Went yesterday, got a fill in and Im obsessed!! My nails looks so good! I often use this salon and the manager does my nails and almost always does an awesome job! Shes also quick which is such a plus for me because who wants to spend hours in the nail salon?

This was the rudest place I have ever been to. Look at my hands and nail beds, dry as a bone..... Just look at my thumb!My nail tech refused to paint my nails unless I physically showed payment and placed it on the table before she would put a single brush to my nail. My card sat on the table for 15 mins for anyone to grab and run away with. They charged my card before she even begun the second coat and placed the receipt directly next to me. Right after she finished the 2nd coat, the nail tech began to wave the receipt in my face to sign, as if she didnt just literally paint my nails. I struggled to sign to receipt and laughed it off. The nail tech then proceeded to pick up my belongings to put them in my hands to carry over to the drying station, AS IF SHE DIDNT JUST PAINT MY NAILS! When she did this, she messed up my thumb, which she begrudgingly did over. She then carried my belongings over to the drying station and placed them and walked away. I sat there for about 2 mins when she returned because she realized she didnt put a top coat on it. Never in my life have I had an experience like that. I never got the nail techs name, and i STILL tipped her 5 dollars because I was raised right.If you are black, DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT.If you need your nails done, DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

I liked this pIace first time walked in and was seated in hot water Which is a plus they were very professional they did extremely well on the paint job and I was satisfied with the price. I also like to mention I have big hands so I like my nails to be smaller coffin shaped and they were able to make That optical illusion.

They do awesome nails. I highly recommend them.

Came for a mani and pedi, pedi was great mani was rushed and was very rude while doing my nails . NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO . Charged me 55 for this mess

I will NOT RECOMMEND THIS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE NAIL SALON. The salon manager Lee Lee is sooo unprofessional and unpleasant. I over paid by Mistake and she refused to give me my money back. So I had to call the police in order to get a full refund on the over payment. She even argued with the police. I shown her on 2 documents she was paid. The police even said she was wrong. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE NAIL SALON. They are also not following the Arizona state board guidelines of nail technology. Very unclean.

Worst pedicure EVER. My cuticles looked worse afterwards then when I went in. Went back to show lead/manager/owner, and she tried to say it was dry skin that needed oil. I lifted my foot for a closer look and also so she could see the lumps in the half a$$ polish job - and she said, SIT IN CHAIR 2 & ILL FIX FOR YOU. She couldnt deny the awful job. Then she added yet another coat over the already lumpy polish which made it thicker and worse.I finally suggested that she take the polish off and redo it correctly!👎🏾

I went to Kim Perfect Nails after having a horrible nail experience in Scottsdale yesterday. Lilly, the owner, fixed my nails which were previously left uneven and not fully shaped as coffin. She informed me that when I had my set removed yesterday, the previous nail tech left some of the olds tips on, which left the new set crooked. Lilly blew me away with her corrections and shaping and I’m now fully satisfied and will be a longtime customer of Kim Perfect Nails!!

Very clean and friendly place! I never get a massage and pedicure like they do before! With wax, rocks, specials essential oils etc. Reasonable prices and very good job, they take their time to please you and take serious their job! I highly recommend this place! 🙏🏻👍🏻♥️

Charged me $102 for my nails and pedicure. The pedicure was great, thank you. The lady doing my nails wanted to rush everything and was messy. Got upset when I would tell her to fix something, my nails came out spotted with bubbles and the details is a mess. The shape was poor too, bumps everywhere. Honestly got tired of asking her to correct where needed. Not doing my nails there again, maybe my pedi 🤪

Would give it less if I could. Told her it was my birthday and showed her a design and asked if she could do it, she lied and told me she could, when it came down to do it she said she couldn’t, which is literally why I even stayed after she didn’t ask what shape I wanted, started just doing whatever she wanted and gave me the chunkiest gel polish of my life and refused to fix it. I still paid even though I shouldn’t have. Complete waste of time and money, go 10 minutes down the street to Phoenician nails on 12st and Glendale, that’s my usual spot. The guy was nice, middle age old lady was horrible. Can’t believe she’s like allowed to work. Also wasn’t clean whatsoever, dust and polish, didn’t see her clean anything between working on me and someone else, I was just desperate to have my nails done before my birthday party and made a HUGE mistake going somewhere nearby and open.

