Did a rush job on my nails was very disappointed.. Usually I have no complaints..The lady that did my feet rushed as well..

Went here as a friend recommended it very bad service from the owner lady. She cut my toes 4 times then saying it’s ok. I got the spa pedicure with massage. Massage was 2 minutes I been to other shops same price with better service longer massage also she did not cut my cuticles over file my toes not to mention polish was so poorly done it came off right after appointment then I decided I would not waste my time with a manicure but still ended up paying $40 for a very poor job not to mention place is so unsanitary and also she did not use a sanitary tool set so upset…..Never will I go here again and I will never recommend anyone here either… I give them 0 stars but that was unfortunately not as an option to be able to post this

Very rude. They talk about you and act like you dont know. They turn you away one day and the next day beg you to stay when you want to leave. Ive asked for an eta and have been told I dont know. Poor customer service. Ive spent way too much money here for wishy washy treatment! They take other customers in the middle of doing your nails! Its just a hit or miss and lately there have been a lot of misses! Here for 2 hours for a fill and a polish change!! They dont respect your time. Would not recommend!!

I did Pedicure with gel and full set of acrylic with gel, Lilly did my foot really happy with it and she try her best shes really good, and my nails Dang he did them as I want them and hes good also and hes funny and nice I will go again.

I get to the shop with my grand daughter we get shuffled from chair to chair a lasy puts my nail tips on that didnt fit side to side then I get a man to do nails he was very rude told me I should have not brought my grand daughter with me cause she hit a plant with a chair. I dont recommend this place.

Tammy Nails Spa is the best nail salon. They do really good acrylics. They last, they are not messy, notvthick, and they look perfect everytime. They have a goid customer base so sometimes there is a wait but it is worth it for the quality.

Nails products use are horrible nails turn yellowish in and start to lift in like 4 days went to get my eye brows waxed she completely fujed my eyebrows up didnt even finish cleaning them then walked out and said 10 dollars horrible experience. Do not recommend i wouldnt even give them one star but I had to

I stopped by Tammys on Christmas Eve more than an hour before closing because of the good reviews. I stopped to get a gel manicure on my real nails. I waited 30 minutes before I was assigned someone. I first went to a gentlemen and he told me he couldnt help with my manicure because he only helped with fake nails. I waited again and went to the lady that did my gel manicure. She rushed the entire time, would get upset because the UV light wasnt turning on, was upset because I asked how much time it would take to do acrylic nails, while she was applying the polish i told her the polish kn my index finger was not good and if she could fix it. She ignored me, and continued with applying polish then oil at the end. I told her again the polish was bad and my thumb had extra polish and she got upset again. That she couldnt fix it because she was done. I told her she needed to fix it since i had told her before. Instead of removing it all she removed half of the polish at the tip and just applied more white polish over it. At the end it was lumpy and gross. I couldnt stay longer since it was past closing and had to get home. I definately dont recommend Tammys and have never had such a bad experience at any salon. I understand it was the holidays, but dont make your guest feel like they are an inconvenience when they sit in a chair.

First time coming here decent prices but I just feel the workers don’t like what they do . they rush there is no product on the ends of my nails I can still see my original nail and then I got home and some of my diamonds fell off I had to do them myself inside the nail salon because she was fine trying to leave them all crooked so she handed me her tool and told me to do it myself🙄 and then she insisted on me doing glitter and half of my glitter came off with the nail polish by the end of the night which I do not understand why won’t be coming back

They dont answer the phone to make appointments and when you do they dont give you times. When you just show up and the nail tech says and hr you come back and now you wait another hour. Very unprofessional.

