This place is very unprofessional. The waitlist system is pointless and is not utilized effectively. What’s the point of having a list when people who put their name on the list after you end up getting serviced before you.

Got my nails done in Brooklyn I got white acrylic nails. 2 weeks past and I needed a refill . I have been to this location before but not in a long time and one the reasons was because of the service and the rudeness of the man in the front. This day I had to go, First when I arrived they took my temperature took my cell number said go sit you next. Sat for 15 minutes before I stepped out trying to figure out where else. Then 30 minutes as past I get a call text come by we ready for you. I go back desperately, they tell me we took some one else Lord help me.. I got funeral to go to. I just wanted one less thing . Finally I’m called to the back by a nail technician. Now keep in mind I now how my nails are supposed to be done., she started no pushing back cuticles I said ok some tech are different etc… proceed to file my new growth with a coarse file damage my natural nail finally the white acrylic powder was hard for her to use my nails do not look professional. I was so mad I was to pressed for time . now I remember why I stop coming here .we give are good earn money to them and get bad service and no respect but they never come to our businesses. We need to check that.

The man at the front as soon as you walk in is very rude. I didn’t have my phone on me to sign in to the computer, so he said I could not get my nails done. I really didn’t care because I left and went somewhere else where there’s no rude people and the shop is much cleaner

Service was fair. I like that you leave your info and they call when a seat is available. It could be more aesthetically appealing but its a cool place!

First time got my nails done there and I love them. Definitely will return. Very clean and they follow the CDC guide lines.

I wanted a pedicure with regular polish (NOT GEL). Mind you the lady already did the preparation to do my feet until I saw her get the gel dryer but I thought that was just to have my support when doing my feet. She automatically put the start polish for gel on my feet and I told her no. She says THEY ONLY DO GEL... Now, there is no sign at the door that says that and no signs within the store that says that!! They claim it’s due to COVID 19 which is not true!! They just want money! I told them I did not deserve to pay for a full pedicure without getting what I wanted. These people are frauds. Do not go there!

This place was terrible my sister walked in to get her eyebrows done and the lady in black with glasses did a terrible job she was very rude and disruptive. She doesn’t know what she’s doing let alone know what “tweezers” are. We were appalled and very disappointed with their service. NEVER AGAIN!

I SPECIFICALLY told the eyebrow lady to just clean my brows but she completely butchered my eyebrows!! I cried in the salon.

So I just left there store and the charged me 48$ for a full set gel nails. That’s it. I had called prior to my appointment and explained what I wanted and they told me in total it would be 35$. As I arrived I told the lady what I wanted and she started making up prices and saying 50$ I told her 50$ for what? Regular full set nails with coffin shape? She told me “it’s fine I just do” implying that she would just do it” in between doing my nails I told her to change the color and she refused and on top of that hitting me with a 48$ bill like what the hell? These people think money grows on tries? It doesn’t? This is not okay.

I dont like that i was told i could not use my own nail polish thats very unfair to get you to spend more money. Its wrong of them to do that they will loose a lot of smart people doing that. Period

This isnt my regular place but theyre open on Sundays. Ive been there twice. Once like a year ago and idk who did my nails. This time I paid attention because the reviews are hit or miss.My verdict: Yall need to leave Tammy alone. She did a great job on my nails and did exactly what I asked for. Cut, refilled, shaped and polished nicely. And quickly.My guess is some people have nasty attitudes when the language barrier kicks in and Tammy probably rushes to get it over with.

This nail salon is so sad I only trusted Linda but she doesn’t work there anymore I tried to go into this with good intentions still although Linda no longer worked there the last two times I came were awful. The second to last time I asked for coffin nails they were all irregular and shaped weird he didn’t get my cuticles and I didn’t ask for glitter as the design but that’s what I received I told him numerous of times I didn’t like it. The time prior to the last time I was waiting for over a hour for a pedicure and when it was my turn someone who just came in took my seat and I was unaware but I was soaking next to her and she received service before me.

Corna safety precautions not fully taken care if they use the same tools vs other places will give you a kit with a nail file the buffer the pieces to the machine etc I got my toes done the day before yesterday and my gel already chipped off my toe smh waste of money

I went here today and the man who is normally nice was nasty. I went in and said hi. He did say anything but have a seat then he came back and said gel nails and pedicure right. He took me to the pedicure chairs I was sitting down as I put one foot in the water he yelled sit down first. Then me and the woman looked at him and he tried to clean it up. I said do you want me to get a color he said no like I was going to steal nail polish. He gave me the thing of nails to pick from. But everyone else was asked to get a color spoken to and even said thank you and good night to.They have some kind of weird obsession with my mother. Every time I went when is your mother coming back. For their info my mother works has a boyfriend and if she wanted to go back she would. After, how he offended me today I will find somewhere else to go after going their for over a year........

