They had the truck ready to go. U-Hauls app sucks. So they did the work on the computer.Drop off was smooth. People were nice.

Garbage. Told them I’d drive 30 miles max. Got put down for 40. Checked bank statement, got charged an additional $60 on top of the $90 for original quote, called them and they said I drove 97 miles. Was on hold with customer service for over an hour. Got told someone would get back to me in 3 days. Never happened and waited another 45 min on phone. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else.

For U HAUL rental the person who helped me was the most helpful and patient person. I called multiple times (during a busy Saturday morning)asking questions and getting quotes and he was very knowledgeable and really helped me figure out the best deal even if it meant renting a truck (he didnt have in stock)at a different location.Thank you for the great service! Sold lemon. Truck. In writing gave 3 month warranty. Then needed to be taken back 2 time because it was not safe to drive. Very loose driving. Shaking, engine light on. Again had no choice days after they say they fixed it we had to take it in a shop in waunakee because it wasnt safe to drive. Bristals states they wont pay warranty was engine only. But not written on paper. Just 3 month warranty.

It was opened on 4th of July so that was nice.

U-Haul service was great. Guys were very helpful.

Horrible horrible service. Took my truck there to be fixed was told it would be ready next day. Finally got it back 2 days after promised date. Also quoted one price then told a much higher price. Finally get my truck back and now there is a crack in my windshield. He claims not there fault.Bottom line is avoid this place.

Worst experience I have ever had.

Good little uhaul place. They showed me the cheapest way to go for moving. Also plus that they are open late until almost 9pm
