My cousin is a pretty calm guy so when he posted this to FB I knew it must have been a true frustration for him:WARNING: This place owned by Cavanaugh auto will rip you off . I had 4 shocks installed (I furnished the shocks) it took over 3 hrs to install . They didn’t even work on my vehicle 11/2 hrs of this (they did furnish 2 bolts ) but to sum it up $437 later . I called Matt. Cavanaugh he said he’d get back with me 3 weeks ago nope not yet so that tells me this place is like all other Cavanaugh owend business A Rip Off
Came in for a oil change at 930am. It is now currently just after 1pm and its still not complete. Coming up on 4 hours. I was told when I got here that it would be maybe a 2 and a half hour wait. I dont know what happened here to this business but I used to come here for service before this. Not anymore. The front desk folks were nice and all. But the service is kinda terrible now.
Over 3 hours to change my oil and rotate my tires. The tires still had wax markings when they were done, and they didnt appear to check any other fluids besides the oil. After driving home, I noticed the smell from spilled oil. I hope it was spilled and not leaking. Time will tell.
This place loves to upsell you. One of my friends has a Focus with bad wheel bearing, he doesnt know about cars, so they say he needed strut assemblies for $800. Another friend has good brakes, they said he needed $700 brakes. And yes, my friends are international students. You cant scam people because they are foreigners!
The gentleman working the desk was nice / professional. Time to get truck in and oil change completed, perfectly reasonable (~1hr). However, my truck sat out in the parking lot for 30 minutes after the work was finished. I sat there waiting, trying to be patient, but thats just too long to be considered Quick. Finally, I had to get up and say something. The guy working the front desk apologized and tried to explain the delay, which is appreciated. But Ive never had to wait 30 minutes just to check out for an oil change, even at a place without Quick in its name.Typically, Id give a business the benefit of the doubt and not post a poor review; but this is my 2nd experience similar to this. Should be an easy fix, needs addressed. That being said, I do appreciate the apology.
Ive been in here a few times. They were quick and helpful a couple weeks ago when I stopped for whiper blades. Yesterday I went in for 2 new tires and it wasnt so great. They didnt have many options in stock but I didnt want to wait to order some so I took some tires I liked less for the sake of speed. They still had to go get the tires I picked so it ended up being a 3 hour wait. The lady running the desk clearly needs some more training or something. Communication was rough.
Was told an hour wait, waited 3 hours. Finally got my vehicle back, $250 later and not even 1 mile down the road the tire came off.Called the place, the manager and a worker came, took some lug nuts off of other tires, and drove the car back to the establishment.20 minutes later they say maybe the lug nuts weren’t tight enough and they hand me the managers card to call if anything else goes wrong….Don’t recommend - won’t be back.
I would recommend Quick Lane to anyone. I was in Jonesboro and had an issue with a tire that had WalMart road hazard so I went to Walmart. They closed in an hour and there were two people ahead of me so the pretty much said too bad so sad. I found Quick Lane and called they said come on over we will take care of it. They closed in 30 min. Not only did they fix my tire issue they check and filled my fluids. And didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. And they charged way less than I expected. They are my go to from now on!
Great Service. Quick and Thorough With Inspections.
I found the staff to be very courteous and up front about all charges. The waiting area was very comfortable and clean. Will certainly return again.
Always shoot you straight, good crew, I rather enjoy spending my money there as its always done right 👍👍👍
Loved staff. Here at quick lane. Helpful . will be back
Very efficient. Good prices. Nice people.
My dad was charged $265 for a $165 96R-DLG battery. Was originally told this was due to this being the only battery they had in stock and it came with a 5-year warranty. I called back in the next week for them to clarify and was then told its $235 with a 3-year warranty. So it looks like not only was he charged for core (they kept the old battery), he was charged obscene mark-up for a battery that runs about $165 anywhere else.
Nice people did a great job easy to locate
Great service! They my tires in pretty quickly and got them installed the day they came in. Good price on the tires as well.
Well considering mr.fast lube couldnt even change my fuel filter cause they didnt have the tool and sent me to yall . little exspensive but over all not bad
Very unprofessional & borderline crooked Our 25 year old daughter (whos working her way through college and on a budget) took her car to this place to have an oil change and was quoted $40 at the beginning. After the work was done, she was charged $100 and told the reason was because GM Vehicles require synthetic oil. I think this business takes advantage of women and unsuspecting people. Beware of doing business with them!
It took him an hour to change my oil. Very slow! The service included tire rotation but he did not do it and he did not write it and was not going to tell me either until I asked him. His response: tire rotation did not needed but they charged me for the service. Friendly people nice waiting area. My advice would be use their basic oil change service and watch them while servicing your car.
Stopped in at 5:00. Which is an hour and a half before they close. asked if I could get a tire that was already off the car plugged and they told me they did not have enough manpower to do it. Also it took him about 15 minutes to get me that answer. As I look in the work Bay and see eight people standing around doing nothing. I dont advise anyone to ever go here if you need anything done in a timely professional manner
Great customer servic. Fast and friendly as well.
Needed wheels balanced and they closed in an hr. and still got the job done and done it right for a good price!
