I’ve been coming here for 8 years and I’ve always had the BEST experience! I drive out of my way to continue coming to my favorite nail salon!

I usually love this place and made it my regular since moving here two months ago. Ive gotten my nails done 3 times(every two weeks) and absolutely loved it and even opted to try out the facial waxing. My first visit (which was Mothers Day), a $35 visit turned into $100.Today, I came in for a simple fill and opted for regular polish instead of gel as I have to change my polish a couple of times this week. The same tech that did my nails the other two times is who performed this nail maintenance. I was satisfied all the way up to the polish. I guess I didnt tip as much as desired because my service soon became rushed and less than optimal. (Because the re-polish experience was positive, I wont go into detail.) After leaving the salon and having lunch, my nails still had not dried and were looking awful.My nail tech knew my nails were not going to dry when I left. I realize this is a reactive review, but I literally was expecting my nails to come out as usual. Unfortunately, I will be re-evaluating my nail salon as what I thought was a great replacement to my regular routine self-care maintenance.I do appreciate them taking the time to re-polish and the wonderful lady that IS a regular bringing my spirits out of the negative. I do recommend this place, but encourage the assertiveness of ensuring your service is performed as expected.(Photos are of repolish.)

ENDED UP LEAVING AND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE TO REDO my NAILS. They were in such a rush to move on to the next person (was not busy) that they did not pay attention to detail. When we stated that this is not what we wanted they didnt listen. My daughter left with polish coming off. I complained about it not being good service and owner just said sorry this is the service we give... no skills... just putting polish on.

Ive been going to Fashion Nails for about 6 months now. They do an amazing job every time, and I get tons of complements on my nails!Here are pictures of some of my manicures. My nails were very short when I started, but Fashion nails has helped them grow naturally and strong. All pictures are of my natural nails.

I had visited this place for eyebrows shaping. I personally didnt like the work .A female attended me she hardly took 5mins to do the eyebrows. The outcome was worst. No proper shape for my brows. I feel bad for visiting this place and spoiled my brows.she has charged me 14$ which includes tax. I suggest not to get eyebrows in this place.

Horrible experience. My Mom who is very sensitive got roughed up and bruised during the arm massage. They barely apologigized and treated her horribly. WILL NEVER GO BACK!

The technician was not happy that I wanted the basic pedicure. When I told her which one I wanted, she kept trying to tell me I had to get the one that was higher priced. Fortunately, I had another technician perform the service and she gave me what I wanted. The technician that did the pedicure did a nice job. When I checked out, the other lady processed my transaction. She never thanked me and when I asked for a receipt she very abruptly put the copy in my hand. I won’t go back again.

Nail salon tech wanted me to get gel nails. I asked for a basic pedi and mani... I didn’t want gel because gel ALWAYS peels off and waste of my money. She said you can come back if it peels off. If I get my nails done I shouldn’t have to come back. They should last. So since I still jus wanted basic... they did a poor job. Barely scrubbed my feet.... barely gave me a massage. Barely did anything! First time there and I would NEVER go back. Waste of my money.

I had my nails done here yesterday, I havent had them done since I was 12 so I was nervous at first. But they knew exactly what I wanted, and my nails came out perfect! Cant wait to go back and get them done again! 💅🏼✨

I have been going Fashion Nails for several years now. And tell him take really good care of me. I walk in and someone is always with me in a short time and Im very happy with all the different things that I do with my nails.

Went in during the week around lunch time. Only 1 other customer and about 4 employees. I asked how much a pedicure was she said $25 and said they do a good job with, hot rock, extra massage, & hot towel so i decided to try them out, i dont mind paying a little more for a pedicure if it is a great pedicure.That was the worst pedicure i have ever had! The whole thing was 12 yes TWELVE minutes long!She rushed, at some point she asked me a question then interrupted my answer to say hi and visit with a regular customer that walked in the door about their trip to Vegas. Massage was not even a massage she just rubbed some lotion than wiped it off. I would definetly recommend going somewhere else.

Tried to up sale my daughter she said no so she got a rushed painful pedicure the other tech said ew to my other daughter for her calluses and asked her who bit her toenails thinking that was funny it was not do not go here if you want to be treated with respect and want polish that last

Ive been there twice for pedicures. The first time I got a regular color and it chipped within 24 hours. The second time I went I opted for gel color to make it last longer, which it has but during my pedicure, the gal kept poking my toe with her nail. Two weeks after, I noticed a green spot where my nail had grown. I had to peel off the gel to see what was going on and my toenail ( the one she kept poking) is green!! I have a horrible infection/fungus. I will NEVER go here again!

