Having been a client with Milan for almost 2 years I can say this has been one of the best experiences ever. Nurses are profesional, receptionist is friendly and makes scheduling easy, the manager is well versed in everything laser and is a great resource for questions. They are always offering discounts which makes taking the financial leap much easier to move forward and no interest credit payments.As far as results I noticed a significant difference after my 1st treatment and am practically bare by the 3rd treatment! They used the wrong treatment plan for me for 6 out of the 7 months I was there, and it took a travel nurse to tell me I was on the wrong plan to figure it all out. I truly believe they are low key discriminative!! Not sure why I was mistreated and robbed of my money, but I definitely was and it has been absolute HELL to cancel my loan! But if push comes to shove, I will be proving that these treatments did NOT work for me whatsoever!! (Also, dont ever be late with a payment or they wont work on you, no matter if youre good for it or not!!) I will never step into their practice ever again!! 0/10 would never, ever recommend!

I really am serious about doing this but being forced to do something is not what I was looking for.Update 3-15-2021I updated my review to a 3 star because the district manager Mindy and everyone else at this location have went above and beyond to correct the missteps during my initial visit with them. I wish I had known about laser hair removal sooner! Keeping up with hair removal is one thing when youre a teenager, but once you have a full time job and household to take care of it just becomes too much effort. Plus, if you have dark hair like me, you may have grown up with self esteem issues because anywhere you have hair is very obvious. But never fear! You can now get rid of all the hair you hate for good! Ive only gotten treatment twice and I already have so much less hair to shave off every week. Plus, I used to shave twice a week, now I only need to do it once a week. It may be expensive, but this is some of the best money Ive ever spent. Its well worth it to me to save my time and money on shaving and plucking. Staff is also very nice and friendly!

I have been going Milan laser hair removal for about 5 session months and when I first started I was nervous my skin was hideous my self-confidence when it came to my face was low I could never wear my hair back I always keep my hair down and over the sides of my face I had terrible breakage from ingrown hairs the hairs on my face were so thick it made my skin look dark I had a shadow over my cheeks my chin in the bumps just made my face look horrible.
