Went to get my nails done here, I thought despite the reviews Id give it a chance, biggest mistake. Dont come here unless you want bleeding cuticles. The lady who did my nails was very agressive.

Terrible quality products, and on top of it say they can do nails art when as you can see by my pictures they CANNOT. Not only that, they clearly don’t know how to do French on a short set and make the French tip so large it’s ridiculous looking. The customer service is terrible and on top of that, the women working can’t even hold to their appointment times because they over book themselves. Un clean, and not a place I’d take anyone. I went to this place for the first time ever. I asked for a simple set of short acrylic nails. The lady that was doing them was so aggressive. She would twist my finger and push my hand down aggressively. Then, after she told me to wash them, she continued to buff them. The nails were done poorly and expensive. $60 for a bad and poor experience. Never coming here again and you shouldn’t either.

I visited Le Vi nails due to hearing such rave reviews from friends about the work Mi had done… Mi was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!I would recommend everyone go and have there nails done and have such an amazing experience like I did!!I would give MI a 10 star rating🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I went into the place wanting acrylics, i asked the woman if it was still going to be 30$ for a full set, like it says on the website and she told me yes. i showed her the colors i wanted, and she told me it would be no problem putting them all on my nails. before putting the color on my nails, she told methat it would be 50$ when we had discussed 30$ not even 15 minutes earlier. she threw it on me and i had to fight back with her to tell her that i couldnt pay 50$ for 1 set of nails. i then changed my color choice and i told her i wanted REGULAR polish and not GEL because its more expensive than just getting regular. i told her regular polish about 5 times and she still pulled out a GEL CURING LAMP when i said NO gel. she then was trying to get me into getting gel nails which i did not have the money for and i has to sternly tell her no. it was still 40$ even though it says 30$ on the website. do not go here. their prices arent the same as online and you basically have to fight them to do what you want to do on your nails. thanks.

Went recently to get prettied up for my wedding anniversary. Unfortunately the technician left a large (larger then a quarter), deep scrape on my foot and various small injuries to my hands. There was no apology, just a suggestion that it was the fault of my skin. Then, even though I showed a picture of how I wanted my nails done, the tech did something else. As I questioned her during the process she reassured me she was doing what I showed. At the end when they came out nothing like I asked, she told me my nails were too short to do a pink and white ombre. Why did she not tell me at the beginning so could do something else? (N. B. the picture I showed was of short nails.) Finally, I was charged full price for the injuries and the incorrect fingernail work. I went to my anniversary date bleeding and lame and paid a smart penny for the privilege. My foot is still healing and has pain almost a week later. I am blessed that there has been no infection. I thought about contacting the manager but per the reviews here it seems my situation is not uncommon and others have been unable to get relief so what would be the point? There are lots of nail salons in the area; I will go elsewhere. I leave to add my bit to the apparent pile of injuries at this salon so that others may make an informed decision. 2 stars because the polish on my toes came out well and the overall atmosphere of the salon is nice.

I went in Wednesday for a mani and pedicure. The manicure was decent and done by a man The pedicure on the other hand was very unsanitary. She used the dirty gloves she just used to clean and scrub my feet scoop out products from container. She clip the sides of my nails, like you would on a ingrown, but in my smaller toes that had no ingrown. She over clipped on my big toes saying there was ingrown but there wasnt. I was bleeding on 5 of my toes and and now experiencing some short of infection. When I voiced my concerns and the improper use of dispensing products she just apologized and gave me a $10 discount.My friend goes there all the time for a certain nail artist, she does a great job on her acrylics. But I did not have the same person.I will be going to doctor as soon I can to see what exactly I need to do.Pictures dont do justice on the swelling and pain.

