Came here with my family. Had Joy as my nail expert. As a man didnt make me feel wierd about it! Would definitely recommend!

I’ve been going to Fancy Nails for at least ten years and have been satisfied with every visit. Friendly staff, clean, accommodating, and just an overall great experience every time. I love this place! Special mention for Tau who I almost always book with. She’s so sweet and takes time to do the job right every single time. Thank you Tau!! ♥️

I have mad appointments for my mom and I. Arrived and told the young girl that we have appointments and this is my name. She said that she found us. Got to the chairs and 45 minutes later asking whats going on? How come no one comes to us and ignoring us. Manager simply said we are walk ins and they are busy. After I explain to him that we made appointments, he said that we arent in the book. The young girl lied in my face that she never found us. While they had line of customers waiting to be seated, and they sat us in frontof all of them. Becausewe had appointment.It was my moms birthday present and we had different appointments after.I drove 45 minutes to get there because it was near my mom house. We left and these guys didnt even care. Extremely poor service and unorganized. 😡

They answered the phone so rudely and then continued to disappoint me with a complete lack of customer service that I had scheduled my appointment but I then called them back to cancel and I got hung up on. Maybe if you dont get an attitude when I gave my name to which he argued with me aboutyou said Lauren not lala, 1 obviously I know I have a little bit of an accent thats why I spelled it out to him but 2 why argue with the customer? So Im not sure I would ever give them another chance to be like that to me but I like to try more than once cuz I believe in second chances. Maybe it was just a bad day

Prices are too high. For a fill and painted toe nails paid $60. Most other places it would have been $40. Staff not friendly (man)

My family has always LOVED coming to this nail salon. Not only for the talent of the workers but for the sincerity of them. We have never had an unpleasant or painful experience here. The place always looks clean and well taken care of. The workers go above and beyond to assure you are relaxed and happy with the outcome of your nails/ whatever other service you recieved. All technicians are well trained and VERY welcoming. It is always a lovely feeling to walk into a place and be remembered. I will always HIGHLY recommend this lovely dream team, I personally love Jen, but no matter who you get, you will be in great hands♡

Had a great experience here getting pedicures. Everyone we encountered was genuinely friendly, and the nail technicians who worked on us (I believe it was Lee and Nina) took their time, did a great job, and were sincerely nice. We will be back!

First things first, very very pricey, I had a fill in done and the price was 35, then they charged me $10 for reshaping, another $10 for fixing nail . asked for narrow square, and they made my nails coffin .Second, everyone is rude. The nail tech made me feel like she didn’t want to do my nails .Third, they discriminate people and workers.!The worst place I have ever gone to in my life ! And I am not picky with my nails. ! DO NOT SUGGEST ANYONE COMING HERE !

Decided to try this place rather then my normal place... thatll teach me.1) On the phone, we were told $20 for manicure gel but when we got there its $25.2) I told them just regular $15 manicure and 20 min later 3 crooked nails.3) They put you under pressure when your trying to decide exactly what u want. Then pressure you to do something different. I hate that!!!Update, brought it to gentlemen attention and he shaved them down right. Thank you. However my sister got full set with different person and even she had them crooked. Lady offered to fix but we were quite upset, we decided to just leave.

The ownerUse to do my hair(perm) and she owns the nail salon, at that time I did my own nails. So I went there and tried it(dipped nails) they did a good Hong her brother). They’re pricey though but they’re good.

90% of the technicians here do a wonderful job. This is my go-to place! They always get me in, are super nice and the cost is reasonable.

This place isn’t under new management, but it feels like there’s something new in the air.The owner and her employees are polite and helpful. There are a few family members that make it fun. They make suggestions when asked.This shop is in a great area while maintaining decent prices. (Some of the high end pedicures are too rich for my blood.)Every one of my pedicures has been amazing. My pedicures have been gentle when needed, rougher to get into deep tissue, massaging,...all while the water is set to the perfect temperature.Give it a whirl and enjoy YOUR new nail salon!

Amazing. I like to go with my girl to get Mani pedis. Of course I get the basics and she gets the word. But I thoroughly enjoy it. Very relaxing for my mind and soul and I keep my appearance game on point also.

So first off I have been here twice and had great pedicures. That being said, the man and woman who seem to own the salon are RUDE as F$@!. I came here with two other friends because of my experience last time. We walk in today and apparently the lady who owns the place was too busy at the moment. She put her hand up to hush me before I even started talking. Then my friend gets the other male owner. He is so very disinterested and short with her. He finished 1st even though he started after my lady. My lady was very nice and incredibly thorough. She did an amazing job. I want to know how we got such different experiences coming in together and getting the same pedicure? Will not be going back. Plus its very pricey especially given the rude owners.

I love the pedicure and gel manicure I received. I have never had my feet stay smooth for so long after a pedicure. The prices here are very good and the staff is great. I came in on a Wednesday and was excited to see I could enjoy a glass of wine with my pedicure! Love this place!

