Drove from Houston to Moore Oklahoma to purchase a truck from a shop out here. Truck needed two front wheels desperately. I knew ahead of time so I brought two new tires with me. Every place I called to get a price for mounting and balancing two wheels was outrageous. Finally called RNR tire express. They beat their “competitors” by 60%. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their prices and service. Great group of guys. Thank you all for the great work.

Terrible customer service!! I tried to purchase wheels and for my vehicle. When I came in to the location the sales man was super nice. I ordered black wheels.about a week later they call tell me to pick them up. No one seemed to check my Order. They pull my car Around and the wheels are the wrong color . They were supposed to be black. Come back today to get my new tires and wheels on and wait an hour to find out that the company sent one rim with the wrong bolt pattern . They won’t let me use 3 and until they get the tort one in. They kindly gave me 2 used tires so I could leave””safely “ my car around To the side. Immediately I hear Air leaking from the tire they just replaced.. the employee hops out and leaves my car started in the middle of the parking lot..I go inside and ask if. My may just buy the gunmetal ones that were sent by mistake? The finance manager said no because they have to send them back. This makes no sense. They are good rims and we’re mounted 2 weeks ago and fit perfectly… it just don’t make any sense I feel likeThis location dose not care about the customer or their happiness.WORST Place ever!!! It’s a rip off anyway!!

One of them days… a block away from RNR Tire Express get a flat tire! The manager Cameron took great care of me 🙏🏼 Found me a used (my tire size is rare too) and drove to my vehicle and took the rim off…. Got the used on my rim and then drove back to me and got it back on and had me on the road ASAP‼️ EXTREMELY grateful for the awesome customer service 🙌🏼

Let me tell you about how awesome this shop is... I was in the area for a few days and decided to check out a local sports shop for supplies. On the way, I noticed someone had lost a desk in the middle of the city street and there was nowhere I could go to avoid it completely with a curb on my right and another car on the left, so I tried to do a controlled bump just on the right side of the vehicle. Seemed like it worked...until I got to the store, finished shopping, and saw my low tire pressure light was on. Wasnt hard to know where to look, and sure enough I had ran over a bundle of carpenters nails someone decided to use in that desk... I put enough air in it and went to the tire place closest to where we were staying (RNR Tire Express), they said they would patch it for free if it could be salvaged, but they not only took care of the tire, they went above and beyond to make sure I didnt have to worry about the tire at all with MORE than a patch. They also recommended we get new tires, but said we didnt have to right at this moment. Places like this are hard to find, they offer good service and arent pushy about making a sale. They legit took care of this poor fool and spared me a lecture from my wife since she was always late for work. I highly recommend this business, and more specifically this location. They are good people and deserving of the business!Note: This happened months ago, but I STILL remember their act of kindness and thank them for it!

The best place to get rims. They were fast and professional. Better than the last place I got my tires from. Also they are staffed with a great amount of people which means faster service. And the cost of my rims were a steal and they do 6 months same as cash and dont hassle u or take your rims if u are late. I highly recommend RNR.

Got 4 tires replaced on my 4Runner. Excellent Service and fast and easy 180 Day Same as cash program. Comes with free rotation and balance for lifetime of the tires along with a 65,000 mile warranty. Can’t see myself going anywhere else to get my tires from now on.

Ok. I like wheels and tires i did pay cash and not finance but 4 days of owning them and 1 went flat driving from moore to tulsa. I arrived in tulsa and noticed that it was flat. Side wall damage already. Couldnt tell it was losing air the entire time I was driving. Let alone it be almost completely out when i park. None the less they had me wait a hour and a half for a patch and alignment but it was afterr spending 4 hours there a couple days ago to get them put on my car. And then the tire was going flat still! It was the valve stem the whole time cause I replaced it and now the tire holds air. Also they should replace the tire with sidewall damage the stem was the real reason all along it went foat

Do not go here. They are not knowledgeable and unskilled. I came here for a rotate and balance. They stacked the wheel weights so high they were hitting the calipers. I went back for them to fix it and they damaged the body work putting it on the lift and acted like nothing happened. Then they called me back to look at the issue and they are trying to claim there was no problem. They removed the weights before calling me back to try and scam me. You could see on the caliper were it was hitting. I did not trust them or their work and took my car to the dealer the next day. All of the tires were out of balance and had broken clips throughout the front of the car on the bumper and wheel wells. These scammers do not deserve your business.

Twice in the last 2 weeks Ive had screws in different tires, both times Ive gone to RNR in Moore and theyve switched my tires my tires out for me. The staff are all super friendly but Cameron has really gone out of his way to be honest and helpful!