I have been a client of this business for 2 years and until today I can say that they did not give me the adequate service. I went to a dipping service last week and two days later they began to break and the top coat began to crack. Today I went to have it repaired (because until today I had time to go) and the gay man was not the most polite, he was annoyed by how my nails were, he began to do his job very rough, he cut me under my nail, and he I asked him to put one more layer of dipping on and he said no because they only put 2 layers, obviously I am aware that I have to pay more when I ask for something extra, in the end he did not! He put a top coat on the other nails and after a while he ran his gloved finger over it to know that it was already dry, it turned out that it was not dry yet and it ruined the top coat layer and when I pointed out what he had done on it top coat fresh, he gets angry and tells me, look what you did! I told him, you did it, he could almost fight me. In the end he did not charge me to repair the bad work he had done days ago, but I can say that he is one of the people who gets angry when they have to fix what they did wrong. It seems that they are angry to serve the same customers. Of course I will possibly return to this place, I will just make sure that the gay man who has a dragon tattoo on his arm does not attend to me. Paul, I think its his name.

Paul is 100% top notch! His services do take awhile, so plan accordingly, but it’s worth every penny and every minute! He only accepts the best, even from himself and his work shows his diligence. Perfectly executes your design and ideas. Go here and always ask for Paul!

He genuinely cares about taking care of his clients. He so kind and funny too. I can’t say enough good things about this place!! I am recognized when I walk in and feel welcomed every time. Felt rushed to pick a color when both hands were soaking. Couldn’t even look over the colors. I was told that I wouldn’t like a certain color because it was to bright! I guess they know me better that I know myself. I will not be going back.

I tried to give this place a few chances but after they lost a few good people they have just gone downhill. Prices are all over the place and change every time I go, the work never comes out as expected and they just say “that’s how it’s supposed to look” instead of actually taking the time to do it right the first time. Needless to say after wasting $90 today I’m done!

Let me just say the front desk girl was such a sweetly, then if you’re about the chairs for pedicures OMG these were amazing....literally put me to sleep, and Joseph my nail tech was so nice and he did an excellent job! Love this place and they now have a loyal customer I will be recommending to all my girlies!!

Rude nail tech with an attitude that didn’t understand what I needed. Asked to remove the acrylic nails the manager asked me leave ( never been asked to leave any place ! I’m usually very nice and polite as I am very understandable person, but I will not put up with some one else’s attitude ! )she said we don’t have enough staff or time . Terrible customer service and after reading several other reviews it seems like there is a definite issue with customer service and nail techs attitude ! No wonder why it’s 3.8 stars !Never coming back here again .

Terrible place to get a full set done at. A guy there with a dragon tattoo did my nails and took 2 hours to do them. He kept asking me “when are you free to come back in to fix your nails”. I was very annoyed by the end of it all. The nails turned out to be shorter than other or the tops were angled. I asked for squared nails and one pinky nail was rounded. If I could give this place no stars I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SPA TO ANYBODY.

I came in a few days ago in the morning time about 30mins after they opened wanting to get a fill for my nails. I was takin to a lady who didnt greet me nicely at all and just starting doing my nails I am not nail savvy so I asked her what coating was my original nail because I had them done somewhere else prior and she said she didnt know I mentioned to her is this gel or powder or acrylic? Because I needed to know what kind of fill I was getting or if I need a new set, she acted as if I was asking to much of her and then she was done filling my nails I asked her if she can fix my crooked nail and said no, then she finished so fast and started to get my nail color out I asked her wait the red glitter tip is still on there are you just gonna paint over that? She said rudely that thats what I wanted a fill, but I asked her is she going to take the prior color off first? She then started arguing with me saying she didnt know what I meant and that Im not understandable and talked to a different lady in her language and the lady came over and said to me she wants you to leave and that she was uncomfortable and then said she maybe she in bad mood and Im shocked because all I did was ask questions and to get a better idea of what I should do hoping to get professional help instead was asked to leave with already filed nails partially prepped wow never again will I go there so rude and embarrassing and unprofessional business and I had went there before and even recommended them but never again. Will I do that. I found a better place to go to after that.

