The wait was kinda long but well work it they did my mail feet and eyebrows perfectly the shop is beautifully decorated and the staff were mainly friendly

Called to just ask about pricing. The woman who answered was rude & didnt even mention the nail salon name, so I thought I had called the wrong number. She goes hello & then i asked is this the nail place? & she said ya what you want. Good thing I didnt go here and give my money to unprofessional and rude people.

I’ve been going to Ann’s Nails for over 15yrsHands, Feet, and Strip lashes. All the personnel is Very professional, and the newly renovated shop is beautiful, Crystal chandeliers, marble floors, modern equipment just fabulous. THE ABSOLUTE BEST IN PHILLY.💅

Their pedicure service and technical service is excellent.... But they dont have appts and they need it. Theyre very slow, but youll be happy with your nails..... They give actual salon services.... I only get pedicures.

I went here for my first set of acrylics ever and wow. There are some definite pros and cons to this place.Pros: the tech was friendly, they can pretty much match any nail art you show them, they do quality work, the price point is more than reasonable.Cons: you will not be greeted when you enter, there is no order so if you aren’t vigilant you will be skipped, they show no love to your real nails (they didn’t trim them or cut my cuticles)The pros outweigh the cons and I’ll definitely be back. That being said, they’re not perfect

My family member and I have been going to Ann’s shop for years. They’re unprofessional, unorganized, and have been lenient with COVID procedures. To secure you position, you have to come there early while the nail techs stroll in 45 minutes after opening. Many of the nail techs have an attitude and talk about past clients to their current ones like it’s okay. They don’t speak to you and the atmosphere isn’t warm or inviting. After their renovation their pricing has has noticeably risen. There is no price list and they argue with their clients. Completely unprofessional. They sit highly on their pedestals and degrade customers who have helped them get there. I wish I could say I want to return but until they evaluate themselves I’ll think otherwise. Bye Ann’s!

Last time, I went the person didnt cut my nails at all, and so I had to speak on it because she was about to just add the glue and nails. She had an attitude. Did not feel like doing her job, and I ended up going to someone else who made me feel confortable and did them correctly. I understand dealing with people can be hard but when the customer is being respectful and nice.. give the same vibe. I wasnt demanding or rude and thats what made me uncomfortable.

My overlay fell off in 3 days literally cracked but the nail polish was flawless it stayed on even though the over lay didnt also it cracked up all my healthy nails I had from f oil be months of covid and destroyed my nailbed

This is my 2nd time theere. This time my experience was much better. I went during the week (Thursday) and they took their time and gave me a Quality foot rub with my pedicure. That inspired me to get my nails done which I dont usually do. The staff member took her time and did a Great job

Good pedicures. Make you pay for nails and feet separately. Lady did my feet started doing some one that cane in after me nails and expected me to wait for someone to do my nails while everyone else got their nails and feet done st the same time. NEVER AGAIN.

Good with gel, but my daughter had regular polish that messed up after an hr of drying. Always a line so go early if you can

Didnt like my experience there. They were rude, they talk about you like you dont know their talking and Im not happy with the way my nails looked afterwards. To many attitudes.

They are not friendly and very unorganized. Me and my daughter got there at 12pm and sat there for 2 and half hours mean while they calling people next to get their nails done who they know. Then when I got up to ask a question the lady got smart with me and right after that happen another lady came and got my daughter to do her nails and I was waiting to get my nails done and I never got them done. I paid for my daughter nails and left and as I was leaving they one of the lady going to say you next and left and didnt get my nails done and I will never go back to them again, they are horrible.

Dirty un kempt floors & walls, Unprofessional, plus very out dated nail polish & Furniture!! They literally use the foot scrubers on everyone with out soaking them, just rinse them off & use them on the next person.. I will never ever go there again.. All the money & years they been open how they cant re- build their shop?? Its over 10 Violations Im positive of.....

I came here a couple of times, once for my eyebrows and once for a gel manicure and pedicure for my wedding. Wait is terrible but I was forewarned by my mom and didnt expect anything different- its a popular, affordable place in the hood. My pedicure was really good. I wish I could remember the mans name who works there- he did a great job, had my feet feeling so soft! Too bad my toe polish chipped the next day. Im sure it was the polish though and not due to his technique. Sorry I dont remember the name of the polish brand. But my manicure was great- they do some really good nails here!

Most of them really do a nice job but their attitudes are horrible. Ive even argued with one of them before like Very unprofessional!! Not to mention when you walk in the door no one greets you, the atmophere isnt comfortable, its as if they dont want you there. Ill Never patronize Anns again. Their are many more nailerys who do great nails with better attitudes, much nicer staff, cheaper prices then Anns Screw them! I wish I could’ve just given them a review instead of a star at all...

Been going for years. Best designs, materials, techs in the city, but usually very long wait techs are NOT the most hospitable (snobby) and slightly over priced compared to rates in many other salons.

I had gel on my nails and feet the lady on my finger nails she soaked the gel and took off the gel but the girl on my feet painted over my feet and said she took the gel off ! So she cheated me out of my $3 now I gotta pay someone else to get it off ! Before I left tho I came to her and asked if she took off the gel she started talking in a differ laugage like now she dont understand English... then gonna say she did it fast !!! ... NEVER TF AGAIN !!!

Talk all day and take their time with the people they like while you wait forever. If you dont watch them like a hawk they my let someome slip in front of you after you wait for up to 2 hours.