It was great they took me in late without an appointment and worked after hours to get my nails done and they have never looked better Mitek Nail Tech was absolutely great and I will be back I recommended highly to anyone looking for beautiful nails and they also do pedicures and waxing gay-friendly and make you feel very welcome

The technician over filed my skin off didnt even car me when I came back and told her she didn’t give me back a refund and laughed at my face when I said she hurt me and I didn’t like it this place is very unprofessional. I came in with my toe hurting and the woman instantly called it an ingrown toe nail and the soaked my foot and I left with my toe not hurting.

Got a mani and pedi and had to add on caulous remover and got charged for glitter an another color. Paid $56.00 total was not satisfied and asked to file down some of the polish because it was up to high. Will not be going here again. Staff was not concern when I said my nails are burning from the light. Have had better experience and paid less for a better service.

Been going here for about 5 years now. They do a very good job especially the young man. He takes good time and very good at what he does. Bear in mind, they can get very busy on the weekends so i go on weekday mornings and its a breeze for me. Reasonably priced also.

Nails are beautiful, However my nails cost 45 and my receipt says that they charged me 46. 35. When I went to Frys to buy dinner for my family, my card got declined. Because they took an extra $10 off my card and tip themselves. . They stole from me. I do not recommend going there unless youre paying cash.

Me and my little 6 year old sister went for pedicures, I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name but he was young & tall he did her pedicure and he was super Gentle and kind as well as patient with her absolutely appreciated that 💯 & he walked us through her pedicure the entire time to make sure she was comfortable with all the treatments, she wasn’t able to receive the a few of the treatments because well she’s only six 😂 but he substituted them with massage and giving her designs to substitute and still took $5 off 👌🏾 she loved it ❤️ And her toes came out very cute & my pedicure came out wonderful as well but my tech was a little rough on my feet especially removing cuticles omg 😫 felt like surgery but I was satisfied that my little sister enjoyed her “adult like” pedicure and her toes were adorable will definitely take her again & their massage chairs work every setting which was a great plus👌🏾 Most places chairs don’t work lol

I had a pedi done one time here about 6 months ago and the woman who gave me the pedi did a very nice job. However, I had a bad experience over the weekend and will not be returning. The man who gave me a pedi kept pulling his mask down and wiping his nose, and then touched my foot. After he did this twice I refused to continue. They let customers in without a mask and there was a woman customer with a handgun strapped to her hip. NO THANK YOU!

I really wish the previous owners still had this establishment I am just tired of the rudeness the uncomfortable atmosphere the extreme inconsistency of politeness and the premeditation of unwillingness to provide every clientele with the same customer service. Sometimes its not always about how youre treated its also about how you see someone treating someone else as well.I truly would not have given them One star if I did not have too. Some of the nail equipment and brushes look like they could possibly be affected the sanitation is in question at this establishment. There is an ongoing stench of sewer. The sinks and handles are never cleaned off or wiped down. Check it out for yourself and proceed with caution I never see the tools being soaked after or before clientele come in pay attention, if youre a regular customer or have had any issues with your nails and/or feet. And they still dont use liners for pedicures. And I never see them disinfect the pedicure tubs with any kind of disinfectant after each pedicure. This establishment does not value or appreciate their clientele.SMH I can say the reason I went so long is because I am satisfied with the way my nails turn out but the treatment I received to get good Nails is just not worth it anymore. The atmosphere has truly changed and I have to think twice before I go back now.