I been going here for awhile, but recently they been changing their staff frequently and short staffed. I have waited awhile to receive service even though I made an appointment... I’m highly disappointed in them and would only recommend their service if you desperate but be prepared to wait awhile!!!

I’ve been going here for the last 3 years and have never really had an issue. I got my nails done (acrylic) a week ago for my honeymoon. 2 days into my trip a nail popped off. Then 2 days after that another one, and today, another one. It’s ridiculous that they just pop off like this, and now I will have to pay for “repair” even though it was the poor quality of the nail tech. I think I need to find a new place

I asked for pedicure with callus removal. She trimmed my toe nail down too far and tore the skin. When i asked what she did because it hurt, she denied any thing was wrong. She put on the callus remover and scrubbed one foot to hard on the inside and tore a chunk of skin off and the other foot she didnt touch at all. when she finished with my feet there was nail polish all over my toes as if this were her first time. I will never go back!

I get the SNS nail dip and my nails kept separating from the product and braking. All from another salon. I came to this salon and Tammy took the time & care to add extra product to the tips to help keep the product on and strengthen them. Would highly recommend Tanmy! Not only was she nice, but very professional.

Superb service! Jan have angels hands when she is doing your pedicure. The owner and employee treat you so respectfully and the dedication Jan puts on her work makes you feel like youre in a spa in France! This salon is a must do it every weekend!

I’ve been coming to this salon since they opened and I always have a great experience. Tiffany is great and everything is always clean. I really appreciate the measures they have taken during the covid 19 pandemic. I love that they are Requiring customers to wear masks, keeping everything clean and spacing out customers to keep all of us and staff healthy.

So I go to this shop all the time, I live their work. But when I went in to I told the lady what I wanted. I wanted short coffin light purple full set and matte. 1. They didn’t have the color I wanted so I picked another 2. She told me I needed to have my nails long to do the coffin. So I said okay what about almond. She said the same thing can’t do it. So I said ok just a square is fine. I’ve had my nails short w/coffin and almond before. To the point I got something totally different. Tips are all wide and there bumps and she kept leaving me so she can take call check out people. I’m very sad and might not go back. This lady didn’t seem to know what she was doing ☹️

V e ry upset with my pedicure

Honestly the place looked very nice & very clean! But i had appointment & i waited 20 minutes after i got there, my full set was uneven, the shape was not what i asked for & i have a short nail, the gel polish was on my skin, some of my nails have no polish & was totally not professional! My pedicure was nice until the gel got on, the gel was on my skin & the lady tried to remove it & it was painful!!! I usually go to Walmart & they do a Beautiful Job, plus the price was ridiculous after not even being pleased! Honestly i do not recommend!!! Don’t waste your money if you want something nice!

Came in here while visiting my friend in AZ. They are super nice people and definitely accommodating. However, this experience was less than pleasant. I got gel on my toes and hands. She cut my toenails way too short and I can feel soreness in the corner of my big toe. I am hoping it does not cause an ingrown toenail now. My manicure was the worst part of my experience. I even paid an extra $12 for a chrome finish. I had basic nail polish on that had to be removed. She did two fingers then made me remove the rest while she went and did something else... she then came back and asked, “Are you done yet?” Then put more alcohol on the cotton and made me finish taking off the rest while she sat there. When she was actually painting my nails she only did them halfway then made another person finish them. For a mani/pedi that totals $100 and took hours, this was very underwhelming and I have never had someone tell me to take off my own nail polish when I am paying for that service.

Prices slightly high, but they are probably worth it. Clean and inviting.