I’m always greeted with a smile. There work is consistently great, all the time. Reasonably priced. Tom and Tina are wonderful for Nails. Clean and professional.

Used gel polish on my toenails after I repeatedly said I wanted regular polish, very rough when filing and actually cut me. not very friendly and did a sloppy rushed job on my toes when a friend of hers came in even though I was the only customer in the store. not worth the price. Ive paid cheaper for much better quality.

Went with a friend for pedicures and it was the worst we had ever had. The woman doing mine got angry when I told her I had gel polish and I wanted it removed. She spoke loud and angrily to the tech next to but didnt understand because she wasnt speaking in English. Then she made a remark and pointed to my arthritic toes and the 2 of them laughed. Neither women understood anything that I said when they asked questions because we had to repeat several times and they still didnt get it. Pedicures are supposed to be relaxing, I was so tense that I couldnt wait to get out of the chair.I will never go there again.

Im Phils wife, Andrea. Ive been coming to see Tina and Tom for six years now. I come once a month and always get amazing service. They do a very good job and their prices are comparable with other salons. Comfy massage chairs, personable employees, and always a smile in their faces. Try them out.

I had a very negative experience at this place. My friends and I came for a spa day, we sat down and 2 of my friends were helped tight away. I waited patiently for my nail tech to come and when she did I could just see in her face that she had a very negative attitude. She didnt even introduce herself. She was pressuring me into upgrading my service I politely declined and said I was fine with the option I chose. She then proceeded to criticize me in her native language along with the other ladies. My service was very rushed, my friends that sat before me had a significant longer service than what I did. The whole time the nail tech was talking negatively about my toes right infront of me and mocking me. I have trauma to one toenail as I had an accident and something very heavy fell on top of my toe but that does not give her the right to be rude and hostile to their customers. Ive never felt soo uncomfortable in my life. What was supposed to be a relaxing experience turned into a nightmare. Definitely do not recommend! Stay away from this place.

I come here every 2 to 3 weeks to have my nails done from Scottsdale/Biltmore area just because they are so great here. Theyre timely, efficient, do an amazing job and are so personable. I love coming here to relax and have my nails done. I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Ive been to many places but this one is my absolute favorite. I always leave happy and with a smile just as I am greeted when I walk through their door. I recommend this to anyone who want to get a pedicure, eye brows waxed or an acrylic gel set. Theyre worth the drive! Love, love, love them!

Right from the time I walked in the door Tina greeted me like we had known each other for years. Their customer service is beyond exceptional. I have never experience and nail spa that was so warm, friendly and inviting. I will most definitely be back....even if that means coming down the mountain from Prescot Valley.

I found Fashion Nails when I was having allergic reactions to the products used by my former nail salon. I have been so very pleased with the service and the work at Fashion Nails! Tina does a super job on shaping acrylic nails that last and last--and no more allergic reactions. Tom does nice work as well. I am happy to be a client of Fashion Nails.

I have been getting my nails done here for the last 3 years. Tina & Tom are the best at what they do, my nails are always perfect. I get tons of compliments and my friends are always asking where they should go. I bring everyone I know here because I know the product is great. I would highly recommend this nail salon, they treat you like family, the salon is cleaned and well maintained, and their prices are great for a high quality experience.

Timmy is amazing. He has been doing my nails for 3 yrs. His free hand designs are always eye catching. I get so many compliments! I wont go anywhere else! The staff is always friendly, and welcoming. I highly recommend!!!!!

Excellent Nail and Spa services. I have moved out of the area and still drive to Happy Valley to have my gel nails done by Tina. She is always warm and friendly. She guarantees her nails for 2 weeks, but I can usually go three. My nails look perfect and I receive many compliments. Thank you Tina!!!!

I have been coming to the salon for almost 7 years. There is not another Salon in the valley that does a better gel manicure. Tina is the best! Im very disappointed with the service I got. I started with a pedicure. The lady who did it was very pushy towards me getting the $35 pedicure. I gave in and thought I was in for a treat. I didnt get that at all. I had my toe nails cut and she didnt remove any thing around the nail. She kept touching the tip of the bottle that the callus remover stuff was in to my actual feet which makes me wonder how many germs are now on my feet. The description of the pedicure said I would have a 20 minute massage so I timed it. She literally only did 5 minutes. She then painted my toes the wrong color. Every time she did something wrong, I politely said something but I dont think she understood me because nothing was done differently. I should have left. Another lady did my full set on my finger nails. She rushed. She layered on the acrylic so thick. She also painted right over all the filings rather than dusting them off. I go to pay and my terrible pedicure some how turned into $40 and my fingers were also $40. Poor quality and quite a bit more than I normally spend. I was so ready to be out of there by the time I paid. I rarely write negative reviews in effort to give people the benefit of the doubt but this place was the WORST.