Over priced charged 40 for a fill and 3 broken nails. Yes the polish is gel but this is way to expensive I was better off getting a whole new set . They rush you to pick your polish. Irritated when you pay with card. They smudged my sisters pedicure and left one of my finger nails they repaired looking like that song lean with it rock with it. SAVE YOUR MONEY DONT BOTHER!!!!!!!! YOU HAVE BETTER LUCK DOING PRESS ON 💅

I went yesterday 7/1/2017 thinking they were gonna be busy got me right in and the 4th of July decoration they did for me was outstanding

I arrived put my name on the list there were two other ladies waiting ahead of me. I waited for 45 minutes. Three younger girls walked in and within minutes they took one ahead of who was waiting. Two older ladies walked in after I had We were all ignored. The two older women walked out. I complained and they ignored me and the older man just shrugged his shoulders like oh well just sit and wait or come back tomorrow. I asked him if the sign list matters and he looked down continued working and ignored me. So unprofessional.. I had waited over an hour so I got them done but the whole time it was so uncomfortable. I will not be going back.

Usually get my nails done by tracy who does a good job. She was really busy & I agreed to let her husband do my nails. Bad choice as 2 hours later they start chipping & peeling. Unfortunately Im out of town and cant get back soon enough to show him his poor quality of work he did for me 😕

This place was my worst experience ever they charged way to much I spend almost $200 on me & my sister nails & my nails came out so disgusting. I’m never returning to this horrible place. When I tried to tell her about how I was not happy with my nails she gave me such a nasty attitude.

I am very disappointed with the job they did on my nails. I have gotten my nails done here in the past and they have done a good job, but not this time around. I dont know if it was a new lady or what, but she was awful. I specifically asked for powder nails. Guess what she did she did powder and I dont know if they dont do powder or what, but on top of the powder she did gel???? I was confused and wondering if it was a new trend. The only reason why I wanted powder was for my nails not to chip as well as to avoid the uv light. On top of that she did uneven coats of nail polish it was just a mess. $35 for this mess...never going back.

Lily was amazing doing my liquid gel nails. She was careful and thorough and wonderfully kind. I was super nervous trying a new nail salon, but she alleviated all my worries with how careful and respectful she was with me. I was also impressed with the many gel polish colors available. This salon was priced very reasonable at $35 for Gel manicure.

Henry knows how to nails. There is another female employee that did a terrible job... there other tree I do not know how they work. But so far Henry does a very good job with acrylic powder and shaping.

Came here about 2 weeks ago. The lady who did my manicure was really friendly, and did a really good job on them! I got a full set of gel nails. I don’t know what everyone is complaining about. 1) Make an appointment, and you won’t need to wait. 2) If you are paying $30, don’t complain about how they aren’t completely perfect. There are other places that charge 2x that and don’t do nearly as good a job. Mine were done very well and they haven’t broken off or had any issues. They were done quick and she even asked me if I liked the color. I will be going back.

I hardly go to Tammys nails, only reason why I go is just for my eyebrows but with the new lady that does them she makes them to thin. Got my nails done 2 time here, and they always come out to thick. So they come off not even a week with them on. $30 to the trash. Got a pedicure to but lady doesnt even take her time once some other lady walked in she hurried up with me to get with her.

I only go to two place to have my eyebrows waxed and this is one of the two. Ive cane several time throughout a period of time. But my last visit on thursday 2/23. Was awful. They are always nice when coming in of course but the lady RUINED my eyebrows. My lip was okay but she had the nerve to say after she waxed them to say you have two different eyebrows ill fix them and fill them in too well once i got home and wiped all my make up off my eyebrows were a disaster. I only had two different eyebrows because SHE GAVE ME TWO DIFFERENT EYE BROWS!! They are super thin and have literal gaps in them. So not worth 15 dollar PLUS a 6 dollar tip. Will never be returning here again, ill stick to my other option in Mesa. If i could post picture ob here i would.

Wanted simple white powder acrylic with clear bottom. Had to repeat myself multiple times. The nail tech told me to get out because I was too picky. I said it was fine. Wanted to charge me way more than what they said a new set was when I called. Will have to file my nails down because theyre crooked and she told me that they were too short...theyre not.

Did a great job on pink & white, pedicure with gel, & eyebrows. I was very impressed with their special fine hair tweezers and ability to do a gel pedi so my feet were comfortable the entire time. I finally found a great nail salon out here in Phoenix.