The inside of this salon is stunning. I love the lay out, and how clean and fresh the inside is.I loved that they had a front desk girl, and took reservations. HOWEVER, no matter how pretty the inside is, if the quality is off... its not somewhere to go.I went in the first week they were open and got a full set of Gel tips. My natural nails are thin and break so i like to get tips on, but i cant do acrylic so i do gel. Gel is always more expensive.The first set i got, the right pointer nail fell off in a few days, and several nails were crooked. I had them do a gel polish so it would last longer. Cost was over $40, plus tip.When i went in 2 weeks later to have the misisng nail fixed, and fill them with the gel, and change the color. It was again, over $40 plus tip.Within 2 days, my pinky and pointer nails fell off, and today, not even 1 week after, 6 more were loose. I ended up pulling all of them off because it was so annoying. Ive spent over $80 there in a few weeks and have nothing to show for it. Honestly, i probably wont go back. Their policies are really strict. only 24 hours for fixes if there is an issue, (which means if you spend $50+ on a set and 3 days after a nail pops off... youre paying to have them fixed). Idk about anyone else, but i know salons and indpenedant people who do free fixes. Im gonna pay for their errors. I wasnt happy. They looked pretty, but didnt last.

When I sat down I saw cuticle clippings on the towel that was not mine. The tools she used did not come from a sanitize bag. Nor did she sanitize her tools she just threw them in her drawer. I also didnt get any of the services that were mentioned in the type of manicure I selected.

Do not I repeat do not give your business to this place. I used to think they were good but they have increasingly fast gone downhill. You call and they give you a time to come in just to get you in the door to trick you to get you in the. You go down there and they have no intentions of helping you at all and then they lie to you when youre there. You called to try and talk to the manager and the guy who answers the phone at the front desk acts like hes the manager which I know for a fact he is not and then they tell you that the owner is only there after closing so basically you have nobody to talk to. I repeat take your business elsewhere

I dont know how this place doesnt have 5 stars. I come here every 2 weeks and I see Wesley hes amazing. There have been times hes busy so someone else will take me and everyone is amazing. Yeah place is modern, clean and fun. Everyone inside is happy, and they take care of you. If you want real service and your hands/feet to look amazing I wouldnt go anywhere else

Im on the fence with them. I wanted to like it. I had Larry today who seemed in a hurry. Yes I know I got a fill and regular polish that is all I wanted since I wanted a professional clean look for a job interview he kept giggling and making fun of my polish job because it got under my nails. I am left handed so its bound to happen. He didnt really attempt to help me and clean up my mess yes it was my mess but still. I usually am a good tipper but I couldnt because I got home and had to clean up under my nails. Some nails arent even matching. maybe Ill give them another chance but right now I may just go back to my favorite nail place KT Nails.

Nail tech Vivian does good work but Im very unhappy with their pricing practices. This is my 3rd fill with 2 repairs on all 3 visits ($26), todays price was doubled ($41) including being charged to use my own top coat ($5) which I brought in each time and was never a problem. Asked on a previous visit about doing a gel color and was told it would only be $13, right before the polish was going to be put on I was informed it was going to be $33. There is no consistency whatsoever and a major disconnect with the techs and front desk when it comes to pricing. I Will not be returning unless they can adhere to a true fee schedule!

Me and my sister went Sunday morning and by the next day nails were popping off. They literally did our whole set in 25 min no wonder why they BrokeThis place was over packed and under staffed. The lady doing my sisters pedicure punctured her skin making her bleed then to yell her ohh no you no bleed.. while “cleaning her nails underneath “. I will never go back to this place ever again.. other than for them to fix our nails at no charge.. i Do not recommend this salon unless you’re 12 and want a paint job.

The ‘manager’ does not know how to run a business. I have come in as a walk in and even scheduled an appointment and still not been able to be helped. I made an appointment earlier in the afternoon for the evening. I got a call 15 mins before my appointment, as I’m pulling into the parking lot, telling me that they could not get me in today. This is at 5:15pm. The ‘manager’ had no solution but to come in after the holiday when they are back open and not so busy. What was the point of making an appointment? I have had issues in the past with service being less then standard. I stopped coming to this salon and regret ever considering going back again. I would not recommend this salon to my family or friends.