Unhappy how my nails came out. I told the lady one dymond nd pointed where I wanted it and she said ok and to mention she was also on the phone the whole entire time. She did not put the dymond where I told her I wanted nd put like 5 dymonds on my toe! Nd to mention they messed up the very next day and the dymond on my nails came off

Worst experience when getting my brows done. The lady literally went through it so fast after cutting my brows. I told her I didnt like it and thought it looked horrible than when I first came in cause she lefts bald spots on my brow. She laughs under her breathe and says it looks fine. Thats what pissed me off. She didnt offer anything to fix it but to touch it up some more. There was no way I was going to have her or anyone in that store touch my eyebrows again. She literally took a min or less on them to do a s**t job. But I was wrong for not wanting to pay after a horrible job And after being laughed at. She even went as far as locking my friend out of the store and wouldnt let me leave. I wouldnt ever recommend this place to anyone unless you like horrible service.

They are so unprofessional, they dont communicate to you how many people are in front of you I waited 40mins before I decided to leave because she told me 20mins and finished one person and started on another with no communication, why not just say a hour wait ?

I got a fill on my acrylics and that was fine but the nail polish looks terrible.. theres bubbles in it and its very streaky. i also accidentally smudged it in the light thing but I didnt notice until it was dried. She told me put my hands in and then Im done I can leave . She went and started on a new person ..

Unprofessional. My nail broke TWO days after getting them done. I had a 10 hour shift at work today and went out of my way to go back and get my ONE nail fixed, and she says I have to wait over 2 hours for her to fix it. Idc if there were 40 people in front of me (which there wasnt of course) but that is NOT how to handle this situation. Ive been licensed for years. One person could have helped me after their current client. Im very unhappy .Edit: I called to make sure I wouldnt waste gas again. My question was simply this is the lady with the one nail, how much longer should I wait she said come in 5 minutes. Hurry up! Then hung upI get here and she TRIES to charge me! I said I just paid you 2 days ago. She tries to argue. Tries to replace my gel with acrylic etc...I finally told her, she could give me a full refund, and not fix anything, or fix it for free.She looked at me in the most vicious way and says shell fix it but not to come back. I told her she wouldnt have to worry about me returning at ALL. As shes finishing the last strokes she says when the light turns off, GET outAs if I wanted to be there in the first place! Lol her manners are HORRIBLE.She is NOT the only nail salon. I know my value and how I should be treated .

The older lady did my nails. I didnt like my nails. She pushed into the sides of my nail to push the skin back but it was too hard and started to bleed, now I have cuts. I didnt like how the shape or polish came out. I will not be going back.

Went in for a pedicure.. I felt like a number they the staff only gets you in a chair then run you through fast as they can. They cut my small toe I told her but all she did is threw soapy water on it as it burned and burned and burned!! Then she made me pay the full price after cutting my toe! NEVER SAID IM SORRY NOTHING!!!Never again!!!

Friendly.But the nail job was not very good.My friend and I went and we are both very unhappy with our nails! My thumb looks like a scoop, my index finger is the longest nail and shaped wrong and its VERY noticeable, my nails are crooked, AND they made both of us bleed.Never going here again.

This was my second visit and I will continue to go back. Lily is a SUPER nail tech!!! My pedicures are GREAT too!!!

I just went in for a polish change and I fell in love with the gel nail polish colors... They had so many more of a variety then my nail shop has i thought this could have been my go to salon... Until the very next day my nail polish peeled right off so i went back and they refused to fix them even with a receipt... SMH they water down their product you can tell i never had tbis problem with any nails shop before

Its good place for waxing & pedis. The new girl impressed my mom with her pedi. I like the wide range of colour polishes to choose from. I read lips due to deafness in 1 ear so sometimes I cant understand what is asked when they wear the mask over their mouth... But usually theyre good at repeating for me.

Lady waxed not only my eyebrows, but my whole eyelid and overcharged me for a brow wax. They made me wait two weeks before they refunded me the $6 out of pocket. Don’t know what happened, but won’t be returning.

I get my brows done by Lisa whose been doing it for years and the price is just right.

Went in for a pedicure and the water was cold by the time I was worked on. Also rather than having sterile package of tools they reuse the same tools that theyve used on other customers. Would not be going back.

MOLD ALERT They are not clean and to make it worse they act like they dont understand you and they charge way to much for bad work. Plus I had mold under that nail that looked used. I had to pry it off. 50$ for moldy nails!
