Very disappointed with this company. Try to screw us out money that we dont have to pay for services at an address we dont live at.

Price keeps going up. Old equipment. Signal cuts out ALL the time when watching pay per view. Have had 3 different boxes to try to solve without any solution. Installers told us we needed to pay for new cable to be installed. Ended up paying for wifi boosters with a monthly charge. Directv was a better deal.

Horrible customer service, its a small company so if you have a problem they gang up on you and dont resolve your problem. I you are a person of color Id suggest not to go for vast. Always end up with same people for customer service. If youre a person of color I would highly recommend to refrain from this company.

Not happy with this place at all price was way higher than what was told.I know theres usually extra added on but this ridiculous.

Literally down 1-2 times a day for 5-30+ minutes. Keeps on advertising faster speeds on the local radio but can’t improve their overall connection. Always goes down during peak times when all people in the house are using the internet. Wish Marshall has better options, both ISPs are terrible & they don’t invest in improving the town’s network.

I moved to Marshall from SD. I had vast there and loved them and would recommend them to anyone but since moving here I have had them in Marshall as well as Tracy. Both places have had connection issues were the service just drops it can last 30 seconds or 15 minutes I am not very pleased also since I didnt get top tier package I also got old outdated modem and maybe that is why it drops out.Idk. Im not a tech just a customer that may be looking for a new provider

THIS SERVICE SUCK. THEY INTERNET ALWAYS GOES OUT AND THEY WANT YOU TO STOP YOUR LIFE TO ACCOMMODATE THEM. THEY HAVE PEOPLE WORKING THERE WHO DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. CHARTER HERE WE COME......

Our internet installer Taylor was awesome he talked with us and bonded with my boyfriend about being in the service it was a great time

My husband was charged twice and the guy that answered the phone that day acted like he didnt want to be there and was rude!