First time here and Tina was awesome! I had an idea of what I wanted my nails to look like and she made them even better than what I imagined. The pedicure felt wonderful too! Very much recommend this place!

My friend and I were out for lunch before I had a hair appointment nearby, when we decided on a whim to try and get our nails done. I had read some of the bad reviews and was concerned. We walked in and were promptly greeted and seated at a manicure table. My friend told the tech that I had an appointment in 40 minutes and he said no problem. He was able to do gel nails on both of us in 30 minutes. I appreciated how quickly he moved and yet never tried to make us feel rushed. He helped picked out colors and was friendly. We were also told they guarantee their gel manicures for two weeks. I was impressed and am likely to return.

I have been coming here for almost 3 years since I moved to the area. Tina and Tom are wonderful. My gel manicures always Last for weeks. The environment is calm & comfortable. All the staff are very pleasant.

They do a great job, however, the owner and his wife yelling at each other right in front of everyone leaves a bad taste in my mouth and made all the customers extremely uncomfortable. They are also way overpriced. I can go to other salons for 1/3 of the price and they do just as fine if a job! I will never go here again. Tim did a wonderful job on my pedicure. He is extremely friendly and works hard. Its a shame to work in such a drama filled environment.

I have been going to Fashion Nails for several years now. I have always been completely satisfied.I am writing this tonight because over the last 6 months the team there has gone above and beyond in service.I was involved in an auto accident, in which I injured both of my legs and my left arm. Each time I got a cast off or stitches out I went to them for a pedicure or a gel manicures. They were so gentle and kind when they worked on me. This was so very much appreciated.They never made me wait and always ensured the instruments were sterile. I cant thank them enough.Fashion Nails is a wonderful family business, one that I rate a 5++++.Susan

The people at Fashion Nails and Spa are always friendly and accommodating, and they do top-notch work on your fingers and toes! I’ve been coming to the salon for over 10 years now, and I can count on one hand the number of times they weren’t able to get me in right away or for more than a five minute wait. They have adapted well to the “new normal“ regarding COVID-19 restrictions and rules. I feel like a VIP when I walk into the place. I don’t see any reason to ever go anywhere else unless I move to the other side of town. Thank you, Tom and Tina, for always taking such great care of me!

Rosa waxed off a giant chunk off my eyebrow and when I complained she stated I walked in with the missing eyebrow 😂 what a joke of a business didnt even apologize or try to better the situation.Don’t spend your money here!

Took my mother there to get a refill and pedicure. They were so fast they didnt take the time to it right. Her nails already looked like they were starting to grow out, they refilled back to the cuticle. They did them so thin 1 nail broke right away. They only put on 1 coat of Polish also. Also, their pedicure was higher than most places but the refill was a little cheaper, but not worth it.

Worst manicure I’ve ever had. My gel manicure lasted less than 10 minutes and my nails aren’t even fully covered with polish. Wasted $30. Definitely won’t be returning.

I have been going to Fashion Nails for many years. Over the years I have had all the staff do my pedicures at some point. Tina does an amazing gel polish. I typically bring in a picture of what I want and Tina is great about recreating it with her own artist touch.

Dismissive people. I am an owner of a major music company in Phoenix and I came in to get a mani-pedi and began to set appt, and the manager who was taking my info noticed a blonde coming thru the door and immediately began helping her and didnt even finish with me. I am African-American. I searched for my card and showed it to them...the male tech said what the he-l and they all began laughing and talking to each other in their language. I told them you never know who you are talking to. and walked out.