The people there are awesome and so super sweet and their so gentle with your vehicle and they look it over I mean over and let you know what needs to be done first to last and they give you a total of what it will cost so you can decide what to do. I have alot of stuff wrong with my car but their getting it done by my pace and told me what needed to be done right then before I left the store and they saved my life and everyone elses. Im a widow and no nothing about getting a car fixed they took the time to go through it with me so I understood everything David is a huge sweet heart he and the staff did something for me and it was so nice and caring and kind hearted that I started crying in front of everyone but she asked me if I needed a hug and I shook my head yes and I just started crying and couldnt stop they really care about their customers and their vehicles their also carfax certified so you need not worry they will test drive your car around the parking lot after their done to make sure everything is great and its safe for you to drive it. theyll even bring out your air filter to show you if it needs cleaned. Im a customer for life they definitely treat you like family thanks guys see you next month stay safe. 🤗🤗🤗💜💜💜💜👍👍👍🙃
They did a good job!
I went for an oil change this morning, and have never paid so much for a oil change before. As I was leaving the parking lot, the ball socket fell out of my front passenger side wheel in the middle of a four lan road. I luckily was able to pull out of traffic safely, but my fender is broken as it was dragged across the ground.I then walked across the street back to the shop and asked them to look at the problem, considering the fact that they had just dealt with my truck. When I got there, they said they won’t do anything about it to help me because nothing on my receipt said anything about the ball socket. They told me I needed to call and pay for a tow truck to have it towed across the street. Only then could I wait in line to pay for them to assess the damage.I will never go there again. They don’t care about their customers, and customers should be the priority.
Great service just a little pricey...
This was properly the best auto shop experience of my life. While about to embark on a 500 mile drive, I found a nail in a tire. I usually wrench on my car myself, but being in a suit and nowhere near my toolbox i needed help. Being from out-of-town, I had no idea where to go and turned to Google for a big-name franchise -- three of whom told me there would be a 1-2+ hour wait for this simple ten minute procedure. Then I found Quick Lane, and am I ever happy I did.A second issue (had happened previously and been fixed) reappeared and the logical solutions were offered to me. I opted to go for the full fix since I was staring down such a long drive. Despite significant issues along the way causing well over an hour of labor from their head mechanic, these guys found and fixed anything and everything wrong with the area of my car I asked them to attend to at a price literally a tenth of what I would have been willing to pay.5 stars is not enough for this experience.Dave, you got me home safe. You rock.
Waited way to long, they actually took another vehicle in before mine. Also I have a tire going flat and when I dropped it off it was at 58 psi, when I left and they didn’t find the leak it was at 47 psi. Place is a joke, they are not mechanics, they are uneducated techs.
Went in for a tire repair and oil change. Two hours later they come inside to tell me they can’t repair the tire and do not have one in stock. Then when I get my car back to take it to another tire shop, it has all kinds of warning lights on that were not on when I arrived. Brake issues, the doors won’t unlock, you name it. So $150 later I have new air filters and oil but more issues than when I arrived.
Ok, dont think of this place as just a standard oil change company. They are basically a full service mechanic for all theyve done on my car. Brake calipers, belts, pulleys, tensioners, motor mounts, shocks - just about all general repairs (maybe more, like transmission replacement?). Along with the usual oil and tire work.**PROS**Opens at 7:30am, no appointment necessary, first come first serve, lots of employees so SUPER FAST, even for larger repairs that parts need to be ordered most Ive waited is 24hrs. SUPER PROFESSIONAL and friendly. GREAT DEPENDABLE WORK. They stand behind their work.**CONS**Only one. A bit costly. Definitely on the higher end. But you are paying for that SPEED and QUALITY. I could have saved about 10% on last repair else where, but Id have to have waited a week and a half! Time is money...If you want professional, fast, quality work, look no further. Just know you can probably save a bit of money at a smaller one man mechanic shop with lower overhead.
Do not use this location. The manager is incompetent and their service is extremely slow. 2 hours of wait time for an oil change. And extremely overpriced $131.00 dollar oil change after the manager lied about the services. Avoid this place at all cost. Use Firestone for reliable service.
Able repair the tire in approximately the he stayed
Super nice staff. Price wasnt nearly what I expected. So I guess you could say theyre cheaply priced.
STAY AWAY!!! Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Good price and nice waiting area. Fast service. Now you’re wondering about the 1 star. Had a drive to Nashville with company car after I left this store. It started running rough and having a hard time shifting. Pulled over to take a look under the hood and found that someone had pulled the plug off of the mass airflow sensor and hid it. If the tech that did this ever reads this, just know the little Ford Transit slowed to nearly a stop from 70mph in heavy traffic on the highway. I’ve not been back in your store or called because I’ve been so upset I’m afraid I will be less than friendly as I am a representative for my company.
Came here to get a tire patched. They pulled truck in and said they couldnt do it because the nail, which is obviously in the tread, was in the sidewall. Then I told them to give me my truck back. They had left ignition on and killed the battery and then tried to say thats not what happened. I know my truck and how it acts. Ill never set foot in this facility again.