I went here due to the reviews. There are things I dont care about for example massages, or sugar scrubs, I am not worried about the smell either. And if the employees dont talk too much I dontt mind. I care about how clean a place is, YES this place was clean! I care about the quality of the technician, mine was awesome! I worry about the end result, my pedi was perfect which is no small feat (pun intended) I have problem feet. They look super good!!! The prices are middle of the road $25.00 basic comes with massage and so on! I pass on that stuff I like designs. Mine look terrific! I plan to go back, to avoid odor go first thing in the morning. But seriously this was a great place for a pedi!!!??

First time coming and I can say I enjoyed it, I’m usually very iffy on going to new places since I like my toes a certain way. The gentleman that did my toes asked if I was okay and if he hurt me.. very caring and gentle for me being almost 9 months pregnant.

This place has the WORST service EVER! First the lady who did my nails put on use me a paper thin layer of acrylic to the point where I can actually bend them. Then when I get to my car a nail pops off. The next day I go back to get my nail repaired I told the lady what happened and that she did not put enough acrylic on and she had the AUDACITY to blame me.! ARE FREAKING YOU KIDDING ME!!!! After blaming me she fixed my nail and asked me did I want silver on that finger (she didnt want to find my color Im guessing) I told her no I wanted my original color I had like the rest of my hand and she told me to find it and walked away for a good 5 min. I told her I could not find it on the wall and she just sat down and looked at me smh. I was so furious I just walked out.! I WILL NEVER GO BACK NOR REFER ANYONE!! WASTE OF MONEY.!!!!

This was the best salon I’ve been to hands down. Everyone was nice and service was quick. Lele hooked it up with the eyebrow and lip wax. I was nervous but she whipped my face into shape quickly and smoothly, I barely felt anything! Definitely will be back soon for a mani pedi!

I had went on a Sunday and I understand they close early, well I had called to ask what time they were closing, because on their website it said 6. The man that answered said they closed at 6om. I got there at 4:57pm and the door was locked and I called back and he said oh yeah were closed now. I was very disappointed I felt as if that was very rude, because he said they were open and would be open. I drove out there for nothing. Very disappointing.

I will never go back to this nail salon they told me that gel lasts 2 to 3 weeks and I had to go back not even a week later to get a few nails redone. This lady was rude and didnt want to redo them. She said I would have to pay more money to get them all done. I said no then she got mad and was talking loudly thru the whole shop. The rest of the staff continued to talk and laugh concerning the situation in their native language. The is rude and disrespectful to me and any customer that may have an issue. So she would only redo one nail and she said thats it. She continually repeated one nail only making a mockery of herself and the situation so I told her I will not return and spend any money in her shop. She said again I will only do one nail unless I pay for more. I said No again and that I will go to another shop so she got really mad and pushed my hand in the dryer and forced it out so she could hurry up and finish faster. So now Im writing a review and I do not recommend anyone go to that shop. They added 5 extra dollars to my bill a week ago and didnt say anything and they were not supposed to do that either. I got the cat eye gel nails and it didnt even look like the cat eye. So Im done with them altogether because they did a terrible job then to add being rude and bad customer service is a NO NO! Good riddance.

Great speedy service. Everyone is super friendly and social. They have great promotions mani and pedi for $35, which I will def be back for. They are a little quick with the Pedi, took 40 mins but it was great and I still love the outcome. Boyfriend enjoyed it as well.

Lee Lee should be fired. This is the worst set of nails I have ever recieved. They are going to lift and when I pointed it out she simply filed them futher.Product is cheap. I didnt even have them polished I was so disappointed. Then she left me to wax someone else.. How professional is that exactlyI just paid $25 for nails that a 15 year old could have done. She did not follow protocol via state Board sanitation regulations either.

I went here for months and they did a good job until they didnt fill my nails good and I ended up with bacteria in one of my nails. I wont risk coming back here again due to the poor quality of them not filling nails correct and risking losing a nail.

Theyre were okay. My pedi lasted only 40 minutes, start to finish. My feet soaked for about 2 minutes before the gal started working :/ Biggest complaint is that I wish the pedi lasted a full hour like most usually do. They were nice and service was alright. Not great. Paid $35 for pedi, sugar scrub, callous removal and hot rock massage. Kinda steep but I needed it. They tossed in a basic mani for $10.