I’ve been a customer for over 4 years. I do really like the the quality of the products that are used. On a hot day they’ll offer you a small bottle of water. Always a pleasant greeting.I have had my nails done both by Tom and Tina. ’TOM’ is definitely more precise, careful and meticulous with taking off gel, polish, filing, manicuring and polishing my nails. He will take his time and make sure there are no rough edges and polish is along sides of nails as well as across tip of nails and pigment is perfect. It’s never layered on to thick that when you have regrowth it won’t look bubbled/thick on nailbed. Anywhere from 40-55 min (gel removal and polish)Now, ‘TINA’ is very good at gel manicures also, yet she is way way way to fast and when I say fast I’m talking 10-15min including removal of gel polish and new set of gels. It’s as if my hands and nails are no longer a part of me and I’m just a factory doll in a assembly line. What ends up happening is she will clip the sides of your nails while manicuring (to fast) and now that nail will break off in days. The polish is rushed on and set under lights for not even 25secs and she’s onto the next layer. Now my nails are polished thick, uneven and tacky because they weren’t set under light properly. After she polished she then soaks and manicures. Filing and clipping off polish.Both will lotion massage after, BUT like I said TOM will take his time and relax you and TINA will get the job done but leave you thinking, What Just Happened?! PS yes, I speak up and tell her to slow down but the response is always, “I give you good nails that last 4 weeks!” Sigh*Maybe people like it quick but if I’m paying $35 plus $5 tip. I want a slow and precise careful manicure. Thats what you will get with TOM.The polish will last me about 3-4weeks. If polish is to thick, about 2weeks.You only have 10min: Go with TinaYou want to enjoy and relax: Go with Tom

I have to say I agree about the service being less than satisfactory here. When I went in the price for a spa pedicure was $23 but by the time the I left the price was $30 because the buffed my feet. That is normally included in a spa pedicure but with them it was considered a extra. Really?! Then the employees kids were running everywhere and yelling. Is this how people run businesses now. Then the lady who did my manicure kept trying to sell me a $40 package which I had to decline twice. And why I waiting for my nails to dry I watched a bug run across the floor, that the male nail tech tried to kill with out anyone noticing. Nasty... I will definitely go back to normal shop off of 19th ave, regardless of the distance.

I have been going here for years and have had nothing but a great experience. I have brought both family and friends for pedicures, manicures, and waxing. I am always getting compliments on my nails and the designs. Since I moved here in 2007, I have not gone anywhere else in Phoenix to get nails done.

This place is excellent they always have been very nice and cordial they are fast yet still provide excellent service. I am very happy to see that there are still places who go above and beyond to provide great customer service. I actually called 10 minutes before closing to asked what time they closed.. Expecting to have to go back the next day. This was for a mani pedi for my sisters birthday.. to my surprise they told me to bring her in. They spent an hour after closing time and had a great attitude the whole time.. you dont find that much anymore.. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs anything spa wise.. Fashion Nails...you dont realize some Americans can understand what youre saying. SCENARIO: Three (3) customers in the shop..the nail tech to the right at the 1st desk (Tina, I think) asked 2 people in the salon, if they wanted water, not including me. You see Im not a regular customer. Little did she know Im writing reviews of nail salons in the Phoenix area. I said how about me...Well, she gave me a water alright...a WARM water with attitude.Chipped my toenail before leaving the parking lot....did not go back for touch up. Will send this review to my editor and community centers.

I came in for a pedicure and to have the gel manicure soaked off. Pedicure turned out just fine. Happy with that. Not so happy with the soak off that i requested. I normally take them off myself but i was trying to save time. Worst decision. There was hardly any soaking off done. They used the dremal to file off most of the gel, then let some of my nails soak for 5 minutes, then scraped off what they could and re-dremaled most of the rest. When i left, there was still gel on most of my nails and the rest are so bumpy and thin from the filing. Now i have to go home and fix what they should have done in the first place.

Beyond amazing! Everytime I come in Im treated like family. Ive tried multiple different salons in the surrounding areas and now I will never go anywhere else. 💜

This is the first time I write a bad review for any place but I had to this time. Service was bad, the guy who did my nail had dirt under his nails and used them to clear my nailpolish from under my nails. He was on the phone the whole time he was doing my nails and then the lady cut into my skin. The receptionist initially told me they will do it for 25$ but when I was leaving she wanted to switch it back to 27$. I do not recommend.

I’m sorry but just so bad. I payed $20 for a fill in which is already expensive and it looks like someone put playdough balls on my fingers. They are so unbelievably thick and uneven.

As a licence cosmologists i can say that they are not up to state board standard. Not only that i came hour before closing just to check them out and get a price quote not excepting to get a full set but the lady said they had time. Worst decision ever. I didnt even get what i ask for which was a color acrylic to cover my nail since my nail are constantly in water so even gel polish doesnt last. I should off just walk away from the beginning

Awful experience. Daughter had full set done and they look like blocks. I got a gel mani that was more a like a polish change. Not very sanitary.

Fashion nails is the best in Arizona. I love this salon!!!