The nail salon was nice. Im not sure about the atmosphere, the first guy eay didnt want to help me, he told me that someone else was going to help me and to go sit at the end on the other side. And then just left. Maybe he was off or something and just wanted to go home? I get it, but at least just say why and not make me think you just dont want to help me.The guy who helped me did a fantastic job, my nails look great, but he only asked me how I was doing and that was it, nothing more. The lady who was working next to him chewed gum the whole time and I dont think she even spoke the her client at all.It was sort of uncomfortable, there was unease in the workplace.However they all seemed to be great at their jobs because everyone was happy with their results. So Im going to give them another chance because, it could be that it was just one of those days.

Best ever. While visiting my grandma for the weekend my self, my mom and 2 aunts wanted to take her for a pedicure. We called that morning and they got all 5 of us in right away. They were not only very accommodating, but the were friendly and clean as well. The pedicure was excellent, and they worked as a team to meet all of our different requests. We will be returning for sure!!

Fancy Nails is run with EXCELLENCE! The owner Diane runs that place like a perfectly oiled machine. She is always looking out for her customers and at the same time proficient and efficient! Everyone there who has dine my nails does BEAUTUFUL work. As busy as this salon is the wait is never too long. The atmosphere is Friendly and welcoming. The salon is kept very clean. And it is conveniently located un tge Safeway grocery store lot which makes it easy for me to run in to the store as needed when my nail appointment is done. I am EXTREMELY pleased with Fancy Nails and the Team there...that is why i continue to go there for ny manicures and pedicures!

I went here on recommendation seeing as I just moved to Phx. During my $40 pedicure, the gentleman cut up 3 cuticles. I looked past it. It happens. I needed toenail repair on my left big toe. The sides were lifting because I had an unfortunate accident where a stove ran over it. Not a big deal, just needed those corners removed, and acrylic placed over. Well, a week and a half later, almost my entire toenail fell off. He used the drill to file it down. I had no idea he filed my toenail down to nothing. THE WHOLE TOENAIL. So now, I’m sitting here, worse off than I was before I went into this establishment. I’ve done my research, and it’s going to take quite some time to grow this thing back. I’m not sure if maybe he didn’t have the experience, or if he was just being careless...but either way, I’m walking around with no toenail. Thankfully it’s “winter” in Arizona and I don’t have to worry about showing my toes in sandals. Won’t be returning. So disappointed. Btw, it got two stars because the sugar scrub smelled wonderful and their color selection for polish was on point.

I was leary of trying this place because I had read a few bad reviews but a friend goes here so I tried it. Ive been there several times now and have had a positive experience each time. I even got my husband to go and get his first pedicure. He absolutely loved it.

TOO EXPENSIVE for the quality. Charged the same price for a no-polish pedi as they did for a French pedi (I took my boyfriend with me)... how does that make sense? I also got a gel manicure and the lady doing it looked all too thrilled (NOT!) She looked like she had better things to do and that I was just wasting her time, plus she didnt get anywhere near my cuticles, so my manicure looked a week old when I walked out! Service and quality were lacking; definitely regret this recommendation.

Very disappointing, got a pedicure which included callous removal but feet still felt rough afterwards. Decided to also do a manicure and went for a dip for the first time. I felt like the cuticles were left looking messy but didnt say anything. Less than 24 hrs later I returned as one nail had cracked and another was smudged as Id been encouraged to leave too early. Tony fixed the nails without charge but unfortunately did cut me causing bleeding, not a big deal but in the context of the story its one more added thing. That was Friday, today is Tuesday and another nail has completely cracked away and in my opinion they all look pretty bad at this point. Almost $100 all in including tip, what a waste of time and money. Btw, I never treat myself and this was my first mani-pedi in almost 3 years.

An older man did my nails. He was condescending and rude. If I am spending $40 for a service, I assume that means you will go out of your way to be pleasant. I wont go back.

Now not everyone in here was unpleasant but the lady that checked us in was rude and short with us bc it was busy, not an excuess to be a b****. I went in w 2 girlfriends they started a good 5+ mins before me, their girls were detailed and caring. My guy was ruff and super unpleasant. I dont think he said any thing to me besides up and down for me feet. It wasnt realxing at all and the chair is actually super uncomfortable. Then he was finished with me about 10/15 mins before my friends! He rubbed hot stones on me dry, which isnt a good feeling. Then Im charged 40$ at the end for a awful experience and most of it was painful! This place has left a bad taste in my mouth and I dont plan on ever bringing bussiness there again. If youre going to charge 40$ to rip apart someones cuticles and paint nails you need to be a little more pleasant, personable and caring!!!I ended up giving in and calling them. I spoke to someone named Tony he was very kind and understanding. He listened to everything that I needed to say and offered me to come in tomorrow for something. They are lucky they have someone who can take care of customers who might be a little upset with such a kind and caring attitude. He did explain why some of them might have been uptight and rude. Still though take a break if you need to. Customer service isnt always pleasant sometimes you need to walk away for a moment!
