I called to literally just ask a simple question since I’ve never been to this location I wanted to know the fees and the rude person that answered literally hung up the phone on me and when I tried to call back answered and hung up, I am sorry if some of us need assurance before making a decision I’ve never had to cash a check so I had doubts but didn’t want to wait processing time from the bank but thank you so much I will never do business with this company. Train your customer service agents better.

Girl was nice inside and attempted to help me but failed to cash my payroll check. Some check verification app on her phone wouldnt let her cash or not let her enter the name of my company. Also known as MoneyServ now. Almost as bad as certegy at Walmart which is notorious for refusing valid funds in account checks.