I love way the staff makes you feel comfortable while getting your pedicure. Li Li does excellent pedicures. She takes her time and very patient.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Poor service to say the least. Went to get a refill and broken nail repaired and technician did a horrible job. Instead of removing broken nail she created a fake nail using acrylic. It is a poor job because the nail is clearly smaller than the rest of my nails. I went two weeks ago to get a refill and asked for coffin nails and I am not sure what style she gave me. I also paid for gel and my nails began to peel two days later. I am a full time mom and employee therefore I do not have time to keep returning to have them fix a mistake. It should be done correctly the first time😒 I have been disappointed with this salon for a while now but I keep returning thinking each time I go back I will have a better experience. However after this last experience I vow to no longer give this salon my hard earned money. Looking for a black owned nail salon asap!

There is a rude little ugly man in front that does not know how to speak to people let alone customers and the workers don’t understand English well enough to take direction even when shown a pic they didn’t do it right

THE WORST PLACE EVER!!! I was warned by several strangers not to come here. If they were here theyd probably say I told you so Lol! If you do decide to have services here. There are three nail technicians that do wonderful nails. Their names are Holly, Linda or Ann. WARNING!!! That little one at the front, that sits next to the owner, is an unprofessional, inconsiderate, ignorant, skeletal liar. The owner seemed cool until now, allowing that type of behavior to occur while Im a paying customer. Youre right its time to move on and thats just what Ive done. That saying goes (one bad apple spoils the bunch) is definitely true for this nail salon. There should be a no star rating!!!

HORRIBLE!!! They lie about their wait times !! They say it is a slow day only 2 people then you are waiting for an hour. This has happened to me 3x ima. Row. All they have to do is be honest about the times but they are so greedy for money they lie so they can get more customers but then customers are upset because of waiting forever. Worst place I would never go again.

I went here to get my nails done while I waited for my clothes to wash at the laundromat 2 stores down. I came in and was greeted with “what do you want?” I said “hello to you too, I want a full set.” I was told to sit down and and I picked out my color and the guy started to work on my nails. I don’t know what the hell he did or used but my fingers were burning after he put this liquid on my nails. It was stinging so bad. I told him that it hurt and he said it’s normal. It felt like acid. He put it on my nails and I felt the skin underneath burning. It went away and he continued to work on me. While I was sitting there a lady went off on the worker because she said the shape and style wasn’t what she wanted and you could see through the color because it wasn’t enough coats. This lady was my confirmation that this place was garbage. When the guy finished my nails each nail had an off shape and there was polish on my skin and it was just a sloppy job. I will never come back again. This is the worse nail experience I ever had.

Free parking mall area. Convenient. Low cost, multiple service nail salon. Uncomfortable atmosphere,( factory like) ... Not always great service depends on who u get or choose. Not as clean as Id prefer.

Ive been there several times. The owner always has a very bad attitude. I like the service but management is very arrogant. They also overcharge you. You walk in and he says one price, but when youre finished its $20 more. I I argued for about 3 minutes, for my change oh, but he refused to give it to me. I also noticed other people who were finished questioning the price. So Ill never go again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY ON THIS TRAGEDY OF A NAIL SALON!!! If I could have given no stars I would have. The only appeal this place has are the prices. Upon entry not one technician or manager lifted a single eye just to greet me. I was allowed to pick a color which the manager set asside while I waited on a chair, which upon receiving does not come with a technician for anoth 30 minutes. When I was sat in a pedicure chair to soak my feet the water was tepid if not down right cold. I had to ask 3 seperate technicians before I was heard when I asked the water be made hotter. Then I had to ask a fourth person to actually get it. Instead of draining some of the cold water first she just put luke warm water on top and turned it off after literally 10 seconds, yes I counted. This went on for over 30 minutes, still no technician. Then the manager comes to tell me Ill be next, so again I ask for hotter water... He does the same as the technician smiles and walks away. By this point I have already taken my feet out the water to dry, because I could see this was not going to get better. Once my feet were dry I left. The laughable part is the manager gave me the aw whats the matter face as I left. I began to explain and he turned away before I could get 4 words out. If you want to pay for someone to waste your time ignore and disrespect you and then maybe get your nails done; by all means this is your place!

Went there today to get a mani and pedi.Before I got in the chair I saw a roach crawling on the floor, the lady killed it, as I was getting my pedicure done a roach crawled on my arm. Then it was on my shoes.I jumped out of the chair and almost fail. As I walked to the table to get my refill.I saw another one crawling on the floor. The man and lady apologize, But the owner said nothing to me, she didnt even look me in my face. I wont be returning to that salon.

The worst nails I have ever had done. I got my nails done Friday had to go back the same day for repairs and she still didnt do it right. Now today Monday August 8th 2016 they started falling off and I noticed that the nails are too small and she just cover the rest of my actual nails with acrylic which causes them to crack in half and fall off save your money go somewhere else

I go here because it’s convenient to my house . I only ever get gel pedicures and manicures no matter where I go, but when I go here I only get my pedicure . Their gel nail polish does not last . My gel always chip in 2-3 days . No other salon I been to did my gel manicure chip in 2-3 days . Usually, it takes about 1-2 weeks for my gel manicure to chip . So I do not get that service from here . Only my gel pedicure . My pedicures never chip . But it’s just an inconvenience that if I’m in a rush and need to go to this salon, I can only get my feet done, and have to sacrifice my nails . I always tip $10 and it’s just not worth the price of the manicure let alone the tip . So gel pedicure it is ❤️
