Kelly does a beautiful job on nails. Its hard to get an appt sometimes and youll wait a long time for a walk in.

This salon does not honor their appts. I make appts always. They send texts to confirm. If a walk-in comes in before they will take them and the heck with your appt. They expect you to wait and wait.after the first time in May I tried again today and after 20 minute wait realizing my nail tech still has a complete manicure to start I walked out. There are plenty of salons in the area don’t bother with this one.

I love their whole process during these crazy times. I made an appointment for 11 online but because they were busy from 11 on they called and suggested I come in at 10 before opening to be socially distanced. Upon arrival he took my temperature via forehead gun, had me fill out a temperature acknowledgement. After my pedicure I was moved to a manicure table. At that time 4 women showed up together. He took their temperature, one girl was 100.4, he made her stay up front while checking her temp every 10 min, she tested good after a while, she was hot from the sun.My pedicure was not aggressive, I have pretty bad callouses, my tech managed to get rid of them without using the cheese grater for very long at all!I had a dip manicure, never had it before. He didnt deep file my natural nail surface per my request. Id rather have it last a little less time than ruin my natural nail.This place is decorated so nicely, it feels good when you walk in, colorful, upbeat, good vibe. Staff is great!Michelle Todd

This was my first visit and I will be going back. Very clean and Covid protected. I felt safe. Friendly and attentative. Excellent dip powder color selection. Will see how long it will last, but great first impression.

First of all this place is aesthetically beautiful! You feel like you are in a real spa! What an upgrade to the previous nail salon in this space! Its smaller but big enough to accommodate plenty of customers. They were so hospitable, offering coffee, tea, water while you are being serviced. Super clean,quick and friendly. I will definitely be going back!!

This place is clean, beautiful and has great customer service. Cassie is so talented and fun to talk with. She does a fantastic job - best dip manicure I’ve ever had. They offered a variety of beverages when you check in and they take care of you right away. A nice spa atmosphere. Definitely give this pretty new salon a try!

What can I say other than WOW. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left they exceeded our expectations. My 9 year old daughter and I came to this amazing place today. We had our nails and our toes done. This was my first experience ever having a pedicure or dip nails. Cassie is a true gem. So sweet to walk me through the process and helping this old mom to fit in with the new nail trends. Kelly made sure my daughter was comfortable and really helping my shy girl feel welcome. The green tea Ken made for me to enjoy while in the massage chair was spectacular. Thank you everyone for the phenomenal experience.

What an awesome experience I had today at this salon. What a beautiful salon it is. So clean, and full of sparkle. And fit me in at my schedule. The owners were so warm and inviting, they offered me tea and spoke with me, and showed me all the different designs in nail art. And the finished look was just what I wanted. My nails never looked so good. I reccomend you visit and make your next appointment at this salon. You will be very happy you did...

I have now visited this salon twice and I am amazed at the amazing job that each nail tech does. The shop is so zen and feels like family when you walk in. You are immediately greeted and offered water, coffee or tea. Then they have an amazing check in system that asks for your number to keep track of each visit! Hello!! You get savings off your 10th visit! Right now they have a 20% services since they are new!! Then you are seated within the allotted time if they do have a wait, but trust me it’s worth the wait for the quality of the work!! I highly recommend checking this place out! By far the best nail salon in Paradise Valley area!

Amazing experience!! Kelly D was the best. Took her time, very friendly and everything above! The spa is new, beautiful, and clean. While I was waiting I was offered coffee, water, and tea. They also sat me in a massage chair while waiting (best massage chair every)!!! I got acrylic set and i’ve never had a more natural feeling set. Amazing prices for top brand products. Kelly has magic hands!!

I had an absolutely amazing experience here!! This is now my go to place to get my nails done. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out, I was treated as if I was family. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back in a couple of weeks for a nail touch up. Kelly was super amazing too!

This nail salon is the best in the area! All the staff are incredibly kind, welcoming and friendly. I have gotten dip powder nail sets done and a pedicure here, very very satisfied with the results. Clean and relaxing, I would recommend 100%.

I absolutely take no joy in giving this place a 1 star because everyone there is so sweet and the salon is very clean. I got white gel polish on my toes a month ago and it destroyed my toe nails by making them incredibly weak, flimsy, and breaking so easily. I’ve gotten gel on my toes MANY many times and that has NEVER happened before. I can’t even go to a different salon until they grow back.. they look so awful from the breakage

Kelly, one of the new owners, did my nails. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, not rushed, and she did a great job. I’ll definitely be back for any mani/pedi needs! Also, they have some really fun color effects available that I’ve never seen before but will be trying one of these days.