The employees here do a really good job. Ive been to several different nail salons all across the country and this is one of the better ones.The prices are a little high but for the work you get and the number of options you have (for color and style) I think its worth it

Ive tried several nail shops in the Phoenix area and I must say this place beats them all! The staff is friendly, especially the hostess Tiffany and they make sure you leave there feeling great! Tony and Donna are my two favs, so if youre in need of a good pedicure or full set with designs, check them out and ask for either of those two! You wont be disappointed!

Not only does the salon look amazing but they are very clean and their customer service is great. The receptionist is so sweet and helpful and the nail technicians do a great job. Horrible service, zero customer service skills, unhealthy practices....I literally saw the person who gave me a pedicure take the tools he used on me, put them back in the “sealed” bag and throw them back in his kit. The front desk was extremely rude. Can’t believe there are repeat customers here.

Just visited this salon today and walking in I was very impressed. It was clean and looked nice. I had an appointment and was seated right away, I showed the guy a picture of what I wanted, design and some jewels and he said ok. I picked the gel color I wanted and he started. I had to take a conference call and tried to be accommodating to both my call and my nail tech. He finished my full set and gel and said he was done. I asked about the design and was told that I was on my phone the whole time so he was done. Im not a confrontational person so I just paid the 46 dollars and gave a 6 dollar tip. (I cant not tip someone but I usually tip at least 15 if not more). 52 dollars later I have plain nails which wasnt what I wanted and my thumb polish is streaky. I wont be back here. But my friends nails came out great and she was happy. Just upset I had a bad experience.

Ive been getting acrylic nails done for about 2 months now definitely clean. Staff is friendly. Definitely going to continue on going.

Great new spot to get a pedicure or manicure. The facilities are clean. They use a plastic liner in the spa pedicure tub, to help limit contamination. The services include hot towel and a hot stone massage. Add ons include paraffin wax, sugar scrubs and cooling masks. A great way to end a rough work day!

The salon is gorgeous and the receptionist is outstanding and a very sweet gal. I only gave them 4 stars because I got a gel manicure on Saturday and Monday one of my nails started peeling. I called the salon and they agreed to re do them. I will continue to go here and get my nails done they have excellent customer service skills!!!

LENA AND TONY are the only stars at this business. Horrible service otherwise. Ive bounced back and forth from here and another salon in the neighborhood and today is the last time I will come to this place. I told the girl 3 times that my nails needed to be shorter until I finally just gave up. She was getting an attitude about my requests and kept telling me that the designs I wanted she couldnt do because they are stickers(which I know us not the case). On top of that she was just overall rude, talking to another tech about me in what ever language it is she was speaking. They just kept talking and then both looking at me.

I am very picky about my nails and this is the best salon I have ever been to. They are super clean and pay attention to detail. Everybody who does pedicures does not rush on your feet. I have been to many salons around the area and I always leave unhappy but I hope everyone tries them out! Thank you so amazing service

Very pretty salon but dont let that fool you. The first time I went I asked for mirror nails and they gave me silver glitter polish instead. I ended up going to a different salon to get it fixed. Still I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt since I went in on a busy Saturday. So I went again on a Thursday asking for ombre glitter nails and I even showed them a picture of how I wanted them to look, again they didnt do what I asked and just gave me glitter tips. Also the nail tech was kinda rude and uninterested in conversation. I feel like the employees there arent very knowledgeable on nail art. I wont be coming back

The service was not that satisfactory! I asked for a regular mani and pedi and the guy who did the pedi did not understand what I am requesting for after pointing several times what I want from the menu card, they charged me for something that I did not request for!! And manicure was so not relaxing. I will not visit this place again!

