I had a very lovely manicure today and then a wonderful massage while my nails were drying. I loved the most positive energy in the place. The ladies were really great and the owner had the most happy little dog. I was in a funk when Ientered and left a lot lighter and happier and probably a little taller after the chair massage. The gentleman who did the massage was amazing. Going there today was just what I needed and I highly recommend it.

I made an appointment for dip powder. When I arrived for my appointment I asked the price and was told $35. I than sat down and began my service. The woman who did my nails made my cuticles bleed and made the service quite painful. After my two hour appointment where I was left waiting for most of the time I was left with bumpy nails that were misshapen and irregular. I got up to pay and was told I was being charged $65 I was shocked because at no time in the appointment was I offered any additional services or told there would be any additional fees. I told them the had told me $35 and asked for an explanation I was not given one. The older woman who I believe was the owner told me to give her $60 and I did and then promptly left. I am not one to leave bad reviews but if you have any respect for yourself you will choose any other nail salon. Other than lying about pricing this place also uses dirty files and has a nasty dog that roams around the salon and barks at customers. I highly suggest you take your business anywhere else.

I have been debating over writing a review or sending a letter, I decided to both. This location was beautiful on the inside, and the hours were convenient. I stopped in after work because I knew I wouldnt make it to my regular salon. When I can in I was greeted, quoted a price for my service and immediately seated for my pedicure. I thought this was great! I was so happy that I didnt have to wait. While getting my pedicure there were 3 other people getting a pedicure. I was the only person without the spa feature on but that didnt bother me much because another employee turned it on a few mins later. I also noticed that the person who provided my service was the only person wearing gloves. At first I began to question myself like maybe my feet a little rough I havent had a pedicure in a while. Then I said this lady just weird. I didnt say anything I continued with my service. When it was time to get a manicure I was asked half way though my service to pay. I asked you want me to pay now? I was flabbergasted because everyone else paid when they were leaving out, except one lady because she preferred to pay early. So I gave them my card without an issue. While my service continued I felt uncomfortable. I also noticed everyone got a massage but me, I was asked when I was about to leave but I was already disgusted. While leaving I said good night to everyone and the person who provided my service called up to the man at the front desk, His name was Sean. Sean stopped me and told me I had to pay. I said I already paid, he said oh you forgot to pay her the tip. I said what? He said you know 18 to 20 percent you have to pay her it’s not included in your service. I asked him where is it posted that I had to pay her a tip? He said well usually, I said have a nice day sir and left. Truth is I always tip depending on the service. They are not humble enough to know that you not always supposed to get a tip that ticked me off. The second thing was I was going to tip when I left, when I used the mac machine but they made me pay earlier then everyone else so I wasn’t going the extra mile for a service that wasn’t good. My mom told me I should’ve said something because I might just look like a deadbeat black women who didn’t want to tip to them. Mind you I was the only person of my color in there. Never again

I really enjoyed my visit here! I just got my nails shaped and painted and its been a week and I have been ROUGH on these nails...gardening, home repair, opening cans, and more and there is not a single chip in the paint. Also they took me and two of my friends at the same time so we started and ended at the same time which was nice!

I have been going to Heritage Nails since I moved to the area about 3 years ago, I absolutely love the ambiance there, very clean & relaxing. The staff is incredibly nice and their work is fantastic. Prices are typical for a city nail salon. Tips are cash only. I have had gel polish before an outdoor camping music festival and it was flawless even with that type of event! I knew I wanted to get my wedding full set done here, and they turned out fantastic by Richard. Love this place!

Great place for gel mani/pedi/massage/and parties! Ask for Hani if you want detailed and beautiful nail art. She is incredibly talented and meticulous and can replicate any photo you bring her. She is the only person I trust. Also, when she does my nails, they last so much longer - up to 3~4 weeks!!

Overpriced and unprofessional... They try to trick you into more expensive treatments which are included in any other regular mani or pedi. $55 for a gel Pedicure bc you scrubbed the bottom of my foot! Every nail place scrubs the bottom of your feet! Smh.

Most of the ladies in there are very nice but the lady I got was not friendly at all. I asked her if she could do a simple design and she looked at me and said “NO” extremely rudely. Did an okay job on my nails otherwise but so rude.

I highly recommend this place if you need a quick gel manicure. Susan is particularly good, but they get crazy busy and you have to catch her. I will say the pedicure is not worth the price :/ compared to some of the perks that other places offer (full buff, scrub, massage, hot oil bags), the service here did not hold up.

