean and well lit. That makes me feel very comfortable being here. They choose high quality and well know products, the polish looks really great and I believe its going to last a long time. Price is reasonable. Highly recommended !!!

My sister and I went in to have full sets done and all I can say is we LOVE our nails. Holly and Robin are amazing!!! We are going to make Miracle Nails our go to from now on!!!!

The technician is very professional and organized. I love the colors and design options they have provided! My Deluxe manicure with a wonderful relaxing treatment they were able to give me a nice massage and cleaning my cuticles! Flawless nails

Very nice place clean and everyone was amazing to me and my daughter. I got a full set of nails and they didn’t charge me extra to take my old ones off which I love also got pedicure with gel. Everything was amazing I got what I paid for and more that’s what I love getting what I paid for

They did a horrible job on my nails. they weren’t even the same size or the shape i asked for. i asked the lady to redo it & she had an attitude. horrible experience. never coming back

Loved this place. I rarely rate but had to for this salon. Stacy did my nails, gel overlay with gel crackle polish, PERFECTLY. Im not exaggerating. Im super ocd about my nails and just accept that I will always have to do a little extra filing or shaping, etc. My nails are perfect, no extra this or that needed. The woman who did my pedicure was super thorough, and really took time and care. Everyone was very nice. The service is amazing. I live a bit out of town but Im probably going to make the trek to this salon from now on. Super impressed.

Miracle nails is just that, a miracle! I very recently moved from California where I had been spoiled by having wonderful nail salons everywhere I looked, upon moving to Phoenix I had nothing but horrible experiences at every salon I went to. A friend turned me on to Miracle Nails and I gave it a try. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly and the lady doing my nails was very educated and went out of her way to make sure my experienced was nothing but enjoyable. I will be returning to Miracle Nails for as long as I live in Phoenix and recommend it to everyone!

I was visiting from IL and this was the best Gel Manicure Ive ever had. I am going on three weeks without a single chip in the nail. These ladies are fantastic! (And very good prices)

This place is awesome. My friend has been going here for years. After another bad experience with my nail place I took her recommendation and came to Miracle Nails. David did an excellent job. I got a fill and he shaped them so beautifully AND did a fabulous job creating exactly what I wanted my nails to look like. This is now my go to place.

It was okay I guess. One, even though we made an appointment we were made to wait like 15-20 minutes. Second on their website they have different pedicures listed so I told/showed them that this is what i wanted for my mom. The nail technician presumably did not even know what that service included so she took my phone (w/o my permission) and gave it to her boss Im guessing. And then they got my seated and I asked for my phone back and they told me wait a second so she would read through the service description! Like dont you know what youre providing! The massage chairs are in bad condition and my sisters water jet was not working apparently and I informed them about it and they just said sorry?! They did not even offer to move her to another one until I asked them to. the massage chair remote buttons are so worn that you can see its inside. Me and my sister had to wait with our feet in the water for almost 30 min. When they finally started doing our pedis it felt super rushed and she did not even both to put toe separators in my feet while my mom and sister did. Dont even get me started on their online promotions. All in all I felt like I got cheated out of my money especially compared to other salons I have been to for similar price.

Was recommended to this nail salon and to ask for Koa!!! So happy I did... no appointment and they got me in right away. I got pink and white ombre and they look amazing!!! He was great and everyone else was nice too, thank you

First time at this salon for a dip. All my nails bubbled up. No one in the salon and yet the service I received was very rushed. Too many nail salons for bad service. Would not recommend to anyone.

I got my nails done by Halle and she did a phenomal job and really took her time, which I really appreciate! I will definitely be going to back!

Im disappointed with the lack of business model and professionalism this place has. I know its a nail salon and not a fortune 500 company but if your business card says you open at 9:00 a.m. then your door should not say 9:30, and if your door says 9:30 do not open at 9:45; this is a simple concept. Im happy with the end product but if your looking for efficiency in your day and want to try and squeeze your nail appointment in. Miracle nails is not the place to go despite their great reviews.

There is fast and there is too fast. The girl who did my pedicure had a mission in mind and wasnt my relaxation and comfort. I even asked her to slow down and she did not. I got my pedicure done, but I didnt enjoy it. I wont be back…

She told me I could get a full set + pedicure (46.00) right now .... Had me pick a color, 10 mins later sat me in a nail station ... 30 minutes later she tried to switch me to a different station still with NO TECH ... Then she went to help another woman, annnnnnd I still hadnt even been started!!! I asked exactly when is right now and they said that I said no ... Yes, I sure did say no to moving to another station with NO TECH for more of a wait ... Nope. So she says shell do my nails right now again annnnnnd .... Tries to send me to another empty station because the tech is doing eyebrows, but shell be back. Nah ... Not for 30 bucks, Im not paying 30 dollars to wait 40+ minutes for right now service. Horrible service!!!
