They were very sweet and accommodating even though I got there shortly before closing. The best part is that they did not rush and i got a fabulous fill with gel mani and pedi! This is my new spot!

Took me last minute. Fast, professional and courteous. Owners husband gave me a ride to my vacation rental 30 seconds away and when I offered to pay him for the ride, he said I tipped them more than enough and refused my offer. Excellent service. We call it ALOHA where Im from.

Been coming here off and on for years. My favorite nail tech Ann is gone now unfortunately but Tony did my feet today and he was good. I have sensitive feet and dont like a lot of poking and prodding but he was gentle and but still good.

I got a regular pedicure for $22 plus tax . They pretty much used the same as if it was gel .... they really do leave your feet feeling like new ! Im going back for my manicure

Best Nail Salon Ive been to in awhile. Great selection of colors, nice atmosphere, reasonable prices and they know how to do all styles. All of the Techs are good.

Horrible, If I could give this place no stars, I have not been able to go get my eyebrows done because of the quarantine and bieng skeptic about the whole thing(virus) let me tell you the experience was not up to par I went one lady did them.when she was done I checked n one side was nicely fixed cleaned up,other side let me freaking tell you it’s like I was a different person from one side to another,I’m asking her to clean it up. Language barrier but I’m telling her to clean it up and we are not understanding and to save myself the embarrassment to have everyone know n another lady offered to help but no that same lady did the same thing to my wife it was just horrible but if you are that person that likes to have one eyebrow done for the price of too this place is for you !

This place was terrific when I first started going here a year ago. My previous experience was I went here last month and I have to say I was very uncomfortable. The guy who usually sits in the front kept walking out on customers will he was doing their nails. At one point he had a customer and left in the middle of doing her nails to go get Starbucks. The lady who did my pedicure was unsure about the services that had to be done. I paid 60.00 for a full service pedicure and didnt get that. She didnt clip my toenails correctly and I ended up getting an ingrown. I dont think I will be going back again.

DO NOT GO HERE. I REPEAT,DO NOT GO HERE. I went there to get full set gel acrylics and they messed it up so bad. They acrylic powder was all on my cuticles and they rushed through the process. They didn’t push my cuticles or shape them. The lady actually put the powder on my cuticles which put them completely out of shape.I went to Spa 23 to get them fixed and they did an amazing job. Because of the lady at Andy’s nails,Cmy cuticles were bleeding, but Tracy at Spa 23 was really nice and fixed it for me.

Worst Manicure of my life bar none! Ive had nails over 20 years & gone to many salons in many cities, but I never walked out with nails looking this bad. All different shapes & sizes, bumpy, lumpy and even bad polish job to top off. Also burned me with drill several times. Nice salons, bad, bad technicians.

Ive been going here a while but there is a new guy jack and he did my nails the best ive had them done in years. And he was fast and friendly.

Very unprofessional & rude. Nail tech was too distracted when she was using the drill. Once she cut me the first time I was nice enough to tell her to be more careful & the second time I refused for her to keep going. Tried charging me 10$ but once I asked to speak to someone, she yelled “LEAVE!” Repeatedly... come here if you want bad service & to be humiliated.

I got my nails done somewhere else 4 days ago and had 2 broke nails I came in to this shop to fix what some other shop messed up .And jack went above and beyond fixed everything .. stronger .. custom nail ... he stay late just to make sure my nails were looking better ..very funny and good customer service5 star review

Dont waste your time or money. I went in for a full set and was told $25, then I was told to pick a Gel polish and that somehow bumped it up too $38, and after the nails were on it was $45. The lady doing my nails was very nice but put them on crooked and shaped them crooked. They were supposed to be almond but came out slanted. She cut my finger two times and then just ignored that blood was on the tool she was using which is so unsanitary. My ring finger nail broke off my finger two days later.

The ladies are very nice and welcoming. I just went in more a manicure and absolutely love it! Lets see how long it lasts. ^_^

Was charged $115 for 2 powdered nails no manicure and 1 full set no manicure. Nails started chipping the next day and got worse in the next 2 days. Dont waste your time or money!

My friend and I just got totally swindled by the two ladies doing our very basic pedicures. $15 upgrade for gel polish is really crazy especially when youre not up front about it. Shady as hell

I think I just got the wrong lady or maybe it was just a bad day but my nails came out trash. The shape was hirriable. The polish job was trash. No effort was not put into my nails and it was over priced for such a bad job. Will never come to this place again.

Just left this place for the 3rd time because they are never on time . I arrived at 6:10pm and they kept taking others before me because nobody was organizing who came in first even though they had a sign in sheet and made you sign in for absolutely no reason but wasting your time, it is now 6:38 pm . On top of bad service the place looks a mess . I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Since ownership has changed I have seen a negative impact. Not friendly anymore work is not at the same quality as it used to be. Will probably look elsewhere.

Never again!!! Went in for a mani and pedi. Im actually suprised my toes were not infected but my manicure was terrible! The polish didnt even last and to make matters worse one of my nail beds was infected. In less than a week my nail started to lift and turn yellow. Sure enough I started noticing a bump near my cuticle and it became painful. I had to go to the ER to get it checked out. I was injected in order to numb it so that all the puss that acumulated could be drained! Horrible service is an understatement!

Im fearious I went to get a pedi with my mom and the lady that did my nails started doing my pedi and left when she barely had stared to go fix a ladys toe she messed on her way to the car .. she came back and was not careful ..she kept digging one of the toes they use to the pedi in my big toes she even noticed she hurt me ... after she was done doing the massage they do while doing the pedi before painting the nails she went and got her tools again and digged through my big toes .. I left that place with my toes being in pain .. I kept saying to my self its normal its normal .. two days later my toe on my right foot is extremely infected .. 😡😡😡😡Very disappointed in their work

Cane in for a fill with gel nail polish and a pedicure with gel nail polish and was in here for 2 hours. Not even a week later my nails started lifting. Will never go back here.

Been here for 10+ years. Staff has declined a LOT. No one speaks english! I asked everyone of them. Completely ignored the couple in front of me for what I can only assume was race. Will never return.
