She was fair, honest and informative about getting your vehicle out. She told me about tow only in which I wouldnt get a ridiculous storage charge.

My car was in need of a towing service from a no-fault accident. I did not have a choice in what towing company to use. They just showed up! My car was in need for repairs and stayed on their lot until another towing company picked up the car to the repair shop. This towing company is closed on the weekends so they can accumulate storage fees on the car. It took close to a week for the vehicle release form to be email to them. How convenient! This is terrible! How dare you taking advantage of peoples wallets especially during a pandemic!

Had an excellent experience with Donnie from Nicolette today. Had to be towed off the Parkway. He was calm and very professional. Made a stressful situation almost pleasant. Thank you Donnie!!!!

Where is the zero star option when you need it? I hate this place. The lady who sits in the office has to be the rudest person that I’ve met in my entire life. Got into a scary accident and she made my experience a million times worse and stressful. Her attitude and energy is just disgusting. She is clearly miserable with her own life.

Lol told me the keys were inside the car my car was there for 2 days and i got charged 295$ plus you guys lost my keys. Nice thank you very much karma will get you

Good luck getting your car out without getting the runaround. The storage fees are ridiculously high (45 a day) and the woman in customer service is extremely rude.

Wow..incredibly rude attitude. AND I had barely changed my tone with her. Monotone speaking like an adult with this woman on the phone and she had the audacity to give me an attitude. Once again no sympathy. I just had some questions to ask and she was so rude I will be filing a complaint to her superior and I will be writing many reviews about this place telling people TO NOT go here at all for any services. What a nasty attitude and a B****

Quality!! Awesome Customer Service!

The lady that stays in the office is extremely nasty. No sense of costumer service and of course have no idea of basic customs and manners. Besides keeping the place non presentable to the public, theres no good way to do business with that company.

A very nasty woman. I think shes a kind of woman not suited for that kind of job. If she was the owner of that towing service, she should be very ashame of her attitude to people.