The when the owner is there I feel cared about and service is great. When he’s not I feel like the mechanics just think I’m a dumb girl and can slack off. I went in to get a new tire pressure sensor and they put one in but I guess it was faulty. So I came back the next day and the mechanic told me that it wouldn’t hurt anything. I told him I had paid for the sensor to be replaced and I expected it to work. The owner got it straightened out. I generally only like going there when he is in. He really cares about the business and customer service. Can’t say the same about all the mechanics in the shop tho.
They should just call it Lane because its sure not very quick.
Took 2 1/2 hours to get my oil changed
Quick courteous service. decent price for full service oil change.
Went in for what I was hoping would be a quick tire fix. I was greeted in a friendly manner and they said they would get right to it. Unfortunately, it took them about 40 minutes to get to my car, then I watched the tech go to my car and immediately take my oil service sticker (from a different store) off my windshield, even though I was not getting an oil change. Once they finally got it in the shop they had to be corrected that I was not getting an oil change, and then eventually got to my tire and let me know I had a screw in the tire and they were going to patch it. The patch job took longer than expected, about 30 minutes. When I got my car back an hour and a half after walking in the door I saw my oil service sticker gone and my oil life was reset on the car. Overall I was disappointed with their service and attention to detail.
This business is an absolute joke. I had by rear brake pads replaced four months ago by you and then when I bring my car there to change the front pads, I am told the the back brake pads are worse. Then when I say that my car was in there four months ago to get the rear brakes fixed, I am called a liar. I have an entry on my bank statement from Quick Lane for $177 and I was told that its not proof of anything. Never again will I take anything to this scam of a business.
We walked in an no one ask us if we needed help. Stood in front of the lady as she was talking to two other workers and we were never acknowledged. Never got service so we left. It was the day after the capital riot so maybe there was a little racial tension seeing as everyone in there was caucasian.
I will never go anywhere but to this location to get my oil changed again. The front desk guys are super nice and helpful! Also, the quality of the service you get is amazing. I highly recommend! Thank you Quick Lane!
My car is making a loud noise and customer services was horrible and lie about the price of my oil change just so I could do business with them.
I went there for a oil change and tire rotation. It took them Hour and half to change the oil and Charge me $120 for it. Lady at the front desk told me that they did rotate the tires which they lied. Its not even mention in the receipt as well. Over the phone they told me that it was $80 to for full synthetic oil change with tire rotation. I wouldnt go back their again and wont recommend it to anyone.
First time using. They seem okay. Ask the front service lady about tire prices. She didnt seem to care. Never got the prices. She seemed more interested in trying to be boss than doing the desk. Most likey wont use again.
Oil change took way too long. Sat forever, once taken back took over an hour to do it. It doesn’t take that long to do an oil change. Last time I come here for anything.
Went to Firestone down the road, sat in there for 30 minutes before someone came in there and told me it was gonna be 2 hours before they could align my front end. Drove a little ways, saw this place and thought I would give it a try. Walked in and immediately was greeted at the door. I told them I needed my front end aligned and they said no problem. Took my keys right then and drove it in the shop. In and out no problem. 5 stars.
They are pretty good and fast with oil changes.
Very professional and informative, takes the time to explain your options.
Took my truck in asked them to check the brakes, they werent thorough, I was led to believe they had found the problem. Brought it back for the same reason and they said it was dirt in my brakes hand it to me I didnt even make it 5 miles and same issue came up took it back a third time and I was told they only focused on the back breaks and not the front. When they gave me the quote I asked them is that going to fix my problem I was told with confidence that it would, I will Not be taking any if my vehicles to them and I do not recommend them. The problem I initially took it for was not fixed.
The only good thing i can say about this place is very clean and relaxing inside. It took them an hour and a half just to change the oil . I paid the same price as if i wouldve gone to the dealership . Not impressed.
I had a great experience and everyone so polite. We will definitely be back.
I appreciate the friendly atmosphere and the help but my vehicle still had problems even though the technician said everything was ok after some work via a computer or whatever was done by their mechanic.I ended up going to a “REAL” mechanic who does things old school. It turned out my starter for my car was the problem and it was fixed. My car is running better than ever now...sorry Quicklane, but all that computer stuff for vehicles aren’t worth time or money customers go to y’all for.
Very friendly and super fast service
Fast and friendly service
Went to get an alignment excellent service and quick!
Quicklane was great before. But now they are unprofessional and inexperienced. They break things and then blame it on the car wash next door. I took my vehicle to the dealer and they showed me how the oil plate was ripped under the hood causing oil leak. They caused $1,000 in damage to my vehicle.
The workers were friendly and knowledgeable
Best Professional Vehicle Care in Jonesboro, AR
Amazing service amazing staff
Waited over 2 hours for an oil change, with only one other vehicle on a lift.
Meh.
They were great!
Quick and great service
I went in for “The works” and they didn’t rotate my tires but attempted to charge me as if they did.
Overall not a bad experience
Very friendly an attentive staff
Great customer service!
A bit pricey but perhaps worth it...
Great
Very friendly people.
Good place
Fair and square !
Quick and good service