No prices were posted but its only been 2 years since I had nails so I figured about$35 for a full set of acrylics. The station was very dirty, there were no sterilizing jars anywhere. All the brushes were just in a container open. The nail file that was used on me was very old and used. As were all the filing heads. When I went up to pay they conversed in vietnamese seemingly arguing then she told me $50. I got nothing special, regular pink and white acrylics. I wont be back. Use caution

This nail salon is AMAZING! By far my fave. Ive gone twice for a full set gel and pedicure and IVY does an incredible job I didnt go for a fill for almost 4 weeks and usually when I get them long they break by the second week but idk what magic she did lol but they lasted that long ! I highly recommend and to top it off the salon is gorgeous!!!

My Family, friends and a couple of co-workers are regulars here and will not be returning. Parrafin was done after polish! Smh. Ask for one service that includes others and things are skipped.Prices change...never have I been charges $20 to remove gel when getting a pedicure. Thick layer of polish on toes makes a hump at the cuticle. Needless to say not happy for a $55 visit.

Hands down worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. Came in for a simple mani/pedi. After the technician applied nail polish to my nails I noticed bumps and bubbles as well as dirt still under my finger nails and old polish that wasnt fully removed from before. The manicure looked as if a 5 year old had done it. Was told by the manager that I asked for a service and they performed that service. I was not offered any rectification other than spend more time there to have another technician try and fix it. Needless to say, I wont be back.

I know this sounds gross but my toenail got half ripped off. The technicians were able to make it look like it had never happened. Couldnt be happier!

Do not and I mean DO NOT let Vivian touch your feet. She cut me twice during theCalus treatment. I wound up with an infection in my foot. $300 out of my pocket later and a lot of pain, its finally healing. This is not a one time thing. She cant control the sanding thing and has caught my cuticle a few times. Then, knowing that I had been cut she still charged me for the pedi. I spent about $200 per mo on my toes and nails. They lost a good cutomer.

I went in with my friends after reading the good reviews so I had my expectations but they treated us badly, and also hurt me and my friends nails. They still hurt a day after, the only reason Im giving this place one star is because at least the lady at the front desk was nice…

I am now so pleased with my nails, i had a couple problems after only have them done for a couple days i contacted them they were very nice the recipanist is amazing and has great customer service she had me set to come in as soon as i could and had them fixed i love my nails they look amazing. She was so sweet to my one and two year old little girls not only will her kindness bring me back but the fact that they went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied. I will be back for my fill thank you guys,the man who did my nails did fanatsic as well as the women who did the designs😄😄😄😄..........(damien is my husband)

The facility is very nice looking. I have visited other places in the local area and I will say this is the cleanest, most professional looking one.My first and only experience so far with them though unfortunately wasnt great. I made an appointment for me and my friend for two Pedicures. When we arrived they did immediately sit us in chairs to soak. I informed the front desk that I had gel on my toes since I know they needed to be wrapped for a good 10-15mins prior to pedicure.When we received an individual to begin our pedicures, it was just one person and they began on my friend. Before she started on him, I left her know I have gel on my toes that needs to come off, hoping she would at least wrap my toes before starting his pedicure. She just told me to tell the person who does mine so they can take it off and she proceeded to do my friends pedicure. 20 mins into our scheduled pedicure time, I still have not been helped and was just sitting soaking my feet.Another person showed up for a pedicure an was seated an had someone begin her pedicure. This was very frustrating to me since we had appointments and were by this point, 25 mins into our appointment, my friend was nearly done with his pedicure and I have yet to have the gel from my toes removed and now another person is being helped so I said something and made it very obvious I was frustrated.The woman doing my friends pedicure finally paused and wrapped my toes to begin taking the gel off, which ONLY TOOK 4 MINS. Had she just done this in the beginning, it wouldnt have been an issue.After she wrapped my toes, not even 5 mins later I finally had someone come and begin my pedicure. Since my toes were only wrapped for 5 mins, they had to buff the gel off my toes which was very upsetting because that hurts me. Had they just listened to what I was saying in the beginning, this would have all been prevented. I would have provided a better tip and I would have given a 5 star rating.. it was an upsetting first impression