I understand I’m new to the area but I couldn’t believe how racist they were. They told me that couldn’t service me because they had “other things” to do. Mind you it was 4 workers and I was the only one in the salon! I pay well over $100 usually to get my nails done in Virginia and tip very well. Too bad for them!

The only reason I come here vs. going to the nail salon across the street is for the post treatment 5 min massage. I confirmed masseuse would be there and made an appointment. They we’re running 40 minutes behind and therefore I didn’t get my massage- very disappointing. The only thing that makes this place worth going to is the end massage otherwise it is over priced. I likely will not go back unless they make right of this.

I go here often and they do a great job. They run a great business! My gel nails always last extremely long and the pedicures are worth while- the scrub, massage, hot stone all in the standard pedi! May be a little more expensive then other places in center city but well worth the quality to me!!

They are overpriced and not very nice. I agree with one of the other reviews that mentioned them being racist. I came in during the week and it was literally empty but the guy told me they were booked. So I sat with my friend while she got a mani and the other girls chairs were empty the entire time! The girl wouldn’t even talk to me she just kept telling the guy what to say to me. She has a bad attitude and wears FAKE Cartier jewelry!

Great prices. Hani is quick, artistically talented and has great attention to details! This place is almost always packed and busy so better to make a reservation

I caught mrsa from this place. i cant imagine they use autoclave to sterilize their equipment. very dirty place. be careful!

This place is terrible, 60 dollars for regular nail polish it’s not worth it at all. It ended up being 100 dollars in total and ended with them chasing us out the door to leave a tip. There are other nail places that have way better prices and better staff. This place is SO terrible. I would never recommend.

First time here and I will be a regular from now on. I have very short nails and when I go to typical Vietnamese owned nail salons, they always paint my nails on my skin and was not satisfied. Hani was very friendly and professional, did not paint on my skin and paid attention in details. I was very satisfied with her service!

Mani/Pedi was rushed. As a result I came home to a ruined pedicure and the manicure showed streaks of uneven nail polish. They also rushed to take the gel off my nails which caused them to thin and chip a day later. Not at all impressed with the service and won’t be returning.

Great salon! Very welcoming staff and Susan did a great job with my manicure.

Waited for 45 minutes for my 4:30pm appointment but when it got to me, the guy who did my nails was so distracted to talk to other staff/ customers that he hurt my finger three times. He even put on the wrong color the first time and had to redo it because he didn’t pay attention to what I said. Very bad service and bad manner to say the least.

The absolute worst nail experience Ive ever had. After sitting 30 min receiving a sub par gel manicure with a Technician that was rude I had to have it all removed and done over. I ask her what was wrong and why the gel didnt stick she just rolled her eyes and told me to pick a new color. I asked for some one else to do it because I just couldnt take her nasty attitude. A male tech. Did try his best to fix the issue with my nails but after just being filed down for 20 min its probably not a good idea to file more making my nails super thin and weak. Then cutting into my cuticles until they began the bleed. His paint job was so sloppy I just had it removed and left immediately. No excuse for this. Ive been getting my nails done every 2 to 3 weeks for the past 10 years! And Ive NEVER had this issue before. I cant even make a fist with out my nails hurting! And I swear I NEVER write reviews. EVER! But Im so pissed and in pain I had to! Thats what i get for trying a new place. Avoid this place theres a nice one right across the street that does and excellent job.

They demanded not asked a 20% tip. They held me hostage until I did. They delayed me so much I even got a parking ticket. They ruined what would have been a pleasant experience.

Racist establishment. I went it to get my nails done at 2:00pm. They told me they couldn’t service me for the day. They close at 7pm. A white woman walks up behind me and given service for a manicure and pedicure. I will never return to this nail salon.

I frequently go here and it is always a comfortable atmosphere. The people are very nice and they do a great job for a very reasonable price.

First time to this location & I am in love!!! I had THEEE BEST pedi by Tommy!! His leg, foot & stone massage had me ready to ask his hand in marriage! Lol. I’ve had plenty of pedicures & massages but nothing topped Tommy! If you have never been, don’t cheat yourself. Try them out, I promise you that you will not be disappointed. Oh, the massage while my feet were drying was magnificent as well! Only thing I was missing from this experience was WINE!

Not very impressed with the service to price ratio for pedicure. It was my first time, my in grown nail was pulled so hard that it started bleeding, barely scrubbed for 2 mins... Actually less etc... I should have paid $20 for the service not $30
